With no new leads on Yoshimiya's death, Mari becomes stuck on how to deal with Matsuri. But has she truly given up on throwing Matsuri in prison or is this a start of solving the case of Yoshimiya. Meanwhile, what about the boy's progress on operation breakout….

-USC Office-

Mari sat alone in her office. Still in her black sweater with her black coat hung at the back of her chair. Sitting in front of her was a half eaten cake that she received from Matsuri. The other cakes were in the bag contained within the box.

The girl's mind was preoccupied at the moment. And there was only one thing in her mind; Yoshimiya.

Since mid April, the student council of Matsuri old school has been occupying her thoughts. She had been reminding herself why she was investigating her death. And that all pointed to the boy she was trying to prove he was not innocent.

But no matter what clues she gathered, they all led to one possible conclusion…..

He's innocent.

Mari shook her head. He was still a suspect. She refuses to let him go until she can find more evidence that will lead her to the answer.

"I could always ask Hitoyoshi…..but after our previous encounter…I highly doubt he would want to talk to me about her again….." Her eyes downcast at the cake in front of her.

She vividly remembers the face and expression the boy made when he was interrogated by her. In all honesty, she could've just taken his reaction as a definite yes and thrown him in prison. But that expression he made told another story.

Then there was what Ayame said about Matsuri, when he got home from school, following his sudden breakup with Yoshimiya. If she recalled, Matsuri felt "ashamed" of himself. She would like to see it as a confirmation of his involvement with the incident. But she wouldn't want to jump too soon with the conclusion.

"Why would he be ashamed of himself?"

Her thoughts were interrupted with a knock at her door. She looked up to spot Meiko coming inside.

"Good evening, Madam President."

"Ah, Meiko." She said with a sigh.

Meiko closed the doors behind her as she walked up to the front desk that Mari sat behind. "I received your text. Did you need me for something?"

"Yes actually." She said as she moved to grab the bag with the leftover cakes in it. "I want you to bring these cakes to the boys. There should be five for them and two for you and Etsuko. I already gave the other slice to Hana."

Meiko raised an eyebrow. "Cake ma'am?"

"Yes. Hitoyoshi made it."

Meiko lightly gasped at this. Matsuri made the cake. Granted she shouldn't be too surprised, during her last inspection in the boy's room. He mentioned that he does like to cook often and he was planning on a cake for his sister's birthday. She thought he was bluffing, but it turns out he wasn't.

Meiko grabs the bag and holds it in her hand. "D-Did you find anything useful during your visit."

Mari frowned at that. "Sadly, I did not. However, I did gain bits of useful knowledge on our only male member."

"Like?"

"Turns out, before Hitoyoshi was acquainted with Yoshimiya, he was a rather…fragile boy."

Meiko's eyes widened at this. While she knew that he was shy and didn't stand up for himself. But she wasn't aware that he was like this since childhood.

"Hitoyoshi never really interacted with any of the students during elementary school. Everyone either ignored him or just picked on him. According to his sisters, he was picked on the most during his high school year. And it just got worse from there."

Meiko could only stand still, her eyes widened at the president's story. Matsuri was picked on, never interacted with any of the students, and it only got worse during his high school year.

"Of course, all of this changed by the time Yoshimiya came into his life. She was exactly what Hitoyoshi needed in his life." She said before her small smile faded and switched to a frown.

"But I don't understand." Meiko said, gaining the president's attention. "I-If they were such good friends. Why did they stop being friends right before the sucide? Why did they leave him out of the incident?"

"I'm not sure. And I want to know as well." Mari said before she let her body fall on the back of her chair. "You know Meiko….when I heard about Hitoyoshi's tale…I couldn't help but to be reminded of a familiar person who had a similar situation." She smirked at the gray-hair vice president.

Meiko had a small blush on her cheeks. True, she had to admit that the two are practically similar due to the both of them having experienced the same thing back when they were young. She could acknowledge that…but strangely enough…..she didn't want him to know about her own past. She couldn't quite put it…but she felt like she was ashamed of who she was before she met Mari.

"Meiko?"

The vice president shook her thoughts aside. "Sorry…..I was just thinking…..so um…what do you plan on doing now, Madam President."

Mari thought for a second. She still intends on finding evidence on Yoshimiya death and coming to a conclusion on what she will do with Matsuri. But with only one week until the boys are released, it feels like she will not make any progress.

"I guess…..I will put a hold on Yoshimiya case…..for the moment." Mari said with a rather disappointed look. "For now, just continue to monitor Hitoyoshi and make sure he's behaving himself. Also, make sure you deliver those cakes as well."

"Yes ma'am. Good night ma'am!" She said as she bowed before she left.

As she left the room. Mari was once again by herself. Her eyes scrunched up for a moment, as if she was in thoughts. She then moved her hands over to her drawer of her desk. Once she opened it, her eyes widened. Inside the drawer was…..nothing.

"That's strange…I swore I left the file to Hitoyohsi permanent records inside here….."

-Boy's Dormitory-

Matsuri was laying on his bed, his arms laid across the bed frame, with his legs sticking out from the bed.

The boy was still wearing his outfit, his eyes just looking at the ceiling fan that spun around in a circle. As for what exactly he was looking at, nothing in particular.

"Remember, if things get too much for you, just give us the words and we will pull you out."

A frown appeared on his lips. His hand reached his face and dragged his hand over his hair, pushing it backward. He loves his family, he really does. And as much as he wants to be pulled from the school.

You know you want to. What's the point of being in this school if you already messed up their lives.

Matsuri shook his head. Shaking off the negative thoughts from his head. His eyes glued to the ceiling, filled with a determined fire.

"I…I can't run away from this. I can't just abandon the boys…I wasn't there for her…..so I can't back out now."

His thoughts were interrupted when he heard his phone ringing near him. The phone vibrated next to his head. He reached for his phone and looked at the screen. The name on the screen revealed to be Etsuko calling for a video chat. He tapped on the screen to confirm.

"E-Etsuko-!"

"MATSURI!"

The scream made the boy jump a few inches from his bed, his hand fighting to hold the phone in place. Her scream came out of nowhere. Holding the phone near his ear and flung his body up.

"E-Etsuko! What's wrong!?"

"T-T-The hole!"

"Huh?" Hole? What hole is she talking about?

"The hole that Kiyoshi and Spect-san were working on for his escape!" Matsuri lightly gasped. Listening more. "It's been filled! The hole in the wall has been filled!"

-Computer Lab-

Yesterday Morning (4 Days until Operation Breakout)

9:00am

What would've been everyone's dreams, ended up to be a cold, hard nightmare. Within the PC room, the class, as suspected, was filled with girls. All the girls were up and about, but their focus was not on each other, but their direct attention was at the back of the room. The only side where the boys are occupying, while the girls are occupying most of the front space of the room.

The boys' space was rather smaller, pushing them against the wall. They were all splitted into either two or one table. Shingo and Jo were seated together, Kiyoshi and Gakuto, with Andre the only one with a space of his own. All lined up in a straight horizontal line. And just to separate them from the girls, cones were placed in front of the boys with a sign labeled: "Entrance Forbidden".

The girls continue to give the boys the stink eye. Many of them give them all sorts of expressions.

"I hate this"

"Disgusting."

"This is a disaster."

"They stink."

The girls were definitely not giving the boys welcome arms. And the boys were clearly getting the message as they could feel the aura in the air around them.

"For a m-moment, I was happy to be together with the girls, but…." Shingo said with a defeated look.

"*Cough* It's terrible."

"Eh, really? I can't get enough of their spite though." Andre said with a blush, drooling from his mouth.

Kiyoshi sighs to himself. He was looking forward to this as much as the other guys, but after getting this reaction, now he was not looking forward to this.

"This sucks…I know our peeping operation was bad, but I didn't expect it to be that bad."

Before he could think anymore, his eyes looked over at the door that was open, three students were coming inside. Kiyoshi's face brightens when he immediately recognizes the three, at least two of them.

