Luz Clawthorne's Halloween Sidetrack: Party at the Bones Yard

It was 2011, the year prior to the events of the main story. The human witch girl, Luz Clawthorne, and her family, Eda the Owl Lady and the King of Demons, had decided to spend Halloween in the Human Realm. They ended up in a place called Sleepy Hollow, which was home to a legend that was dark as the night…

"I'm just saying that he isn't as good as he was in the 20th century," Luz said while dressed as a member of the Baseball Furies from The Warriors movie. "I mean, Tim Burton's style is iconic, but I think he's just making the same kind of movies over and over again."

"Oh come on, so what if he made a couple of bad movies in this century," Eda replied. "Remember, not every one of his 90s films was a hit either."

"Yeah, except they at least have a cult following. His Planet of the Apes film was his worst movie," Luz pointed out.

"No, the worst one has to be Big Fish," King argued. "Like, dude was gunning for the Oscars."

"No, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is the worst one," Eda argued.

"At least that's more faithful than the Willy Wonka one," Luz pointed out. "But I guess we can all agree, Sweeny Todd is at least the best one."

"Yeah/The songs are good," Eda and King agreed as they left the woods and entered town.

"Alright, I think we're here," Eda said.

They were now in the small town of Sleeping Hollow, which appeared to be very into Halloween. Decorations were everywhere, from fake tombstones to scarecrows. The adults were dressed as pilgrims, witches, devils, and ghosts, while the kids were dressed as celebrities and fictional characters. In the center of the town was a statue of a headless man who was atop a horse and holding a pumpkin.

"They really love Halloween here," Luz commented.

"Well yeah, it is probably good for tourism," Eda said as they walked through town.

"Hey man, now that's a sick costume!" one passerby said, pointing to King.

"Costume?" King asked.

"Yeah, man, that is one wicked demon costume you have!" another passerby agreed.

"Looks like you're becoming quite popular, little guy," Luz commented.

"All this attention… I shall use it to my advantage…" King plotted.

"Save the scheming for when we bob for apple blood at home," Eda said as they stopped in front of the statue. "And here's the reason we're here."

Luz looked at the plaque and read it. "The Headless Horseman: He watches over this town."

"Ooh, ominous," King commented.

"Ominous indeed," said a voice.

The trio turned and saw a very slim man with combed over hair. He was holding a pipe and was dressed as someone from the 1700s. "This town banks on the legend of the Headless Horseman. I'm Irving, the tour guide around here."

"Geez, this guy's slimmer than you, mom," Luz whispered to Eda.

Eda ignored her daughter's comment. "Well Mr. Irving, I brought my kids here because they were interested in the legend of the Headless Horseman."

"We want to meet him!" King declared.

Irving chuckled. "Enthusiastic, are ya, kid? Well, the legend of the Headless Horseman dates back to the American Revolution," he started to explain. "According to legend, he was a Hessian soldier who was killed in the Battle of White Plains of 1776, his head cleaned off by a cannonball. After losing his head, his comrades hastily carried his body away and buried it at the Old Dutch Church, from which he rose up as a malevolent ghost, seeking for his lost head and wielding a jack-o'-lantern as his weapon while riding his pitch black horse and howling his dark crackle! He usually rides around this time of year, which was when the Battle of White Plains took place. In 1790 a man named Ichabod Crane, a schoolteacher, was once spirited away by the Horseman while he was on his way home one night. The next morning, there was no trace found of the schoolmaster except for his hat, which was found next to a shattered pumpkin.…"

"Whoa, spooky," Luz commented.

"Yeah, spooky," Irving the Tour Guide agreed. "Though some rumors persisted that Ichabod survived his encounter with the Horseman and fled to a distant county where he married a wealthy widow, the folk around here refuse to believe such nonsense. After all, it makes for a much less interesting ghost story…"

It was then that Eda noticed a flier on a post. "Hey, what's that about, bud?"

"Oh, those were put up by the Bones family. They're throwing their annual Halloween party at their ancestral home just outside of town," Irving explained. "There's going to be food, games, dancing, and ghost stories. Visitors are welcome to engage in the festivities, of course."

"A party? Eda, can we go? Can we go and check out this party?" King asked in excitement.

"I am up for a little entertainment," Luz agreed.

"Alright, but first I want to have a look around town," Eda explained. "Then we can see how they party in Sleepy Hollow."

