"Morning. Now that Yagi and Midoriya are back, we'll go into more detail about what the work studies entail." Aizawa announced to his Class 1-A students. He turned his head to the door. "Go ahead and come in."

Class 1-A students looked over to the opening door, where two male students and one female student walked into the classroom.

"I'll have people who've experienced them firsthand explain." Aizawa said. "I suggest you listen carefully and they point out how work studies differ from internships."

Luna and Izuku gasped with shocked faces. The male student on the left is the exact same student that they encountered the other day.

"These three are third years at UA. They rank at the very top of our student body. You may know them as the Big Three." Aizawa continued.

The male student that Izuku and Luna met the other day was a tall young man with a very muscular build and marked scars all around his lower arms. The top part of his blond hair was arranged in a cowlick while worn swept backward at the bottom section. He wore his UA school uniform without the blazer and a brown belt with a large, rectangular golden carnivorous mouth-shaped buckle.

The female student was a fair-skinned girl with wide, curious royal blue eyes and long and thick eyelashes. Her periwinkle hair went all the way down to her knees, twisting around itself at her waist and curving inwards around her legs. One short clump of hair was curved towards her face on the right while the short hair clump tucked over her ear on the left. She wore a gray waistcoat over the white shirt of her UA school uniform.

Another male student was a tall young man with pale skin and long, pointy elf-like ears. He has messy indigo hair sticking out behind his head and thin, tired-looking eyes. Unlike the other male student, his white shirt was somewhat tucked in with his slightly slackened tie.

"I can't believe it's really him." Luna muttered. "He's with…the Big Three."

Mirio smiled widely at Luna and Izuku.

"The best of the hero course." Sero said.

"The Big Three." Kaminari said.

"Oh, wow!" Mina beamed.

"Of all the talented students here, they're the ones at the top." Iida said in surprise.

"They're on a different level." Yaoyorozu commented. "Still in school, but practically pro heroes."

"If they're as good as I hear, then they're the students we should be chasing after." Jiro said.

"They don't look all that special to me." Kaminari said. "Except, the girl…she's pretty hot."

Luna quietly stared at the male student that she and Izuku encountered three days ago.

"Wait, no wonder he looks familiar." Luna muttered. I knew I'd seen him before. Back then, I didn't recognize him by his face. But now, I know.

"What is it, Luna? You know these guys?" Aisha whispered to Luna.

"Only the one on the left." Luna whispered back. "Last year, he was at the Sports Festival." She mentally pictured the male student struggling to pull up his pants back on while being naked in front of his competitors. "And let's just say he didn't do very well back then. But, to my surprise, he continued to smile though, which I believe it was a very strong impression."

Luna's eyes moved to the other two students.

"The other two didn't win any medals, either. But I wonder how they earned their title as UA's Big Three." Luna said.

"Get to it. Introduce yourselves briefly." Aizawa said to the Big Three. "Let's start with Amajiki."

Suddenly, Tamaki stared at the Class 1-A students with an intense glare. That received stunned gasps from several Class 1-A students.

What the hell?! Diana exclaimed.

What's with that look? Kirishima cried.

So much intensity in a single glance! Iida exclaimed.

Through Amajiki's eyes, he mentally screamed and picture the entire Class 1-A students' heads as potatoes while their bodies remained human. Despite his intimidating glare, he's actually timid by nature and began yielding to stage fright.

It's no good. Amajiki thought timidly. His timid voice caught his friends' attention. You two go. I just can't. He then looked down as his entire body started to shiver. Even if I try to imagine them as potatoes, I can see their human bodies. I know that they're still people. No words are coming out. My mind's blank and my mouth is dry. I can't say anything. I wanna… He suddenly turned around to the wall in a sullenly tone within his voice. Go home.

Amajiki's sudden nervousness greatly surprised the Class 1-A students. Even Ojiro, Kaminari, Mina, and Diana gasped astonishingly.