Coming through the door were Mayumi, Etsuko and Chiyo, walking together in the room. The small first year was showing her friends some drawings that she drew on her sketchpad. Mayumi had a nervous look on her face as she was looking at Etsuko drawing, with Chiyo just giving her a small laugh at it.

"Chiyo-Chan!"

It didn't take a minute or so before Chiyo noticed Kiyoshi among the boys at the table. She raised her hand and did the hand signal.

[Looking forward to Saturday].

[Yeah. Me too.]

Kiyoshi followed suit. He was once again lost in his daydream world. He was absolutely looking forward to his date with Chiyo.

While Mayumi was still looking at Etsuko drawings, the small first year couldn't help but to look between the two students. She took notice of how Kiyoshi was completely out of it.

"Is he really this delusional?" She thought to herself with a skeptical look.

The murmurs in the class came to a halt when they heard a pair of hands clapping. Coming into the room was an older looking woman.

Unlike many of the female students that they saw across the school, the teacher wore a light aqua blue jacket. Under her jacket was a white shirt with the same sporting ribbon as the female students. The woman had long brown hair, with the back of her hair being tied with a small red ribbon. The end of her hair reached towards her back but didn't reach that far. She carried a serious look on her face.

"Okay class. Settle down!" She said with a stern voice. Her eyes scanned the room of students who were hurrying to their respective seats. It wasn't long until her eyes caught the boys in the back of the room. Her eyes narrowed at the boys, as they shrunk between their shoulders, they could feel the intense stare from the teacher that carried a rather similar feel of the president.

"Now listen up! I know this is a PC room, but remember you are still in school! I want everyone to keep up with the lesson. No lagging behind now, understand?" She said as she continued to look among the room.

"Um….sensei?" One of the female students raised her hand. "Um…..do we have to share a room with the boys?" She said pointing her finger at the boys.

The teacher sighed to herself, she knew that this would be the girl's trouble. But she could not blame them.

"I'm afraid so. The prison does not have computers for them to use in the prison block. So in order for them to do their work…they need computers…so we have no choice but to let them in."

Immediately all of the girls, (with the exception of Chiyo and Etsuko) gave out a groan. This was the worst. For them at least. Continued murmur of curses and nasty words came from their mouth, particularly talking about the boys who were within the class. Causing the boys to feel more defeated than before.

"Alright! Alright, settle down now. I don't like this as much you girls, but we have no choice. Now get your computer started and get prepared." She said as she walked straight down the middle of the small narrow space that over to the back of the room where the boys were occupying.

As she reached towards the back, she gave all five of them a stare. Her hands rested under her ample bust. "Just so we're clear. I don't want any trouble from you five. You may be out of prison for a moment, but this is a classroom. If you cause any trouble in this class, I will not hesitate by giving you guys a punishment."

"Y-Yes sensei!" All of them said in synch.

The teacher just gave a nod and returned back to the front of the room. The boys gave out a sigh of defeat.

"Great, even the teachers hate us in this school. Damn it, this sucks man." Shingo whispered.

"I mean, five boys are going to peep on the girls, news is bound to spread." Jo whispered back.

"Damn it. Now I wish that we just listened to Matsuri and hung back!" He said with a groan.

The class was settled down as they worked on their classworks, while the teacher continued to provide lessons at the front of the classroom on the whiteboard. With the boys all the way in the back of the class, we followed along.

While the class was in full session, Kiyoshi took the opportunity to speak with his partner in crime.

"Gakuto," Kiyoshi whispered. "About that plan you mentioned yesterday. What is it?"

Gakuto gave a small chuckle as he pushed his glasses up from the bridge of his nose. "A glorious plan to fool them about your absence…." He said as he brought out his mobile audio player from his pocket. "I'll use this."

Kiyoshi just looked at the audio player with confusion. "Um…..I don't follow."

"Just hear me out first." Gakuto stated before Kiyoshi could say anything else. "During the test run, we were able to fool the vice president for one hour with the help of Matsuri-dono and Etsuko-dono of course. But we almost got busted when they came back."

"Oh yeah, we almost got busted there." Kiyoshi remembered that his butt got caught in the small hole, then there was the chairman whom he was not expecting to run into.

"And I doubt that Matsuri-dono could trick her with the same trick. And since we have not heard anything from either him or Etsuko-dono. I have come up with a simple trick that could benefit us."

"And that is…."

"Say this scenario for example; say if you were in the laboratory. Surely she would go check up on you to see how you are holding up. At that time she does, yours truly will play the sound of your defection that I put into the player through the latest wireless speaker."

Kiyoshi's face brightened with a grin. "Leave it to the most resourceful general in Nerima. The poop sounds are on it already, right?"

"Not yet."

The bright grin that Kiyoshi wore on his face now faded. "Huh?"

Gakuto raised his finger to Kiyoshi to stop his thinking for a moment. "Before you say anything, let me finish. I do not have the poop sound yet, but this computer lab is also something I predicted in the long run. Behold." He motioned his hand over to the computer screen.

Kiyoshi's eyes traveled to the computer screen that had a webpage open right in front of them. The page had a word in large font reading: Fooglee.

"Is that…..the net?"

"Indeed," Gakuto chuckled as he began to type in the word in the search bar. "I should find many number of poop sounds by searching the net." He said as he was done typing in the word in the search bar.

With a mischievous smile, the mouse cursor eagerly flew across the screen and towards the red button that was labeled search. Anticipation coursed through his veins as he clicked on the button, hoping to find a wide number of poop mp3 sound on the net. Or so he thought until…..

"T-This….this cannot be….." His hand started to tremble. Beads of sweat slid against his hand. "Searching for poop mp3 returns…..nothing." He said with a horrified look on his face.

A light gasp escaped from Kiyoshi mouth, his expression matches that of his partner in crime. What will they do now?

"W-What do we do now? If we miss this chance, we can't touch the computer again!" He whispered to his friend who was vigorously searching through the net by typing in anything that relates to poop sounds.

"Do you not think I'm aware of that! But no matter what I search for, nothing comes out!" He says through his gritted teeth.

Up front of the classroom, Etsuko was somewhat focused on her work, but couldn't help but to direct her attention to the two boys in the back. She took notice of the expression that both of them were wearing, more particularly Gakuto.

"What are those idiots doing now?" She thought to herself with a confused look.

Meanwhile, Kiyoshi and Gakuto were busy panicking in their seats as they were vigorously continuing their search for the poop sound on the net. But no matter what he types in, nothing still comes up.

"And yet! Still nothing! And we don't have much time left! And it takes approximately 15 minutes to download it onto the audio player!"

"If nothing comes up…." Kiyoshi looked at his friend. Their minds are thinking on the same wavelength. It was the only idea they can think of.

"We'll have to make it come out!"

"...no…" Kiyoshi spoke up first. "It's too risky to do it here, and who would even do that in the first place anyways. And in a crowded room no doubt." He said, waving his hand in dismal.

"But there's no other way." Gakuto said with a hint of desperation in his tone.

"Just forget it, Gakuto. This plan is a failure." Kiyoshi said.

A silence between the two occurred, with Kiyoshi looking the other way with a disappointed expression. A thought of two were clashing within his thoughts.

"I mean…I'm glad that we possibly won't have to break out and get in trouble and all…..but still I…" Kiyoshi's mindset was in the right place. His eyes traveled over to the innocent girl he admired at the front of the classroom. "I really want to go out with Chiyo-chan…..I really was looking forward to it. But then again…..I did lie to her not just once…..but twice…" He balled his hand into a fist.

Meanwhile, the boy on the side of him was non-responsive, but was merely just looking at his friend from the side of his face. He took note of how the boy was looking at the girl up front with eyes of desperation and other conflicting thoughts. He then looked at the clock that hung from the wall near the ceiling. Class was almost almost over, they didn't have enough time.

"...Kiyoshi-dono…." He grabbed the boy's attention. "Do you still wish to go out with Chiyo-dono?"

"O-Of course I do….."

