Zim'sMostLoyalServant: Thank you!
Invader Johnny: It doesn't hurt to make Keef a little smarter.
Chapter 5: Temper
The yellow monkey-like creature turned to a tree next to it and swiped the bottom, cutting it clean off. As it was falling, the beast grabbed the end of it with both claws before twirling and throwing it at Zim.
"Expand!" Zim shouted as he placed Ruyi vertically. The rod greatly expanded and made a resounding thud when the tree hit it. As the tree bounced back, Zim lifted the rod up and set it like a javelin before throwing it at the tree. The rod hit the tree and made it fly towards the Mufdareshgi.
The beast ducked under the tree before digging its claws through the bark. It swung its claw forward, sending a bunch of tree bark towards Zim. The tree bark suddenly turned sharp as it was flying towards Zim.
The former Irken shrunk Ruyi back down before dodging the spikes and rushing towards the beast. The Mufdareshgi responded in turn by letting out a screech before rushing Zim. The alien set Ruyi on his back before lowering his hands close to the ground. Right before the two met in the middle, Zim swung his arms up.
"Double Splash!" Water quickly rose up from the ground and splashed the Mufdareshgi. It recoiled in pain as it tried to get the water out of its eyes. Zim slid to a stop and spun his hands around one another before placing them both at his right hip. He grit his teeth before shooting both arms forward.
"Blitz Pressure!" A powerful blast of air blasted out of Zim's hands. It blew a hole through the makeshift water wall and struck the beast in between its jutted out ribs. The beast was flown back and rolled across the ground before hitting a tree.
The transformed alien threw Ruyu like a javelin again at the beast, but it dug a claw into the ground and multiple spikes of earth jutted out from the ground protecting it. The rod was only able to stab through the spikes halfway.
"Expand!" Ruyi grew bigger and blew a wide hole through the Mufdareshgi's defenses; the beast's eyes slightly widened. "Ruyi!"
The rod began spinning and flew forward causing the dark yellow beast to dodge, hiding behind its remaining spikes.
Zim ran up to the spikes and slid to a stop before pulling an arm back. He curled in three fingers before launching the arm forward, touching a spike.
"Incomplete Fighting Style: Reverb." The earth spikes changed to a grayish color before a blast of sound was shot from the one Zim was touching. The burst of sound resonated throughout all the spikes and amplified it by double.
The Mufdareshgi screeched in pain as Zim recalled Ruyi and returned it to its original size before he pointed the rod at the spike and extended it. Ruyi stabbed through the spike as well as the beast and carried it to a tree before pinning it there.
"Icicle Orb Crash." Zim snapped his fingers as he opened his palm, summoning three floating, small orbs of ice over his palm. The alien threw it at the beast and as soon as they connected, they froze over the beast, entrapping it in ice. Zim retracted Ruyi and was about to smash the alien beast into pieces, but suddenly the exposed bones of the beast shot through the ice and towards Zim's head.
The alien quickly ducked under the bones before dashing forward. "Incomplete Fighting Style: Dragon Stance!" The former Irken's hands lit on fire and as he got close, he put both arms back before sliding to a stop and shooting one arm forward. The arm landed right in the middle of the beast's chest and the beast got blasted back as he was set on fire; its bone's quickly retracted as it skipped across the ground and crashed through a tree.
The beast laid there for a moment before sluggishly trying to pick itself back up. Its head flinched as it shot up to see Zim high up in the air.
"You're disappointing… burn in Hell where you belong!" The airborne alien shouted, clenching his teeth with giant flames spewing from the sides of it. "Draconic Inferno!"
Zim let out a mighty roar as giant, blazing flames crashed down on the Mufdareshgi, covering it from sight as well as burning the grass and trees near it. All the beast could do was roar in pain and agony; its skin was rapidly being burnt away to nothingness in quick succession.
After a couple more seconds of intense blowing, Zim stopped and landed on the ground, inches away from the giant burnt spot he recently created. The Mufdareshgi was nothing but a scorched pile of dust, waiting to be blown away as fire still raged around him.
"Spring Showers." Zim opened his palm up as a bubble of water formed in it. He crushed the bubble as rain poured around him in a small area, calming the raging fires down to nothing.
The alien sighed as he sat down, his anger only subsided a little bit. 'Of course this wouldn't be enough to calm me down… how am I going to take care of the beasts across the country let alone across the continent from me…?' Zim clicked his tongue as he held his head, feeling a headache come along from worrying too much.
