BNHA: Dual Fates:

Chapter 68: Hanging out.~

Kage's form never moved an inch after the explosion. If anything, he was as still as a statue hovering his head upside down above theirs and keeping his broad torso completely around them.

However, Inside his arms laid the two individuals, Kirishima had never moved from his position and slowly, he sat up with both hands on either side of the girl. His quirk never ceased, too afraid to dismiss it in case something else was to happen and he'd not be prepared for it. His red hues stared into pools of sapphire that widened in awe. She looked so small underneath him, her tiny hands up close to her shoulders and her lips agape. He could definitely see the brightness of her cheeks under the moonlight that beamed through the gaps in Kage's arms, which caused his own to redden. Her soft, white skin, appeared as mystical under the moon and just as enchanting; he couldn't stop gawking at her beauty.

Uviel on the other hand, couldn't avert her eyes from the revealed muscles that looked as hard as a rock, above her. His biceps and forearms were on either side of her head, his gorgeous red eyes staring into hers. His outfit didn't help her beating heart at all, for it was only complimenting his appeal and his manliness. It was as though her body moved on its own, her hand reached up to let her fingers graze his abdomen all the way up to his chest.

She wasn't aware of the deeper crimson on his face when her soft fingers touched him, but when her eyes met his eyes she became embarrassed enough to turn her head. "I'm so sorry!" Quickly she pulled the high collar of her hero costume over her eyes the best she could in her position and used the other head to cover the rest of her face. "I didn't mean to! I was just-" Something Saito wasn't expecting made her nearly squeak from astonishment, her eyes peeked at him when his hand carefully grasped hers.

"I- I d- don't mind. I... I don't h- hate it," Beet-red, his entire face to the tip of his ears turned a darker shade but didn't care to hide it. He watched her head fully turn to him, taken aback, when he pulled her fingers closer to his chest and gave her the sweetest smile. "Can you... Feel my heartbeat?" Quietly, despite his embarrassment, he asked. He loved how he was able to make her face turn red with even the smallest intimate action, and how cute she looked each time.

Uviel could definitely feel a rapid heart rate on her fingertips, she was so dumbfounded by how much he loved her, how she makes him feel whenever they are that close. That's... How my heart races whenever I'm with him, too. The girl was stuck in her own thoughts when she was caught off guard by a loving kiss from her boyfriend, one that was passionate and full of love. It was her turn to return the gesture, for she pushed against his and closed her eyes. Pure bliss to be alone with him, to have such an intimate moment, and to feel this close, it was certainly something she really enjoys.

"T- ec... Onic-" Kage's vocal system tried to gain the girl's attention and wasn't phased in the least by what he saw. He struggled to speak, uttering her name sounded like a speaker or something was malfunctioning.

After she and Ejiro heard the robot's attempt to talk, the darker redhead hurriedly stood and helped the girl stand up. Their fingers intertwined as they both looked up at Kage's large head, just to notice how his V-shaped singular eye pulsate to try and stay active.

"W- What's wrong?" Worried now, Saito stepped closer and watched his head lower more to be close enough for her to touch. She did, barely, but her hand pressed against his mouthpiece and waited for him to answer.

"I took to00...oo Much dam- edge. I am afraid... I will not- ma...k it much l00on- ger," He did his best to speak but the damages he received from the nuke was too much. He saw Kirishima run out from under his arms and look to the side to see how bad it was.

To say he was surprised would be an understatement, for Kage had taken the brunt of the explosion, and the entirety of his backside was nearly melted to nothing. A lot of his wiring and mechanics sparked, he couldn't believe that the giant robot would risk himself to save them... "It looks pretty bad, Uviel," As soon as he said that, he heard the girl's feet race toward him and didn't have to look to know she stood beside him.

A gasp escaped her upper-black lips at the sight, she couldn't believe he was still able to stay active after that.