"Then we have no choice. There is no other way." He said with a low and grave tone. His hand shook as it held the end of the headphones. In a quick motion he plugged the headphone into the jack. Kiyoshi's attention was fully on him as his expression changed from confusion to horrified as he looked on.

"This headphone can function as a microphone too." Gakuto said before he blew into it. The bar on the computer caught the sound, indicating that it's working.

"Gakuto stop!" Kiyoshi tried to plead for his friend to stop his action. "Do you know what will happen if you let loose in here!?" He whispered low enough to not cause a disturbance.

"Indeed, for you it's impossible Kiyoshi-dono," He said as his eyes traveled over to the innocent girl at the front of the class who was casually doing her work. "If you do that in front of Chiyo-dono, the date would be canceled and you would have no reason to break out."

"Not just for me, but it's impossible for you too!" He hissed at the glasses-wearing boy who was still shaking with fear, but his grip on the headphone piece says he was determined to do the impossible. "You want to flush down your high school years down the drain!?"

"I…thought that if I entered this school full of girls…..I could make a girlfriend. In 3 years, I can do it. After all there are 1000 girls here." He said, his tone remained grave. "But….the 3 kingdom figurine…..only comes once in 4 years. It's a simple calculation."

Gakuto trembled in fear, little beads of sweat rolled against his skin. He nervously turned his head around and faced Kiyoshi.

"Obviously, it's easier to just endure 3 years than 4 years."

"Don't be stupid! Think this over man! A figurine really that more important to you than your school life!?"

Gakuto ignored his pleas as he shoved the earpiece right under his butt. "Of course….."

Before Gakuto could reach the mouse. The next moment, in a flash, Kiyoshi snags the mouse away from him. Dragging over to his side.

"Kiyoshi-dono….."

"No way man! Forget it!"

"So this is your answer…..your quitting?"

"Like hell I'm giving up!"

"Then hand over the mouse so I can-!"

"Forget it man! I'm not gonna let you ruin your 3 years of school life for some figurine!"

"Kiyoshi-dono, please think about this for a moment, your acting-!"

"I'M NOT ACTING IRRATIONAL! THE ONLY ONE WHO ACTING IRRATIONAL IS YOU!" Kiyoshi bursted out loud, gaining the attention of the entire classroom.

The entire class immediately stopped from what they were doing and turned their attention to the two boys in the back. Chiyo couldn't help but look at Kiyoshi who was immediately standing over Gakuto. Etsuko and Mayumi were on similar boats as they looked at the boy.

"Kiyoshi-dono please settle down-!"

"You really…you really want to throw away your life for this! We'll find another way!" He proclaimed with a fist raised in the air.

A collected gasp escaped from the three boys mouths as they looked at the scene.

"He's doing it!?" Shingo thought.

"Are they proclaiming their love for each other right here!?" Jo thought the same as Shingo.

"Right now!?" Andre finished off the thought.

"Kiyoshi-dono….."

Before any of the two could say anything further, Kiyoshi unplugged the headphones from the computer and proceeded to do the next unpredictable thing. With enough strength that he put into his hand, he pushed the computer off of the desk, the device fell from the height of the table and smashed against the floor.

The impact made a loud crash, causing the entire class to flinch or either scream towards the scenario. The three boys all had similar reactions that were being worn on their faces. Beads of nervous sweat rolled against their skin, their mouth gaped wide open, watching the two "supposed lovers" making a scene.

Chiyo watched with shock and curiosity. More particularly looking at the boy whom she has a date with for this week. Etsuko and Mayumi looked onward with different reactions. While Mayumi was a little concerned and frightened, Etsuko however looked onward with sparkles in her eyes. As if she was being inspired by Kiyoshi action.

"Kiyoshi-dono, what ills you to-"

"I don't care. You're not going to put yourself through that disaster." He said with a strong determined voice. A burning fire was in his eyes. Kiyoshi set both of his hands on Gakuto's shoulders looking straight into his eyes with intense stares. "But I'm not giving up! We can find another way!"

"Kiyoshi-dono…." Gakuto let out a breath.

The three boys on the side were facing the other way, hiding their tears away from Kiyoshi and Gakuto.

"Their love for each other is strong!"

Gakuto just continued to look at the boy with awe inspiring eyes. For a moment, he literally thought Kiyoshi was giving up because they had no other option. But no, he was actually defending him from making the biggest mistake of his highschool year. He was protecting him.

"Boys….." Their moments were interrupted when they heard a familiar woman's voice. But the voice was in a dark grave tone.

They slowly turned their head to their sides and immediately wished they didn't. Their eyes were deadlocked with the eyes of a rather furious teacher, who stood there with her eyes glaring straight at the boys. Her arms were crossed under her buxom, while standing with her intimidating stance.

"Are you having fun back here?" She said with her continued intimidating tone.

-Courtyard-

"Now then, let us begin work…." Meiko said standing tall with her riding crop in tow.

The gray-hair vice president stood tall in front of the five boys who stood in line formation. Behind Meiko, Etsuko was standing right next to her in front of the boys with a curious gaze at the two particular troublemakers.

"Of course, is what I would like to say…" Her eyes shifted to Kiyoshi and Gakuto. "Kiyoshi! Gakuto! Up front!" She said with force.

The two boys flinched under her demanding voice, but they complied either way. Despite their trembling, already aware of what she was going to do.

"So….mind telling me what happened in the computer lab." She said with her arms under her bosom.

"Uh…..w-well…..the thing is…..um…" Kiyoshi was stuttering on his words. Hoping not to slip up about their escape plan.

"P-Pray Madam Vice President! Kiyoshi-dono and I were merely frightened by a bug!"

"What?" Meiko scrunched her eyes at this.

"I-Indeed! I wanted to show Kiyoshi-dono something on the web, a-and yours truly made a typo and typed spider! We were frightened by the little demon, Kiyoshi r-reacted out of instinct and pushed the computer off the desk!"

"..."

Nothing. Nothing but a terrifying silence between the group. Meiko just plainly looked at the two with unamused eyes. Etsuko just face-palmed herself at the ridiculous excuse. While she didn't know what really happened between the two, from what Kiyoshi was saying to Gakuto, she guessed it would have to be about the breakout operation.

The other boys on the other hand all had one look on their face. They just looked at the two with a little smirk. Mistakenly aware of what really (not really) was going on between the two.

"...a spider….you got scared of a spider and that urged you to push the computer off of the desk. Is that correct?"

"...yes."

And on cue. Both of them were whipped across the face from Meiko crop with a powerful swipe! Blood flew from their mouths. She repeatedly assaulted them with fire in her eyes.

"WHAT KIND OF EXCUSE IS THAT! YOU PUSHED A COMPUTER OFF OF THE DESK ALL DUE TO A MERE BUG! DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THOSE COMPUTERS COSTS! CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY THAT WE CAN AT COVER FOR IT BUT THAT'S STILL NO EXCUSE FOR THE STUNT THAT YOU BASTARDS CAUSED!"

"WE'RE SORRY MA'AM!"

Meiko finished with their punishment. But her glare never left as she thrusted her fists on her hips and glared at the two.

"YOU BETTER BE SORRY! AND YOU START BY AMENDING TO YOUR ACTION BY CLEANING UP THAT PILE BY THE REFUSE WASTE AREA!"

"YES MA'AM!" They cried.

Meiko turned to the smaller first year. "Etsuko! Keep an eye on these two. Make sure they don't cause any more trouble!"

"Yes Vice President!"

4:30pm

"So wait…let me get this straight. Spect-san was trying to record a fart noise for his audio player by shitting himself in the class."

"I-Indeed….." Gakuto said in a low and disappointed look. He then looked towards the boy. "B-But Kiyoshi-dono. Without the fart noise. How else are we going to distract the Vice President for those 3 hours when the time comes."

"I…I'm still thinking about that…."

"Hmph. If we have just-"

"Oh don't even start with that!" He hissed at the glasses wearing boy. "If we went with your plan, then your high school life would be a disaster. Do you really want to go down as the 'boy who shit his pants in class', is that what you want?"