"Okay, that was weird." Selene whispered to Aisha, Luna, and Diana.

"Yeah, he looks very timid for a top student who's part of the Big Three." Diana whispered back.

"Okay. So, um, are you U.A.'s top heroes?" Ojiro asked.

"Come on, Amajiki!" The female student spoke to the shuddering Amajiki with a laugh. "You need to have the heart of a lion, not a kitten. You know, even though you're human. Get what I mean?" She turned back to the Class 1-A students. "This is our kitten, Tamaki Amajiki. And hi, my name is Nejire Hado. I'm supposed to talk about work studies. You first years have a really exciting time ahead of you."

Nejire paused as her eyes glanced at Shoji.

"Hey, wait, hold on." Nejire said. She walked up to Shoji. "Why are you wearing a mask? Is it cuz you're feeling sick? Or just…trying to look cool?"

"Uh, well..." Shoji replied, touching his blue mask on his face.

"Oh, whoa!" Nejire interrupted as her eyes moved to Shoto in the back of the classroom. "And you must be Todoroki, am I right? Yeah! How'd you get that big burn on your face?"

"That's none of your..." Shoto responded.

Then, Nejire looked over to Mina.

"And, Ashido, if your horns break off, you think you'll grow new ones? Oh, and can you wiggle them?" Nejire asked, pointing her finger at Mina.

Nejire continued requesting rapid questions to other Class 1-A students without giving any of them enough time to answer.

"Mineta, are those balls your hair or what? I don't get it. Oh, oh, Asui, you're a tree frog. Not a gross toad, right? Hey, Selene, you can make orbs out of tiny stars, right? That's so cool." Nejire questioned. "Oh, my goodness! There's so much I wanna know about every one of you. Let's have a Q and A!"

"Aw! She's a total airhead. Even cuter." Kaminari gushed.

"All those questions make her sounds so young." Mina commented.

"She's very childlike for a top student." Selene remarked to Aisha, Luna, and Diana.

"She wants to know everything about my balls!" Mineta exclaimed excitedly with a perverted expression. "I'll spill my secrets. Come get up close and personal."

"Calm down." Sero said.

"That's not what she meant, you freako." Diana snapped.

When Nejire walked over to Ojiro about his tail, Aizawa quickly grew frustrated at her distraction and looked at Mirio with an annoyed face.

"This is completely irrational." Aizawa spoke irritatedly.

"Oh, there's no need for you to worry, Eraser Head! I'm up next, and I'll get the audience refocused." Mirio assured confidently. He turned back to the Class 1-A students. "The future's gonna be...?"

The entire Class 1-A students looked completely dumbstruck on Mirio's unexpected confidence.

"Gonna be what?" Kaminari asked.

"Awful! That's your part, guys! Oh, crap. My call and response was a total fail!" Mirio smiled eccentrically.

"That's it. It's settled. They're weirdos." Diana whispered to her friends.

"And their strange personalities confirm it." Aisha added.

"Okay, you guys look like you have no idea what's going on. I guess we are third years who just showed up in the classroom to explain a program that's completely voluntary. I can see how you'd be confused by that." Mirio said. "Hm, you guys got your provisional licenses as first years, right? This batch of new students has proven to be pretty darn energetic. So, the problem is, you must not have a sense of humor. That's why my joke didn't land."

Nejire gasped while Amajiki looked at Mirio.

"Don't do it." Amajiki muttered.

"Heads up, the rad new plan is all you first-years fight me at once." Mirio insisted.

"Huh?!" Class 1-A student exclaimed in utter surprise.

"You wanna fight us?" Kirishima exclaimed.

"What, like, now?" Sero called.

"That's totally out of the blue." Aisha said with a bewildered face.

"I love a challenge, but that request was unusual." Diana said.

"Well, if you want them to experience our experience, this is a pretty rational way of doing it then. Right, Eraser Head? Rational." Mirio said to Aizawa.

"Do whatever you want." Aizawa replied.

