Chapter 9: Lovesick Louise
(Next morning-Louise room)
Awkward was the word to describe the current situation that Sora was facing right now.
Ever since he returned to her room yesterday, the pinkette had been... strangely too attached to him, too much for his own comfort even. He knew Louise could be spoiled sometimes, but not like this. She refused to be left alone without him around, even when he wanted to do his chores.
"Please don't go. I don't want to be left alone!" Louise begged him as she was holding tightly onto his hoodie puppy dog eyes.
"Look. I'm not going anywhere, Louise." Sora tried to convince her, pointing at the basket full of laundries. "Just doing the usual chores and I'll be done."
The mage however didn't believe a word he said and tighten her hold. "Liar! I know you're planning to see another girl the second you leave!"
Sora shook his head, "Nope. I'll be right back in a few minutes."
His words seemed to affect Louise as she reluctantly removed her hands from the hood and looked at Sora with a hopeful look. "Promise?"
"Promise." Sora nodded before he crouched down to Louise's height and tapped her shoulder. "Now stay here and I'll be done in a few minutes, alright?"
The girl narrowed her eyes and pouted at him, still unwilling to let the boy go. However, after a few seconds, she suddenly hugged him. Sora was taken aback but he hugged her back. The two then pulled away and Louise gave him a smile.
"Alright! I stay right here." She said sweetly. Relieved, Sora nodded again and picked up the laundry. However as he was about to leave the room, she called him.
"Sora."
The spiky boy turned around to answer, but he didn't expect Louise to jump onto him and pecked him on the cheek. Startled, Sora accidentally dropped the basket on the floor and rubbed the spot where Louise kissed him, trying to process what just happened. A slight blush appeared on his face.
"Come back soon." She waved. Sora didn't say anything and just gave an amused smile before leaving with the laundry.
(Outside)
When Sora was outside, he came across a group of maids who were doing the laundry near the fountain. He had to thank his luck for this one because right now he didn't feel like doing any chore. Not when Louise wasn't acting like her usual self.
So, he asked them if they wouldn't mind washing her laundry as well. The maids, knowing who Sora was, gladly accepted his request.
Right now, the spiky boy was leaning against the wall with arms behind head. He recalled back the conversation he had with Montmorency yesterday about what caused Louise to become like this in first place.
Flashback
"A love potion?" Sora raised one of his eyebrows. From the name alone, he didn't like the sound of it.
Meanwhile Louise was still clinging onto his side with a joyful look like a lovestruck girl.
Montmorency then explained to him what a love potion was, a potion that could make someone fall in love with the first person the user sees. It was actually the result of what she was crafting this afternoon.
Nevertheless, Sora wasn't pleased to hear that. The feeling of love that didn't come from the heart was just wrong. It wasn't pure love at all.
The blonde mage was quick to defend herself. "That's right, but I didn't give it to her. She drank it by accident."
"But still, why did you make it in the first place?" Sora crossed his arms and gave Montmorency a questioning look.
She flinched. There was no way she could say that she made it for Guiche so he could stop flirting with another girl when she wasn't around. It was just too embarrassing and not to mention that if anyone heard the rumors about how she made a potion prohibited by law, in school grounds nonetheless, she would be in a very big trouble and she could say goodbye to her school life.
Bless the Brimir, it seemed Sora didn't know that law existed if he didn't even know what a love potion was.
"I... uhh... I just made it to spend time. You know, it's summer. Everyone's out doing their own stuff like that!" She tried to explain in the most believable way as she hurried to the door.
But before she could make her escape, Sora pulled on her robe, stopping Montmorency in place.
"Wait! Can't you turn her back? We can't just leave Louise like this."
The blonde girl took back her robe and gave him a dismissive wave. "Relax, the spell isn't permanent. She'll go back to normal in time."
"Okay how long? Few days?" Sora asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Uhhh..." Montmorency tapped her cheek in thought before answering with an innocent look. "Give it a few months. At worst, it's probably one year."
"WHAAAT!?"
Flashback ends
"There's gotta be a way..." Sora mumbled to himself. "This is wrong... it's just wrong."
The Keyblade wielder groaned as he ruffled his hair in frustration. He didn't have time that long just to wait until the love potion effect wore off. He still had to find his way back to his world, his friends, Riku and Kairi.
As he was contemplating his current situation, a familiar maid carrying a basket noticed him from a distance and approached him.
"Sora?"
The spiky boy turned to see Siesta who looked concerned and waved to greet her. "Oh. Hey Siesta."
"Is everything alright?" The maid put the basket next to her and asked. For the usually cheerful and goofy person like Sora now was sulking around like this meant there was something serious that made him not smiling anymore.
Sora let out an exasperated sigh in response. "Not really. It's a long story."
He then told her the short version of the incident that had turned Louise into a lovesick girl against her will. Siesta was surprised to learn that Miss Vallière had accidentally drank a love potion and wondered how such a potion could exist in school out of all places.
She might be a commoner, but Siesta wasn't an uneducated commoner. She knew that potions which could affect or manipulate a person's heart and mind were forbidden by the law and punishable by years of imprisonment or stripped off the title if the culprit had it.
"But Sora. Does Miss Montmorency know that kind of potion is forbidden?" She asked.
This new revelation surprised Sora who then raised his eyebrow. "It is? I don't know about that."
Siesta was surprised by his ignorance, but then remembered their talk from last night. "Oh, right. You're not from around here. Well simply put, potions such as aphrodisiacs and others that are used to control a person's heart are all banned by the law."
Sora jolted forward, surprised by this. "Wait! For real?!"
The maid nodded and continued explaining. "Yes. The culprit could face years in prison and if Miss Montmorency really did this... she could have her title stripped off as a noble."
He was at a loss of words. Montmorency was a noble and a student, so he highly doubted if she didn't know about this. But then why did she make something that had been prohibited by the law?
Then it hit him. Her boyfriend, Guiche still loved to flirt around girls when she wasn't around and Montmorency knew that well since she was his… girlfriend. The blonde girl might've created that potion to stop the rose boy's bad habit.
Sora had to admit, it was bold of her. Despite knowing the risks, Montmorency still went with it, all for the sake of having her boyfriend loyal to her… Although Sora still didn't approve her method, especially since it had backfired to him out of all people.
"Yeah… that must be it." He murmured, causing Siesta to tilt her head. Sora then turned to her. "Siesta, do you know how to turn Louise back to normal again? There's no way I'm waiting for one year to have this stupid potion's effect wear off."