'… I'll just do what I can… that's all I, and Earth, can hope for at this point…' the transformed alien thought with a saddened expression. 'Maybe I can find another beast to kill in this forest…'
As soon as Zim turned around, he felt a massive pulse and his vision turned negative as time stopped. It only lasted for a split second before he was able to move again, but he felt a large chill crawl up and down his spine.
The alien took deep breaths as he frantically looked around. 'What the krell was that…?!' He continued looking around, but then a brown tendril shot up from the ground and wrapped itself around one of Zim's legs.
'Huh?' He thought as he looked down, but right then he got sucked underneath the ground and was being dragged through the earth at high speeds. Zim grit his teeth as he tried to look at what was dragging him, but couldn't move his head due to the speed he was being dragged at.
The transformed alien was soon lifted, breaching the surface of the earth and being flung high up in the air. He was about to turn around, but he then felt a claw wrap around his torso and thrown down into the ground.
The alien crashed through the earth and made a small hole. As he tried to get up, he felt an immense weight on his back and was sent further down, feeling his entire back break.
The alien spat out blood before the weight was soon removed from his back. He then felt the claw grab his head and lift him out of the hole, facing away from the creature. He then coughed out blood again as his back was struck hard, loud cracks resounding.
Zim was then lifted high up in the air before being slammed down on the ground. He slid for a few feet before he shot his head up and got a good look at the beast.
The beast looked to be a giant, bipedal, brown mole, but this mole had four sharp, red eyes and its claws were small and sharp.
'A Muleyvash… kriff…' Zim thought before getting up on his feet. "Ruyi." The rod quickly returned to its owner as the two had a stance off. They stood still for a minute before the Muleyvash dropped on all fours and stabbed its tail in the ground. A second later and its tail resurfaced in a giant spiral surrounding Zim.
The alien's eyes widened, but before he could do anything, the tail closed around his body, effectively restraining him. Zim grit his teeth as he tried to wiggle his way out but couldn't.
"Expand!" Zim shouted. The rod expanded greatly, but the tail was still tightly secured around Zim.
The Muleyvash sliced its own tail off before grabbing it and yanking its arm back. As Zim flew towards the beast, it launched its arm forward, striking the alien in the rib cage. Zim coughed up saliva and a bit of blood as some of his ribs broke.
The beast tried slashing Zim's chest, but it could only cut its own tail as Zim's armor protected him. Once noticing the opening, the alien scowled at the beast before grabbing Ruyi and throwing it at the beast.
Ruyi struck the right side of the beast's chest and made it fly back, crashing through a tree. Zim appeared right in front of the beast as he grabbed Ruyi and did a 360 spin, smacking the beast in the head and making it twirl away.
The alien stomped his foot on the ground, making it crack. The cracks then raced towards the downed beast's location and right as it got under the beast, a piece of earth shot up underneath its back. The Muleyvash rose up in the air and Zim zipped right under it before grabbing the beast's tail and slamming it into the ground. He raised the beast over his head and slammed it down into the ground again. The transformed alien did this about four more times before throwing the beast in the air.
Zim's eyes glowed a bright orange as the beast froze in the air. The alien then jumped high above it before pulling his arms back, gathering a bunch of wind around them.
"Tornado Crusher!" Zim shouted as he launched his arms forward, the wind shooting off of it. The winds combined into a giant tornado as it forced the beast into the ground, creating a crater.
"Demon Wind Hammer!" Zim came crashing down on the beast as he slammed his wind-covered fists down on the Muleyvash's chest, expanding the crater to a greater size.
The alien stomped the ground and a slab of earth appeared right under the beast before shooting up, making it stand ramrod straight. Instantly, Zim sent a hard-hitting punch to its gut. The Muleyvash coughed up blood and saliva as Zim delivered another punch to the same spot. The alien then launched another one and he repeatedly did this, his punches getting faster the more he sent.
Zim let out an angry battle cry as he sent a flurry of punches to the beast's body, his eyes turning fully yellow as his frustration took over. The alien continued sending a flurry of punches before he launched one more in the middle of the Muleyvash's chest, making a large dent in its body as it got launched backwards. The beast hit a tree and recoiled forward before Ruyi flew in and pierced its neck, pinning it to the tree.
Zim grunted as he scowled and Ruyi expanded, separating the head from the body. The transformed alien recalled Ruyi to him as he raised a hand up, putting his fingers in a snapping motion.
