Chapter 66: The strike begins
The next day, the twins lead everyone to the designated area to build Technodrome Apartments until Kouna sneak off to meet the rest of the Class 1a girls near Peanut Gallery Agency (which is now called Cadet 1a Agency) to review the plan to go on a strike that will save the animals and Haibori Woods. Kouna then gives everyone a place to sit before heading to the woods before Hisashi does. Ten minutes later, Hisashi himself walk with his cousins and the members of the IHWO (including his parents) to Haibori Woods, where they suddenly meet the girls of Class 1a sitting in front of it while holding up protesting signs, with Kouna in front of them much to Hisashi's shocked and anger. Kouna then told everybody that Haibori Woods is the home to innocent woodland creatures, causing everybody but Hisashi to be amazed that Kouna would stand up for animals. Hisashi then confronted his twin sister about the strike she's doing, causing Kouna to chew him out for doing what the villains are doing because just like the villains that caused the civilians to be homeless, Hisashi is trying to destroy homes that belong to innocent animals. Hisashi and Kouna then glared at each other much to everyone's worrisome until Hisashi coldly say that he has no time to deal with Kouna because there's homeless people who needs a home. He then told Kouna that there will be consequences for creating a strike before he and his male cousins left. Afterwards, Angela told her parents how destroying the woods to create Technodrome Apartments will make Hisashi no different than the villains.
Koji then told the hero council that Angela does have a good point, causing Sirena to say that Hisashi have a good point as well because the reason why the idea of giving homeless citizen a place to live is so that they won't suffer living in the streets. Izu then admits that just like Hisashi, he too despises strikes. Plus, during his high school year at U.A. Academy, his comrades went on a strike that made him so mad, that he threw them out of Heights Alliance for three days straight. After Izu's comrades say that it's true, Kouna made it clear that animals need a home as well, so they need to find another place to build Technodrome Apartments. Walter then steps forward and told Kouna that he and his would like to help save the animals. However, it's too late because knowing Hisashi, he's hardheaded does not stop until he gets what he wants, just like Kouna herself, which caused her to smile mischievously before saying that she has no choice but to make him lose for the second time.
Soon, Hisashi and his male cousins made sure that the construction workers are ready to take down Haibori Woods and build Technodrome Apartments before Hisashi told everybody to make sure every animal of Haibori Woods don't come into the district, causing Deku to tell him that he didn't say that they are going to kill the animals, which also caused Hisashi to explain that animals don't talk, walk, or feel emotions like humans do. Soon, the boys walked together as Otto asks Hisashi if the homeless civilians will like their new home, causing Hisashi to give Otto an unusual cocky look before saying of course because it was his idea to begin with, which caused his cousins to glare at him because building Technodrome Apartments was both Hisashi and Kouna's idea. When they got back to the designated area, they noticed that Kouna's strike has begun. After Hisashi scoffed and say that Kouna will give up eventually because wild animals were meant to be hunted by humans, a montage begins until Hisashi got furious and confronted Kouna to end her pointless strike or he'll force her to do it, which caused Kouna herself to get defensive until Mirio break her and Hisashi up because he has an idea to solve both problems.
