The Summer Sensations were practicing their new hit, "Look for Memory," when Abbie came in with great news. "Music blogger Findlay MacLobo is coming here to learn about Mari's new East Coast headquarters," Abbie explained.

"Where is Magical Mari anyway?" Francine asked.

Awkwardly, Abbie explained that Magical Mari was still stuck at the train station in New York City. "Do me a favor," said Abbie. "I need you all to use your original point of view when Findlay comes."

"Okay, Aunt Abbie," Fern replied.

In the meantime, Aunt Abbie decided to call Magical Mari to see if she was okay.

Outside the building, Portia, Aleena, and Riccarda were shopping for their future dance dresses so they won't have to wait in line when spring dance season comes. "Excuse me, lasses," asked a Scottish reporter. "Is this Erie's Eye, home of the East Coast Magical Mari Records?"

"If you ask me," Portia said, "sounded like you were giving us bad words. And what's with the accent? Are you gargling root beer?"

"Good one, Port," Riccarda laughed.

"I love the smell of root beer," Aleena confessed.

"No," angered the reporter. "The name is Findlay MacLobo, and I'm from Scotland."

"Oh, yeah," Portia laughed. "That little island where men crossdress and eat alien garbage."

Annoyed, Findlay asked if they knew anything about the Summer Sensations. "We know the Summer Sensations," explained Portia, "but I'll tell you my opinion on them."

Portia imagined herself as Clara from "The Nutcracker." She told Findlay that they were rats who wanted to overthrow her.

Suddenly, Riccarda imagined "The Godfather." She told Findlay that they were part of a gang that would do anything to steal candy.

Finally, Aleena imagined herself as an old West saloon girl. She told Findlay that they were bandits making patrons eat dirt.

Back in the real world, Findlay was repulsed by their lies. "Of all my years of being a blogger/reporter," he said angrily, "I know the difference between lying and telling the truth, and those are massive lies."

Angrily, he walked right into Erie's Eye.

Inside, he was checking out the desk when The Sensations came down. "Excuse me," Findlay said to the five musicians, "Are you The Summer Sensations?"

"That's us, Sir." Francine answered, "And are you here to interview us?"

"Ay," Findlay answered, "And you won't believe the nonsense those three lassies outside said about you three. A couple of ratty bandits who steal candy."

Hearing what Findlay said, they knew only one person who would come up with such nonsense: Portia Demwiddy. "Looks like Portia the Powerful wants to make us look silly again." Muffy guessed, "If you want to hear the real story, here's what I have to say."

Muffy explained to Findlay that she joined The Summer Sensations because she wanted to feel like she could replace Molly MacDonald on guitar.

Fearing that Muffy would steal the spotlight again, Arthur decided that they should take turns telling their sides of the story.

Francine explained in a Hard Day's Night style that a few weeks before a world-famous boy band came to town, she decided to show them a band better than anyone else. However, it was harder than it thinks.

Fern explained in a hippie style that she auditioned for the band by singing Row Row Row Your Boat and got in. During one of the rehearsals, one of Francine's apartment neighbors shouted, 'You Stink' and that's how they got the name.

Buster explained in a polka style that he, Arthur, and their friend, 'George' can be a good band as U Stink by performing a band called, 'We Stink'.

Arthur then explained in a Baywatch style that months after the boy band performed, They heard The Twibbles were having a drum battle and Arthur decided that he, Francine, Buster, and Fern should perform in The Summer Serenade. While coming up with a name, they thought about the seasons of the year, Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall and they wanted to keep the spirit of summer alive, even when it's gone, and that's how they became The Summer Sensations.

"Lads, Lassies," Findlay said with a shocked look, "That is the most amazing story I've ever heard, do you have any idea how many bands I interviewed end up having a boring same-old story origin."

"No," the quintet asked.

"Forty-Nine." Findlay answered, "And you're my fiftieth and most successful interview yet! What a magical time this will be."

Hearing the word, 'Magical', The Summer Sensations remembered what Aunt Abbie said.

"And in case we forget," Fern added, "Magical Mari wanted a new office for hear East Coast division and my mother suggested a building at Erie's Eye, where they had the best views of Elwood City."

Taking out a boombox, Buster said, "I don't mind interrupting, but do you want to hear our new song?"

With one nod from Findlay, Buster started to play, 'Look For Memory'.

Nostalgia, maybe

Visions, yes

There are some flashbacks that I must confess

, The only thing I need to do is look for the memory

Looking at it with a wonderful kind of visionary

Please just let me look for the memory

Do not let it go, perpetually

Amnesia, no

Recall, I must profess

Remembering things has become a blessing

, The only thing I need to do is look for the memory

Looking at it with a wonderful kind of visionary

Please just let me look for the memory

Do not let it go, perpetually

While they were performing for the building goers, Portia, Aleena, and Riccarda watched outside in rage, "The Sucksations won this time," Portia groaned, "But we'll make sure they get the cold shoulder."

"But it's warmer than usual," Aleena said.

"Idiom troubles again?" Riccarda asked Aleena angrily.

"No," Aleena answered as Portia and Riccarda rolled their eyes.

"We'll make sure Muffin Tops, Poison Fern, Freaksky, Artwerp, and Busted Buster get The Winter Wipeout." Riccarda said to Portia.

Later, at Patrick's Chocolate. Arthur, Francine, Muffy, and Buster were giving out candy while Fern was in Patrick's office going over a few notes. "Okay Fern," Patrick said, "What do you remember about working when extremely frustrated."

"When you're doing something and a manager insists you on an emergency," Fern explained, "Do half now and half later, when there's nothing else to do, ask a manager, work at your own pace, and do the stuff without being told, so you won't have too much pressure."

"That's right," Patrick said, "By the way, Magical Mari called about your interview with Findlay, and I must say you know how to be Hungry Like The Wolf."

"Speaking of food," Buster said, "Do you have any of those chocolate Scottish Scones?"

With one wink, Patrick knew what Buster was talking about, "All cooled down and ready in the employee lounge."

One by one, The Sensations snacked on the Scottish Scone, as their way of a Tartan Triumph.

The End.