Aizawa escorted his Class 1-A students and the Big Three to Gym Gamma. All Class 1-A students changed into their gym uniforms and headed into the large concrete room. They collectively watched as Mirio stretched his arms and legs in preparation. They can't believe that they're seriously going to fight against one of the Big Three all at once.

"Is he...for real?" Sero asked.

"Oh, yeah, totes real." Mirio answered.

Far away from Mirio and the Class 1-A student, Amajiki pressed his head against the wall.

"Mirio, you're impossible." Amajiki whispered.

"What?" Diana sweatdropped.

"I would have been simple enough for us to just tell them. 'This is what it's like, here's what we learned from it.' Not everyone has your level of drive. Plus, think about it. What if some of them can't recover after fighting you? No one wants to spend the next few years in a hospital bed." Amajiki muttered.

"Huh?" Mineta said in confusion.

"I bet he's trying to psych us out." Kirishima said.

"Hey, listen up. It's story time." Nejire spoke.

Class 1-A students turned their heads to Nejire, who began toying with the slightly blushing Mina's horns.

"Long ago, a student got frustrated in class and quit being a hero, and it was terrible for everyone." Nejire narrated. "Did you know that?" She turned to Mirio. "So, Togata, I know our job is tough. But you better make sure you know what you're doing. Be careful, okay?"

"Please stop touching those." Mina whined.

"Let's think about this. You're obviously much further ahead than us. But we've fought pro before." Tokoyami advised.

"Not to mention, we took down some legitimate villains." Diana added as she cracked her knuckles.

"I don't think you need to worry about hurting us. We're not a buncha wannabes." Kirishima smiled confidently.

"Heard, but you're gonna have to show me that's the truth." Mirio said. "Now, who's gonna start this party?"

"I've got this." Kirishima grinned.

"No. I'm first." Izuku said suddenly.

"You stole my thunder!" Kirishima cried.

"Sorry, Kirishima. I'm gonna go first with Midoriya too." Luna said determinedly.

"Come on, Luna! Not you too!" Kirishima whined.

"Heads up, he's fast! This'll be a good lesson!" Aizawa called out.

With a happy smile, Mirio appreciated that Izuku and Luna accepted the opportunistic challenge.

"Oh, the problem duo. Yes, this is perfect." Mirio said to Izuku and Luna. "I've heard you got plenty-a fire in you two."

Izuku and Luna exchanged nods. As they started stretching their limbs, Izuku crouched down and activated his One For All: Full Cowl all around his body while Luna clenched her fists and activated her Dazzling Trinity. Both Izuku and Luna have strong-minded smiles on their faces.

The rest of Class 1-A students triggered their Quirks in fighting stances.

"The close combat team should surround him first thing!" Sato suggested.

"Let's do it." Kirishima smiled as he activated his Quirk on his arms. "We've got ourselves a new mentor. Thanks for the opportunity, man. The opportunity to kick your butt."

Then, Izuku and Luna charged together towards Mirio. But they quickly gasped in surprise when Mirio's clothes suddenly started to fall off his muscular body.

Jiro screamed with a heavily blushed face.

"Why did your clothes just fell off?!" Sero exclaimed.

"Oopsy! My Quirk's kinda tricky." Mirio said, rushing to put his pants back on.

Izuku and Luna jumped in the air as they hovered slightly close to Miro.

Bad move! We're open! Izuku and Luna thought in shock.

Without hesitation, Izuku swung his leg and proceeded to kick Mirio in the head with a One For All enhanced kick. Luna bravely pulled her fist back that was immersed with circular pink energy and sent it forward at Mirio's stomach. However, Izuku's kick and Luna's punch passed right through Mirio's head and stomach.

Izuku and Luna moved away a few inches behind Mirio.

"So, that's it." Izuku said to Luna. "His Quirk lets things pass through him. It's an amazing power."

