A few hours later Sara opened her eyes, confused at first about where she was until she saw Grissom by her side with their little girl in his ams fast asleep.

"Hey sleepy head, it's about time you woke up" Grissom said as he moved to kiss he softly.

"How is our little girl" she whispered.

"She is perfect, just perfect. I think she would like to see her mommy though" Grissom said as her passed baby Poppy to her.

Sara took hold of her little girl and smiled as Poppy opened her eyes, looking up at Sara.

"Hi baby girl,I'm your mommy" Sara said, kissing her daughters forehead.

Grissom smiled as he watched his girls, he couldn't believe how close he was to loosing Sara and not seeing her with their new baby girl.

"How do you feel?" Grissom asked.

"Sore, tired but happy. I can't believe she's here, she's perfect."

"She looks just like you, so beautiful"

Sara smiled at him "You're such a charmer."

He kissed her forehead gently before turning his gaze back to Poppy. After a few minutes Sara turned to look at Grissom and asked "What happened after I gave birth Griss? I don't remember anything after we named Poppy."

Sighing, Grissom told Sara what happened, how scared he was while waiting on the doctors, not knowing what was going on. Thankfully everything turned out fine, Sara was going to be fine and they now had a beautiful healthy baby girl.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you" Sara told him, kissing him softly.

"Don't be sorry, it wasn't your fault. Everything is fine now" he said kissing her.

"Knock Knock, is anyone up for some visitors?"

"Dad!" Sara said smiling as she saw Robert enter.

"Thought I would check to make sure you were awake. How are you feeling?" he asked as he went to the other side of Sara's bed and kissed the top of her head.

"I'm fine, I promise."

"Good, you gave us all quite a scare. Now are you up for some more visitors?" he asked his daughter.

Smiling Sara nodded, Robert smiled kissing his daughters head once more then his granddaughters before leaving to get the rest of the family.

"MOMMY!" Leo shouted as he was carried into the room by his Granny Laura.

"Hi baby" Sara smiled as she seen her first born.

Along with Leo and Laura, Betty, James, Robert, Morgan and Greg all entered the room. Grissom walked over to Laura and took Leo from her, he then walked back over to Sara so she could introduce Poppy to her big brother. Grissom placed Leo down on the bed next to his mother, Leo noticed the baby in his mothers arms and gasped.

"Mommy, is that baby?"

Smiling Sara replied "Yes it is, this is your baby sister Poppy."

The little boy moved closer to the baby and softly touched her hand, Grissom kissed his sons head as he watched his two children bond. The others in the room moved closer to the bed and watched the scene before them.

"Congratulations sis, now is Uncle Greggo going to get a cuddle with the newest addition?" Greg asked as Morgan wheeled him to the other side of the bed.

Laughing Sara passed Poppy to him, Greg smiled as he held his niece in his arms. Poppy then decided she would open her eye, staring up at her uncle.

"She is beautiful Sar, congrats" Morgan said as she stood next to Greg, admiring the little girl.

"Thanks" Sara said smiling and wrapping her arms around Leo who cuddled into her side.

The family spent the next hour taking turns holding Poppy before they decided it was time to leave and let mother and baby rest and Greg go back to his room.

"Do you want us to take Leo tonight?" James asked the two young parents.

"No go, me stay with mommy and Poppy and daddy" Leo huffed.

"It's okay dad. He can stay, thanks though" Grissom said as he hugged his parents goodbye.

"We'll come back tomorrow and check on you's before we take Greg home" Laura told her daughter as she gave Sara, Poppy and Leo a kiss goodbye.

"Thanks mom" Sara replied smiling.

As the family left the room, the young parents and their two young children were alone at last.