"We are frii- endz. Friends... Pr00tect. I love- my friieeen dZZzzz, I love Yuu... Uuvieeel," As Kage spoke he watched the two run back to him and looked into his single cybernetic eye, which flickered rapidly. The reverberating sounds, as if his vocal system was shutting down, grew deeper and deeper until finally... He did. The flickering of his eye blackened and the mechanics in his robotic form stopped moving, he had sacrificed himself to protect them and they knew that.

Emotional, both she and Eijiro gawked at his lifeless form for the longest time. "Y- Yes... We're friends. We love you too, Kage," With a sweet smile and a touch to his mouthpiece, her sapphire hues wavered with appreciation.

"Uviel! You had such a manly robot!" Comically crying, Kirishima placed a forearm over his eyes to hide his tears and looked away.

For a robot to feel emotion was rare, she was so moved by Kage's dying words that she couldn't help but silently mourn over his death. The damages he took were too severe and would most likely be impossible to repair, it was obvious to her. "Goodbye, Kage... I won't let you sit here and just rot away or rust over. Kirishima?" From her robot's face to her boyfriend's, she watched him look back at her with water in the corner of his eyes. "Can... Can we- Um... Let U.A. use his remains? I'm sure Kage would like that. His robotic parts would be of use and benefit the school, too. Hatsume made him, after all," Softly spoken, her words were quiet and awkward as she fidgeted with the edge of her shoulder cape.

"We'll have to ask, but I'm sure they wouldn't let one of U.A.'s great robot defenders go to waste like this!" Reassuring, his toothy bright smile shone as bright as the sunrise that came over the horizon, behind the robot.

"G- Great!" Saito was so relieved to hear this, the nod of her head and the smile on her lips proved it.

~~~~Haru~~~~
Through the crowd they sprinted, pushing past many citizens and trying not to knock anyone over in the process. Haru had to revert her eyes back to their usual filmy hues to avoid people getting caught in her quirk, alas she relied on his guidance through the crowd and the warmth of his hand felt so secure.
However, Hitoshi halted for a moment to see Kyoshi sitting with Snipe. He smirked at the sight and watched as he and the hero chatted, although in the distance around a tree closer to the beach, he noticed a girl hidden behind its base. Curious, with a closer look, he saw how she was staring... Right at... The Crocodile. Well well, looks like he's already got a secret admirer.~ It tickled him to know that even the visually scary beast can be fawned over by someone anonymous, the idea was enough to make him chuckle beneath his breath. "Haru- you won't have to worry about Kyoshi anymore," Whispering into his girl's ear and peeking in his peripherals to see her, he saw those snake slits reveal themselves.
Gasping, grinning, mischief filled her mind when she saw that the Crock was unaware of the hidden, spying girl. "Hahaha, good for him! It only takes one person to pull another out of their darkness, just like you and I.~ Want to make a bet that they'll hook up someday?" Giggling like mad and snuggling close to Shinso's bicep, she heard the boy stifle his laugh behind his palm.
The girl she saw, looked about as scaly as Wani. She was nowhere near scary as him, if anything she looked as adorable as Uviel because she was small in frame and kind of short. Just when Haru was about to take in the details of the girl's face, she was tugged along through the crowd but a chuckling Hitoshi.
~~~

Kyoshi awkwardly sat there and looked at the sunrise over the ocean, with the manliest position that really defined his bulky muscular build. With a sip at the soda he grumbled, rather annoyed that he stayed up all night thinking about Haru and his new situation with Snipe. Damn it- I wished I was able to help Yukimura earlier, Shigaraki's such an asshole. His thoughts, full of annoyance and hate, echoed. That was until he heard Snipe's voice whisper into his ear.

"Hey, it looks like you already have a fan. Look- near the water behind a tree," The hero stated with a nudge of his head toward the said direction and heard the Crock's irritated grumble from deep within his throat.

The moment when he turned his head, he saw a very shy girl spying on him from behind the base of the said tree. Staring, blushing right at him, it was so quick though because she made the cutest sound and hid further behind it. It surprised him, left him speechless even. Although she was more hidden he could still see a baby blue, flailing, aquatic tail, and a lunchbox in her hands. Only pieces of her oceanic blue hair peeked past the base of the tree, he could pretty much guess she was similar to him. Suddenly, he saw the girl stand and run toward him with the brightest red face he's ever seen.