"But if you think about it, his Quirk is almost similar to Aisha's ghost." Luna added. "Except he didn't appear to be unseen like Aisha does."

"That's true. So, what should we do?" Izuku said.

"Went for the face and the stomach, huh?" Mirio asked, turning his head to Izuku and Luna.

Sero's tape, Mina's acid, and Aoyama's naval blast suddenly launched the distracted Mirio from behind. But their Quirk attacks slipped right through Mirio's body, making Izuku and Luna evade away from the sudden attacks. Sero's tape, Mina's acid, and Aoyama's naval blast instantly hit the concrete pillars in the resulting explosion.

"What's this?" Iida said as he and Selene walked up their attacking classmates.

Once the smoke cleared, Mirio mysteriously disappeared.

"He's gone!" Selene gasped.

"Where'd he go?" Iida wondered.

Out of nowhere, Mirio appeared suddenly behind Jiro with swiftness.

"I think I'll start by taking out the long-distance fighters!" Mirio declared.

Jiro looked over her shoulder. She quickly spun around and screamed blushingly. Her scream alerted her fellow classmates, who quickly turned around to see Mirio with surprise expressions.

"He warped?" Shoji said.

"His power isn't just slipping through things." Sato said as he began running towards Mirio.

"How'd he luck out with such a good Quirk?" Kirishima questioned as he ran forward with Sato.

"You're wrong." Amajiki murmured.

As Dark Shadow enveloped the upper half of Tokoyami's body, Tokoyami swiftly extended Dark Shadow's claws from his arms straight towards Mirio from behind at a great distance. But Mirio dodged through the ground. He then reappeared and punched Tokoyami in the gut with a powerful surprise punch.

"Mirio's Quirk isn't what you should be jealous of. You should be envying his skills." Amajiki commented. "That's what sets him apart, first-years."

With Tokoyami unable to fight, Mirio quickly moved behind Sero and Mineta as he punched them in the gut with ease, knocking them down without giving them a chance to use their respective Quirks.

Aoyama, Mina, and Tsuyu then launched their Quirks, but Mirio swiftly evaded their attacks and charged forward. He instantly knocked Aoyama, Mina, and Tsuyu down with quick surprise punches at their stomachs.

"Mirio did a work study with a hero, but didn't stop there. He kept building himself up." Amajiki continued lowly.

Mirio then moved on to the last remaining long-distance students. He then punched Shoji, Yaoyorozu, Jiro, and Kaminari with a combination of his swift speed and Quirk performance. He effortlessly knocked out Tokoyami, Sero, Mineta, Aoyama, Mina, Tsuyu, Shoji, Yaoyorozu, Jiro, and Kaminari within a few minutes. Mirio then placed his pants back on with a victorious pose.

"POWERRR!" Mirio yelled triumphantly.

Kirishima, Iida, Selene, Diana, Luna, Izuku, Koda, Sato, Ojiro, Uraraka, and Hagakure looked extremely shocked by what they just saw. Mirio, one of the Big Three, instantly defeated half of the Class 1-A students with swift speed and rapid hits.

Even Shoto and Aisha's faces went utterly shocked. They are currently standing next to Aizawa for observation.

What the hell?! His Quirk is almost the same as my Ghost! Aisha exclaimed in shock.

Mirio took a deep breath and put on a determined smile on his face.

"Mirio Togata. In my opinion, he's the person who's closest to taking the spot of number one hero." Aizawa noted. "That's including the pros."

"He got more than half of them in an instant." Shoto said. "A student. But closer to being number one than most heroes."

"You're not gonna fight?" Aizawa asked Shoto. "You must be interested in taking the top spot yourself."

"I didn't even get my provisional license, though." Shoto replied.

Well, he's certainly calmed down. Aizawa thought. His eyes moved to Aisha. "And what about you?"

"Just like Shoto, I don't have my provisional license." Aisha responded. "But can I still join the fight?"

"If you want to." Aizawa replied with a shrug.