Gakuto opened his mouth to speak, but didn't say anything. He wanted to say something back at Kiyoshi. For his rash actions…but in truth. He too also had a rash action. He almost sunk his 4 year of high school in the drain even further if he did.

"Kiyoshi's right Spect-san. You guys are already in prison for peeping, do you really want to ruin your reputation even further and for what? Some stupid toy?"

Gakuto glared at the small first year. "I beg your pardon, Etsuko-dono! But the three kingdom-!"

He didn't finish as his forehead was flicked by the first year. Causing him to be in agonizing pain. For someone who was small, she packed a mean bullet.

"Okay Spect-san, two things. One, I don't give a rats ass about your stupid toy! You literally tried to throw your life away for some stupid toy! And two! You should be lucky that Kiyoshi saved your sorry ass! If you had let one loose in the classroom, your life would've been ruined even more! No girl would want to talk to you for the rest of your life!"

"But-" He once again got flicked on the forehead. This one was harder than the last.

"I don't care! It was dumb!"

"She's right, Gakuto. You need to think smarter about these plans-" Kiyoshi was stopped when he got flicked on the forehead.

"And you! You're just as bad!"

"Huh?"

"Don't 'huh' me! You and this whole breakout operation! Don't you know the consequences that will happen to you guys if you get caught! Your guy's sentence will be extended! And for what? A date with a girl who you JUST met! And to top it off, you could just move your date to another time!"

Kiyoshi opened his mouth to say something back, but didn't. He hated to admit it, but she was right. He was acting rather rash. If he were to get caught. The boy's sentence will be extended. Even worse, Matsuri and Etsuko might get into trouble as well. He considers all the risks of what will happen in the coming future.

And all of this was for a girl whom he came to like. Not like, but love.

"I don't want to see you guys get in trouble for this…and….I don't want to see Matsuri ending up in prison for your guys' mistake." She said with a frown.

This caught both of their attention. "Matsuri….."

"That's right!" Etsuko hissed once more at them. A serious glare that was a rare sight for them to see for the girl. "You guys should be lucky to have a friend like Matsuri! He's literally trying to help you guys have the weekend off so you won't go with this plan!"

And on that note, the two eyes widened in shock. A range of emotion mixed within them. From confusion, to surprise. "Matsuri is…he's really doing that for us…."

"I-If Matsuri-dono is attempting to do that, then why hasn't he told us beforehand?" Gakuto said as he pushed his glasses up. Looking at the girl for some answers.

Etsuko pouted at them and huffed air the other way. "Ask him yourself!"

The two shared a glance at each other. All this time, the boy has been trying to survive his own mission that could be indirectly helping them.

Kiyoshi's eyes wandered to the ground below him, he was being too caught up with the operation, he never realized what Matsuri was doing on his own end. He was trying to fight for their freedom. His date with Chiyo was assured.

"Even so," Gakuto broke the silence. "Even if Matsuri-dono succeeds…..I highly doubt it would work."

"Huh?"

Etsuko frowns deepen. "What?"

"I highly doubt Madam President will lift our sentence."

"And why is that?"

"Simple. She hates us."

"...that's….rather blunt."

"Indeed, it is blunt. But it's the truth. Given Madam President's character and the action of the USC, it is clear that they hate boys." He continues. "I'm not saying that Matsuri's mission is idotic or a waste of time. I appreciate the effort. But I fear that Madam President will not lift it. No matter what."

Kiyoshi wanted to say something, but Gakuto was right. Even if there was a slim chance, it still could end up being a failure. Given how quick Mari's decision was that stripped them of their freedom.

Etsuko was also in the thoughts as well. She hated to admit it, but he was right. She didn't know much about Mari, but given the character she had seen the other month with her integrating Matsuri. It was an unpleasant sight she still vividly remembers. How badly she wanted to remain optimistic about Mari changing her mind. But the chances of her not giving them their day off was slim.

"I hate to admit it but…..Gakuto is right," Kiyoshi said, gaining the spotlight. "And I made a promise to Chiyo…that I will go with her on the date of the sumo match. A man can't go back on his words."

Etsuko glare softened. She really wanted to slap these two, but they did have a convincing enough argument. She was still angry, but she did understand their argument for the most part. And she understood their determination, it was dumb, but she had to give them credit.

"Ugh, fine." Etsuko said as she crossed her arms under her chest. "I guess I can't change your guy's mind."

Kiyoshi set his hand on Etsuko's shoulders, getting her attention. "Don't worry. We won't get caught. Neither you nor Matsuri will have to worry about us."

Etsuko just sighed as she looked at the boy. "Tell that to Matsuri, not me. Just don't get caught."

"We won't. That's a promise."

"Well fine then," Etsuko sighed in defeat. "Anyways, I don't know if that fart noise won't be necessary."

"Indeed. Now that I think about it, it really isn't. However, it would be nice to have as a back-up. Anyways, should we go over the plan to recap."

The two nodded listening to the recap.

"On that day, we'll be working at the toilets near the sports field and not here. When the midday chime rings, you'll go into the drain behind the toilet. From there you move to the garbage dump. Then you slipped out of the school through the hole. This will take up to 15 minutes."

Kiyoshi nodded. "Then I'll go to the station and arrive at the meeting point with Chiyo-chan. The Ryougoku stadium by 1 o' clock."

"You'll watch the sumo fight for 30 minutes with Chiyo-dono and move over to Akihabara, which is 2 stations away. Then you bug my wanted figurine at the 3 kingdom figurine festival, that's only being held once in 4 years. If you board the train by 20' clock you can be back here by 30' clock."

Etsuko raised her hand. "And in those 3 hours, I and Matsuri will find a way to fool the Vice President while you're gone."

"Perfect!" They all fist pumped in the air.

Before they could continue, Kiyoshi and Gakuto turned to Etsuko. "Thank you for helping us, Etsuko, we really appreciate it."

The girl just made a small pout. "Again, say that to Matsuri, he deserves it more."

"Right, he does. Just to be safe, I'm gonna leave once more and check upon the route to the station." Kiyoshi said as he walked over to the pile of planks that was covering the hole.

As the boy approached the wall, he carefully moved the planks aside, moving closer to the wall. Once he removed the last plank, his breath got caught in his throat. His eyes widened in shock and fear.

"W-What the?" Kiyoshi's concerned voice shaken in fear.

"Kiyoshi-dono, what's the matter?" Gakuto noticed his friend's behavior and approached him. Etsuko got curious and followed suit.

"N-No way…..t-the hole….."

"The hole?" Etsuko repeated as the two reached the Kiyoshi.

Once the two finally reached him. Their fear matched Kiyoshi's. The small girl's hands covered her own mouth before a gasp could escape. Gakuto's eyes widened in fear.

"The hole is closed."

The three of them didn't say anything. All they could do is look at the hole that they worked hard on, and have completely filled up. Their hopes and dreams have been crushed.

"C-Can't you guys dig it up again?" Etsuko asked with a shaky voice, but with a still determined voice.

"N-No. This isn't something to be done in 3-4 days."

"B-But then that means….."

Kiyoshi's body just went limp as his back fell against the wall. His head hanging low with his hand hung over his right knee. Gakuto's body just gave up as he dropped to the ground with his hair falling to both of his head, barely covering his face.

"With that, the breakout is a failure…"

-Boy's Dormitory- [Present]

"And that's what happened."

"..."

Matsuri didn't say anything. There was nothing to say about it. With the hole completely filled, their hopes and dreams were crushed. All of it. Shamefully enough, he was actually a little…happy. A gasp escaped his mouth as he shook his head.

"Sorry Matsuri."

"Huh? For what?"

"Well…I was trying to help you out by telling the boys about what you're trying to do and all…I didn't know if you wanted to tell them that yourself but…I couldn't risk seeing you hurting yourself over this."

"N-No. It's fine, Etsuko. Really it is." He said, gaining the girl's attention. "I was a little surprised to be honest…..I wasn't expecting you to do that for me. I knew it wasn't going to work against them anyways." He said as he messed with his hair again.