As soon as she reached him, she leaned over to hide her face and offered the box to him. "T- T- Take this! W- We were here the whole t- time and haven't e- eaten anything! S- So please eat! I- I-... I made this for lunch y- yesterday! But I never got to e- eat it! I can wait until I can go home and eat! So please, take it!" Trembling, not from fear but from embarrassment, the stranger did her best to hide her tomato-red features.

Time felt as if it had stopped, Wani couldn't believe it! For once in his life, a girl actually spoke to him willingly and didn't scream or run away in fear. He was able to take note of her features now. Fins on her ears, a couple of sharp teeth cutely poking out from her upper lips that he barely managed to see past her oceanic, wavy, blue hair, and sparkling scales so beautiful that it'd put a rainbow to shame. The girl even wore a U.A. Uniform, which complimented her soft paper-white skin and the iridescent color of her lengthy tail. So small, kind, her voice sounded so sweet like a Siren's lullaby, for it overlapped a little and exposed gentleness.

Slowly, she peeked up at him, but the second she did, Kyoshi's face turned a darker shade of his natural green complexion, and stared into her eyes full of expectation. Breathtaking they were, to him it felt like he was staring right into a mythical serene ocean. Many mixed colors, soft blue, turquoise, light blue, sapphire, tiny bits of green and sparkling specs around her pupils that would outshine the prettiest marble. They had so much life and color in them that he felt like he could pass out, but no... He had to look down at her feet, with a shy grin and accepted her box.

"Thanks," Low grumbling left his naturally smirking lips and was carefully opening the box, to see a very fancy-looking meal inside. He didn't know what to say, everything looked organized and fancy, for many assortments of meats laid before his slits. What the hell?! He was too scared to even touch it now, it was too pretty to dive into and eat. Nonetheless, he didn't want to hurt her feelings and couldn't ignore the berating growls of his stomach.

Hesitantly, he picked up a piece of juicy meat and popped it into his mouth, with the use of his claw. As soon as he did, the girl who gave him the box bolted faster than his eye could see behind the very tree she hid before. When the flavor hit his tongue, he felt like he just bit into a piece of a chef's work. Shit! Did she really make this herself?! This... This is amazing! He couldn't stop himself, the delicious seasoning, the flavor all melted in his mouth and made him almost choke over how good it tasted.

In the girl's eyes, around the side of the tree's base, her small hand peeked at how quickly he ate it and how he nearly choked. She could see small beads of tears at the corners of his eyes, which caused her to believe he hated it. He doesn't like it! He's choking over it! I knew it, I knew my cooking was awful! The small aquatic girl looked as if she was about to cry after her thoughts echoed. Her lips curving down and her stunning eyes watering up, she quickly sat down to curl into herself. Her lengthy tail which had fins all along the back of it, coiled closely around her frame.

If she had kept watching, she would've seen Wani practically licking inside the box desperately for more. Which earned him a concerned stare from Snipe who sweatdropped at his greedy antics.

"She's that good of a cook, eh?" Questioning the large beast, his attention returned to the hidden girl that looked to be crying. "Hey- why is she crying?" When he asked, he didn't have to look to know that the Crock paused to peek at her in the distance and lowered the box.

"Damn, maybe she saw me licking it. I better go thank her... Believe it or not, that meal really helped me. That girl's got some serious cooking skills," Grinning, Kyoshi was so thankful to have eaten something so delicious, something he's never been able to eat given the fact that he lived on the streets most of his life.

Through the crowd of people that whispered, asking what he was doing, he pushed past them all and soon stood at the side of the tree where he saw the curled-up girl. "Hey!" He figured since the crowd's chatter was too loud, she wouldn't be able to hear him normally but apparently, his voice made the girl jolt upright to her feet. He startled her, he saw the surprise and a cute squeak escaped her small lips. Just to be sure she wasn't going to fall, he slammed his hand against the base of the tree so his forearm would catch her if needed and nearly broke it in half.