"Flickering Flame," Zim spoke as he snapped his fingers, a small flame appearing above them. He then did an underhanded flick and the flickering flame zoomed forward towards its intended target. As soon as it touched the dead beast, its body was set ablaze and started to burn away, leaving no traces behind. After the beast's body fully burnt away, so did the flame after it was done.
The alien looked at his hand before opening and closing it. He sighed as he turned, but right as he did that he heard a multitude of rustling surrounding him. Just then, six wild beasts emerged from the bushes. The beasts looked to be a mixture between a wolf and a tiger. They had the head of a wolf with a tiger's legs and tail. The only addition was the dark purple, spiky fur, the fully yellow eyes, and completely black mouth the beasts had.
'Ah… a pack of Woligiges… how nice…' Zim said as he grew an annoyed, devilish grin, his eyes going fully yellow. He slumped forward as he stared at one of the beasts, a low growl emitting from his throat.
The former Irken was sitting on a large rock in the middle of a forest with Ruyi standing up next to him with his eyes closed. He was battered with bruises and scratches on the exposed parts of his skin and around him, the five Woligiges were scattered, all defeated with one being stuck in a tree. The surrounding area was also ruined; most of the ground was littered with craters and broken up earth while some of the trees were either missing half of their trunk or had fallen.
Zim took a deep breath before opening his eyes halfway. "Ritual of Flames."
Flames appeared next to the defeated Woligiges before they flickered away and suddenly, all of the beasts were lit on fire. Zim continued to sit there as the beasts' bodies were burnt away until nothing remained of them.
The alien closed his eyes again as he sighed. 'What is up with Zim today? He seems to have gotten angrier than usual… He needs to calm down… This whole beast situation is getting to him,' Zim thought to himself as he stood up. He grabbed the rod and put it away as he transformed back to his normal Irken form. He then used his watch to put on his human disguise as he jumped down from the rock and began walking out of the forest.
When Zim arrived home, Computer was shocked to see his appearance.
"What the—?! What happened to you, Zim?!" Computer questioned as the alien closed the door behind him.
"Beasts, Computer. Beasts happened," Zim simply responded,
"Mother of Irk… are you okay?"
"More or less. These will heal in due time. No need to worry," the former Irken brushed off with a shrug. He then looked over at his couch and saw Gir absorbed in the TV, watching a show that wasn't the Monkey Show.
"God Breaking Thunder Strike!" The TV exclaimed. Zim moved behind Gir and watched some of it, seeing a guy with red hair obliterate tons of enemies in the matter of seconds.
"Gir," Zim spoke. The robot didn't respond, still watching the show. "Gir," Zim tried again, but no response. "GIR!"
The robot instantly turned his head and smiled at seeing Zim.
"HIII MASTERRR!" He greeted the alien enthusiastically.
"Hello, Gir. What show is this?" Zim asked as he looked back at the TV.
"It's called Gravityyyy," Gir drawed out as he turned back around.
"Oh, what's it about?" Zim wondered. A couple seconds passed without a response. "GIR!"
"It's about a boy in a world full of other superhumans and he's the only one with the weakest power of them all but he soon trains it and makes it THE BEST POWER EVER!" The little robot exclaimed as he threw his arms up.
"Huh, how interesting," Zim commented. He then moved away from the couch and towards the door.
"Alright, Zim is going to Dib's house," the alien announced.
"Huh? Going to Dib's? What for?" Computer wondered.
"Uh… to… hangout, Zim guesses?" The alien responded unsurely with a shrug.
"Since when did you… 'hangout' with people?" Computer inquired.
"Uh… since now, I guess… is that bad?" He wondered with a confused face.
"No, Zim, that's really great! This is a huge improvement to your personality training!" Computer complimented, making the alien smile a little.
"Thank you, Computer," Zim responded with a head nod. He then turned around and headed for the door. "Alright, I'll see you later!"
"See you, Zim, have fun!"
The disguised alien was about to leave, but then suddenly stopped and smirked. He turned around and looked at Gir.
"Hey Gir, come with me," Zim said.
"Awww but my showwww," the robot complained with a pout.
"We can watch it later together, I'm quite interested in it and would like to see more."
"YAYYY!" Gir exclaimed as he instantly jumped off of the couch and latched onto Zim's back.
"Alright, stay there. I want to surprise Dib with you."
"Okay!"