"But you don't need to beat yourself over this Matsuri. I had to do something."

"I know…and thank you. I really appreciate it." He said with a smile.

Etsuko just looked at her friend. She knew that smile he wore still had uncertainty in it. He was still bothered by their operation. She would like to press this further, but she knew better.

"But what are we going to do now? With the hole filled up, Kiyoshi can't escape."

Matsuri thought for a second that hole was Kiyoshi's only escape, but on the other hand. He wouldn't have to worry about the boys getting into trouble. But what about the promise that Kiyoshi made to Chiyo. It's not like the sumo date can't be changed.

"Matsuri?"

"S-Sorry…..I'm a little tired….um…we'll have to check with Kiyoshi and Gakuto tomorrow."

"Okay then…I'll see you tomorrow then."

Etsuko ended the call. Leaving Matsuri to his thoughts. He did not like this feeling. The feeling of the boys not being able to achieve their goal. But what about Kiyoshi's promise? Gakuto figurine?

The boy set down his phone next to his pillow and just rested his head. His eyes looked onward with uncertainty.

It didn't take long before his eye lid felt heavy and he drifted off into his sleep.

-Prison Cell-

Nothing but darkness inside the prison block. All of the boys were inside their own respective cell for the day.

Everyone except Kiyoshi, who remained awake on his bed. His eyes looked up at the ceiling of his cell room. Scanning for nothing in particular, but just in deep thoughts.

"With the hole filled up, the operation is completely ruined." He thought to himself.

However, with the hole filled. That means that he doesn't need to drag down Matsuri, Etsuko, Gakuto, and the other boys with him. They could be safe until they are released from prison. But what about his promise to Chiyo-chan…

He closes his eyes. A brief image of Chiyo smiling at him crossed his mind. But then memories of his time with Chiyo crossed him…

"Chiyo-chan…I'll never forget that time we met…it was such a pleasant time speaking with you." Memories flowed through his head…..

….

Kiyoshi and Chiyo sat close to each other in the classroom alone. Their desks facing each other, hugging as they sat on opposite ends.

The two were talking about sumo wrestlings. While their expressions felt the same, there were some differences between the two. Chiyo remained excited with sparkles in her eyes. While Kiyoshi matched hers, he wasn't as eutchatic as Chiyo's.

"Aaah. I had no idea I had a sumo fan sitting so close to me."

"Yeah, me too." He said as he set his chin on his fist with a smile. "Though I'm just parroting mom, here." He said quietly to himself.

Chiyo's eyes sprang up with an idea in his head. "Kiyoshi-kun, would you be interested in a student sumo league?"

Kiyoshi's eyes open in shock. "Huh? I'm not sure if I'd want to go that far, but I am interested!" He said with a little emphasis in his sentences.

"Really!?" Chiyo said her eyes filled with bashfulness in her eyes as she looked the other way. "Um…..on May 7th t-there's a tournament coming up…..so…..um…..would you like to go with me?" She asked him.

Kiyoshi donned an unreadable face as he continued to look at Chiyo.

The girl grew uneasy from his reaction. "O-Oh! I'm sorry. Maybe I shouldn't have asked…"

Whatever she was going to say, was completely stopped when he shot his body up in the air. His hand slammed against his desk! His face stared straight at Chiyo's.

"I'll go! I'll definitely go!" Kiyoshi said with a determined voice.

A moment of silence between the two students. Kiyoshi's eyes remained burning with determination, even though his body shook a little. Chiyo just looked at Kiyoshi, a little surprised from his sudden outburst.

It didn't take long before she got up from her seat and swayed her hand in motion while she bowed.

"Gottsuan desu (Thank you very much)." She said with a bashful smile.

"Chiyo-chan…you're such an innocent and sweet girl. I'm sorry I lied to you. But….." Kiyoshi balled his hand into a fist. His eyes open, fire was blazing with emotion deep within him. "I will keep my promise…I'm a man. And a man does not go back on his words!"

He got up from his lying position and sat at the edge of his bed. His hand clasped against his face. In deep thoughts.

He knows that the hole was filled, but there had to be a way for him to escape. To go to the sumo match with Chiyo-chan. He needed to keep pushing. He needed to keep his promise!

His eyes open, looking forward with a new found determination…

..

Matsuri was walking down the hall of an unfamiliar school. It was quiet…..eerily quiet. He barely saw any students who would usually be here amongst the hall and occupy it. But not a single student was found. Not a sound.

The boy grips the strap of his bag and walks down the hall. The only thing he could hear were the sounds of his footsteps. The noise bouncing off of the walls, creating a loud echo.

His eyes scanned from left to right, the doors were open, but once he peeked within them, not a single soul in sight. The class rooms were empty, the desks were not being used or occupied by any of the students. Even the very front of the room, where the teachers are usually at, did not occupy their usual spot.

Matsuri stepped back from the room, his eyes suddenly caught something of interest.

Hanging on the wall, down the hall, was a flier. Curiosity peaked his interest as he moved towards the paper. The closer he got, his eyes widened in fear. His breath caught in his throat.

Plastered on the wall was a picture of a teenage girl. However the girl was bare naked in the frame. The teenage girl had her hands behind her head, her hip thrusted in the opposite direction, while her upper torso leaned in the other way. The girl's bare breast showed off in the picture for everyone to see her nipples.

The boy trembled in fear, his hand gripped the sash of his bag. "N-No….." He breathed.

His ears caught the sound of footsteps behind him. He slowly turned around and his eyes widened in fear.

Yoshimiya continued her walk down the hall, passing by Matsuri. The girl hung her head in shame, her hand gripping her single strap. Her hair covering her face from the public eyes.

Matsuri's hand trembled in fear, his hand hesitated a bit. But nevertheless tried to reach out for the girl. But as soon as he tried to, something ran right into him. He was shoved aside by a figure. Recovering from his sudden stance, his eyes looked up to see who just ran into him.

Suddenly, the once empty hall became suddenly abundant with students. Yoshimiya was surrounded by a crowd of shadow figures with mischievous smiles worn on their faces. They all crowded her, laughter filled the air around his ear, all of the shadow figures pointed, snickered, and called her names as she just kept on walking down the long corridor. He couldn't exactly pinpoint all of them, but he could make out some of them.

Slut.

Attention Hogger.

Pig.

Matsuri gripped his chest, he couldn't bear to see this anymore. He tries to run after her, trying his best to shove the laughing figures aside.

"Yoshimiya!" He yelled.

The girl did not respond as she kept on walking. The crowd around them grew in size, shrouding her in their everlasting darkness.

"Yoshimiya! Please wait!" He pleaded to her once more!

Before he could go any further, he was pushed to the ground. Regaining his consciousness he looks up and spots five towering figures looking down at him.

His eyes widened in fear as he looked at them closer. The figures were five boys all wearing the same, eerily similar prison jumpsuit. One with short navy blue hair, the other was sleek blonde hair, the other had a hood over his head that covered his face. And the other was a large boy.

"Kiyoshi, Shingo, Gakuto, Jo….A-Andre." The boy breathed, his fear and confusion increasing.

"Why?" Kiyoshi spoke. His eyes remain hidden behind his hair. "Why did you betray us?"

"W-What?"

"Matsuri-dono…..you forsaken us by reporting us to the USC of our breakout plan. Why would you do such a cowardly act?"

"You bastard. As if leaving Yoshimiya was bad enough, but this is a new low. Even for you." Shingo said with a rage tone.

"N-No….I wanted t-to h-help…..but….."

"I thought you were a good man, Matsuri," Andre said, even though his eyes were hidden by a dark shade. Matsuri could pinpoint his voice. "But I was wrong. You're such a coward."

"I agree. You're just looking out for yourself." Jo said with a cough.

"N-N-No! Y-You're wrong! I'm not looking out for myself! I w-would never-!"

"You knew."

A breath caught in his throat. His eyes shot straight ahead of him as cold sweat rolled against his skin. He turned around and spotted more familiar figures. Three females this time, wearing their Hachimitsu academy uniforms.

