I have attempted to scrape off the rambled bits that doesn't make any sense, fatten up and smoothed some [or mostly] of the chapters down. I'm really sorry about changing the some of the chapters. If you were an old reader, you could notice a few…okay, a LOT of changes. When I re-read my story, I felt like there was something missing. Almost each of the earlier chapters have been edited (namely 1-13) and I have cleared/deleted some of the lines/scenes that really wasn't necessary or got out of their characters. The chapters that have been fully scraped off are chapters 2 and 3. This is actually my first fic that was originally intended for my Best Friend and so,

Before you start reading, let me clear out a few questions that you might want to ask as you go along with the story…

I'll be using their 2010 age
As you read chapter 1, you will learn that Rapunzel is still 17(2010 age).
I recently have learned that Merida and Hiccup have the same age so, they're 14 (2010 age). In ROTG, it has not been stated what exactly is the age of our dear Jack Frost, so in this story, he will be 15 or 315 (2010 age)

When has this taken place?

In HTTYD, it took place between the time before Hiccup lost his foot and the acceptance of his clan and before Astrid saw Toothless
In Tangled, a year before
In Brave, before she changed her mum into a bear
In ROTG, AFTER the events that happened

Timeline you asked?
Potterwise: It happened BEFORE Tom Riddle came to Hogwarts (1936). So it's approximately at 1925-1926
Also, I learned that Merida/Hiccup's timeline is at 110 BC, Rapunzel's at 1780s and Jack at the modern world but let's just say that someone played with time

Why did you keep their original age?
Oh you will know as you read on

What does Merida look like?
Pretty much the same, she's an inch taller than Hiccup and has less defined features

Are they the only older kids in First year?
Yes, yes they are

(For old readers) Why did you change the story/plot?
As sated, I really felt like there was a part missing like the pacing or the dialogue is incorrect or it needed more dialogue. Rapunzel in the second chapter a long time ago was quiet and I think that really wouldn't be her. Mother Gothel gave in too quickly about Rapunzel leaving the tower, Merida and Jack's Hatred for each other doesn't make any sense (and it probably still dosen't). Every once in a while, they would get out of character, some of the plotting doesn't make any sense, and I didn't gave them friends from their houses. It was too fluffy for my taste and there was incorrect grammar

No, they are not. They would go to Gringotts to exchange Muggle money for wizarding money

You changed the title, again
I really couldn't think of a title for this story. I'm gonna change it later on, again once I find a good title and a good summary

Is this a Romance Fic?
Truth be told, it was. But it still will be. In my earlier chapters, I have read that they fell in love too quickly and I wanted their friendship to process over the time and it will eventually evolve into something new

"Childhood Friend Romance is a part of romantic plots, when characters develop romantic feelings for someone who they spent their childhood years with"

Also, I've looked into the Guardians of Childhood books to actually get information about Pitch Black's past (He wasn't so bad) and I also have watched the Dragons: Defenders/Riders of Berk so I could get more info of Hiccup and His attitude.