The Membrane son was sitting in the living room, watching TV and eating cereal when he heard a knock at the front door.
"Hm? Wonder who that is at 7:00pm…" Dib muttered as he put down his cereal and walked towards the door. He opened it and instantly quirked an eyebrow at who was there.
"Zim? What are you doing here?" Dib asked. He grew slightly suspicious at the smirk Zim had on his face.
"Hello Dib. I came over to hangout with you," Zim responded.
"H-Hangout…? Since when did you… 'hangout' with people?" The Membrane son questioned.
"Since now. So may Zim come in?"
"What the—No! It's 7:00pm, Zim! No one hangs out at that time unless it's the weekend! And it's Thursday, mind you!" Dib pointed out.
"But I brought Gir along," the disguised alien said.
"Hellooooo!" Gir greeted, popping up from Zim's back.
"Oh no, no, no, no! I'm not—!" Dib was abruptly interrupted as Zim's eyes flashed orange for a second, making him freeze.
"Thank you, Dib," the alien thanked as he walked past the frozen human. Right when Zim entered the Membrane household, Dib got unfrozen. The Membrane son grit his teeth in annoyance before shutting the door. Once he turned around he found the alien lounging on his couch with Gir sitting on the armrest.
"… You're clearly here to not simply 'hangout.' Can you tell me why you're really here?" The boy asked defeatedly.
Zim chuckled at that before being silent for a second. "Do you know how to calm yourself down, Dib?"
The Membrane son tilted his head at that. "Calm myself down? Uh… yeah, why do you ask?"
"Because… Zim realizes he's been getting angrier more easily lately… and he wonders how you humans calm yourself down from that emotion," the disguised alien replied, watching the TV.
"Huh… did something happen to you recently, Zim?" Dib wondered, walking behind the couch and leaning on it.
"It's just… the whole beast situation is ticking me off. I think I'm doing the right thing, but then the whole scope of the situation hits me and I realize I'm not doing enough… but I can't do enough to fix that," the alien confessed with a sigh..
The boy's eyes slightly widened at that. He then moved his eyes to the TV as he thought for a second. "Zim, you're doing the best you can, man. It may not seem like much but it is a start to something greater. In due time you'll be exterminating these beasts left, right, and center without them getting a chance to kill anyone."
The alien sighed again as he slumped down. "Yes, but what about the current casualties? They'll just keep stacking up until I'm competent enough to halt them… Is that what anyone really wants? To wait until I'm ready to put a stop to all of this?"
"Zim, you're the best damn thing we have to curbing this catastrophe. We're gonna have to accept that whether we want to or not. We also can't force you to go out when you're not ready or else you might get killed, then who will we have to defend us? Our weapons can't do a damn thing to most of these beasts. All we can do is just try and survive while you power the fuck up," the Membrane son stated, looking down at Zim. The alien didn't respond as he hung his head.
"And to answer your earlier question, there are tons of ways to calm yourself down. You can meditate, listen to music, watch TV, play video games, draw, talk to someone, sleep, and many more. All of these can calm you down. You just have to find the right one that works best for you," Dib said.
"Mm… what if I were in the middle of a fight and I needed to calm down?" The former Irken wondered, turning to look at the human.
Dib's eyes slightly widened at the question. "Huh, I've never thought about that before…" He took a moment to think before arriving at an answer. "Well, I think taking a deep breath and clearing your mind works. I think that's what a lot of martial artists do, but I could be wrong on that."
Zim put a finger to his chin as he took all of that in. He closed his eyes and hummed for a moment before opening them. "I see… thank you, Dib, for the insight."
"Yeah, no problem."
Gaz yawned as she walked down the stairs in a purple crop top and pajama pants with purple pigs plastered all over them. When she arrived at the final step, she turned and tilted her head at seeing both Zim and Dib. She then raised an eyebrow at seeing Zim in her house… Wait, why was Zim in her house?
"Zim, what the hell are you doing here?" Gaz asked. The two boys both turned in shock to see the Membrane daughter standing there.
"Gaz?" Dib asked, surprised to see her standing there.
"Oh, hello Gaz," Zim greeted with a hand wave.
"HI GAZZY!" Gir greeted excitedly as he shot up and in view.
Gaz deeply sighed as she rubbed a hand over her face. "… Why the fuck is the robot here…?"
Zim smiled. "I thought it would be great to bring Gir here."