"Alright. Then, I'll do it." Aisha said.

"Aisha, be careful." Shoto said softly as he placed his hand on Aisha's right shoulder. "It's obvious that his demonstration is equally close to your Ghost. Who knows what other surprises he can do with his Quirk."

"Don't worry, Shoto. I'll be careful." Aisha said. "And besides, I've been itching to use my Ghost for quite some time since training camp."

As Aisha turned herself intangible and descended into the ground, Mirio looked at the fallen long-distance students on the ground.

"Think that's it for the long-distance fighters." Mirio said. He turned his attention to the remaining Class 1-A students. "All that's left are the ones who specialize in close-quarters combat."

"Dammit, dude! What the hell?!" Diana exclaimed in shock.

"I have no idea how he just did that." Kirishima said with a shocked expression.

"It's one thing to be able to phase through stuff like Aisha's Ghost Quirk, but warping too?" Uraraka said.

"He's unrivaled. Do we stand a chance?" Ojiro questioned.

"Hold the flattery!" Mirio said as he positioned himself in a fighting stance.

"There's more to his Quirk than we're seeing." Izuku spoke. His voice earned his classmate's attention. "Whether his true power is slipping through matter, or whether he's somehow warping himself through space. Either way, he's still landing his attacks directly. We should be able to counter him, in the moment he's about to contact."

"Midoriya's right." Luna agreed. "Even if we can't tell what he's doing, we should theorize with what we do know and use that knowledge to find a way to beat him."

"Yeah. You said it! House arrest and recovery sleep didn't put a dent in your fighting spirit!" Kirishima said with a bold smile.

"You got that right." Diana grinned.

As the remaining Class A students positioned themselves in fighting stances, Mirio started charging at them with full speed.

"Then see if you can figure out how to win." Mirio said.

Mirio then disappeared through the ground from the first-year students' field of sight, leaving nothing but his gym pants.

"He went under!" Sato cried.

Izuku and Luna nodded as their eyes moved over their shoulders.

I bet he'll probably come up...! Izuku and Luna thought in unison.

Just as Izuku and Luna turned around, Mirio rose up in the air behind them. But at that moment, Izuku and Luna's prediction on Mirio's tactics was correct.

There! Izuku and Luna thought.

Mirio looked a bit shocked.

They weren't surprised? Mirio wondered. They predicted this is where I'd be! Pretty smart.

Izuku then swung his leg and delivered a swift One For All Full Cowl-enhanced kick toward Mirio's face. But Mirio's Quirk phased his hand through Izuku's leg.

"Watch this. An ultimate move !" Mirio said.

Mirio reached his fingers at Izuku's eyes, making the first-year student close his eyes. He then phased his arm through Izuku's face and head before twisting himself in the air and delivering a swift, powerful punch in the gut. That ultimate move instantly knocked Izuku down to the ground.

"Blinder Touch Eyeball Crush!" Mirio cried.

Luna then charged forward and delivered a Dazzling Trinity-enhanced punch toward Mirio from behind, but Mirio evaded the attack. Mirio then punched Luna in the stomach with rapid speed before delivering one more powerful punch that launched her high in the air.

"I've discovered that most people try to launch a counterattack just like you two did." Mirio commented as he dropped back into the ground. "So, naturally, I've trained to work around such moves. Nice try, though."

With that, Luna crashed on top of Izuku, leaving both of them unable to fight.

"Midoriya!" Iida called out.

"Luna!" Selene cried.

Just as Mirio rose up behind Selene, a sea green psychokinetic energy suddenly disabled him from moving.

"Wow, you got impressive reflexes with your Quirk." Mirio said to Selene.

"That wasn't her."

Mirio gasped sharply. He looked over his shoulder and saw Aisha standing right behind him.

"That would be me." Aisha said.

"Aisha." Selene said.

