Chapter 6: The twins' origins

Meanwhile, everyone heard from Principal Nezu that Kouna passed the first part of the entrance exam, causing everyone, especially Class 1a to become shocked and amazed as Angela pointed out that she knows her cousin Kouna by heart, because she hates studying with a burning passion, causing the rest of class 1a to agree, while Hisashi just give her twin sister (who just made an appearance) an emotionless look before shaking his head and got up to leave. After Kouna saw him giving her his usual emotionless look before he left, she internally revealed that she knows that Hisashi isn't convinced that she'll make it in U.A. before monologuing that before he got serious with heroism, Hisashi uses to smile while he took care of her when they were babies as a flashback begins. By the time they were four years old, Hisashi smiles for the first time and show a lot of emotions, especially when they play together along with having a footrace and horseback riding with their parents. Suddenly, Hisashi save a civilian of Harmony Island after a group of petty criminals attacked the island, causing everyone to see him as a future hero before becoming convinced that he'll be a great leader just like his father. Hisashi then start learning more heroism and how it was passed down in the Midoriya family History Book as he keeps on ignoring Kouna, which caused her to envy her twin brother for his exceptional heroism and leadership during his first mission as a cadet. When Hisashi came back from the mission, he gives Kouna an emotionless look that caused her to realize that something happened before trying to cheer him up by playing their favorite game, which is Mario Kart. Hisashi then refused and told Kouna that he have no time for childishness now that he focusing on becoming a pro hero to keep the famous Midoriya name going, causing Kouna herself to become devastated and begged her brother to not get himself killed just like their grandpa Izenko when their dad was just celebrating their fourth birthday with their grandma Inko, which also caused Hisashi to look at her emotionlessly before getting his new costume and head off to participate in a dangerous mission. Kouna then decided to train herself to get stronger, because not only she's jealous of Hisashi being popular than her, but to prevent him from getting killed. Soon, a montage begins starting from the twins' fifth birthday as Kouna keeps training herself, as well as sparring with her brother, who always beats her in a fight, even before Hisashi got serious with becoming a pro hero. As the montage continues, Hisashi becomes more popular as everyone around the world acknowledged him having similar intelligence and leadership to his dad Izuku, which caused Hisashi himself to developed pride in his intelligence and leadership before encouraging all future pro heroes to be just like him if they think that they have a chance of facing real villains. By age fifteen, Hisashi becomes uptight and serious as he immediately become a class representative before he even got recommended into U.A., while Kouna became stronger than her aunt Pony after years of training to become just like her brother. The montage then ends with people looking down at Kouna as she solemnly watches her twin brother getting praises and acknowledgement as he gives cadets, including Waldo, Hannah, and Eric autographs until Kouna flexes her now muscular arm before making a sad noise just like her mom.

Kouna then gets serious with the entrance exam as she waves to everyone she knows, including her family as Present Mic and Eraserhead announced that Kouna will now begin part 2 of the entrance exam, causing half of the crowd to cheer because they admire her for her strength. Kouna then faced an army of robots, which immediately got demolished by Kouna using her strength and one for all together, causing everyone to cheer as she uses zero gravity to show off a move called meteor smash and one for all: GMA. Kouna then internally admits that she's been jealous of Hisashi ever since they were kids, but her goal isn't to surpass Hisashi to become the number one pro hero, her goal is to make Hisashi proud of her being a pro hero just like him and smile again just like he used to. Kouna then make it her promise to protect her brother until the day she makes him show emotions again so they can do the things they used to do. Soon, Kouna finished the test by ending with a super move called united states of smash, causing everyone to cheer for Kouna as Izu and Ochaco became contempt because their daughter passed and going to remain in U.A. Academy.

After the exam, the students head back to class as most of the students acknowledged Kouna for her strength and quirk until one of them asks her what her quirk is. Kouna then smiled broadly before revealing that she got both of her parents' quirks, while her twin brother only has one for all. Hisashi is one of the two members of Class 1a to not have more than one quirk along with Neito Jr. because Kouna quirks are one for all and zero gravity, Shenko's quirks are hardening and acid, Jackura's quirks are sugar rush and pop-off, Tarafukay's quirks are dark shadow and frog, Shocken's quirks are electrification and earphone jack, Otto's quirks are fire, ice, and creation, Angela's quirks are dupli-arms and anivoice, Tenso's quirks are engine and tape, Kurei's quirks are tail and invisibility, Izenko's quirks are explosion and naval laser, Toad's quirks are black and mushroom, Deku's quirks are air and horn cannon, Dora's quirks are beast and vines, Avalon's quirks are softening and gyrate, Graphic's quirks are comic and size, Bea's quirks are weld and poltergeist, Tamaki Jr.'s quirks are manifestation and wave motion, and finally, Madeline's quirks are permeation and zoom. Kouna then gets praised by her cousins as they set off for lunch until Hisashi stops them and ask if he could talk to his twin sister privately.