The middle had long raven black hair that reached halfway towards her back. The woman to her left had gray hair that was tied into a bun at the top of her head. Her most distinguished asset was her large buxom that revealed a cleavage. The last girl had bob cut blonde hair and wore shorts underneath her skirts unlike the other girls.

"M-Mari, Meiko…..and H-Hana?" The boy's confusion just grew even more, but didn't stop the rapid fear in his heart.

"You knew about the boy's escape? And intended for them to just cause more trouble." Mari said with a not so pleasant tone. "To think I would let a scumbag like you be my friend."

"N-No! It's not what you think!"

"Then what is it then, Hitoyoshi!?" Meiko bursted out. "You lied to the USC! You lied to the president! And worst…..you lied…YOU LIED TO ME!" Her voice ranged across the hall.

"I knew you were bad. But it's too late now. The boys will be expelled. No other school might accept them anymore. And it's all your fault." Hana said with a disappointed tone.

Matsuri breathing increased even more. On the point of hyperventilation. He held himself in place. Tears built up in his eyes, he tried to fight back, but the guilt was getting to him.

"N-N….."

"I thought we were friends, Matsuri!? Why did you betray us!" Kiyoshi yelled.

"You're a worthless coward. All you can do is run and leave people behind. You failed to stop the boys from peeping operations. And you failed to stop their breakout from the very beginning! Now thanks to you, they will be expelled! With no future ahead of them. Just like Yoshimiya. You left her to suffer." Mari said with a grave tone.

And that right there, hit Matsuri in the heart.

He held himself in place. Tears leaked from his eyes. He choked on his breath. His body gave up on him as he crouched to the ground. On his knee, he whimpered.

The figures around him grew taller, overtowering him. An everlasting darkness swirled under his destroyed form.

Worthless.

Coward.

Weak.

Useless.

Matsuri just sat there motionless. Not standing up for himself. Not trying to run. He was broken from the guilt. Their words. Their looks. Deep down he hated everything about himself. He was nothing but a coward. A girly, weak, pathetic, timid cowardly boy.

His head looked upward, his eyes were dead to the world. Tears still leaking from his eyes. He looks at their towering forms as they continue to mock and ridicule him. He just let the torture continue as the darkness swallowed him.

Until there was nothing else…

.

Matsuri's eyes slowly opened to a familiar room. The harsh red light that illuminated from the clock registered five in the morning.

The boy pushed against his pillow as he sat up from his bed. Still wearing his casual clothing from yesterday. He took notice of his cheeks that were stained dry from his tears. He was crying in his sleep.

The boy remembered his dream vividly. Anyone would not miss out on that horrid dream. Yoshimiya walked alone, being called many names by the parade of faceless and figureless students that surrounded her. He tried to reach out for her…but he was being tortured by his own fears.

The boys and the USC members were all looking down at him. Calling him out for being a coward. And he just let it happen…

"Their right….." He breathed out. "I did run…I'm nothing but a pathetic coward…..I…I don't know what to do….." He just sat on the end of his bed, holding his knee close to him.

He just silently cried to himself.

"What do I do…*hic* what do I do…..Yoshimiya….."

-Courtyard-

Wednesday May 4th (3 Days until Operation Breakout)

12:30pm

Meiko was once again outside, observing the prisoners. Luckily nothing much for her to do since it was their recess time. Meaning they didn't have any work to do, so they just mind to themselves for the remaining minutes until it is their time for them to work.

She remained outside for just a tad minute or so until Matsuri and Etsuko came from their lunch.

For the moment she is just standing by and watching the boys during their recess time. Andre, Jo, and Shingo were off playing around. The three have been rather the same as always, doing their work or often just lazing off. Meanwhile, the other two prisoners, Gakuto and Kiyoshi were rather strange.

Ever since the shed was destroyed, the two were tasked to put it together. And Matsuri and Etsuko have been tasked to watch over the two for the remaining days until it is fixed. Granted she could care less about the boys, but the two have been acting strange lately. Especially the other day when Etsuko came in.

She remembered that she took Matsuri over after he requested to train with her, leaving Etsuko to guard the boys. And when they came back, the boys were acting rather strange. She couldn't quite put it straight, but something about their behavior felt off.

And now those two prisoners; Gakuto was sitting with his back against the wall. Curled into a fetal position. Hugging his knees. Meanwhile, Kiyoshi was by a tree, looking up at the sky with a deep thought.

"Possibly thinking about something perverted no less….." She thought to herself.

"Yoohoo~! Madam Vice President!"

Her thoughts are interrupted when she hears a familiar peppy voice. She turns to see an excited Etsuko with the usual happy face. And treading behind her was a rather…tired Matsuri.

"Hitoyoshi…"

Etsuko skipped a step as she stopped on her one foot. Flinging her body back before she retreated back into position. Standing straight, looking at the Vice president.

"Sorry if we're late!" She said with a salute.

"It's fine. The boys are on their recess. For the moment you are free to go about your business until we go back to work."

"Yes ma'am!"

Matsuri didn't say much but he also nodded as well. However, Meiko just raised an eyebrow at the boy. She took notice of how the boy's eyes were rather a little red, there were some hints of bags under his eyes.

"Hold it," She stopped the two. Her eyes were on the boy. "Hitoyoshi, why do you appear like that?" She said with her hands on her hips.

"Huh? O-Oh," He said as he took notice of his face. His hand touched his cheeks, feeling the stain wet tears from his eyes. "Um…..I um…..didn't get enough sleep, that's all."

Meiko sighed to herself before she gained a determined look with a blush. "Hitoyoshi! You follow me. Etsuko, you watch the prisoners for a while. It's their recess but just make sure they behave themselves."

"Yes madam Vice President!"

Meiko merely nodded before her eyes looked back at Matsuri. She raised her hand and gestured to the boy to follow her. She turned around and went inside the prison building.

Matsuri was a little frightened by her rather strange invitation. He glanced at Etsuko who shared a confused look too. But she just shrugged and waved him goodbye with her usual friendly wave. Matsuri sighed to himself as he followed Meiko.

The three boys took notice of the two members; Matsuri and Meiko walking inside the building. All the while Etsuko began skipping her way towards Kiyoshi and Gakuto.

"They're at it again." Jo whispered to the boys.

"Do you think Matsuri is gonna try to pull something?" Andre said with a thought.

"Possibly…so what type of photos do you think he's gonna take?" Shingo whispered with a blush. "Think we might get to see some nipples."

Jo coughed. "Why stop there. We may get to see the whole cake. We finally get to see *cough* the Vice President's marvelous bare breast."

"Um…..h-hey," Andre attracted the boy's attention. "I thought we were being weary about Matsuri?"

Shingo and Jo snapped out of their thoughts as they shook their heads. "I-I mean y-yeah! B-But there's nothing wrong with rewarding ourselves in the end." He said as he crossed his arms, pointing his nose in the other direction.

"I still think it's too early to think that Matsuri is that type of person." Jo said as he was in a thinking position. "But with him and the Vice President interactions…..and from what I heard…..it feels too real." He said with a cough.

"And if he's not…." Andre said, still trying to be optimistic about this situation.

"Hmm…then it could be…..that Matsuri has a thing for the Vice President."

"..."

A dead silence between the three boys. Not knowing what to say. If Matsuri isn't that type of pervert who would take photos of the girls, then would it mean…..the two are in love!? Is it possible!? Was it true!? But how!?

A lewd image appeared in all of their thoughts! Thinking the same thing at the sametime! Matsuri and Meiko in several arousing and sexy poses. Matsuri had his hand wrapped around her hourglass frame. Her bare melon size breast pushed up against his bare tone chest. The two shared a lasting gaze before kissing each other.

"NO WAAAAAYYYYYY!?" They all thought in sync.

"C-Come no way that's possible!" Shingo said with his arm crossed. "I mean think about it. Matsuri's a wimp and the Vice President is like a bombasious babe. I'm pretty sure she'll go for someone who isn't a girly kid like Matsuri."