Some cracks on the base, leaves fell, and a heavy gust of air dispersed from the impact, all of that made her stiffen up. Through her eyes, the only thing she saw, was a wall of pure muscle looming over her frame. His deep, grumbling voice was like music to her ears, and the rough impact felt like a beast wanted to take her. Her entire face turned tomato-red, even more so when the box was shown to her with his other hand.

"This... Was the BEST shit... I've ever eaten. I already feel better, thanks. You must be a chef or something, because it literally took my breath away," The more he spoke the more shading on her face darkened, which resulted in a major nosebleed on her part and falling against his thick forearm unconscious. "H- Hey! Why did you pass out?!" Panicking now, he laid her down on the sand after he did the same with her box and fanned her with his large hand.

Unlike the many times he tried to talk to someone and help them, giving him a bad impression, people actually murmured how cute the situation was. Some girls in the crowd gushed, others cooed, or laughed. A lot of men busted out laughing when she fainted, for they knew by the redness of her face and the nosebleed, that she passed out from the overwhelming hot Crock in front of her.

All of this happened as everyone on the beach began their trek back to Town. The students of U.A. were heading back most likely to collect their things and go back home, to enjoy their free day off Principle Nezu rewarded them.

~~~~Uviel~~~~
Scientists, Teachers, and Pro Heroes, all surrounded the area the robots fought in. Everyone was cleaning up the large hole the nuke made, of all of the robotic pieces and lethal weapons. Uviel on the other hand was looking for something, or... Someone. Under a large piece of earth, thanks to her accessible cybernetics, she was able to use her claw hand to toss it aside and saw Miss Muni's arm. "M- Muni?!" More and more she shoved pieces out of the way, but frowned when she only saw the arm and... Her cannon? In awe, very slowly, she touched the weapon and gently rubbed at its metallic frame.
"She went out, the way she wanted to," Behind her spoke Edgeshot with his hands in his pockets, he knew she could see the smile behind his mask when she looked at him since his cheeks rose closer to his eyes.
"I know... She and I were kind of similar. We were both victims to Gechi, just like Haru... She kept saying that she wanted to take him down into the grave with her. I guess that was her way of saying, that she wanted to die returning the favor," Sympathy engulfed her sapphire hues when she returned them to the severed appendage. If anything, the girl hoped Tali finally found peace of mind.
"Well- she's hopefully at peace now. No more walking dead," Aizawa soon came up behind her with Kirishima holding a piece of the titan's armor plating, probably because one of the Teachers wanted him to carry it.
D- Dad... Mr. Aizawa? Can I..." Quietly mumbling, trailing off, her fingers caressed the Osmium Cannon's metal and looked at the now empty gauge of what was left of its energy. "Take this home? In memory of her... Even if she was a murderous zombie who didn't care about the lives around her, it was her rage blinding her from it all and keeping her moving until she reached her goal... Not letting anything get in her way. It was kind of- admirable. All she wanted was to be at peace, but I don't want to forget her either," After her small speech, her hand grasped the handle on the other side and hoisted it. With a heavy thunk, after tossing it up a little, it landed right next to her side.
"Ah... I think you'll have to talk to Principle Nezu about that. That cannon's powerful and if there's any ounce of energy left in it- it could be lethal. I'd suggest waiting until this whole mess is cleaned up before asking, too. Go ahead and take that to the scientists," From the jerk of his thumb over his shoulder, Shota directed her toward the main Scientists of U.A. who were trying to haul giant robotic parts.
"Hey, Saito!" Hatsume came running over and pointing in Kage's direction, pure excitement glinting in her yellow eyes. "Don't worry about Kage! If you'd like, I can fix him back up again! He did so well in that fight, my baby deserves an upgrade! How about it?!" Judging by her tight fists close to her chest and her bright grin, Mei was eager to get started.