"Yes!" King said, raising his fists up. "We're going to party like that one song by that guy with a symbol for a name!"

"Wonder if they give out any party favors," Luz said aloud.

"If not, I can probably just find something to steal," Eda whispered as they walked away from Irving, who gave them a peculiar look.

That night the Clawthornes arrived at the Bones family estate. They saw many guests in costume mingling, bobbing for apples, dancing, and playing games.

"Now this is a party!" King cheered.

"Oh look, there's teens around my age I can hang out with," Luz said, pointing to the teenagers and kids hanging out away from the adults.

"Well you kids have fun, I'm going to look around this mansion," Eda told them while Luz and King scurried off.

"My now that's a bewitching costume!" said one woman who was also dressed as a witch. "Let me guess, you from out of town? I love that look you have, girl!"

"Gee um, thanks," Eda replied awkwardly.

"If you are having trouble fitting in, you can join me and my friends at the punch bowl," she told Eda while Eda looked around at the adults.

"Eh, I got all night," she said as she followed the woman.

King walked around until he saw a table full of food. His eyes brightened when he spotted cheesy nachos. "Yes… the cheesy goods!" he said as he went up to munch on the nachos.

"Hey um, mind if you save some for us, kid?" said a guy in an Iron Man costume.

"Hssss!" King hissed at the man, who backed away from the little demon.

"Weird kid," he said before walking off, leaving King to eat up the nachos.

Meanwhile, Luz was taking a deep breath. "Alright, just meeting other human kids. I'm human, so this should be easy," she whispered to herself before walking over to the group of her peers, who were dancing to the music. It was a pop song, not much to Luz's taste, but she still danced along with them. She saw a few jumping up and down throwing their fists in the air, which Luz tried to follow.

"Hey, I like those moves!" one girl dressed as Black Widow cheered.

Luz smiled as she danced along. "Thanks!"

Eda, who was with the adults, was seen laughing along when one of them told a story that she didn't understand.

"And then when I sent in the copies, the files were already there!" said a mummy guy while everyone laughed, Eda laughing the loudest.

'Keep laughing, Eda, so you don't look like a fool,' Eda thought before going to a table to grab some of the snacks.

"Hey, I saw you earlier," said a young man dressed in a purple suit and top hat. "Looks like you are having fun."

'Ooh, who's this handsome gentleman?' Eda thought as she spoke to him. "I am. Say, are you from out of town or do you live around here?"

"I came from upstate," he responded. "What about you?"

"I'm from out of town, I brought my kids here to take a look around," Eda said as she began to flirt. "But I also wanted to show off my good moves." Eda started to sway her shoulder in front of the man.

"Um… nice moves," he said awkwardly.

After going through the dance floor, Luz saw some kids playing a large Connect Four game. "Hey, what's up over here?" she asked one of them.

"We're just taking turns playing giant Connect Four," a boy dressed like a Jonas Brother told her.

"Oh right, four in a row, yeah I'm familiar with that," Luz replied. "So um, you're a Jonas Brother… you like that band?"

"Nah, I'm dressed this way out of irony," he replied. "Nice Baseball Furies costume, by the way."

Luz blushed. "Oh, yeah it's from The Warriors… you've seen that as well?"

"Yeah, one of my favorite films of all time, it's pretty much obligatory for us New Yorkers," he said while sipping his drink. "Name's Ray, where are you from?"

"Oh um, I don't think you would have heard of it," Luz told him. "You probably get a lot of attention while in that costume."

"Eh, not really," he replied. "I mean, I haven't seen it yet."

"I mean… I think it's working," Luz replied, swaying her eyebrows.

"Oh… oh, um, I'm sorry," Ray told her. "Um, I didn't know, but um… I'm straight."

Luz frowned. "Wait… did you think I was a boy?"

Ray's eyes widened. "Oh… crap, I'm so sorry. I-I didn't mean to-" As he stammered, Luz just walked away from him. "Well Ray, you did it again. You're just like your father," he muttered to himself.

"Well that was a bust," Luz muttered to herself. "But hey, there are plenty of other cute guys and gals here."

What followed were several more of Luz's failed attempts at flirting.

"Hey, love the Sailor Moon outfit, girl," Luz told a girl. "Are you going on the hay ride later tonight?"

"Wow thanks, and yeah I am going on it with my boyfriend," the girl replied, much to Luz's disappointment.