Unfortunately for him, the maid shook her head. "I'm afraid not. I only know a bit about potions. But if this can help, there's an antidote to cure the effects of a love potion."
"An antidote?" The spiky boy quirked his eyebrow then dug into his pocket. Moments later, he took out a yellow, round shaped bottle with golden colored substances inside. "Will this work then?"
Siesta took a closer look at the object in curiosity. "What's that?"
Sora then explained to her that the item in his hand was an elixir, one of the potions he often brought during his adventures. The elixir could not only recover the strength and magic power of its user but also cure him from any negative effect.
This revelation made Siesta gasp and then asked, "If you have a potion like this, then why haven't you used it on Miss Vallière?"
He looked at the elixir bottle for a moment, wondering the same thing she asked. A part of him wanted to immediately give the elixir to Louise so she could return to normal, however a small part of him was hesitant to do so. Sora didn't know how to put it, but he felt that he should keep the potion for now unless it was very necessary.
The Keyblade boy was about to answer until...
"SORA!"
A familiar voice shouted from nearby and the two saw that it was Louise. Her eyes looked like she was ready to burst into tears.
"Liar! Cheater!" She called him out as she ran towards him and started beating on his chest. Of course he didn't feel anything. "I love you! I love you so much, yet you were really seeing another girl!"
After she finished beating on his chest, Sora gently pushed Louise away and tried to explain. "Look, Louise! We're not doing anything! We're just having a chat, nothing more!"
But being love-stricken, the pinkette didn't believe any reasoning coming from him no matter how logical they were. Still feeling that she had been cheated on, Louise screamed again, calling Sora a liar and an idiot as she ran back to her dorm with tears running down her face.
"Louise, wait!" Sora tried to call her to stop but she was already gone. Letting out a sigh, he turned back to Siesta and apologized. "Sorry Siesta. Looks like we'll have to continue this later."
"No. That's okay." The maid shook her head and lifted the basket she left on the ground. "I still have to finish my task as well."
"Alright. See you around then. Thanks for the info about the antidote by the way." Nodding, Sora bid goodbye to Siesta and started following Louise back to her room.
Siesta waved back with a smile as she watched the boy run with the newfound energy before walking away. But as she returned to where the other maids were, she couldn't help but feel these uncomfortable feelings in her heart. She knew that Miss Vallière was under a spell and not acting like her usual self and Sora just wanted to find a way to cure her back to normal. However, seeing Sora run after her to console her made her feel… jealous?
'By Brimir! What's wrong with me?! Why am I even jealous of a girl whose love for him isn't even real?'
Not wanting this matter to affect her duty as maid, Siesta quietly walked away attending to her job to clear her mind.
(Dorm)
When he arrived at the door of his 'master' room, it was closed. However from up close, Sora could still hear the faint sounds of sniffles and muffled sobs. Once again, the spiky boy felt guilty. He didn't mean to make her sad and only tried to explain the situation to prevent misunderstandings, but the love potion effect was just too strong to make Louise think straight.
But right now, potion or not, he needed to comfort her.
Knock-Knock*
"Louise! Are you okay?" Sora asked, but there was no response.
He reached the doorknob, expecting it to be locked from inside since she was upset. But to his surprise, it wasn't as the door was pushed slightly.
"Hey Louise. Is it okay if I come in?" He asked again, but like before, there was no response. "Alright, I'm coming in!"
Sora then slowly opened the door to see how Louise's current condition was. But what he saw next immediately startled him in shock. Inside the room was Louise, sitting on the bed with a cute and innocent expression on her face. But what startled the Keyblade wielder was the current state of her clothing because the girl was only wearing her shirt and leggings.
'What the...! Where's her skirt?!' He observed but then noticed something else that was missing from the pinkette, 'Scratch that! Is she even wearing underwear?!'
"*Sob* You're so mean... *Sob*" Louise said while sobbing.
"Uh, Sorry?" Sora wasn't sure how to respond at that but then immediately snapped out. "Wait! Louise, put something on!"
The spiky boy quickly stepped back and closed the door partially so wouldn't see Louise in her indecent state.
"But, I'm already wearing clothes." Louise replied gently.
"I mean pants or something to cover up your bottom!"
"But I don't want to wear them!"
"Why?!"
There was a moment of silence before Louise answered. "It's because I'm not attractive enough. I knew it ever since that day. I was reminded over and over again."
Sora was confused. What did she mean by that? Was she talking about the unfortunate accident from the Fairy Inn?
Louise then continued. "I bet that's why you keep chasing other girls. It's because I'm not good enough for you, isn't it?"
"That's not like it." Sora replied as he entered the room again and approached the pinkette, trying not to look at anything below her eye level. "I'm not doing anything to you because you're my friend, Louise."
"But I don't want you to see me as a friend or your master..." She pouted as she hopped off her bed and started removing her leggings. "...I want you to see me as a woman."
"Louise! You have no idea what you just said!" Sora said incredulously. He held his index finger at the pinkette as a warning for her to stop as she started approaching him while wearing only her shirt with a seductive look on her face.
"Hey, don't make me do this Louise!"
But Louise didn't listen and kept walking towards the spiky boy while unbuttoning her shirt, starting from the top. As she came closer, Sora finally couldn't take it anymore and unsheathed Derflinger from his scabbard and pointed the sword upwards and shouted.
"SLEEP!"
Waves of magic then came out from Sora's body and circled around him. Louise was taken aback but then suddenly she felt drowsy and her eyes were heavy. Before the girl could process what just happened, she fell on the floor headfirst with a loud *Thud!* and started snoring like a little baby.
Sora wiped off the sweat on his forehead and looked at the sleeping form of Louise in relief. Anymore and he wouldn't dare to imagine what could've happened to him. At this point he'd rather deal with Louise constantly yelling at him.
Sheathing back the Derflinger, Sora then carried Louise to her bed. He tried as hard as he could not to look at the exposed area between her hips as he gently placed her on the bed and tucked her in the blanket.
After closing the door from outside, Sora crossed his arms, frustrated as an image of a certain blonde girl came to his mind. He really needed to have another word with her. It was then when the sentient sword on his back finally spoke.
[You don't really need to turn her back, you know? I'd say having her being smitten with you is better than getting yelled at.]
"Except you know this isn't right." replied the Keyblade wielder as he went to find Montmorency. "Love that is caused by potion and not from the heart can't even be called love in the first place."
[You're rather sensitive to a girl's feelings, partner. Do you have someone special?]