"For example, like?" Jo asked, curious about Shingo's statement.

"It has to be a man who is strong. With beef up muscles and with a hot-blood attitude."

"Why hot-blood?"

"...I don't know. It just came to my mind, I guess."

"I'M GONNA BE A GIRL!"

Their conversation stopped. Blood frozen in place. Cold sweat rolling off of their skins. Their head slowly turns to the three students occupying the tree across from them.

From across they see a wide range of expressions. Etsuko wore a similar expression as the boys. Her pupils shrunk to pea size as her mouth hung wide open with a blush. Gakuto wore a more confused and shocked look on her face as he looked into the eyes of Kiyoshi. The boy had his hands on the glasses wearing boy for a while as he looked at him with eyes of determination.

"D-Did he just-"

"He did!"

"He proclaimed his female role!"

-Vice President Warden Office-

Matsuri was sitting on the opposite end of the large gray metal table that sat in the middle of the room.

The warden office was rather small, but a reasonable square size room. Wasn't anything fancy, but contained things that you would expect from a warden office. A fridge, cabinets, a computer desk at the otherside of the wall.

If anything, Matsuri was really nervous. He couldn't stop trembling in his seat, trying his best to calm himself down.

"W-Why did Meiko want to see me…..c-could she have found out?" He gulped.

"Do you drink root beer?"

"Huh?" Matsuri snapped back to reality. He is looking at Meiko's as she looks at him with a rare soft look. "I-I'm sorry?"

"I asked if you drink root beer?"

"O-Oh. Um…..y-yeah I do."

Meiko simply opens the fridge door. She bends over to grab the root beer from the bottom shelf. But in the process of doing so, Matsuri's face flared up as he took notice of Meiko behind.

With her skirt being rather short, it left her ass being somewhat exposed halfway through. His eyes caught how her thin purple thong hugged against her crotch, between her ass cheeks. If one looked deep enough, you take notice of how her underwear garment was uneven, being a little lopsided.

Before he could view it any longer, Meiko hand reached over skirt and desperately tried to pull her short skirt to barely cover her ass.

"H-Hitoyoshi….." Matsuri flinched at the sound of Meiko's rather stuttered voice. "C-Could not….." She glared at the boy with a blush.

"Eep! S-Sorry!" He turns the other way, his face completely red.

"I'm starting to feel like the boys' quirks are starting to get to me!?" He thought to himself.

Meiko on her end, had a small blush on her cheeks. Her breathing became heavy. Finding her hand pushing down her skirt from behind. Her thighs squeezing her hand.

"What the hell am I doing!?" She thought to herself. "I'm used to the boys looking at me but whenever it's Hitoyoshi…why do I get embarrassed….." She frustratingly thought to herself.

She shook her head as she moved quickly to grab the cups and poured the drinks into the cups. Once she is done, Meiko walks over to the table. Taking notice that the boy still was facing the other way.

Meiko grabbed his attention when she set the cup on the table. The boy just looked at the cup with a rather…..confused look. He didn't understand why Meiko was showing such hospitality. In his mind, he thinks this is a trap set up by the USC, to get him to let his guard down. So they can expose him or anything to throw him in prison with the boys.

"Relax Hitoyoshi," Meiko's soft voice reassured him. "I just wanna talk. There is no trap set up here." She said as she sat down with her legs propped up on the table.

Matsuri couldn't help but blink at Meiko's strange behavior. There was something so off about it…..but yet he didn't say anything. In fact, he would rather not let this go to waste. He grabbed the cup and took a sip of the root beer.

Meiko exhaled a little. Now knowing that she got him to calm down a little. Taking a sip from her cup before she spoke up.

"So then, Hitoyoshi. How are you doing?"

"Um…..f-fine I guess….." Matsuri was really unsure of this scenario. It almost felt a little similar to that rather…..stimulating dream he had the other day. He shook his head as he looked back at Meiko. "E-Everything's good."

"I see. The boys will be free by next week. Your time here at USC will soon be relieved."

"O-Oh…I guess I forgot about that….." He said as he looked at his own cup. "So much had happened since the beginning of the semester…I must have forgotten about it."

"Yes. Things must have gone rather fast for you." Meiko said as she removed her hand from the cup and settled on the table. "If it wasn't for the boy's little stunt that day, you and the boys would have enjoyed a nice, quiet school year. But with the boys in prison things must have turned your life upside down."

"N-No kidding." He said his eyes flutter the other way. Still feeling nervous, but a little more at ease.

"Does it get lonely for you?"

"What do you mean?" He asked, his eyes once more focusing on the Vice President.

"I mean….does it get lonely being the only male who isn't in prison. I mean, by far you have proven that you're different from the boys. You are well behaved, mannered and have not made any actions against the students or the staff of the school."

Matsuri blinked a few times. A small blush formed on his cheeks. But quickly faded when he remembered about him keeping a secret about the boy's breakout plan.

He shoved those thoughts aside as he focused on Meiko's question. "It's not all bad I suppose….I mean at least for the most part. Nothing against the girls or anything but…I always…..find it difficult to make friends. With People in general."

Meiko stopped taking a sip from her cup as she listened to Matsuri. "What do you mean?"

"...I'm not confident…I'm not confident at all when it comes to making friends. I always keep thinking that I'm gonna screw up or just make them hate me. That's the reason why I usually just keep to myself. If I keep quiet and stay in the corner everything would be fine…of course that didn't work." He said with a rather somber tone.

Meiko just continued to look at him. Her eyes completely fixated on the boy on the other end. Completely engaged in his tale.

Matsuri stopped himself before he told her anything else about his past. "But to answer your question…..it's not so bad here. I mean…I made friends with Etsuko, Chiyo, and Mayumi. And…I was…..hoping to be friends with you guys."

Meiko's eyes widened in shock and confusion. Become friends with the USC? The same people who were trying to throw Matsuri in prison and try to expose him to his past life. Really?

The gray-hair Vice President shook her head and faced the other way with huff. "D-Don't be ridiculous!" She said in her tough voice again. "A boy becoming friends with the likes of us! Please, that's only a false dream! A-And besides, the President wouldn't allow it!"

"Um….r-right…..sorry." He said as he shrunk his head between his shoulders. A second later, a thought came to him. "Um…..m-mind if I ask you a question?"

"What is it?"

"Um…y-you said to me about how confidence doesn't come from being born, it's something that you earn. I've been thinking for a while now…..how do you know that?"

Meiko's eyes widened in shock and fear. Little beads of sweat began to roll off her skin. Her eyes scanned the room, looking at anything that wasn't Matsuri…..until it landed on her cup. She looked deep into it, her eyes locked onto the reflection of the liquid in the cup. She looked long into it, seeing her own reflection.

After a few moments, she let out a deep breath. "T-There was a student that I and the President became friends with back in elementary," Matsuri was invested. "Her name was Shirayuki. She was picked on by the class for her height. Being taller than most of the students. They called her names, picked on her for her height. It was awful."

"That was until she met me and the President." She said as she still looked into her cup. Her eyes remained unmoved. "The President and I…..taught her how to be proud of her body…..never be ashamed of it. No matter what others say…..there is one most important rule to building confidence in yourself, Hitoyoshi. And that is to protect your pride."

"My…..pride?"

"Yes." She said as she looked at him. "Hitoyoshi. I believe your issue is that you let others damage your masculinity. You don't defend your pride. If you continue to let people push you around, belittling you…..you will forever be submissive to them because you're not standing up for yourself."

Matsuri's eyes look onward before falling to his cup. Looking at the reflection of himself inside the cup. With the way the liquid was moving, he could see his form almost distorted but remained the same.

"Um…..am I….am I too late to change?"

"Of course not," Meiko spoke up again. "With you, there is still much room for improving yourself. As a better person."

"Y-You….think so….."

A blush crept upon Meiko's cheeks, but remained focused. "Y-Yes. There is still time for you to improve…..Hitoyoshi. A-And…..if you ever need a-any help…I c-can help you."