"So have you been here before? I heard things get warm here at this party," Luz said to one guy, who just turned away and left.

Then she moved to a boy dressed as an alien. "So, you into aliens?" she asked.

"Actually, I'm in disguise. I'm sure there are aliens among us and I want to fool them into thinking I am one of them," the boy said while shifting his eyes around. Luz just backed away.

"That one's a lost cause," Luz muttered while walking away. She stopped when she noticed a large portrait on the wall. "Hmm?"

The portrait was of a slender and muscular man with black hair. At his side was a beautiful young woman with blue eyes, fair skin, pink lips, rosy cheeks, and strawberry-blonde hair.

Hey," Luz said, turning to a guest dressed as a skeleton. "Who is the couple in this painting?"

"Oh, that's Brom Bones and his wife Katrina Van Tassel," he explained. "Brom was a bit of a local hero in his day, and quite the trickster. He even claimed to have survived an encounter with the Headless Horseman himself. His wife was the daughter of the richest farmer in the county and he actually competed for her affection with Ichabod Crane, the schoolmaster who is believed to be a victim of the Horseman. After Ichabod disappeared, Brom and Katrina were married shortly afterward."

"Interesting," Luz said while looking up at the painting. It almost seemed like the portrait of Brom Bones was staring at her… and then it blinked. Luz blinked back, startled. "Hey, did you see that?"

"See what?" the skeleton guest asked.

Luz looked back at the painting and shook her head. "Nevermind," she said before rejoining the party.

"And now, give it up for the host of the party, Bradford Bones!"

Everyone turned to see a man walking down a staircase to join the party. He was a brawn but older man with gray streaks on his black hair, a beard, and he wore a black and white striped suit. He very much resembled his ancestor, Brom Bones, as he walked up to the microphone.

"Thank you! Thank you all for coming!" he spoke in a jovial tone. "As always, it is nice to see so many folks from town and out of town come around to enjoy some Halloween fun. You are all aware of both my heritage and this spooky town's history, and I am very proud of both. And just like ancestors before me, I now ask for your silence as we begin the ghost story portion of the party…"

"Well this outta be good," Eda commented.

Luz noticed the lights dimming out, a spotlight aiming towards Bradford Bones.

"Just gather 'round, and I'll elucidate," he started. "On what goes on outside when it gets late. 'Long about midnight, the ghosts and banshees, they get together for their nightly jamboree. There's things with horns and saucer eyes, some with fangs about this size!"

As King munched on his food, a spirit grabbed a chicken leg from him. "Hey, what-" he paused when he saw the ghost taking a bite out of a chicken, leaving him a bone.

The spirit: "Some are fat."

Eda started to notice a cold breeze. "Some are thin!" spoke a ghost woman next to her, startling her.

"And some don't even wear their skin." a skeletal decoration said next to Luz, startling her.

"I'm telling you, brother, it's a frightful sight, to see what goes on Halloween Night!" Brad said as he began to sing. The Clawthornes noticed something wasn't right with this estate as a scream echoed throughout the mansion, which the other guests thought was just part of the show. "Oh, when the spooks have a midnight jamboree, they break it up with a fiendish glee. Ghosts are bad, but the one that's cursed, is the Headless Horseman, he's the worst!"

"That's right, he's a fright, on Halloween night!" sang some ghosts that popped up and startled Luz.

"When he goes a-joggin' 'cross the land, holdin' his noggin in his head." Bradford pulled out a chair, put a blanket over his head, and galloped like he was the Horseman himself. "Demons take one look and groan, and hit the road for parts unknown!"

"Beware, take care, he rides alone!" a chorus of ghosts sang, spooking King.

"And there's no spook like a spook that's spurned, they don't like him and he's really burned!" Bradford sang along with the chorus of ghosts. "He swears to the longest day he's dead, he'll show them that he can get a head!" He crossed his neck with his thumb.

King ran up to Eda as they noticed the ghosts popping around and joining the crowd, who thought it was all a Halloween trick.

"They say he's tired of his flaming top, he's got a yen to make it swap!" Bradford sang while picking up a jack-o'-lantern with a candle inside. "So he rides one night each year, to find a head in the Hollow here!"

"Now he likes them little, he likes them big!" the chorus sang near King.

"Part in the middle, or a wig," more spirits sang as Eda waved her staff at them. "Black or white or even red."