At his question, Sora suddenly stopped in his tracks for a moment and an image of a certain red haired girl in pink whom he had promised to return to appeared in his mind. He didn't answer the question the sentient sword asked but his reaction was more than enough for Derf to draw a conclusion.
[Looks like I'm right.]
Sora let out a sigh and continued walking. "Look. Let's just see Montmorency to get this over with."
[As you wish, partner.]
(With Guiche and Montmorency)
In the hallway, the couple was currently walking together, making their way towards the laboratory. Guiche was carrying two stacks of books while Montmorency was carrying a tray of vials with various colored liquids inside.
As they entered the lab, Guiche went to the bookshelf while Montmorency went to the wooden cabinet filled with various tools for making magic potions.
"So, where did you go last night?" Guiche asked his girlfriend as he put the books back into their empty slots.
"Oh. Ummm... well..." Before she could make up a proper and believable excuse to her boyfriend, another person then barged in. It was none other than Sora.
"Ah! There you are, Montmorency. I've been looking for you!" exclaimed the spiky boy at her much to the girl's surprise that she almost dropped the remaining vials in her hands. Sora then noticed another blonde's presence in the room. "Oh, Guiche is here too."
A frown marred Montmorency's face before she placed the vials back into the cabinet and crossed her arms at Keyblade wielder. "Would you at least knock next time?"
However, Sora ignored her remark and went to the point. "You have to turn Louise back to normal! There's no way I'm putting up with this for a year!"
Guiche was flat out confused. What happened between them while he was... attending his 'business'? The blonde boy then approached Sora and stood in front of his girlfriend.
"Sora. What's going on here? And you didn't have to yell at my dear Montmorency like that." He asked, frowning and crossing his arms at Sora.
The Keyblade wielder then told him that Montmorency made a love potion meant to be given to Guiche, but Louise drank it by mistake. Both mages were surprised and shocked at this. Guiche was surprised because his girlfriend had made a potion banned by the law, but Montmorency was shocked by something else...
'Sacrebleu! How did he figure it out?! I didn't even tell him I made that potion for Guiche!' She screamed in mind.
"You made a love potion?" Said Guiche as the young girl twiddled her fingers. She babbled a bit as Sora cut in.
"We can talk about it later. You need to turn her back!" exclaimed Sora.
However, Montmorency only sighed and shook her head. "Look, I'm sorry. But like I've told you, just wait until the effects wear off. This is out of my hand now."
His eyes started to twitch upon hearing that, but soon Sora remembered what Siesta had told him about the aphrodisiacs and its law.
"Potions such as aphrodisiacs and others that are used to control a person's heart are all banned by the law."
An idea formed in Sora's head. Normally, he didn't like to blackmail someone just to get what he wanted. But the current situation now had forced him unless he wanted to wait until one year passed.
Crossing his arms, Sora let out a fake, exasperated sigh. "You're right, Montmorency. Maybe I should ask someone else who knows better about this, like Colbert."
The blonde girl suddenly gasped in horror and felt the color drain from her face when he mentioned the teacher's name. If Sora told Professor Colbert that Louise drank a love potion, he would definitely ask him where she even got it in the first place which would lead him to her. She would be doomed!
Cold sweats ran down her face and Montmorency could already imagine the worst things that could happen to her: Getting expelled from the school, her parents disowning her, getting jailed in a dungeon for making forbidden potions by authorities. There was no way she'd let it happen!
As Sora was about to make his leave, Montmorency pulled on his jacket, stopping him from leaving. "Wait! Wait! There's no need to tell the professor! I-I know what to do!"
The Keyblade wielder turned around, looking at the blonde girl with a raised eyebrow. "You do? But I thought you didn't know how to break the spell."
"Well... Yes and no." She said, playing with her fingers. Both boys gave her a confused expression before she explained. "I mean yes, I can make an antidote, but I don't have all the ingredients. I'm missing just one crucial ingredient: A Spirit Tear."
"A spirit tear?" repeated Sora.
Guiche placed his index below his chin. "I think I've heard it before. But isn't it supposed to be a rare item?"
"Yes they are and also very difficult to find." Montmorency nodded. "You won't be able to purchase them at any store. Fortunately I know where we can find one, but it's not a guarantee we can get it even if we go there."
"It's still worth a try." replied Sora. "If that's the case, why don't we go tomorrow to find this Spirit Tear?"
"WHAT?! Tomorrow?! No way! I don't want to go!" exclaimed the blonde girl.
The Keyblade wielder just rested his hands behind his head at her refusal. "Then I guess I'll have to go to Colbert to ask where I can find the Spirit Tear."
"Urk?! Okay! Okay! We'll go tomorrow! Happy now?!" Montmorency slumped in defeat. She couldn't believe that he would blackmail her like this but Sora had no joy in this either.
With everything had been settled, Sora went to the door, intending to leave. But when he touched the handle, he stopped and turned around.
"Say, Montmorency..." She perked up when he called her name. "Why did you make that love potion in the first place?"
Sora could already guess why considering her boyfriend's bad habit to flirt with other girls behind her back. However he wanted to know the true motive behind her actions coming from her mouth.
Montmorency hesitated for a moment, playing with her fingers again as she blushed slightly. "I… I just didn't want Guiche to keep cheating on me..."
"And were you okay with that?" asked the spiky boy.
"Well, I would have turned him back if it got too annoying."
Sora shook his head. "That's not what I'm asking. I mean would you be okay with hollow feelings? I can tell you wouldn't have been happy to be loved by someone important to you but not from his genuine feelings."
Montmorency was taken aback. Honestly she didn't know how to respond back, but her pride kept her defiant.
"Tch! What do you even know about love that you think you can lecture me about that?" She crossed her arms and looked away.
"You're right, I probably don't." Sora answered with a nod, surprising the girl again as he continued. "But I know that you can't just go and try to force a person to love you. That's no different from lying. If you really think that you're okay with it, then you're just lying to yourself as well."
Sora then turned to Guiche. "And you're no better either, Guiche. Going behind her back and being unfaithful sometimes… I get that you want to talk to another girl, but you don't need to flirt constantly, especially right in front of Montmorency. Have you ever thought that your actions might be hurting her heart?"
Guiche could only stutter and scratch his cheek, unable to answer that. It was now when he began to realize how he might've hurt her dear Montmorency all this time, but she had been keeping it away from him.
"I'm not a love expert, but you two really need to talk about how you feel about each other instead of trying to manipulate each other's hearts. I just can't stand it. If you cannot work through this together, you'll only hurt yourselves even worse than before."