Aisha quickly levitated the frozen Mirio away from Selene and then unleashed a full-scale attack of her psychokinesis that blasted him away to the ground with a flick of her fingers. As Mirio recovered, Aisha swiftly delivered sea green crescent-shaped blades of psychokinesis at Mirio. But her attack went past the third-year student.

Mirio descended from the ground. He then appeared behind Aisha.

"Aisha, look out!" Diana shouted in alert.

Aisha turned around just as Mirio pulled his fist back and drove it forward to her gut. But Aisha let out a smirk. The portion of the stomach went intangible and Mirio's punch went through it.

Class 1-A students gasped with wide eyes. Even Mirio looked very surprised.

"Oh, wow. Your Quirk is almost the same as mine." Mirio commented. "Wait a minute. You wouldn't happen to be Vondergeist's daughter b any chance?"

"The one and the only." Aisha confirmed.

Aisha's body went completely intangible. Mirio moved his fist away and looked around for the UA student. Aisha started engaging several sea green crescent-shaped blades of psychokinesis at Mirio from every direction. The Class 1-A students watched in awe. One of the Big Three is currently having trouble evading Aisha's psychokinetic blades.

Then, Mirio descended from the ground.

Aisha turned tangible and looked around for Mirio.

Mirio then appeared behind Aisha. This time, it was too late for her to react. He managed to gain the upper hand and punched her hard in the stomach, sending her to crash to the wall.

"Aisha!" Shoto cried.

Shoto quickly ran up to check on Aisha, who was wheezing for air.

"I gotta hand it to ya. I'm utterly impressed. You're the only one who managed to strike me and avoid my techniques at the same time." Mirio commented as he sank back into the ground. "But, just like the other two who tried to counterattack me, nice try."

"Aisha!" Diana called out.

Suddenly, Mirio came out behind Diana and quickly punched her in the gut. He quickly rushed over to Iida and punched him in the stomach. He then quickly moved on and punched Kirishima's stomach. Mirio then charged towards Selene, Uraraka, Hagakure, Sato, Ojiro, and Koda as he rapidly knocked them all out with powerful punches to the gut, making them unable to fight as they all collapsed to the ground.

Mirio then placed his pants back on with a victorious pose.

"POWER!" Mirio yelled triumphantly.

In their defeat, all the Class 1-A students are either knocked down or squirmed in pain.

"Hey, check out Togata, huh…" Nejire said as she walked up to Amajiki.

"You know, about Togata...he's gotten super powerful lately." Nejire said. "Are you even watching?"

"Mirio's been strong ever since we were little kids." Amajiki commented. "Problem is…he needs to learn how to hold back."

After that, Mirio had put his clothes back on. He and Nejire stood in front of the Class 1-A students while Amajiki turned away to avoid eye contact.

"I tried to make it so you wouldn't see my willy. Sorry if you got a peek." Mirio apologized. "But anyway, that's a taste of what it's like to fight me."

All Class 1-A students stood wearily while holding their stomachs in excessive pain.

"We all just got punched in the stomach without ever knowing what was going on." Izuku responded.

"Yeah, and because of that, none of us stood a chance." Luna added.

"Right, so, whaddaya think? Isn't my Quirk strong?" Mirio asked.

"Yeah, it's too strong!" Sero answered with a shout.

"That's not fair!" Hagakure agreed. "Mine's nothing in comparison!"

"How can you slip through things and warp? Do you have two powers like Todoroki does?" Mina questioned.

"Is it possible that you have the same Quirk as Aisha's Ghost?" Diana asked.

"Nope. Just the one." Mirio replied.

"Huh?" Luna said.

"Just one." Izuku repeated.

"Ooh, I know! I'll tell you what his Quirk is." Nejire said as she raised her hand up in the air. She turned to Mirio. "Hey, hey, can I say it? Permeation! Cool, right?"

"Hado, let Mirio explain his own power." Amajiki said sullenly.