"The Headless Horseman needs a head!" Bradford sang with the chorus. "With a hip-hip and a clippity-clop, he's out looking for a top to chop!" He swung his hand like a knife. "So don't stop to figure out a plan, you can't reason with a headless man!"

"Mom, what is going on here?" Luz asked as she found Eda and King.

"Those are ghosts around," Eda whispered. "Real ghosts."

"But why aren't people reacting to it?" King asked.

"It's Halloween, they just assume it is special effects," Eda told them.

"Now if you doubt this tale is so, my ancestor met that spook years ago," Bradford noted. "Now he didn't stop for a second look, but made for the bridge that spans the brook! For once you cross that bridge, my friends…"

"The ghost is through, his power ends!" the other ghosts sang.

"So when you're going home tonight, make for the bridge with all your might!" Bradford told them. "He'll be down in the Hollow there, he needs a head, look out, beware!"

"With a hip-hip and a clippity-clop, he's out looking for a head to swap!" the singing ghosts sang around the Clawthorne trio. "So don't try to figure out a plan, you can't reason with a headless man!"

They finished their song and disappeared from view. The guests started to clap while Bradford took a bow, but the Clawthornes just looked weirded out.

Shortly afterward the Clawthornes decided to leave the party and Sleepy Hollow.

"Well, I know a creep show when I see one," Eda commented.

"But how did he control those ghosts like that?" King asked.

"Well, there are humans here that study magic, right mom?" Luz asked.

"That's right, Luz," Eda nodded. "I've met some psychic mediums before. Some were fake, while others were legit, and this Bradford Bones may or may not be aware of the ghosts that were summoned. Though, it could just be for show."

As they walked through the woods, Luz nodded a mist that was coming in. Eda summoned a light ball while King rode on her back, having been spooked.

Luz paused. "Stop."

Eda and King turned to her. "What's the matter?" the former asked.

"I think someone's following us," Luz replied, which worried the owl mom.

"Get behind me," Eda told her as Luz did. They listened and did indeed hear the sound of footsteps… and whistling.

"What… is it the Headless Horseman?" King asked with a shiver.

"That or those ghosts from earlier," Eda replied while holding her staff up in defense.

Out of the mist came the shadow of a headless man wearing a dark collared cape. He was riding a dark horse with burning red eyes.

"Hehehehe… AHAHAHAHAHAHA!" the Headless Horseman laughed, holding up a flaming jack-o'-lantern up in the air.

"Is that… him?!" King asked.

"It could be…" Eda whispered.

"Or maybe… it's probably someone playing a practical joke on us," Luz realized.

"HAHAHA-Huh?" the Headless Horseman was confused as Luz walked up over him.

"I mean, look at this guy, no phantom I've ever seen has been this ripped," Luz pointed out. "Obviously, he's just a costumed trickster who tries to scare people. I mean, you guys heard the story from the old Bradford Bones, right?"

"Hey yeah, that is good thinking, Luz," Eda walked over to the Headless Horseman, checking him out. "I mean, he's beefy and brawn like Bradford."

"Yeah, and look at his horse, just what kind of paint job did he give him?" King asked as he flicked the horse's snout.

"Okay, Bradford, you can cut the scare game," Luz said. "We know that it's Halloween and you love a good scare, so why don't you drop the act." She looked around to see if there was a zipper. "Where is the zipper on this thing?"

"Let me check if there's a hole where his head is," King said as he crawled up the horse's head and to the Horseman, looking down where his neck was supposed to be. "Hello? Mr. Bones?" He then saw a red glowing light and quickly moved his head away as fire burst out from the hole.

King, Eda and Luz's eyes popped out when they saw the flames coming out of the Horseman's neck. Once the flames stopped, King was shivering as he jumped off and landed in Luz's arms. "I-I-I don't think that's B-B-Bradford!"

"Hey, it's the actual Headless Horseman," Eda said excitedly, but then she frowned. "Oh farts, it's the actual Headless Horseman!"

"YAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" The Headless Horseman laughed like a banshee as he raised his sword, causing Eda to pull out her staff while grabbing Luz and King

"Oh no, I am not getting decapitated again!" Eda said as she flew away, the Horseman giving chase after the Clawthornes.

"Looks like the legend's real after all!" Luz said as she hung onto her foster mom.