And with that Sora finally left the laboratory and closed the door. The words he said really got to them as one looked at the ground and the other stared at the door. They stayed silent for a few minutes before Guiche decided to talk.
"So, uh... You made a love potion that was meant for me?" asked the earth blonde mage.
"Ye-Yes." Montmorency answered shyly.
Guiche scratched the back of his head. "I... should be upset, but I'm actually kinda flattered that you would go that far." He replied to his girlfriend with a smile, but Montmorency on the other hand tried to dismiss it.
"Hey! It doesn't have to be you per se. Dating is just to kill time and I could've used it on anyone... Okay I admit, it's my fault for what happened to Louise. But you're also at fault! You always go around flirting with other girls! You don't have the slightest idea how that makes me feel. You've been cheating on me over and over again, that it gets so annoying!"
She scowled at him and then stared at the floor with a mix of anger, sorrow and guilt on her face. Guiche didn't say anything and approached Montmorency and cupped her chin and suddenly kissed her on lips, surprising the water mage.
Montmorency's eyes went wide for a moment but then closed as she fully embraced his affection.
Guiche gently pulled away from Montmorency and looked at her gazing deeply into her eyes"*Sigh* You're right, I do apologize for that. But you should know that my heart belongs to no one else but you. Just because I may mingle with another girl, it doesn't mean I don't love you."
"Really?"
"Of course. My heart belongs only to you."
(Next morning)
Another day came upon the land of Tristain and ray of morning sunshine came through the window in Louise's bedroom. Today was the day where Sora and his mage friends were supposed to go and find this Spirit Tear. However, there was already one problem before they could even leave the school grounds...
[Just do it, partner. She won't even notice it.] suggested Derflinger.
Sora shook his head in refusal. "Nuh-huh. For the last time, Derf. I won't do it."
Before them, Louise was still sleeping like a baby. It seemed the effect of the Sleep magic he put on her was so strong that she slept longer than usual. But the problem wasn't the oversleeping Louise.
At first glance, it looked like there was nothing wrong with the girl. However, beneath her blanket, she was actually still going commando. Sora knew that they couldn't go and meet Montmorency and her boyfriend with her current state, but there was no way he would put on her panties! Not only was it too embarrassing and wrong on many levels, but it would also make him feel like he had taken advantage of a girl in a defenseless situation.
What should he do now? Sore wondered as he placed his hand under his chin in thought.
"Oh, right! Siesta!" He exclaimed, smashing his right fist into his left palm. "She should be able to help put on Louise's clothes."
Without wasting any time, the Keyblade wielder ran out of the room to find the black haired maid.
(With Guiche and Montmorency)
In the Vestry field, both Guiche and Montmorency were waiting for Sora and Louise. Both their travel bags were placed on the nearby tables. While the earth mage looked relaxed, the water mage on the other hand didn't look too happy as she impatiently tapped her foot. How couldn't she? First she got blackmailed by the spiky familiar and now she had to wait for him despite his demand to go searching for the Spirit Tear today!
A rose suddenly appeared before her eyes and Montmorency turned to her boyfriend. "Now-now my dear. That look doesn't suit your pretty face at all."
She crossed her arms and let out an annoyed huff. "He was the one who asked us to go with him today and yet he's making us wait for him and Louise! How couldn't I-"
"Heeey!"
Both Guiche and Montmorency turned to the voice calling them in the distance, which turned out to be Sora who was carrying the still sleeping Louise on his back.
"Uh, Sora. What happened to Louise?" The blonde earth mage asked, pointing at the pinkette. As explosive as her spells often ended up, Guiche knew that Louise wasn't the type who liked to wake up late.
"She's just overslept. Maybe a side effect from the aphrodisiac." He lied. There was no way he could tell them what happened between him and Louise yesterday.
(Outside front gates)
The mages and the Keyblade wielder each rode a horse borrowed from the academy for their trip to a place called the Lagdorian Lake since that place was located quite far from the school. Their trip so far was uneventful as their horses walked fast together side by side.
However Sora looked visibly bored. Compared to how he usually traveled in the worlds he visited, he felt they were going too slow.
He could've reached their destination faster by using his flowmotion or one of his Attraction Flows: Big Magic Mountain and take Guiche, Montmorency and Louise as well. However, the former would leave them behind and he would probably get lost as Montmorency was the one who knew the direction and the latter would probably make them surprised at the sight of a magical locomotive and started questioning more of his origin.
Trying to break the ice, Sora asked them a question. "Hey. What's so important about this Lagorian Lake anyway?"
"First, it's Lagdorian. Not Lagorian you dolt." corrected Montmorency. "Secondly, it isn't just any lake. Within the lake itself, there lies a Water Spirit who can grant us the Spirit Tear. And before you ask, no. We don't need an actual tear. We just need a small piece of her body."
Guiche raised an eyebrow at Montmorency. "But will she give it to us? I'm not an expert, but as far as I know, only high ranked nobles and important figures are the only ones who may request something from a spirit."
The blonde girl shook her head, unsure. "I don't know. My family and other water mages had formed a contract with the Water Spirit, but I only saw it once when I was still a little girl. I don't know if the Water Spirit still remembers me…"
"It's still better than nothing right?" Sora tried to raise some optimism. The spiky boy then noticed something sparkling blue long way ahead beyond the woods. "Hey, I think I see the lake! Come on. I'll race you two! Hiya!"
Sora then galloped his horse towards the lake, leaving both mages to follow him.
"Wait a minute! You don't even know if that's the lake! Can't you follow my instructions for a second?!" Montmorency called out. Then she noticed how Guiche started to quicken the pace of his horse.
"Hm, a knight shall not back away from a challenge. Hiyah!"
And the blonde boy galloped his horse as well to race the Keyblade wielder, leaving only the blonde girl who could only watch with a thousand yard stare, completely at loss of words.
"Urgh. What's with boys and their stupid competitions?!" She shouted in exasperation before following them.
(Later)
Montmorency galloped her horse, chasing after the boys as fast as she could. However, they were faster and had gone into the woods. She wondered how they could even get knighted in the first place?
Her thoughts were interrupted when she suddenly heard her boyfriend screaming.
"Guiche!" She exclaimed in worry as she galloped faster to where the scream came. She soon made it past the hill and saw two horses, one carrying the still sleeping Louise on the saddle that began to make her wonder what exactly Sora did to her to sleep this long, and the said spiky haired boy carrying him with his arm over his shoulder as he pulled him from the water.