"W- What?! He can be repaired!? How?! His mechanics were all melted and destroyed by that blast!" Dumbfounded, the cybergirl exclaimed, for she couldn't believe that Hatsume was smart enough to even repair something that seemed impossible; even Eijiro's jaw dropped, at a loss for words. Earlier she already asked the Scientists that showed up, if they would make use of his parts.
"Of course, I can! I made him after all, what kind of Mom would I be if I can't heal my babies?!" Confidence poured out of her like an endless fountain as she pumped a fist and pressed it against her chest.
"Heheh... Yeah, that is true. T- Thanks, that would mean so much to me," From a light giggle Uviel smiled and scooted closer to Eijiro. The attention toward her from another caused embarrassed tints to dust her cheeks, so she did her best to hide it by burying her face into his side. She didn't know how warm she made him, or the crimson that darkened his features.
"Alright, sure thing! I'll hop to it tomorrow when School starts! Bye!" As quick as a rabbit she fled, off to go about her own business with her fellow classmates who tried to help gather Kage's pieces.
Roughly ten minutes later, Saito and Kirishima's hands were tightly intertwined. Remembering that intimate moment when they stared into each other's eyes and were so dangerously close, especially the passionate kiss they shared. Although, when a blonde man was about to pass her, Uviel took notice of how it was a similar shape to All Might's; scrawny, a lot older, long bangs draped over his blue eyes. Is he a fan of All Might's? What's a citizen doing out here? Curious now, she watched him pass them by just to see a quick glance from him without so much as a word.
Nonetheless, they carried on, the girl left the Cannon to the Scientists and stuffed her Decennial Staff back into its place earlier. When they were about to reach Town she and Eijiro halted upon the sight of Haru and Hitoshi. Tears of joy filled her sapphire hues while she bolted from her boyfriend and watched as her best friend did the same. "HAR-HAR!" Desperately she raced into the taller girl's arms and received a squeal of happiness in return.
"UV-RAY!" They were so sunk into hugging each other, like siblings that were terribly missing one another. "Uvie- there's so much I need to tell you!" Haru couldn't stop rubbing her younger friend's head and patting it, she was so happy to see her again.
"I know right?! Same for me! We didn't get any sleep because of... Yeah... So- do you want to have a sleepover tonight? All four of us can hang out if you want," Finally they parted but when the cybergirl saw her best friend's eyes, they were slits. Stunned, astonished, taken aback, bewildered by the sight, panic started to fill her mind until... "Haru, your eyes!" It didn't affect her in the least. Her small hand quickly covered them upon instinct, afraid that others would be affected instead.
"Wha-... Uviel? You're not afraid?" Now it was the snake's turn to feel dumbfounded, her widened eyes full of astonishment didn't go unnoticed after she removed the girl's hand.
"No... I thought I would be as soon as I saw them but- I'm not. It might have something to do with my eyes being cybernetic and not human," Concluded the lighter redhead with a hum from her lips and pondered after her eyes lowered to her feet.
"Whoa- that's so cool! That means I get to look at my bestie, hahaha! Wow, I don't know why people made fun of you in the past! Look at you, you're friggin cute! Hahahaha!" Haru couldn't contain herself, she was nowhere near attracted but she certainly felt like she had a baby sister at this point. Who wouldn't find their younger sibling adorable?
Her comment seemed to have brightened Uviel's face just to receive an agreement to Yukimura's statement when Kirishima stepped up behind her. "I know right? I love her, she's just so tiny and mighty! She's got some manliness to her, too!" He couldn't resist pulling her into his arms and grinning like mad, nor did he care that red tainted his face. He loved cuddling her, he loved her height, her smell, her hair, her eyes, her kindness, and her bravery. Everything about her, he can't seem to get over nor would he want to.