The purple-haired girl shot her hand down as she glared at the alien. "Well it wasn't… and you still haven't answered my question, Zim."
"I just wanted to hangout here, that's all," he responded with a nonchalant shrug.
Gaz raised an eyebrow at that. "Hangout? Since when did you hangout with people?"
"Mother of Irk, how many people are going to ask me that question…?" The alien muttered to himself. "Since today."
"Well that's surprising, but why our house?" The Membrane daughter wondered.
"Because you're closer," the alien said. Gaz rolled her eyes as she sat down on the couch, and the three of them began talking.
Underground on Planet Irk, there was a small facility with a small room hosting five cryopods with the middle one in use. There were a bunch of Irken scientists on the other side of the wall of glass on supercomputers keeping track of the Irken inside.
There was one Irken scientist with a clipboard in hand with five taller Irkens in black Irken suits behind them. They all kept their eyes on the cryopod, waiting for it to be done.
"How is she?" The Irken with a clipboard asked the nearest scientist.
"She's doing fine. Her body temperature is 0° but that's to be expected. Her mental state is also perfectly normal and her body is adjusting fine to this. There seems to be no abnormalities so far," he reported.
"Okay good. Keep it up, she should be done soon."
A few minutes later and the green light above the cryopod turned red and began opening, releasing a bunch of frosty air. The cryopod door moved away, revealing a taller, 5'6 Tak with only bandages around her chest and underwear; frost covering her skin. She then opened her eyes and the frost got absorbed into it. The Irken female stepped out of the cryopod and cracked her neck.
"How do you feel, Tak?" A voice asked over the intercom.
"I feel fine," she simply responded, continuing her walk towards the door. She stood by it and it immediately opened for her, but she was then greeted by the five aliens in black.
"Ah… Tak, how was your experience in there?" The Irken with golden eyes asked. Tak immediately glared at him before moving past the group of five.
"It was fine," she simply said. She walked up to an Irken scientist that had folded clothes in their hand and took them from the Irken, immediately putting them on.
"Ah c'monnn, why're you acting so cold towards me, huh?" The golden-eyed Irken wondered with a smirk and arms open.
"Because you don't leave me alone," Tak replied.
"Cause you never give my offer any thoughts! You instantly deny it without thinking about it!" He pointed out followed by a chuckle.
"Because there's nothing to think about," the Irken female countered as she stopped. She then turned around and glared at the Irken. "Baedahn, I'm not joining your kriffing group. At all."
"Whaaat? But why not? We could use you on our team! You're fierce, strong, thorough, quick, and you're just like us too. You'd be a great addition!"
"I'm not like you at all," Tak stated as her glare increased. "I'm not fused with disgusting beasts like you Irkens are."
"Eh? Then what are you, Tak? You're kriffing fused with the Elemungrile, are you not?"
"No. I only have its power. I don't have the whole beast inside of me," Tak stated.
"Are we really going to argue on technicalities here?"
"Then don't lump me in with your group. I don't want to join in, and that's final."
"Tch, you're such a pain in the glash, Tak…" Baedahn insulted as he rolled his eyes. "The frell are you even gonna do with that power anyways?"
"That's my business and my business alone. Are we done here? I wasted time talking to you that could've been spent training," Tak responded.
"Baedahn, it's useless talking to her, you know. She's clearly made up her mind," the Irken with light cyan eyes spoke up. Baedahn deeply sighed before walking past Tak.
"Fine, fine. I give up for now. I'll see you later, Tak," the golden-eyed Irken said as he threw a hand up, the other four Irkens leaving with him. Once they all left, Tak closed her eyes and took a deep breath before leaving the small room. Right outside of the door was her service robot, Mimi.
"Wait, Tak!" A voice said behind her. She turned around to find a small female Irken scientist with purple eyes running after her.
"What is it?" She asked.
"I… I need to monitor you for the next few days, in case anything weird happens…" she responded.
"I can't just report back here if anything weird happens to me?"
"It would be best if I could report it and fix it immediately."
Tak let out a small sigh before turning around. "Whatever, not like I have a choice." All three of them began walking towards the elevator.
"So… has Special Unit Bogdakel always wanted you on their team?" The scientist asked, looking up at Tak.
"Hm? Initially no. It was only before I did my training on the planet Arct did Baedahn take an interest in me. I don't know how or when it really started, but it did and he's been a pain in my side ever since," the purple-eyed Irken responded.