"*Cough Cough* Thank you." Guiche thanked Sora for saving him as he kept coughing up water and gasping for air.
"It's fine." He said, patting him on the back. "So...You can't swim can you?" He asked and the blonde boy shook his head in shame.
Ignoring the two soaked boys, Montmorency observed the lake with suspicion. "What in the world...?"
"What's wrong?" asked Guiche.
"This area... it's flooded." answered her. Both Sora and Guiche immediately came to her side and looked at what she was talking about. Much to their shock, she was right, the trees, houses and lots of land was underwater.
"Almost everything is submerged..."
"Was there a heavy rain or flash flood?"
Montmorency shook her head. "I don't think so. The only possible explanation is that the Water Spirit is angry."
"Angry?" Both boys raised their eyebrows.
She nodded. "Something must have happened to her that made her flood the area, because the last time I was here with my father it wasn't like this."
The female blonde told Sora and Guiche "Anyway, we should wait till sunset. She wouldn't appear otherwise."
Both Sora and Guiche agreed and decided to make a camp while waiting for sunset.
As Guiche began unpacking his stuff, Sora gently lowered Louise from the horse saddle. The pinkette was still sleeping and drooling as her familiar gently rested her back against the nearby tree.
The earth mage arched his eyebrow at the duo. How could Louise still sleep from the side effect of the aphrodisiac? No wait, he actually began to doubt if it was even the cause in the first place.
Guiche decided to approach Sora and asked, "Sora. What exactly happened to Louise? I doubt a love potion side effect would last this long."
The Keybearer flinched but then sighed after realizing that he couldn't keep it forever. Motioning the mage to come down and sit together, Sora finally told him what actually happened between him and Louise that made her asleep.
Guiche was gobsmacked after learning how Louise tried to 'make a move' on Sora. Louise, the short tempered explosive girl, actually seduced Sora and even wanted to sleep naked with him? The blonde mage glanced at the sleeping form of Louise and pondered if the Louise that Sora described and the Louise everyone knew were even the same person.
But then a dreadful thoughts came to his mind. If Louise wanted to force herself on Sora because of the aphrodisiac, then it meant if Montmorency's plan had gone successfully to have him drink the love potion, he could've done to Montmorency what Louise almost did to Sora…
It made him shudder to think about it…
(Sunset)
When the sky began to turn orange as the sun began to set, Montmorency walked towards the lake and took something out from her bag attached to her waist.
It was her familiar, a tiny frog whose skin was bright yellow with black spots. Montmorency gently put the frog in her palm, facing her as it stared up at the master inquisitively.
"Alright Robin. I need your help to get in and call forth the Water Spirit for us." She told the frog named Robin. Montmorency then took out a needle from her pouch and pricked her finger, oozing out her blood and dripping it onto her familiar.
"Now I need you to go and find her. With this she should recognize me. Tell the Ancient who resides in this lake that I need to talk to her."
The frog nodded slightly and immediately jumped in the water with a splash following her master's order.
Montmorency then turned to the boys who had been watching her performing the ritual. "Now we wait. If she finds the Water Spirit, Robin will guide her to meet us here."
Guiche arched one of his eyebrows, looking doubtful. "Are you sure that she will appear? We're just students."
"I'm sure she will." She replied with a nod.
Sora crossed his arms. "I hope you're right."
"Just trust me on this."
And the moment she said that, a pillar of water suddenly shot up from the lake, causing both Sora and Guiche to jump in shock and the former prepared himself to summon the Keyblade in case of danger.
"What is that!?" He shouted.
The water mage turned to where the water pillar was, looking unfazed. "It's her." Montmorency looked at the boys over her shoulder. "Now you two, don't do or say anything that might upset her."
Both Sora and Guiche nodded. Montmorency then stood in front of the water pillar and closed her eyes, spread her arms and began chanting.
"My name is Montmorency Margarita La Fère de Montmorency. A spell caster of water and member of a family who is bound to you from long ago. Oh great spirit of water if you recall me in any way, appear to me in a form and manner we may understand!"
Soon after chanting, the water pillar began to take a form into a gigantic female who resembled Montmorency in appearance and looked down at the presence of the humans before it.
"Woah! So that's the water spirit!" Sora exclaimed in awe.
"I-Incredible! In all my years, I've never seen a Spirit with my own eyes!" said Guiche, also amazed.
[Ah, the memories. It's been too long.] Derf said, much to Sora's curiosity as he glanced at the sword on his back. What was he talking about?
The Water Spirit looked closer at Montmorency and began to speak.
(I remember you... You mortal...)
Montmorency then bowed to the spirit as a sign of showing respect. "Great Water Spirit. I am grateful that you remember me. Now I have a request to ask you."
(A Request? What do you seek from me, mortal?)
"We desire a part of your body." answered the water mage.
(My body you say?) The Water Spirit paused for a moment before giving her answer. (I decline!)
With a heavy heart, Montmorency let out a defeated sigh and walked past Sora and Guiche. "See? I told you. Now let's go back..."
Sora couldn't believe how easy Montmorency gave up after all the long trip from the academy to here. They were so close to finding one ingredient to bring Louise back to normal only to be turned down? There was no way he'd come back empty handed!
"Water Spirit! You gotta help us!" He shouted. "A friend of mine is in trouble because of a potion. To cure her we need a Spirit Tear."
Montmorency, both horrified and upset with Sora's disrespectful attitude towards the Water Spirit, grabbed his arm.
"You idiot! What are you doing?! You will make it mad!"
But Sora ignored what she said and continued. "Please… We're not asking for anything else. Just a small piece of your body..."
The Water Spirit went silent after hearing Sora's words. For an unknown reason, it could see something warm within this creature… No, this boy felt familiar.
The spirit stared at him for a while before their shape began to morph again. It was only a second before the water began to reconstruct itself. When it was done, Sora's eyes widened and the water spirit took the shape of another girl. But this time, it was a person he knew all too well...
"Ka… Kairi?!"
(Aaahhh... So, it was you.) The spirit spoke.
"Wha-What?"
(Nothing. So, do you wish for a piece of my body?) asked the Water Spirit again. Sora nodded in response.
(Very well then. You may have it…) A big smile appeared on everyone's faces, but the Water Spirit wasn't done yet. (...However, under one condition.)
This caught everyone's attention again as Sora asked, "What is it?"
(I wish for you to stop the assailants that are doing harm to me.)
"Is someone hurting you?" asked Sora again.
(Yes. Defeat them and I promise I will give you a piece of my body.)
