Zak smiled as he saw Zebedee waiting for him, not too far from when they met earlier in the day. Zebedee was resting near the docks, under one of the cranes that hadn't been used in quite some time. Zebedee perked up as he heard Zak approaching and turned his head to face him.

"How did it go?" Zebedee asked. His voice was soft, and meek, as if afraid of what may come to him and his Rider. Zak gave him a reassuring smile and Zebedee sighed in relief. That was when he knew Zak had managed to reason with Zorran at least a little bit.

"Zorran wants to talk with you. I reasoned with him and got through to him. He's a softie deep down and you know it, Zeb." Zak replied as he chuckled softly. Zebedee hinted at a slight smile. Zak was right. Zorran was definitely one not to be messed with, but when it came to his fleet and the Riders, he always had a soft spot for them.

"Thanks, Zak. I owe you big time for this one." Zebedee said. With that, he made his way back to the Zero Docks. He reached out to Wildmask through the bond and felt the child stir slightly under his hat, as if she had been awakened from a nap. Get ready, you're about to meet the family.

There was a slight tired sense of acknowledgement from her before she fully awakened, then came the excitement. He chuckled softly as he sensed the enthusiasm coming from her in great waves. With that, he withdrew from the bond, letting his Rider try to make herself a little bit more presentable to meet the rest of the fleet.

"Let us see her, Zebedee. It's about time we got the chance to meet your Rider." Zorran said as he met Zebedee's golden gaze. Zebedee hinted a smile before lifting his hat and carefully reaching under it. Zebedee gently touched Wildmask on the arm to let her know it was him. Wildmask relaxed as he gently wrapped his claws around her small and frail body before he gingerly lifted her up and placed her down on his deck for the other fleet members to see. Wildmask looked around at the other Zed-Stacks, who were surrounding her and Zebedee. Wildmask looked back over her shoulder at Zebedee as he lowered his hat. He gently reached out to her through the bond. Wildmask relaxed as she felt his familiar comforting presence make contact with her.

It's alright, little one. They're just excited to see you. Zebedee chuckled softly. Wildmask nodded slightly and turned her head to look at the Zed-Stacks that were surrounding her. Zip managed to push his way through the crowd to get a look at the new arrival. He gave her a puzzled look before looking up at Zebedee.

"She's so little.." Zip said as he looked at her. Zebedee gave the switcher a warm and fond smile. Wildmask carefully approached Zip, leaning over Zebedee's deck with one hand, the other reluctantly outstretched to touch Zip. Zip immediately started purring before he gently rubbed the side of his face against her hand. Wildmask couldn't help but smile before giving Zip a few pets on his cheek. Zip slowly closed his eyes, content with the attention he was getting while he purred softly. She had finally found a family.

Oj watched as the young girl gave Zip some much needed attention. The poor switcher was one of the most neglected of the Zed-Stacks. He couldn't help but feel a tinge of guilt. He hadn't been there to watch her grow up a majority of her life. At least now she was safe with the Zed-Stacks, and a Rider no less. However, he wasn't about to break his oath he had made to Shadowpelt. He needed to watch over this precious Rider for as long as he lived. Deep down, he knew she would need to know about her parents, but that would have to wait for now. Wildmask needed to adjust to the new and big changes first.

He noticed Zorran giving him a suspicious look and left, seeing that he had overspent his welcome. Either way, he wasn't about to break his oath anytime soon.
