"How annoying." the tired sounding voice was heard by both Noritoshi and I.

We spun out heads to see someone we surely did not expect. For me I was thinking that we may just run into more operatives and guards, but it was none of them.

It was Shirakawa.

She had somehow landed on my dragon without me even noticing her presence. And began to close the distance between us.

"I was hoping you would just stay in your cell." she said as she inched closer. She barely even glanced at Noritoshi clearly seeing him as a lesser threat.

Without even thinking my hands were clasped together, this had become routine in me now with how long I have had my quirk.

Smaller dragons had all spread out and rushed to anticipate the boss of the organization.

A wicked grin formed across her face and with a step the larger dragon that we were atop of had trembled.

'She has that much strength?' I got over the surprise quickly while thinking about what her quirk could be.

Obviously something like strength enhancing. But her speed just kept increasing also. And seeing the way she could recognize attacks before they had even reached her made me think of something else.

Maybe something like increased thought processing. That would only explain her reflexes and quick attack patterns. The super strength she used to tear my dragons apart was something different though.

With the power she was showing, She could take on most top heroes.

"Noritoshi!" I had sent more dragons that were swirling around her trying to block her view of attacks as well as me.

Noritoshi looked towards me with slight fright in his eyes as well as an awkward smile.

I sprinted towards him and grabbed him without waiting for a reply and jumped off my dragon and we landed below into a tunnel like entrance that was similar to most other entrances in the strange building.

I could feel Noritoshi grinding his teeth, trying to keep his mouth closed, while we were dropping.

And the large dragon that we were atop of was now moving at a quicker pace to crash into one of the building walls.

I wasn't stupid enough to wait and look back to see if it had any impact, instead I just kept running forward. Not really knowing where, just knowing I needed to get away from here and to somewhere less open and can maybe give us more places to hide or wait in ambush.

I could feel the grip of Noritoshi's hand on my shoulder tighten.

"That was cool." the voice less tired now had spoken, from the tone we could tell that it was the exact same person we were running from.

How? I was running at top speed, Noritoshi wasn't really slowing me down. And we made a great distance from where we left her.

"So how did Shirakawa already catch up?"

!

"That's what you were thinking right?" she droned on and then laughed. "You don't need to answer. Your face says it all."

She gave a slow walk towards us while we didn't move. I knew I couldn't outrun her now, I had to find something else...

"[Biosync]" she let out. "That is the name of my quirk. It allows me full control over my body to achieve feets that surpass conventional human capabilities."

Something that sounds so simple. But it would explain a lot.

Like how she stepped on my dragon without making a sound, with her quirk she could probably dampen out the sounds her body makes.

Or how she had caught up to us so easily. Her quirk would allow her to move at great speeds without having to slow down and watch out for things in her way, it probably works with her mind as well allowing her perception of things to be on a greater level as well.

Shit!

I could feel my chest starting to heave quite heavily.

Im screwed!

"Now." she said sternly with a smile on her face. "Time to bring you back to your cell."

The distance between us became non existent as I then felt a hit just below my chest and next thing I know is everything went black.

Golden rays from the morning sun was now going through the windows of the massive school of UA. After a 2 week break with multiple updates from the school, class 1 A have now gathered in their classroom. Although it was fewer than what they had started with in the beginning of the school year.

One of the more outspoken members of the class had gotten tired of the silence and slight whispering of the class and said. "Guy's we still haven't got any information about Kairo. What do you think we should do? Cause I'd happily go out and start searching." the red haired individual with sharper than average teeth spoke out.

Momo Yaoyorozu, the reserved and polite vice president of the class then spoke in response. "I understand your urgency Kirishima but us jumping into action could just make things worse for the heroes and our teachers." she said somberly.

A mop of green hair nodded. "I agree but I still side with Kirishima. I think we should gather as much information as we can and figure out what to do from there." although he said that some people in the class could tell that he just wanted to head out of the class and start searching for his lost classmate on his own.

And one of those who could recognize it was ready to go at him.

"Damn nerd, use your brain. If one of us go and then get caught that just causes more fucking problems. Or have you not noticed the fewer people we have in class already." Bakugou slammed his fist on the table as he turned back to face the window.

Some of the class seemed to have only noticed that there were indeed much fewer in the class. And even though class hasn't started yet, most of the class has usually been at their seats by now.

But some usuals of the class were just not there anymore. Those included, Mezo Shouji, Tsuyu Asui, Koji Koda, Toru Hagakure, and quite surprisingly Denki Kaminari.

Tenya Iida had decided to speak up for his class.

"This incident has caused many parents to start thinking of removing their children from the school." he said and the class were in shock but also worried. "The decision haven't been finalised, but their will be meetings."

It only made sense. The number one hero school in the country has been attacked twice now. And even worse one of their students have been kidnapped. Some parents have started to really see how dangerous the hero life can be.

"Guys." the voice of Ochako Uraraka had spoken out. "We should just have trust in the heroes to find him. I'm sure they will soon."

Another more reserved student in the back of the class had thought it best to keep quiet and let his classmates speak amongst themselves until their teacher makes an appearance. But went against that.

"Guys she's right. There's truly nothing we can do. We'll just get in the way." the cold voice of Shoto Todoroki had spoken out.

