Chapter 23: Driving test waltz
Kouna gets in the supercar before recalling flashbacks as she monologues about how watching tv and playing Mario Kart will probably help her passed the test before monologuing about how studying for things is like watching paint dry. Meanwhile, Hisashi revealed that this is the ninth time that Kouna going to redo her driving exam, causing Ultra to confirm this as he explains that prior to this, Kouna failed the driving exam couple of times, which caused a montage of Kouna failed attempts to get a license before her brother. Soon, Kouna starts driving slowly just like Hisashi until the instructor smiled and told her to speed up a little until they got out of the lot, which caused Kouna to listen and start driving recklessly much to the instructor's horror as he yells out "not again". Everyone then sighs before setting off to stop Kouna before she recklessly kills someone.
Meanwhile, Kouna was having the time of her life until she looks at the instructor before asking where to, causing the instructor to demand her to park the car immediately, which also caused Kouna to glare at him before remembering the area they are in. she then smiled and told the instructor that she's going to get a license one way or another before making sharp turns as everyone got out of the way. A montage then begins as Kouna recklessly drove on the sidewalk and through a mall until the U.A. Warcraft managed to catch up with her, which caused Izu to use blackwhip to hang on to the car before telling Sirena to freeze it to prevent it from moving. Soon, everyone worked together to stop Kouna from driving much to her annoyance until she gets a glimpse of her parents glaring sternly at her. Kouna then got out of the car and put her head down in shame as everyone (except Izu Ochaco and Hisashi) scolded her for being a reckless driver ten times, causing the instructor to get out traumatized before falling into Izu's arms. Kouna then apologized to everyone because she thought that she got it right this time, causing Tarafukay to sternly tell Kouna that she didn't before Hisashi confronted her because he thought that she said that she studied for the driving test. Kouna then admits that she knows how to drive just by watching tv and playing Mario Kart, causing everyone (including the instructor) to give her a look before Neito Jr. and Tarafukay smacked some sense into her. The twins' parents then apologized to the instructor for Kouna's recklessness, causing the instructor himself to put his hand on his heart and suggest taking Kouna to a brain surgeon, which also caused the married couple to glare at him as he turns to Hisashi to give him his license.
Soon, the instructor told everyone that if they want Kouna to get a driver's license, they need to take away anything that have nothing to do with real life driving, which caused everyone to understand as the instructor told Hisashi that he's very sorry that he has a little sister like Kouna. Hisashi then correct the instructor that he and Kouna are twins, and Kouna is actually a minute older than him, causing the instructor himself to become shocked until Ochaco confirms this before Abby says that everyone thought that Hisashi is the older twin because he's the complete opposite of Kouna. Hisashi then explains how different he is to Kouna when it comes hobbies and one for all. Just like his dad, Hisashi is a certified genius who strategized things and have potential in becoming a hero, while Kouna is reckless and doesn't think before she leaps, which makes her childish despite being ripped. Just like her mother Ochaco, Kouna have autism. However, since she has ADHD from her father, Kouna isn't completely childish like her mother, who still rock in her seat and plays with toys that she is way too old to play with. Hisashi's hobbies are mostly Izu's hobbies, including reading, writing fanfictions, studying, doing abnormal experiments, and tutoring just like his dad, and just like his mother, he likes doing art, singing, and looking at things (like leaves for examples). Kouna's hobbies are pranking, playing videogames, watching tv, working out, fighting, hanging out with friends and family, and most guys stuff just like her dad. Just like her mom, Kouna likes to be on her tablet, mochis, watching baby shows like those on PBS kids, Disney Jr., and Nick Jr. Finally, when it comes to one for all, Hisashi master it better than Kouna. Hisashi has every quirk of the previous one for all users, and just like his dad, he has psychic abilities, support bond, ice breath, double team, teleportation, the ability to merge with comrades, (which is called quirk bond phenomenon) and finally, instant invisibility. As for Kouna, since she possessed zero gravity, she has every quirk of the previous users except float, and just like her dad, she has super support bond +, fire breath, the ability to read people minds, super strength, x-ray vision, shrinking feeling (something Abbigail taught Izu) and finally, the dash roll move set. Finally, Hisashi can use any gadget he built anytime, anywhere while Kouna do not because she's not a pro in being a gadgeteer like Hisashi. Soon, the family returned home, where Izu told Kouna that since she failed the driving exam for the tenth time, she's going to remain grounded until two weeks is over, causing Kouna to solemnly understand before going to bed. Soon, Hannah turn the tv on, where Gentle and Labrava announced the upcoming sports festival on Harmony Island, causing the cadets to become excited until Hisashi calms them down to remind them that this is their chance to show everyone around the world what they can do to become a hero, which also caused Izu to agree before saying that this is the fifteenth sports festival in the world, and it'll be the first time in ten years that The Royal Heroes are going to make an appearance. What everyone doesn't know is that Kouna was listening as a tear roll down her cheek before she gets an idea.