After the spirit said that, its form began to dissolve, leaving a pillar of water to splash beneath the surface of the lake. Sora stared at the spot for a moment, wondering how the Water Spirit could know and take the appearance of Kairi until a tap on his shoulder snapped him out of trance and turned to Guiche.
"Hey. Are you ok?"
"Oh. I am. It's nothing to worry about." Sora's answer wasn't really convincing Guiche at all as he continued. "Anyway, we heard her. She'll give us the Spirit Tear if we stop the bad guys she mentioned."
"WHAT?! NO WAY! I'm not fighting!" Montmorency protested, crossing her arms.
"Then stay back and watch over Louise." replied Sora. "I'll take care of this."
"Now hold on." Guiche said as he flipped his hair in dramatic fashion. "This kind of task from a mighty Spirit should not be done alone. I shall assist you in this, Sora."
"Really? Thanks a lot, Guiche." thanked Sora.
"Don't mention it. It's also my responsibility for what happened to Ze-I mean Louise." Guiche immediately corrected himself. "If anything, I know you would probably do the same for me if I was in her shoes. Besides, isn't that what friends are for?"
Montmorency was a bit surprised seeing how her usually flamboyant boyfriend now voluntarily offered help to someone. Normally, he would cower and hide but not this time. He even felt responsible for what happened to Louise even though she was the one who made the potion in the first place.
The Keyblade wielder was also impressed with the earth mage's change and gratefully accepted his help. "Yeah! Let's get 'em!"
Montmorency crossed her arms and couldn't help but smile at the boys for being good friends. Guiche really had changed a lot after dueling with Sora.
(Night)
When the sky turned dark, the two moons and stars appeared and shined bright in the sky. Ladgorian Lake glimmered beautifully from the reflection of the stars, making it an excellent spot for dating between two lovers. However, this wasn't what the boys and girls of Tristain Academy of Magic were here for.
Currently, the group, including Louise who now was awake after Sora's sleep spell wore off, was discussing a plan on how to catch the intruders attacking the Water Spirit. However, throughout the conversation, Montmorency wondered why someone wanted to attack or disturb the Water Spirit in the first place. There would be nothing to gain from it.
Then, she explained about the possibility of the intruders attacking from the water. The water mage, knowing the questioning look from Sora, enlightened him by explaining that by using a certain wind magic, someone can create a bubble of air which allowed anyone to walk freely underwater.
Sora nodded in understanding and fascination at how the air magic could be used that way. It made him wonder if he could manipulate his Aero to do the same. While he could transform into his merman form to swim faster and breathe underwater, what Montmorency had explained to him sounded convenient too.
Suddenly the gang heard the sound of footsteps then hid behind some trees and bushes and peeked. They saw two cloaked figures walking towards the lake. Their faces were hidden by the hoods so they didn't know how they looked.
"Sora." Montmorency whispered, trying to get his attention. "We have to move now."
"Right..." The Keyblade wielder nodded then turned to Louise. "Louise, I need you to stay here so you won't get hurt. Okay?"
The pinkette gave him the puppy dog eyes, not wanting Sora to leave her, but then understood that he wanted her to be safe from the bad guys. Sora smiled back and nodded at Guiche and Montmorency, telling them to move.
The three then followed the intruder. "So, what's the plan?" asked Sora.
"Hmmm... if they're brave enough to attack a Water Spirit, then it's obvious that they're skilled mages." answered Guiche. "We don't know what they're actually capable of, so fighting them head on isn't a good idea. We can ambush them though. I'll create a distraction using my earth magic while you prepare for an attack."
"Gotcha. Give me the sign when you're ready." replied the spiky boy.
"Alright. Just be careful."
"I will." Sora nodded. But before he left, he turned to Guiche and scratched his head. "And hey... About what I said to you and Montmorency yesterday-"
"No you were right about that." Guiche cut him off, shaking his head. "I realized that I had been hurting my love and I wasn't thinking how she might feel."
Sora lifted an eyebrow. "And what happened?"
"Nothing really. We did talk to each other and laid out our feelings. She said that she didn't want me to cheat on her. Yes, I may make a pass at a woman; however, my heart belongs to her and no one else. Just because I interact with other women doesn't mean I don't love her."
Sora smiled at his words. "You really do care about her don't you?"
"Why yes I do." answered Guiche with a proud look.
With a playful smirk, Sora asked again. "Does this also mean you're not gonna go flirting around again?"
"Uhhh... I can't say I won't." He answered again, scratching his cheek in slight nervousness which earned a chuckle from the Keyblade wielder.
"Just don't push your luck too far, Guiche. I'm not going to bail you out again if it happens."
Both boys laughed together for a moment before Sora waved goodbye as he got into position. Meanwhile, Guiche hid behind some trees to prepare for creating distractions for the intruders. Deep within his heart, Guiche felt it funny how different things around him ever since Louise summoned Sora as her familiar. He thought he only had to partake on a small trip and watched a ceremonial contract between a mage and a spirit and that was it. He never thought he would take part in stopping Water Spirit's assailants with Sora.
(Play-Ketsui)
Guiche moved from his spot and raised his wand and started chanting a spell. "Earth, the great mother! Answer my words and become a moving wall."
Immediately, the ground shifted before it burst forth into several columns. The columns shot at the two intruders as they stood there. However, they were extremely quick to react. The one with the staff immediately turned towards the earth columns before thrusting the staff forward. A gust of wind erupted from the tip of the staff, completely destroying the columns before they got too close.
Guiche narrowed his eyes before he waved his rose a few more times, causing more columns to rise from the ground and attack the mages. This time, the other hooded figure extended a wand and cast forth a large fireball which burned the column easily. The other mage pointed the staff at Guiche before shooting a large gust of wind towards the earth mage.
Another pillar of earth came up from the ground as a shield, nearly blocking the attack from the hooded mage. However as the earth pillar crumbled, a ball of fire was flying towards Guiche. The blonde mage raised both his arms to shield his face, ready to take the burn. But before it could reach him...
"Deep freeze!"
A shard of ice hit the fireball, creating a steam from two opposite elements.
Sora jumped from the woods and grabbed Derflinger and summoned his Kingdom Key while in mid-air and landed beside Guiche. "You're okay, Guiche?"
"A bit shaken, but I'm fine." replied the earth mage. "I was right. These two are skilled."
"So? We're two as well. Let's take them on!"
