Note: This fanfic will makes no sense at all, since it's based on some idol universe my guildies were making during voice chat. I'm just making a story based on it-

The voice of laughter would bring joy to anyone because it brought happiness. But in this case, it was filled with pain and humiliation for a certain idol girl. She wasn't even trying to do a stand up comedy, but everything she did was only laughable content by people. She went off stage and looked at herself in front of the mirror. A black long haired girl with straight bangs and an orchid ornament on her left side of her head. She had a pair of orange eyes, matching her white dress with orange accessories. She would consider herself pretty, but there was no smile on her face. Only tears rolling down to her cheeks, filled with sadness and agony. She just wanted to make people smile as an idol. She did put a smile on everyone, but it wasn't the happiness she wanted. Where did she fail as an idol? For some reason, people just laughed at her without any reason.

She went out to get some fresh air, even though it was probably nothing fresh for her depressed mind. There was a light getting brighter on her left. She looked at the direction—a van was driving really fast, coming her way. Why even bother to dodge at this point? There might be a random kid in that van too. Maybe they could escape from the kidnapper if she got hit.

Crash!

ra…

up…

Wake up…

"Ara, wake up!"

The failed idol girl opened her eyes and saw an unfamiliar ceiling. How did she even survive? She vaguely remembered she should be dead. Waking up lazily, she walked toward the bathroom to see herself in the mirror.

She was still the same person, but she had a different hairstyle. She had side swept bangs instead of her usual straight bangs. Not only that, she felt a different aura in herself. Could it be… this was the typical popular anime story plot called "isekai"? A story where someone reincarnated into another world?

"Ara—"

"Yes, I'm awake!" Ara shouted and turned her face to the one that kept trying to wake her up, since she forgot to close the bathroom door. A slender blonde boy with blue eyes. He looked really familiar, but somehow looked different from what she remembered. In her memory, this certain boy had his long hair tied into a ponytail. The one she saw had short hair, which made her doubt her memories. "Are you Chung?"

The boy blinked his eyes several times in confusion. "Yes—Are you still mistaking me as Prince? We've been living together for a year!"

The word "living together" made her face flushed in an instant. She used to live alone and barely able to pay her own rent. Now she lived in a decent apartment… with a boy. "Chung, are we married?!"

Her question made her roommate blush. He shook his head and grabbed Ara's shoulders. "The manager mistook me as a girl, remember?! Are you okay?"

Ara shrieked in surprise, her mind went blank and her head got dizzy. "I-I'm sorry, I'm okay! I had a weird dream, that's all!" she forced herself to smile. She pushed Chung out and locked the bathroom door. She couldn't just say "I got a classic anime plot and was sent to this world without knowing anything" because it sounded ridiculous in the first place. Whatever was happening in this world, she had to explore it herself. First of all, she had to prepare herself and get ready for something she didn't know.

Chung waited for Ara outside the apartment. His roommate was acting weird today, especially when she was acting like she didn't know anything. Tomorrow was the day of After Glow's concert, one of the top idol groups in Elrios. They were going to do one last practice before the concert, but Ara seemed to be having some kind of amnesia. As long as she remembered her role, it should be fine.

Tap tap tap…

The hallway was so quiet, Chung could hear someone coming in his direction. He faced the person, who was his own cousin–one of the top actors in Elrios–a blonde boy with spiky hair who always gives a look of disappointment, always carrying a gun in his holster. He saw a glimpse of another cousin far behind the one in front of him, but he ignored it. He waved his hand to greet his cousin. "Good morning, Prince. What brings you here?"

"Nothing much. I'm just bored," Prince replied with a shrug. He sighed heavily and leaned his back on the wall, staring at Chung with an unimpressed look. "You guys would probably mess up another concert and I have to be a filler on the stage to bring back the hype. Get good already!"

Chung just forced himself to laugh. Despite the insult, Prince was one of their biggest fans, buying every new album and merchandise. He even spared his time to be present on the stage during break session, which was something top actors wouldn't do to waste their time on something trivial. He said it was for research to make fun of them, but it definitely didn't sound that way. "Get your phone. We're playing zombies," Prince said as he opened the game on his phone.

"Just say you want to play together. You don't have to come all the way here," Chung smiled and opened the same game on his phone.

"I'm just bored, but whatever," Prince pouted with a flushed face. Both of them played the game together for quite a while, but Ara was still not coming out of the room. It started to worry Chung, but he didn't want to randomly get in and see a naked woman by accident like typical anime humor.

"I swear he was here! Add, can you just come and help me?!"

The familiar loud and annoying voice tilted Prince in an instant. He narrowed his eyes at his cousin, asking for help but sounds more like a command. "Hide me in your room."