"Yup! I've got a sweet Quirk that's called Permeation. What you guys thought of as a warp was, you guessed, simply an alternative application of that power." Mirio responded. He turned to a pouting Nejire, who was gripping his shirt. "Oh, sorry, Hado."

Uraraka and Luna noticed that Izuku was scripting invisible notes on his palm since he doesn't have his notebook with him to write valuable notes on Mirio's Quirk.

"So, how exactly do you warp, huh?" Izuku asked.

"I activate my Quirk in my entire body. Then, I can pass through anything I want, no sweat. Everything. That includes solid ground." Mirio answered.

"So, that was you falling through the floor of the gym?" Uraraka asked with a small gasp.

"That's right. I went deep underground. And then, whenever I release my Quirk while I'm falling, something super strange happens." Mirio explained. "Apparently, things with mass can't overlap. That's called physics. So, I get repelled upward. Think of it this way. The ground spits me out, and I fly up into the air. That's how my warp works. By adjusting the direction I'm facing or the pose I'm holding, I can change the angle I come out at, so I can aim at different spots!"

"That sounds like a buggy game." Mina pouted.

"Hey, that's pretty funny!" Mirio laughed.

"You're able to avoid any attacks." Tsuyu said. "And you can move where you want in an instant. Aw! You were born with a really strong Quirk . But think again, your Quirk properties are quite the same as Aisha's ghost Quirk."

"You could say that, but that's not true." Mirio said. "My power's only strong because I made it that way. While my Quirk is activated, my lungs can't take in oxygen. Even if I breathe in, the air'll just pass through."

Uraraka, Luna, and Izuku gasped collectively.

"In the same way, my eardrums don't work and light can't go through my retina. I can pass through everything. But that means I can't feel anything when I'm in that state. Even though I have a body, I can't stop falling. I could probably keep going down forever. Does that make sense?" Mirio explained. "That's why, if I wanna go through something like, say, a wall. I have concentrated really hard. I'll activate everything except for one leg. Then I released the other leg and landed on it. And then the first leg is the last one to go through. Even for a simple action like that, there are a bunch of little steps involved."

"Oh, man, if I were in a hurry, I would mess that up every single time." Kaminari said to Mineta.

"Seriously, if you can't feel anything, how are you supposed to move?" Mineta wondered.

"Growing up. I was always behind, as you might expect. In no time, I'd dropped dead last. I dropped my pants a lot, too." Mirio clarified. "In order to get to the top with this Quirk, I couldn't just hope that things would get better. I had to think! I learned to make combat decisions! And picked up a few new tricks. But above all, I learned to predict what would happen next. And what made those predictions possible in the first place was experience. I based my predictions on what I'd learned. This was kind of a roundabout way to get the point across, but that's why I wanted to fight. To show you through experience rather than words. In our work studies, we're not treated as guests like in our internships. We're regarded as one of the sidekicks, or even as a pro! That can be super scary. Pros can get hurt. And sometimes they end up watching people die. But every scary and painful thing you go through is an important experience that you can't get inside a classroom, even at UA. I transformed the experience I got in my work study into power. That's how I got to the top spot! And…it's why I think they're worth it, even if you're scared. You're with me, first years?"

Luna and Izuku' faces went surprisingly stunned by Mirio's words.

Turn experience into power. Luna and Izuku thought.

The Class 1-A students applauded for Mirio's speech.

"He even gives pep talk like a pro." Ojiro commented.

"I can't believe he went through all this for us, even though he could've just explained it." Yaoyorozu noted.

"So, these really are different. I did kinda feel like I missed out on stuff in my internship." Kaminari said.

"Yeah, they tried not to let us do anything too dangerous." Jiro agreed.

"Guess it won't be that way during work studies." Sero said.

"Now that we've got our licenses, we'll be treated like pros once we're on the scene." Iida said.

Uraraka nodded in agreement.

"We gotta prepare ourselves for that." Sato said.

"It's just what I wanted." Kirishima smiled.