Sora charged at both intruders with sword and Keyblade in hand. However, they retaliated by casting combinations of fire and wind. But Sora, having faced elemental magic spellcaster opponents in his adventures, slashed through each attack with no trouble. As he approached them, the staff wearing mage casted an ice spell. Sora jumped in the air to evade the ice shards, however the moment he did that the taller one immediately cast a fireball at him.
"Defend!"
In quick reaction, Sora crossed both his weapons and cast Reflect. A spherical, hexagonal patterned shield of light appeared around Sora and caused both magic spells to hit it instead of him. A moment later, the shield broke into small magic energy explosions, surprising both mages.
Sora landed and skidded on the grass and the two mages were stumbling to the ground from the reflected explosions. However, both quickly recovered and pointed their staff and wand at Sora who looked back at them with a challenging smirk.
Honestly this was getting quite exciting...
He was just about to launch another attack at two mages, but suddenly a familiar pinkette appeared right in the middle of the battle. Sora's eyes widened as he recognized the person who raised her wand.
"Oh crap! Wind!"
In a short moment, Sora cast defensive Aero on himself. A barrier of wind began to surround his body as Sora crossed his weapons in a defensive stance, bracing for what happened next.
"DON'T YOU DARE HURT SORA!" Louise shouted as she whipped her want forward. An enormous explosion erupted from Louis's wand, sending both Sora and the two mages flying through the air in opposite directions.
Thanks to the Aero spell, Sora only skidded on the ground from the explosion and then waited for the dust to settle.
It didn't take long before he saw Louise and the mages again. Both their hoods had been blown off by the explosions. And the people underneath them couldn't have been even more shocking as Sora recognized the very familiar color of blue and red hair.
(Stop playing- Ketsui)
"Tabitha?! Kirche?!" The Keyblade wielder exclaimed. "You were the intruders?!"
The redhead was equally shocked. "Sora?" She blinked as she turned around and saw more familiar faces. "Wait a minute... Guiche, Montmorency, and Louise? What are you all doing here?"
"I could ask you the same thing." Sora sheathed his sword and dismissed his Keyblade and began explaining.
(A few minutes later)
When everything had settled down, Sora had explained the entire situation to Kirche and Tabitha. About how Montmorency brewed a love potion, how Louise drank it by accident, and how they were on a mission to obtain a Spirit Tear from Water Spirit as an important ingredient needed to make an antidote to cure Louise.
"I see, so that's how it is..." Kirche said before she turned to Montmorency. "But why would you make a love potion in the first place?"
Guiche was about to answer when Montmorency suddenly stepped on his foot, forcing him to stop.
"Oh, you know. I was just bored." She lied to the girls with a nervous smile. Sora could only chuckle a bit, knowing why she wouldn't really confess.
"But more importantly now, we really need that tear to turn Louise back." He said as the pinkette was clinging to him like a remora and smiling happily. At this point he was getting used to it.
Kirche nodded as she began to understand the situation. "As much as we would like to help you, we have to defeat the Water Spirit. Lagdorian Lake's water level has been rising for a while now. If Tabitha and I don't stop it she'll be in trouble."
"Why are you guys trying to defeat her in the first place?" asked Sora.
The fire mage was trying to think of an excuse without saying anything about Tabitha's family situation. So, she told them that Tabitha's family owned some of the lands here, and with the water level rising like this it caused damage to their properties and thus they were tasked to defeat the Water Spirit.
Sora and the rest listened to their side of the story and noticed how something didn't add up. They were asked to deal with the people who were attacking her which turned out to be two of his friends and they were asked to deal with the spirit who was flooding the lake. He looked at the water and realized that the problem must definitely be with the Water Spirit.
"Hey, Montmorency. Earlier, you said that the Water Spirit was angry, right?" Sora asked the water mage.
Montmorency nodded. "That's right. She never had a high patience with humans in the past. Plus she has quite a temper. Why?"
"Well if we're gonna get to the bottom of this we need to straighten things out with her and see what this is all about."
When everyone arrived at the lake, Montmorency once again did the ritual with her familiar to call forth the Water Spirit. It didn't take long until a pillar of water rose from the surface of the lake. But when the Water Spirit answered her call, once again it took the shape of a red haired girl that Sora cherished.
The spiky boy held back the temptation to ask the spirit about it but seeing the form of Kairi like this only stirred many kinds of emotions within Sora's heart.
(I see you have returned.) said the Water Spirit. (Have you dealt with my attackers?)
"Yup. We did. They're not going to bother you anymore." answered Sora, glancing at Kirche and Tabitha. He then moved to a more important topic. "But why are you flooding this lake in the first place? A lot of people who live around here are in trouble because of this."
Once again, Montmorency wanted to reprimand Sora with his lack of respect towards the Spirit, but she was stopped by Guiche as the spirit wasn't even bothered by his mannerism. The water rippled around the body of the Water Spirit as she stood above the lake.
(Humans have recently stolen something from me. My existence is only bound by the water, therefore if I flood the entire world, I will eventually get it back.)
"Flood the world?" The gang heard the Water Spirit plan and was shocked that the spirit would go that far. "Wouldn't that take forever though?"
"Spirits are immortal. They have a different sense of time than humans do. So it's not like they can help it." explained Montmorency
Sora nodded in understanding at her explanation. But more importantly, the Keyblade wielder and the mages now understood the problem. Someone had stolen something from Water Spirit and it made her upset which meant whatever it was it had to be really valuable and important to her.
"What exactly did they steal from you?" Sora asked the spirit.
(A treasure that had been with me for eternity. The Andvari Ring.)
Montmorency gasped, causing everyone to look at her. "Andvari Ring?! As in the Andvari's Ring?!"
"Do you know what it is?" asked Guiche.
"It's a magic artifact that is supposedly believed to be capable of giving artificial life. I have only heard about it in books though."
"So, who took it?" asked Kirche.
(All I know is that it was a man named Cromwell. He is currently in possession of my treasure.) answered the spirit.
Kirche put her finger on her chin with that name. For some reason, the name 'Cromwell' sounded familiar to the fire mage. But where had she ever heard it before?
"Alright then, I promise I'll find this Cromwell guy and get back your ring." Sora said. Everyone else other than Tabitha was surprised by his declaration.
Kirche let out an exasperated sigh. "Sora darling. That's easier said than done."
"Why is that? She's helping us, so shouldn't we do the same?" questioned Sora.
Guiche also understood this as he put a hand on Sora's shoulder. "It's no use making a promise like that to the water spirit. Just because you have magic as well as the rest of us, you're still not a noble nor someone who may form a contract with her. She's not going to trust you that easily."