For a moment, it looked like they had lost the Horseman. Then he reappeared right in front of them, laughing maniacally and forcing them to change direction. The Clawthornes tried to fly above the trees, but the branches seemed to close in, trapping them. There would be no escape that way as the Horseman continued his chase.

"He's gaining on us!" Luz shouted as the Horseman drew closer, swinging his sword.

"Get down!" Eda instructed Luz and King as the sword chopped her head off. "Not again!" While her head flew away from her body, Eda's body steered the staff around so King could grab her head as it rolled across the ground.

"Are you alright, mom?" Luz asked her.

"Not my first beheading, thank Titan the curse," Eda assured her. "If we can't outrun that guy, then we might have to fight him."

The Clawthornes turned around, Luz holding up her bat. The Horseman kept laughing maniacally as he faced the Clawthornes. Eda reattached her head while holding onto her staff then drew a spell circle that shot light beams at him. The Headless Horseman dodged them while Eda used her magic to summon large vines.

They entangled him, but the Horseman swiped at the vines with his sword. As the Clawthornes flew toward the Horseman, Luz swung her bat at him while standing atop the staff. The Horseman dodged the swing, which left him open to a light spell that hit the Horseman point blank, causing a bright shock wave that brightened the surrounding woods. But once the flash died down, the Horseman was still standing there.

"This guy ain't giving up easy," Eda realized.

King then saw a bridge in the distance. "We can try to escape by crossing the bridge! Like in the story!"

"Then let's escape from that maniac!" Luz declared.

"Come and catch us, big boy!" Eda mocked while avoiding the Horseman, who resumed his chase.

The trio flew through the trees and down the hill, the Horseman managing to keep up while cackling at them.

"He's getting closer!" King told them.

"At this speed?!" Luz shouted.

"Hang on, let's try to give him the slip!" Eda turned her staff around a tree, the Horseman chasing after them around. She swirled around the tree, causing the Horseman to chase them around in circles. She then suddenly steered away from the tree and headed toward the bridge while the Horseman was unable to turn in time. "We're almost there!"

"Wait!" Luz cried out. "Where's King!?"

King had fallen off and was now hanging onto the Horseman's horse. "Guys, help!"

Eda turned around to face the Horseman. Now it was like a game of chicken, the Owl Lady versus the Headless Horseman. She narrowed her eyes at him, while aiming to get King, who was hanging onto the tail of the horse. Eda sped forward and passed by the Horseman, managing to avoid his jack-o'-lantern while grabbing King.

Taking a turn, the trio headed back to the bridge. The Horseman was right behind them, but once Eda, Luz, and King had made it across the bridge, the Horseman came to a stop.

"Yeah! We lost him!" King raised his fists in the air.

"Looks like he's hit his pit stop!" Luz replied while hearing the Horseman laugh again.

"YAAAHAHAHAHAHA!" The Horseman's laugh had a different tune though. His laughter wasn't that of malice, but of joy. "Ahahahahaha!"

"What's he laughing about?" Eda asked as they looked back at their pursuer.

Luz's eyes widened when she saw something form above the Horseman… a head.

But not just any head. It was the ghostly, pale head of Brom Bones, who continued to laugh. "Oh now that was a good scare!" Brom declared. "Happy Halloween!" He winked at the Clawthornes before disappearing.

"That… that was the spirit of Brom Bones…" Luz realized.

"So it was a practical joke, just the after death kind," Eda pieced together. "Well he sure scared us."

"Wait, then how did he know that you'd be alive when he cut off your head?" King asked.

"I did say that I didn't want to get decapitated again and I do have a flying staff, so he probably realized that I was a witch or something that could survive a decapitation," Eda replied. "But you know, we've had a lot of fun tonight. Went to a party, met some people, got a good scare."

"Yeah, better than staying at home during Somhaim," Luz agreed while they stepped down.

"Can we just go home now?" King asked.

"Yeah, I'm beat for the night," Eda agreed as she reached into her hair and eventually found the portal key, pulling it out and opening the portal to the Demon Realm.

And so ended their Halloween in the Human Realm.

"Ahahahaha!" laughed the ghost of Brom Bones as he spoke to you, the readers. "Wasn't that fun? Remember to not be a stranger the next time you're in Sleepy Hollow, because I could always use a new victim." He gave you a grin while cackling in laughter.

Teaser: Somewhere in the Human Realm… current time.