"Oh… and I'm sorry, but I want to know… what are you going to do with that power?" The scientist asked.
Tak looked at her for a moment before responding. "I'm going to kill Zim with it."
"H-Huh?! B-But didn't you go on that mission to send beasts to him? What if he's already dead?!" The scientist proposed, shocked after hearing Tak's answer.
"Tch. I thought that sending beasts down there to kill him would do the job and make me happy, but a day later I realized it wasn't as fulfilling as doing it myself. And also, Earth is too big of a planet to have all of the beasts go to Zim. We never sent the beasts directly to him, just scattered them around on the planet he's residing in."
"But… don't you know his location?"
"Hah, yeah, but I kept that to myself. I wanted my batch of beasts to do the job, but it was only after a day passed I realized I still had a burning hatred for him. It would not go away unless I did the job myself," Tak responded, narrowing her eyes.
"But… why do you need the Elemungrile's ice powers for that?" The scientist asked.
"To make it easier. I don't want to deal with the extra grulsfrot that happens when I'm going against Zim… Something unexpected always happens and I don't wanna take any chances…"
"I mean… fair enough but doesn't this seem a bit overkill?"
"I may have to come into contact with the very same beasts I sent down there. If I do, having these ice powers will come in handy," Tak stated as she raised her right hand.
"Okay…"
"Listen… I didn't take an extended vacation for nothing, nor did I spend three days on that freezing planet, submerged in the coldest waters in the galaxy for nothing. I'm going to make the most of this…"
The scientist remained silent as she was slightly trembling at Tak's conviction. "A-Are you sure you're not a part of Special Unit Bogdakel…?"
"No. Kriff that group. A bunch of snarky kriffers that shouldn't have been made to begin with. I don't want to get involved with them at all."
The elevator ride then arrived at the surface and opened up, allowing the three to leave. They started walking and it was silent as the scientist didn't know what to say after hearing all of that.
"Hey, scientist," Tak spoke up, looking down at the female Irken.
"Y-Yes?!" The scientist replied as she jumped.
"Do you know why I grew so tall?" She wondered.
"W-Well, while you were in the pod, me and my coworkers were discussing your sudden growth… Apparently, you're not the only one who grew taller. Aside from Special Unit Bogdakel, other random Irkens have started growing taller too… We still don't know why though…" The scientist replied.
"Okay… do you also know why I have… these now?" Tak asked as she squeezed her breasts.
"Ah… uh… no… we speculate that along with your growing height… you started to develop more… uh, reproductive organs…?" The scientist responded unsurely, fiddling with her fingers. "W-We don't know why you developed those specific ones… and we also don't know where they come from either."
Tak's brow furrowed as she stared at the ground. 'They don't know where these came from… but… these are similar to human fe—" Tak's eyes widened as she came to a realization. She groaned as she deeply sighed.
"S-Something wrong, Tak…?" The scientist asked.
"Yeah… I think I know why this is all happening…"
"W-Why…?"
"I'm not gonna say unless I'm one hundred percent sure yet…" Tak then lowly grumbled as she narrowed her eyes. 'This somehow has to do with Zim…'
Tak was standing in a giant, empty white room. There was a glass wall far away from her with the scientist and Mimi on the other side.
She had her eyes closed and her fists clenched. She stayed like that for a while as nothing happened.
"Do… w-w-w-we… n-n-need to b-be so f-f-f-farrrrr aw-w-way…?" Mimi asked in a distorted and glitchy voice, looking up at the scientist.
"Well… the Elemungrile is the strongest beast on Arct. It's speculated that one of the first Elemungriles froze the entire planet, turning it into the coldest planet in the galaxy… and even though the powers may be diluted since it's in an Irken… Tak could potentially freeze us to death… I'm not even sure if this is far enough away for us to be safe," the scientist with a nervous chuckle. The service robot didn't say anything as she turned back around and watched Tak.
Suddenly, Tak opened her eyes to be an icy, light blue and she unclenched her hands, letting out a small breath as the floor froze around her.
The scientist let out a shriek as the frost barely touched the glass wall.
"Mother of Irk… that's some range!" The scientist commented, grabbing a clipboard and writing it down.
Tak looked around her and her eyes widened as she saw how far the frost went.
'… I didn't even do anything…' She thought, looking at her hands. She clenched them before reopening them, feeling the Elemungrile's ice powers flow through her and resonate with her. 'Huh… all that training didn't go to waste… just you wait, Zim…'