"W-W-Wait, but–" Chung panicked as the sound of footsteps got louder. His mind said he shouldn't go inside the room when his roommate is taking a bath. But at the same time, a murder will happen if he didn't hide Prince from the annoying paparazzi. He decided to hide Prince in his room and locked the door. He noticed Ara left her clothes on top of the bed, meaning she would come out naked from the bathroom. He dragged his cousin behind the wardrobe away from outside's view, just in case the paparazzi knocked on the door.

Knock, knock!

And of course he did. Chung told Prince to stay hidden and unlocked the door, seeing… Prince's paparazzi, who was also his other cousin. For a blonde boy with a more serious expression, the paparazzi was way more expressive than Prince and him. "Hi, Lacher," he greeted his cousin with a smile.

"Wait, it's you. Go back to the basement!" Lacher smacked Chung's head and narrowed his eyes. "I saw you with Prince alone. That's kinda cute."

Chung forced himself to smile, since he wasn't sure how to react to that. They're just playing a game together, but for some reason, Lacher always makes everything sound wrong. "Are you writing another article?"

Lacher looked at all the photos in his camera with a blush on his face. "Yes. I just need to sacrifice your dignity for money."

"...Stop involving me in scandals! What if I get fired?!" Chung complained, but more like begging. His gender was already a public question because of lies that Lacher wrote on his articles and social media. He didn't want to lose his one and only job.

"You're fine! I told my bro to not fire you so I can make scandals and he said I can do whatever!" Lacher smiled and waved his hand as he walked away.

Chung couldn't believe what he just heard. How come his own cousin was heartless enough to use him for profits? "Do I need to talk with your bro?!"

"Come out then, Chung! I'll take a photo of you right now!"

The paparazzi talked to himself and left the place. Chung sighed in relief and closed the door. He was about to get Prince to get out, but Ara unlocked the bathroom door. Prince was only hidden from Lacher's view from the outside. From Ara's perspective, who might come out naked from the bathroom, Prince wasn't hidden at all.

So Chung grabbed Prince's body and hid inside the wardrobe. Both of them were facing each other in the dark tight space. Their faces were so close to each other. Chung could feel Prince's breath and his body touching him. It excited him in a weird way, he would run out of the room right away if he could. Unlike Prince, who could easily keep his composure. He's a top actor, after all.

Then suddenly, Chung received a phone call. It was silent, but it vibrated. With the current atmosphere, he got a weird tingling sensation, he could scream at any moment. His heartbeat was beating so fast, his body felt hot, and his head went dizzy from fluster. For the sake of keeping the innocence of his roommate, Prince leaned his face closer and gave a kiss to shut him up. It probably meant nothing for Prince, but Chung's mind went blank with everything that was happening.

Meanwhile outside the wardrobe, Ara was still shocked with what she was reading. She read the latest need to get a grasp of what was happening. And she found a lot of articles of Chung dating Prince. They're both cousins and it made her feel like hitting another van to get another isekai experience and reincarnated in a different world. But they were just articles; she couldn't trust them completely. Ara wasn't sure anymore, so she wore her clothes and got out of the room to start her day.

The wardrobe was finally opened. Prince got out like nothing happened while Chung just dropped dead to the floor, losing all of his life mentally. It was just pitch dark inside, it gave a lot of probably wrong ideas in Chung's head. What kind of face Prince made during the kiss? Was it an embarrassment or a straight face? What was the position they were in? Was the space actually that tight to the point Prince couldn't just simply cover Chung's mouth with his hand? What kind of face did Chung make anyway? It was just two people inside a wardrobe, so why did it arouse him so much?

"I'm going out. Thanks for the help, I guess," Prince said as he walked away from the room. His face finally turned bright red when nobody was around in the hallway. He looked down to his pants, remembering the touch that didn't feel like a hand inside that wardrobe. "I felt "that", you horny bastard. I'm sending you to jail," he muttered with annoyance.

"Hey Prince–"

Bang!

The top actor never hesitated to commit any violence to his paparazzi cousin. "I predicted that! I'm your biggest fan, after all," Lacher smiled and moved the spare camera that was shot by a bullet from his head. "Your face is red, kinda cute! What happened?" Lacher showed a photo of the blushed Prince on his main camera. "It's fine if you're too embarrassed to tell me. I'll make up the story for you."

"Go jump off a cliff," Prince said as he walked away.

"Yes, of course! A story of Chung pushing his cousin off the cliff because he was stalking Prince! That would be a great story, don't you think?" Lacher smiled with sparkly eyes and took another photo of Prince. Prince just sighed and ignored him, since the stories he made never make any sense. Somehow it managed to trick several people, making him wonder how many braindead people exist in Elrios.

Including this story. This might be one of those articles to deceive the readers into thinking it actually happened. Whether it was true or not, it didn't matter much, as long as readers were having fun.

This fan fiction is nothing but a mere stage to me, where I can move my puppets however I want and the audience will be entertained!