In a part of France were the dark ruins of an old Medieval castle. After having been abandoned so long ago, it was now considered abandoned. Mortals never came here, not even tourists. They preferred to avoid the place altogether. But one did dare to enter its forbidden halls that night. It was the Fae known as Meteora.

As Meteora explored the neglected halls, a voice revealed itself behind her.

"What does Oberon want?" the female voice asked. Meteora turned around and saw a hooded figure step out of the darkness and be illuminated by the candle Meteora carried.

"Oberon didn't send me," Meteora revealed. "And I don't think I can go back to Oberon anyway."

"So you've learned what I've learned… Oberon doesn't have friends, only pawns," the hooded woman spoke. "His so-called 'children' are nothing more than tools to him… I was once a proud member of his court, until he discarded me. Now I'm seen as a failure and disgraced, instead of commanding fear and respect like I once did."

"You were known as the 'Mistress of Evil'," Meteora recalled.

"I was," the hooded woman said as she removed her hood, revealing her pale green skin, narrow face, and prominent chin. She was darkly beautiful and icily elegant, with yellow eyes and black horns. "But now I am just an old fairy whose days of glory are long behind her." She looked at her visitor. "So why are you here?"

Meteora looked down. "I have… learned something about my past. As it turns out, I was taken away from my family by Oberon."

This didn't surprise the other woman. "And what do you intend to do about it?" she asked her.

Meteora looked serious, her fists clenching. "I want revenge," she answered. "I have come here for your aid, Maleficent. I know that you would too want revenge against Oberon."

Maleficent scoffed. "Please, revenge is nothing but a sucker's game," she said while patting her chest. "That's something I've learned the hard way…"

"Just hear me out," Meteora said to her. "Because I believe this could benefit both of us."

"What do you have in mind?" Maleficent asked her.

"We've both been wronged by him," Meteora explained. "So this is a chance for us to get our justice. A chance for you to not only reclaim your former glory, but take everything away from Oberon at the same time."

"Hmm, that does sound tempting," Maleficent admitted.

"And we won't be alone in this either," Meteora said with a smile. "We're not the only ones who Oberon wronged…"

Happy Halloween, everyone! And hope this Halloween treat for ya would be good until the next chapter.

This was made out of the fun festivities at this time of year. We have picked this as a canon chapter for when Luz mentioned back in Book 1 in the Forest of Fear that she had once met the Headless Horseman, and comments how buff she is.

The Headless Horseman in this story is based from Disney's Ichabod Crane, as Brom Bones being the Headless Horseman. This was based off of a fan-theory that Brom Bones disguised himself as the Headless Horseman to scare off Ichabod. His ghost now comes on every Halloween night at Sleepy Hollow every midnight.

Is Brom Bone's descendant some kind of medium? An oracle that summoned these ghost? Well, stranger things happens in New York, or at least the entire Eastern Northern parts of America. Also if you caught that Irving the Tour Guide is named after the original author of Sleepy Hollow, Washington Irving.

We've also placed this teaser of Meteora and Maleficent here in this sidetrack, because well, it wouldn't be placed in a normal chapter.

Checking in on Reviews:

Gamelover41592: Love your reaction.

ReviewDWJ: You will…

Ultimate-drax: Well now you know what happens to Boscha… and yeah, we felt it was an appropriate tribute.

OMAC001: Yeah, keep on hoping.

Matteso585: 1) She will. 2) Depends how. 3) Stay tuned.

Crosshot: Yes, it was on purpose to have how Angel and Abigail are a foil to each other with Luz's mothers. Just to parallel how they've each become friends in their own ways. Funny enough, how both Eda and Abigail are living mothers now, with the former being better about herself as the latter becomes more self-destructive.

Darraq: We'll see.

Shuffollower: Well hope this Halloween chapter will lighten up your worries…

TDElla4ever: Don't know about that.

TheFranninator: You can become a TV Troper to add your theories in Luz Clawthorne's WMG page, which we could use some more tropers around for it.

Teloch: Meh, it wouldn't change much of his terrible actions.

Also to announce that we're officially opening for an OC contests. What's an OC contest? Well, it's when we're asking you, fans of LC, to either create or submit your OCs to us to see if they'll be worthy to fit in the Luz Clawthorne story. Who will win will depend on the results of how this contest will go.

Happy Halloween, and beware of the Headless Horseman at Sleepy Hollow...