Midoriya's eyes shot a pleading look and before anyone else could say anything. Kaminari as well as their homeroom teacher from behind him had walked into the class.

"Everyone to their seats!" he said in a no nonsense tone.

Some of the students were close enough to see the bags under his eyes and that made them curious.

Aizawa took a moment to scan the class before he cleared his throat. "I have an announcement to make." he clicked a button and a holographic screen appeared at the front of the class showcasing the students of class b. "You will be having multiple joint training sessions with Class b this week to evaluate each of your skills."

The majority of the class looked shocked at the words coming out of his mouth. Expecting something different.

Kyoka Jirou raised her hand and Aizawa nodded in her direction.

"What about Kairo?" she asked not able to contain her concern as she looked toward the normally eccentric blonde sat beside her.

Their homeroom teacher's face had softened. "I understand that you are all worried about this and believe me I am too. The authorities and the heroes are doing their best working on the case."

"But sensei, can't we do something?" Eijiro Kirishima interjected.

"I understand you all want to do something to help your classmate, but right now the best thing you can do is focus on your training and studies. Being prepared may be crucial when the time comes to help him."

Mina Ashido spoke up with frustration, "But we can't just do nothing right?"

Aizawa looked at her with a serious expression. Nothing is what you can and should do. Putting yourself in danger will not help us at all. Instead stick to training and improve on your skills."

The class fell silent. They knew what their teacher was saying was right, but that didn't quell the anxiousness they were feeling about the safety of their classmate.

--

When Kairo was younger he remembers not having much connection with anyone.

He played it off as something that didn't bother him because he had other stuff to do, other classes his mum had placed him in, and he was fine with that. He truly was.

But one day, he was sitting on a weathered park bench reading some art book that his mother got him while he waited for her when she was busy.

In the distance he could hear the echoing of laughter from his agemates further along mixed with the bouncing of a ball between them. The feeling he was grasping at in the moment was uncertain.

He wasn't sure if he was envious or if he could just continue to look away and say he didn't care. That he was fine doing whatever he was doing. Whatever his mum wanted him to do.

A stray dog had approached him and started sniffing his feet. The emotion Kairo felt at that time was certainly curiosity. He then offered his hand in a kind gesture and the four legged creature responded in kind and nuzzled his palm. A simple act that carried comfort for him.

As Kairo absentmindedly scratched the back of the dogs ear his gaze eventually travelled back to the group of children playing what seemed to be catch.

Looking at them he somehow felt as if he was just an observer watching a familiar and distant world.

He then felt a tug on his shoulder and it was of his mother who held a blank look in her eyes as she gestured him to get up and start moving with her...

As his eyes fluttered open the memory slowly started to fade out to the back of his mind, letting him take in the new information of where he is and what is happening to him now.

The cold feeling wrapped around his wrists and ankles wasn't pleasant, but what he could appreciate was the fact that he was now laying down instead of kept standing up.

It took away some tension. Not that it helped a ton.

I failed again. That was a thought that was going through his mind.

And with how small the room was he could tell that Noritoshi wasn't in the room with him this time.

Maybe he was in another room like this. Or... maybe worse.

Noritoshi had told Kairo that he was quirkless. That he had wanted to go off on his own way because he believed he would just get in the way, and that his bad thoughts would just implicate Kairo.

But Kairo's own bad thoughts on going back to try and free the people struggling would have just put Noritoshi in more danger.

And now they were both captured again.

Kairo's mouth felt extremely dry, and he knows that the last time he drank anything was when he was in a cell with Noritoshi, which had not been long ago if his memory had served him correct.

A creaking sound was heard and it was obvious it was the sound of a door opening. With the way Kairo's head had been positioned he couldn't turn it to see who had entered.

But the voice was more than enough.

"Well look at our recent failed escapee." a loud and boisterous voice announced before they had fully made their way inside the room.

I don't think I even got his name that night. But this is definitely the first time I seen him again since he introduced me to his boss. It was the stupid reindeer.

"What do you want!?" I asked through my dry throat which most likely made me sound a lot less intimidating.

"Oh I just came to check up on you little lizard." he said in a mock tone which was over eccentrified. "Your little escape attempt was funny. I was planning to come and get you but the boss said she needed to stretch. It's been a long time since she's moved around you see."

"Typical neek ." that gave me a little poke on my forehead and a tug of my dreads in an odd manner.

"Also I came to tell you a little something."

I looked at him from my position as if to tell him to get on with it.

"You will be front row to see what real quirk redistribution looks like."

That alarmed me and brought out an image I was hoping not to think of again.

"You see we have a quirkless that you seem to know quite well. So we decided to use him."

The chains restricting me had made a clattering sound without me knowing, it was me trying to bring my hand up to try and knock the antlers off this guy. Knowing I couldn't had given him a reason to continue laughing at me. Continue pointing out how restricted and weak I must look to him.

"You know. Once he's received his newfound power he won't even want to leave." the deer muttered while turning to hold his hand over some button. "So just be happy for him and then join us."

His hand had pressed the button which had then brought out something to cover my mouth and start releasing a smoke with no scent to put me to sleep.

'When am I gonna get out of this place?'