(On the contrary, I do trust him.)
This time, the mages, including Tabitha whose eyes widened in surprise, were startled to hear the spirit's response. The Water Spirit, who was known for her dislike towards humans, actually trusted Sora out of everyone else in the world.
"Oh Great Water Spirit. If I may know, why do you trust him?" asked Montmorency who was still taken aback.
(There are two reasons why I am putting my trust in him. One: Gandálfr made a promise to me once in the past and honored that promise. If it comes from Gandálfr then I believe it.)
Gandálfr, that was what Fouquet called him before. Sora wondered if it had deeper meaning than just a familiar title or nickname.
"What's the second reason?"
(As for my other reason, it's because he also happens to be one of 'them'. You are one of those warriors chosen by the 'Key', are you not, Guardian of Light?)
Everyone now looked at Sora, wondering what the Water Spirit meant. The way she referred to him was almost like Sora was one of the heroes chosen by destiny in the epic adventure story books. As for Sora, his eyes widened a bit as he stepped forward and summoned his Keyblade in his right hand.
"You know about the Keyblade?" Sora asked with a tad of surprise in his voice.
The water spirit nodded (Yes. When this world was still whole, I've met your kin once in the past. And just like Gandálfr, that wielder of the light made a vow to me as well. However I was under the assumption you had all perished after that war.)
Sora was completely in awe upon learning that there was another Keyblade wielder that came here before him. Come to think of it, Montmorency did say that she had lived in that lake for a really long time and when she said 'when this world was still whole' she might've been talking about the era before the worlds were separated which meant the spirit could be even older than the Master Xehanort himself!
Everyone else was looking at the two of them in speculations, not sure what in the world they were talking about. What did she mean when this world was still whole, and warriors chosen by the key? Did that mean there were other people like Sora? Plebeians who could use magic? And if so, why hadn't they heard about their existence?
(I have a warning for you, Guardian of Light.)
"What is it?"
(A powerful adversary is here as well, or more accurately he has been in this world for some time now. And not just that, I fear that he will bring the great darkness somewhere in the near future that I doubt even someone like you will be able to stop him...)
However, Sora didn't look worried at her warning. Instead, he crossed his legs, put his hands behind his head and smiled. "Thanks for the heads up. But you don't have to worry about me. I know I'm not that strong on my own, but having the person close to me always makes up the difference. As long as I have my friends by my side there is nothing that will stop me."
(...Very well then, guardian of light.) The Water Spirit echoed as it formed a vial containing some liquid. The vial then slowly descended into Sora's hands before he caught and inspected it.
"That's the Spirit Tear!" Montmorency exclaimed. "He did it. He really managed to convince the Water Spirit..."
Sora pocketed the vial and looked at the spirit again with a determined look. "Thank you. I promise you. Someday I'll get your ring back to you."
"What do you mean someday?" asked the water mage.
Sora turned to her. "You said that she lives forever right, so it doesn't matter how long it takes me, I'm keeping my word to her no matter what." He then turned back to the spirit "Also can you please stop flooding the lake in the meantime?"
(Of course.) The spirit replied with a nod. (In return for promising to return my ring to me, I will cease flooding the water here. Now may the Spirits guide you on your journey, oh Guardian of Light.) The spirit finished before she sank below the surface of the water.
Sora stared in awe of what he had just learned. Though he had suspected that there was something going on ever since he saw the heartless appearing here, now he had confirmed that there was a mastermind behind it. Something dangerous was coming to this world and he had to stop it.
Suddenly Sora remembered one important thing he forgot to ask the spirit: Why did the Water Spirit take the appearance of Kairi?
'Oh well, maybe another time when I return this ring of hers...'
Sora then felt something tugging his sleeve. It was none other than Tabitha.
"Debt."
Sora gave a small chuckle as he looked over at Kirche who also approached him with her hands on her hip. "So what was all that about?"
Montmorency and Guiche walked up to him as well, equally curious. "Yeah. I mean guardian of light? When this world was still whole? The way the water spirit was speaking to you it was almost like she knew something about you."
"Yeah. She made it sound like you're some kind of prophesied warrior. And what is this 'war' she was talking about?" They had so many questions to ask.
Sora looked hesitant for a second. Now that the cat was out of the bag, he couldn't make an excuse to keep the world order since they had known this much now.
"Look guys. I'll explain it all to you, just not right now."
Sora then went to Louise who had been asleep the whole time, either from magic power exhaustion or she was just tired since it was already nighttime, and carried her in a piggyback ride before addressing everyone else.
"Right now, let's go back first."
(Academy of magic)
After a small adventure they had today, everyone was on their way back to the academy. The Keyblade wielder and the earth and water mages were riding on their horses while the fire and wind mages were riding on Sylphid above them.
When they made past the school's gates and dismounted from their horses, Sora handed Montmorency the vial so she could get to work on the antidote ASAP. Hopefully after this she had learned her lesson and would never make another aphrodisiac again.
Today was memorable to say the least. Sora learned that there were two Keyblade wielders from the past who had been in Halkeginia a long time ago: One from 30 years ago and one from centuries ago. Now it was his turn to be here.
And coincidentally his appearance here was now needed after learning there was a danger coming to threaten this world.
(Louise room)
"I can't believe it! How could I let something like this happen?!" Louise exclaimed loudly with her face bright red and with her whip in her hand she was shaking frantically. Montmorency finished making the potion a while ago and it didn't take long for the effects to work.
Sora looked at her with a playful smirk. "Well I guess that answers my question if you still remember what happened today or not."
"Of course I remember you idiot! Gah I can't believe I did such shameless things to this dog!" She screamed in pure embarrassment.
"Hey! Don't take it out on me! You drank a love potion Montmorency made. I had nothing to do with that!" argued Sora.
"Shut up! Now prepare for your punishment!" She swung her whip but Sora caught her wrist first and flipped her to the floor, next Sora pinned her arms down, holding her in place she screamed to get off but he wouldn't unless she calmed down.
Suddenly the window burst open making both Sora and Louise forget their argument. Sora stood up and summoned his Keyblade and pointed it right at the window when another mysterious figure wearing a hood floated and entered the room.
"Who goes there?!" The pink-haired mage demanded as she picked herself off the floor.
"I see you're as rambunctious as ever." The hooded figure said in feminine voice, but for some reason her voice was familiar...
"Wait. Are you-" Louise asked as the mysterious person pulled back her hood to reveal none other than Henrietta herself. "-Princess?!"
End.