"Aw! Kirishima, you're making her turn a darker red!" It was her turn to snuggle the small cybergirl, albeit from the other side, and rubbed her tan cheek against her best friend's.
Hitoshi who stood a foot away and watched, smiled at the reunion. It was wholesome, so sweet to see such happy faces... Especially on his girl. His girl which no one else can take away again, he'd make sure of it. That beautiful smile, how happy she looked and full of light, caused him to stare longer than he should have. "Hey- let's go, I'm hungry," Hitoshi awkwardly mumbled and began to walk away, he didn't have to look behind him to see the others catch up to either side of him and tag along.
Later, after Uviel reached her home, the girl pulled out her key and opened her door. Something lingered on her mind which caused her eyes to become distant, something Tali Muni had asked of her. Behind her belt, from beneath her shorts, her small hand pulled out the very letter that was meant for Haru and watched as all three walked right in. Laughter, teases, and joyous smiles on their faces, all brought a frown to her lips. I really hope, whatever was written in this letter doesn't ruin the happy mood here. Clenching tightly onto the folded paper, she crinkled it, regardless she followed them in and shut the door.
"Huh?" Blinking, everyone looked to the side and saw Kamihara in casual clothes, wearing his mask and flipping burgers. The hot sizzles reached their ears and the smell of meat filled their noses, that was until the very pro ninja gave them a quick glance.
"Ah- Uviel, you're home! I'm making burgers. There are some chips on the table if you want some and fries over there. I bought some soda that you love so much and I believe you received a text message too. I took it upon myself to remove your phone earlier when you weren't looking, it was when you passed me to take that Cannon to the Scientists," After an effortless flip of the patty, his other hand jerked a thumb toward the table and kept his gray eyes glued on the skillet.
"W-... Oh, okay. Thanks? Did you do that because you were checking if it was broken or not?" The girl asked as she made her way to her phone and picked it up, unaware of the large smile behind her Dad's eyes.
"Alright everyone, the burgers are done! Come eat!" When he announced brunch and ignored her question, a squeal erupted from his daughter which nearly made him lose his grip on the plate full of patties.
Happy squeals, it was so loud that her friends and Kirishima practically jumped back to avoid their eardrums busting. "Dad! Guys!" So bright and alive, her hands turned the phone to everyone with cheerful tiny hops in place. "STARGAZERS ASKED ME TO JOIN THEIR TEAM! I'VE WANTED THIS FOR SO LONG! DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS, DAD?! IS THIS WHY YOU TOOK IT?!" Uviel couldn't stop herself from hugging the daylights out of him, which resulted in casualties as a couple of patties fell off of the platter.
"Yes- that's why. I wanted you to see it when you got home. I called them and gave them some positive feedback about you and apparently, they were already about to send you a request. They said they saw the whole battle and saw you atop the giant robot fighting the taller one, they weren't sure if I was the top-ranking player of their game or not, considering your PVP skills were kind of similar in a way to one of your other characters in the game. I figured I'd let them know though, that the girl on that robot was none other than Ethereal X, who hit the highest rank," He found it so funny and cute that his own daughter was squealing like a fangirl over a celebrity or hero, especially when he felt her face bury into his clothes and stomp her feet.
"Thank you! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much! I'm going to give them a call!" Uviel wasted no time sprinting past them all and up the stairs to her room.
"She'll be back down in about... Maybe ten minutes? Who's hungry?" After putting the platter onto the table and picking up the fallen pieces of meat, he turned around to grab the packaged buns on the counter.
~~~~