Matsuri's eyes widened. A glow in his eyes shined. It was as if he had forgotten the nightmare that plagued his thoughts and mind. "My pride as a man huh...I-I never thought about that."

"Better?" Meiko asked as she handed a wet towel to the boy.

The boy took the towel and wiped his face with it. Once he was done, he looked up at Meiko with a more relaxed face.

"Y-Yeah…..a little, but I'm good. T-Thank you."

Meiko just nodded, her face looking the other way. Unknowest to the boy, she had a small smile upon her lips with a blush.

"So…..um….what happened to Shirayuki?"

"Ah. She went to a different school…..but I'm sure she's fine." She said as she took a sip of her drink.

Matsuri's eyes looked down at his cup with a small smile. "I think…..me and her would've been great friends."

Meiko suddenly choked on her drink. Spittle of liquid spilled out of her cup. She quickly sets the cup aside and coughed. Matsuri looked at her with a concerned look. After a few hacking, she looks at Matsuri with a deep crimson blush.

"W-WHAT!?"

"I-I um…..nothing! I just said how we will be friends. You know….g-given are similar situations and all. B-But why are you so surprised?"

"Bwaah~!" Meiko quickly covered her mouth after a small scream escaped her mouth. She faced the other way. Her cheeks were flushed red. Her eyes slowly looked over at Matsuri who looked at her with a curious gaze.

Meiko's lips trembled a bit, she began to sweat. "A-Ah…..w-we should get back with the boys!" She said as she hurried to reach for the root beer bottle.

But as her hand reached for the bottle, she grabbed hold of it, Meiko failed to realize that the cap was not on. The bottle slipped from her grasp as the liquid from within spilled and splashed against her face. Most of her upper torso got soaked in root beer!

"UGH! DAMN IT ALL!" She cursed as she took off her jacket. Her large buxom bounced in place. Her shirt appeared see through. "DAMN IT! I'M SUCH AN IDIOT!"

"U-UM….DO YOU WANT ME TO H-HELP!" Matsuri asked as he got up from his table.

Meiko's eyes shot at the boy with a fierce blush. "N-NO! DON'T LOOK THIS WAY!"

Out of nowhere her body reacted quickly as she covered her breast. Her cheeks heats up, her heart thumping fast at a rapid pace. Her breathing quickened as she looked at Matsuri who just looked at her with a surprised and curious gaze with a blush.

"W-Why are you looking at me like that!?" She said as she pushed her hand down on her skirt, her hand being squeezed between her thighs. Her other hand is covering her breast.

Matsuri recovered from his stun pose. "I-I was wondering if you n-needed h-help….."

"J-JUST HAND ME THAT TOWEL!" She yelled with a stutter.

Matsuri quickly rushes over to the counter and snatches the towel. He hands it over to Meiko, she quickly snatches it from the boy.

"OKAY! NOW LEAVE! G-G-GET BACK TO WORK!"

"YES MA'AM!" He said as he rushed out the door and continued down the hall.

Meiko breathed heavily. Her hand is still trying to cover herself. When the boy was gone, she loosened up her grip. Even though her breathing remained the same. She pushed her hand further between her buxom, she could feel her heart pumping against her chest.

"W…Why did he have to say that…." Meiko said, her voice breaking in an uncharacteristic tone. "Becoming f-friends…..w-w-with him…just…..what's wrong with me?" She said with a fierce blush.

-Hallway of Hachimitsu Academy-

A small number of students were walking down the hall, exchanging some conversation here and there. Returning to their classes or either going to different classes for this time.

Mari resumed her pace down the hall with her usual glare. The girl's mind was preoccupied at the moment. With the boys' release next week, she was rather anxious at the moment.

"Knowing those trash. They are bound to cause trouble again."

But then her thoughts went towards the sixth boy. Matsuri has so far been proven to be…..a tough case to crack. For the past few days she has been trying to prove that the boy was like the other inmates in the prison. But so far, while he does share some quirks, he has yet to show any sign of ill intention.

Mari eyes casted down towards her feet as she stopped moving for a while. She just couldn't put her thoughts into it. But the boy really has proven to be a challenge.

"I've tried to interrogate him about Yoshimiya…..he's still a suspect but his reaction says otherwise. Then I tried to lure him into a trap with the mall trip…..he was…..looking out for me." She said with a small smile. She quickly shook her head. "Then his family…even if they don't know about Yoshimiya or even the full story…the only one who knows this is Hitoyoshi…..I have to get him to confess somehow."

She thought hard on it…..there had to be a way to get the answer from him. She needed to know the full story. To understand what really happened.

Then a memory occurred to her…..

-Hana's Room- [Flashback]

"Are you certain?" Mari asked the blonde girl. Her hand brought up to her chin.

"Well, I'm not 100% sure. But the hints are really there." Hana said with a serious gaze. "He's been looking at Meiko every now and then. It's like he's attracted to her."

Mari sat still in her chair. No doubt that Meiko did have an attractive figure and all. So it's pretty difficult to not look at her. While she knows that she can handle herself against the boys, but just the mere thought of Matsuri looking at Meiko. It made her…..uneasy.

Yes, Matsuri may have not confessed that he was the one who took those photos, but he was still a suspect. And he will still be on her list until she solves the mystery.

"I mean, I know he didn't fully confess, but the case is still left in the air."

"Y-You're right. But he's still a suspect. And if he was lying about his friendship with Yoshimiya…..just the idea of that…..that trash taking advantage of Meiko makes me…..unease."

Hana flinched a little from her tone. She took notice of how she was gripping her arms, as if she was protecting herself. Her expression appeared rather unpleasant, her eyes twitched alongside her lips.

"P-President…..don't worry. I'm sure we'll solve the case soon. Before he gets his hand on Meiko."

Mari trembled a little. She was right. Even with little time left before the boys are released, they still had more opportunity to solve the Yoshimiya case.

"Y-You're right…we still have time…..to save the school."

-In the Hallways of Hachimitsu Academy- [Present]

Her previous conversation with Hana did shed some interesting light. And honestly she would say she wasn't surprised.

"He had his eyes on Meiko when we met the second time…." She thought to herself. A deep thinking pose.

She remembered her previous meeting with him not too long ago, before the date of his sister's birthday. She has asked him about his thoughts on Meiko. His reaction showed that he may have had some attraction to Meiko. Of course, in her thoughts, it was mainly for her body. And nothing else.

Then it hit her. A new idea dawned on her. She knows just how to get Matsuri to confess. But she will need to consider her plan carefully. If she needed this plan to work, she would need to think this through.

She walked down the hall with a quickened pace. A smirk graced upon her lips.

"If Matsuri will not tell us about it directly…we will lure him into telling us."

Another chapter wrapped up. More trouble began to brew within the school of Hachimitsu. Our boy Matsuri will need all the courage he can muster if he wishes to survive. And the boy's desperate attempt to escape just took an interesting turn for the good or worse. Only time will tell as we continue.

I wanted this chapter to be a little shorter but damn it I had some of these ideas roaming in my head I just had to write it out before I say I am done. As I said in the previous chapter, I moved the computer scene to this chapter since it took up a lot of pages and I wanted to show more of Matsuri's family. You may have noticed that the computer scene is rather…different. That's right. With Matsuri and Etsuko helping out, Gakuto will no longer need to shit himself in the class.

We once again dive back with more Matsuri and Meiko moments. While this scene wasn't much, it does give you guys a good little bit of heartwarming moments and fanservice. We're not even that far into the story, but having to utilize a mixture of Meiko's both tough and shy personality is just so much fun to write. We get to see her in such a different light than how she was presented in the canon version.

We are nearing the climax of the Breakout Arc, just a bit more till we are done and move on to the next. So as I said that I was going to do an original arc next, but I may just stick with the Male Expulsion arc. Sorry for the inconvenience, I still may have an original arc in mind in the near future, but I'll stick with the source material I have and put my own spin on it. But it's still a little early to think about other arcs, I will talk more about future plans until we reach the near climax of this arc.

As always, leave a review for feedback and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Until then, stay safe and see you until the next chapter!