"Yeah, this is great! All of us came to U.A. because we wanna be pro heroes, right?" Hagakure said.

"That's true." Shoji concurred.

"C'est la vie." Aoyama said with a wide smile.

"We have to keep climbing." Tokoyami said.

"And be Plus Ultra." Koda added.

Shoto and Aisha watched their determined classmates from the sidelines.

"We need to get our provisional licenses soon or we'll be left behind." Shoto mumbled as he hardened his eyes.

"You don't have to tell me twice." Aisha concurred.

"Let's get back to class now." Aizawa instructed. "And say thank you."

"Thank you very much!" Class 1-A students said to the Big Three.

The Big Three began walking through the halls.

"Hey, so, do you think we got the point across? Maybe not?" Nejire asked.

"I'm just glad I didn't have to do anything. Let's be grateful to Mirio." Amajiki said.

Izuku and Luna quietly understood what Mirio said during his explanation. He worked incredibly hard to make the most of his power and got so much experience by learning how to predict people's actions, which led him to earn his place at the top of UA for a third year student. If Mirio can do it, so can Izuku and Luna.

The Big Three changed into their student uniforms and strolled through the hallways.

"Hey, so…we thought you hurt some of them by accident, you know?" Nejire asked. "But no one was injured, so I think you did a good job. Way to go, Mirio. A-plus."

"It was pretty close though, a few times." Mirio said. "And they saw me naked."

"Yeah, but did anyone surprise you?" Nejire asked again. "I wanna know. C'mon, spill. It's so strange."

"Well, I mostly defeat people using the element of surprise. It's my basic strategy in a nutshell." Mirio explained. "But that problem duo analyzed my first round of moves, and then predicted what I'd do. I bet Sir would love to meet them!"

"But what about Vondergeist's daughter? She does have the same phasing effect as you." Nejire pointed out.

"Yeah, she totally caught me by an element of surprise with her dual Quirks. But I'll admit it was fun." Mirio said. "I would love to meet her father one day."

Later that evening, an irritated Katsuki started collecting the trash of his male classmates. Mina, Hagakure, Tsuyu, Uraraka, Jiro, and Yaoyorozu sat on the lounge chairs, discussing the work study that they need to wait for from Aizawa.

Elsewhere, Luna, Selene, Aisha, and Diana gathered inside the girls' bathroom.

"Man, Togata really packed a punch." Aisha said with a sigh. "No wonder he went up from being a normal student to one of the strongest."

"Yeah! But you were a total badass when you two fought." Diana smiled. "I can't wait for work studies, but I wonder what the teachers are planning to do with us and the rest of our classmates."

"Until Mr. Aizawa gives us intels, all we can do now is wait." Selene said as she raked a comb through the mane of her strawberry blonde hair.

Luna stared at the mirror in silence, recalling Aizawa's words after they returned to class.

"You're learned about what a work study is from the Big Three. But it hasn't been decided yet whether or not you'll be allowed to do one." Aizawa stated. "That won't be talked about until the faculty meeting and if we're going to approve this, we'll have to think of how we'll handle the media. That's all I can tell you for now."

Luna turned her head to Selene, Diana, and Aisha.

"Maybe we should take some initiative as a start." Luna suggested.

Selene, Diana, and Aisha turned their heads to Luna.

"What do you mean?" Diana asked.

"Mr. Aizawa told us that we should use the connections we got from our internships." Luna explained. "So, instead of sitting around and waiting for intel, we should contact the heroes that we chose for our internships."

"That's not bad, Luna." Selene said.

"Yeah, let's give it a shot." Diana nodded.

Later that night, Estrella strolled through the hallway. She looked over her shoulder at four new recruits, who were following her from behind. They finally arrived at the throne room, where they faced Carina, Oriana, and Ariella sitting on their throne. Zircon and Nightshade stood next to Carina's throne as Charon stood next to Ariella's throne.

Oriana stared at the new recruits with narrow eyes.

Enjoy and review.