Everyone sat at the table now. Haru was better-dressed thanks to Uviel sharing some clothes from her deceased Mother's boxed-up wardrobe. Saito had removed her costume too, the tank top she wore didn't have the usual 'Death' written across it and instead, there was 'Fight' in its place. A red tank top with a clenched fist in the center and that very word just above its knuckles. Her dark blue shorts exposed the lines on her legs when she sat cross-legged in her seat, chewing on a juicy burger all the while. Yes, she spent roughly ten minutes or more talking to them on the phone and was eating now.

Kirishima was given some boy's clothes she had forgotten she bought a long time ago and was thankful they actually fit him. "Hey- I love this shirt, Uviel! When did you buy this?" Kiri questioned with a fry between his teeth and his finger pointed at the orange, oversized T-shirt.

"I... got that a couple of days before I applied to U.A," Embarrassed, her small smile proved how nice he looked, and did her best to hide it as she ate her burger. It was delicious, especially when she took a bite of her fry to mix with it in her mouth. "This is so good, Dad.~" Quickly she swallowed and took a sip of her soda, it felt so nice to feel the ice-cold carbonation bubble down her throat.

"Thank you. My Mother used to always celebrate with me whenever I did something amazing and would make this every time," Answering with a close of his eyes, he turned his head to avoid all eyes and took a bite of his burger.

"Haha- junk food?! She got a lot of junk food and made burgers?~" This time it was Haru's turn to speak. Rather amused by his childhood, she never took the pro ninja to be such a junk food person but apparently appearances can be deceiving.

"Yes, believe it or not, I loved junk food when I was a kid. I don't eat it as often anymore... After all, I have to stay in shape," For once, he acted a little comedic. With his eyes closed and a puffed-out chest, both hands on his hips, he flexed his biceps to get a few giggles from them.

"Hahahahaha!" Kirishima, Haru, and Uviel all laughed at this, except Hitoshi who simply smiled with a shake of his head.

"D- Dad, stop showing off! You're already, b- badass!" Between breaths, Uviel just could not contain herself. Sure, she admired him since she was small and looked up to him as a hero, but as a Dad, it was downright goofy to see him act like that.

"Why- thank you," It felt good to hear a compliment from his own daughter.

After time flew by, it was already close to dinner time and Uviel had taken a nap in the afternoon. Laying on her belly with her arm over the edge of her bed, snores echoed throughout the room. Although, if she was at least half awake, she would notice Haru standing there shaking her head.

"UV-RAY!" Arms as high above her head as she could, the snake shouted and laughed herself silly. Her outburst was enough to make Saito squeal and fall off of her bed, flat onto her face. "Hahahaha! I'm sorry, hahahaha! Well- not really.~" Mischievous, Haru grinned and used her quirk to look at her hilarious predicament. "Anyway! Where am I sleeping? Same bed as you, girly?" Harshly her butt planted onto the edge of the bed and watched her best friend comically groan on the floor.

"Do you have to be so loud?!" Uviel's small hand rubbed one of her eyes when she stood up and stretched. "Nah, I got a place for you," Sluggishly her feet padded across the hard floor and opened up the door to her closet. Up high on a shelf, a pink and black bedroll was pulled down. It plopped with a light thud when she tossed it to the floor, then bent over to untie the string which kept it from unrolling. "I completely forgot that I didn't have more than one of these, so you and I should sleep in the same bed," With a flap the bed was straightened out and her hands undid the blanket from the cushioned part underneath. "Just need a pillow," Her yawn that escaped her lips proved how tired she really was, but her best friend was nowhere near as sleepy.

In fact, she was so excited and happy it kept her awake. "Heheheh, UV-Ray, why don't we share with our boyfriends?~" Her mischievous grin grew from the suggestion and watched her bestie turn a dark shade of red. Before Uviel could protest, she ran out of her room and ignored the embarrassed yell that called out her name.

"Haru, come on! Don't!" Saito's whine was left unheard, which led to a pout and a grumble.

On the other hand, Yukimura was too busy giggling to herself and running down the stairs. Halfway down she moved sideways to avoid Kamihara who was coming up, deactivating her quirk so as to not cast fear unto anyone. When she smelled Kirishima just behind him, her hand waved for him to follow. "Come on, you're sleeping up here!" Her gesture was directed to Hitoshi as well when she heard his footsteps at the bottom of the stairs. "You too!" Quickly she whipped around to avoid a hysterical grab from Edgeshot and a dangerous glare.

"No, absolutely not! I will not allow my daughter to have boys in her room!" All three of them bolted up the stairs, Hitoshi found this situation rather amusing considering the broad grin and red tints on his cheeks.

"Are you sure we should?" Shinso asked, now that he stood behind her, allowing Kirishima to run in first.

"Why not? It's a sleepover and there's plenty of room in her bedroom! It won't be as bad as you think!" The brunette encouraged with her arm wrapped around his bicep. With a tug she pulled him inside, the door was about to be shut until a foot in the hallway kept it from doing so.

"If all four of you are going to sleep in here, then I will too," Edgeshot kept the door open, and with his quirk, several blankets, and a few pillows were tossed into her room.

"G- Guys?!" Uviel didn't get to have much of a say in it, since this was Haru, she half expected her to do something unthinkable.

"Don't worry, UV-Ray! You're fine! Besides, your Dad's going to stay in here!" Yukimura's grin broadened and felt heat rise on everyone's face around her, except Shinya behind her who sat down cross-legged against the wall.

"Ah- Um... Har-Har... There's something I need to read to you. It's supposed to be private and I don't think you can read since you were only taught how to read braille," Off of her bed, Saito walked over to her small desk near the window and picked up the folded piece of paper.

"Um... Sure, okay. I'll be back guys!" The snake's cheerful and sunshiny smile returned with a wave of her hand and trotted to the door, opening it. Behind her was Uviel whose expression was that of concern and curiosity.

When they left the boys there, Hitoshi was next to leave and Kirishima remained with Edgeshot, completely puzzled about the random occurrence.

Leaning against the kitchen table Uviel unfolded the paper, across from her stood Haru who seemed just as concerned as her bestie. "So, who's it from?" Her quirked brow proved her confusion, even more so when her smile fell into a frown at the thought of it possibly being something serious.

"It's... From Tali Muni. She told me to wait on giving this to you until Gechi was gone and she was dead. So... It's probably something serious," Mumbled, her sapphire hues hazed over with emotion. Both she and Haru noticed Hitoshi coming closer, the cybergirl saw him hugging her close and met his eyes. She could tell by just that stare, that he was telling her to continue.

Once her eyes returned to the paper, her lips parted to read aloud. "Haru Yukimura... I wrote this because I believed you deserved the truth. After so long, I wanted that bastard dead and wanted to make sure he felt the hell he put me in. But- during my quest to find him, I joined the League of Villains hoping that they'd help me find him. Your father and I were kind of acquaintances, I paid him for hunting down information. However, when you were born and he brought you to me long ago, telling me about his plans for you... I felt frightened. Even as a zombie, I felt afraid. Your eyes cast fear into me because your quirk activated when you saw me. You were such a small thing but I panicked and used mine too. I made you go blind and was surprised you survived the experience. Now, your quirk is far stronger than even your dead Dad's. I believe I strengthened your fear-casting eyes when I turned you blind and instilled horrors with my quirk that most people would have gone insane from. I'm sorry... I can't put how sorry I am into exact words, but my death should suffice," After Uviel finished reading, the air around them became dense and silent.

Her sapphire hues looked at her best friend to see how shaded those blind eyes were. Her long bangs hid a lot of her face, which Hitoshi moved out of the way and kissed her cheek. "Even if you're blind because of that woman, it doesn't define you," Shinso reassured but was taken aback when he watched her head lift and her grin broaden. Tears of happiness trickled down her tan cheeks after fits of giggles escaped, both he and Uviel were astonished.

"Hehehehehehe! Thanks, so much. I always wondered why I was blind. Don't worry! I already accepted the fact I was blind but to know she did it to me because my quirk, as a baby, made her afraid- then it was an accident! She didn't do it out of spite. So, it's fine. I forgive her," Her giggling fit continued from how silly it all seemed to her, but was relieved at the same time that she heard the truth behind her blindness. "Besides, I can still see! If anything my sight has gotten stronger since she did that! Dudes- I can literally smell people who aren't even close to me! I can hear and feel things from a long distance! And with my quirk, I can visually see but it's just a bit risky is all! Don't worry, it's all good!" Her hand waving and her other one wiping the stray tears from laughing so hard, all brought confusion to their faces.

"You're... Not mad at her?" Shinso was so floored by that. He knew that she was a very positive person behind that darkness of hers, but by how quick she is to forgive someone that literally caused her to go blind, anyone would be ticked off.

"Of course not! I would've given that dead lady a hug- if she told it to my face! Come on, let's grab some food in the kitchen and bring it up to everyone!" This time she activated her quirk and opened the fridge, leaving the two behind her absolutely flabbergasted.
