The next chapter is up! Enjoy :)

When Raelyn awoke, everything was a bit hazy at first.

She slowly sat up with an inaudible grunt and surveyed her surroundings. Dread dropped into her stomach like a lead weight when she realized she was in some kind of cell.

'No, this can't be happening! This has to be some fucked up nightmare!' Her mind screamed.

But the hard, lumpy cot beneath her and the sticky humid air was real enough to confirm this wasn't some kind of fucked up dream. It sadly was very real.

She carefully got up and started to scan her surroundings.

The cell was quite small and there was hardly much to it. The young woman wasn't alone long as she inspected her new surroundings, when the door to her cell slid open.

Raelyn jumped slightly and her gaze snapped into the direction of the door. She saw a large built yautja standing there, taking up a good portion of the opening.

His mask was off, and he had an ugly sneer on his face as he eyed her.

It made her very uncomfortable and she wrapped her arms protectively around her swollen middle. Something that only made his ugly smirk widen more.

"Ooman. Come. Now." He growled.

But Raelyn stayed where she was, not wanting to be anywhere near this dangerous yautja.

"Come now. Or kill pup." He threatened and gestured to her swollen abdomen.

Tears came to her eyes, and she reluctantly approached him.

Once she was close enough, he reached out and grabbed the back of her neck, making her let out a small yelp of surprise. And her arms instinctively tightened around her middle.

He then hauled her out of the cell and started taking her down the hall. The large male still kept a grip on the back of her neck as he directed her.

As they turned a corner, Raelyn saw another yautja. Only this one seemed shorter then most males she has seen so far.

He had a stack of plated food in his hands, as he walked down the hall towards them. But his eyes did a double take when they saw her. and he halted in his tracks as she approached with the one who had her.

"What are you staring at you little twit!? Get back to work and feed the animals in the cargo hold!" The bigger one barked.

The shorter one narrowed his eyes at him. But did as he was told.

As he passed them, Raelyn saw something odd. The shorter male seemed to flash her a look of pity as he passed her. Why? She is unsure. Because as far as she knew, all bad bloods were fucking savages.

She passed a few more in the halls as he led her through them. And like the one holding her, the others sneered at her, as they eyed her in passing.

They must've been walking for about five minutes. When he stopped them in front of a set of double doors.

He put in some kind of code and the doors slid open. And he marched the both of them through once they were open enough. Then he forced Raelyn to kneel down onto the grated floor.

"I have brought you the ooman lou-dte kale, Lord Da-ec'te." He said.

Whoever this male was talking to, they slowly rose from their seat.

As the individual in question began to turn and face them, Raelyn could barely contain her nerves.

Her breath hitched when she got a good look at him and got hit with a sense of deja'vu. A black metallic mask with a nightmarish expression with matching armor. That dark complexion nearly as dark as the armor it wore, and red stripes along the flanks.

Raelyn's eyes widened when she realized where she saw this guy before.

Her mind went back to a darker time when she was captive on the ship of bad bloods Bhu'ja rescued her from. She recalls seeing from her cage, this individual board the ship she was on with a couple of his men in tow.

She watched as he exchanged words with a couple of her captors. But most of all, she remembers when he paused during that conversation and the blood red eye pieces of his mask settled on her.

The heated stare sent shockwaves of fear throughout her body to the point she was visibly shaken.

The individual approached them. He was just as big and even more imposing than the male right next to her that still had a grip on the back of her neck.

His armor and the way he carried himself screamed importance and danger.

His black metallic mask shifted to the one standing next to her. A deep gravelly word left his mouth. And next thing she knew, the one holding onto her neck, let her go, and took a step back.

The leader then took a step forward and closed the distance between them.

Raelyn stood as still as a statue, still clutching her swollen middle. She refused to make eye contact with him and stared at the ground at his feet.

Until she felt a hand beneath her chin, making her head tilt up and back.

And she found herself looking up into those crimson eye pieces once more. He tilted his head and seemed to be inspecting her. His eyes behind his mask looked her petite frame up and down.

When he paused on her pregnant stomach, she became scared.

"Please, don't hurt us." Raelyn said, barely above a whisper.

He didn't say anything to her.

Instead, he looked up at his subordinate and spoke.

"Go stand by the door." He ordered.

His subordinate nodded and headed towards the back of the spacious control deck and stood off to the side like a guard.

Then the leader shifted his gaze back to the petite ooman female.

"Was told you found on hunter's ship." He spoke in a deep gravelly tone to her.

Raelyn didn't say anything at first, she just nodded. Hopefully, he won't get angry and lash out at her for not giving him a verbal answer.

"What hunter's name?" He asks.

She really didn't want to answer that question.

She knew that Bhu'ja was basically a scourge of the underworld to these guys. And apparently, his name was quite well known among most bad bloods.

In normal circumstances, she may have told him to go to hell.

But things were different now. And she had her unborn daughter's life to think of. So, she will have to answer any questions he asks of her at this point, to keep her baby safe.

She hopes Bhu'ja will forgive her and understand why she answered to them.

"His name is Bhu'ja. The...Arbitrator." Raelyn said, voiced filled with hesitation.

The leader was quite surprised by her answer. Out of all the yautja in the known Universe. It was the one yautja who was a well renowned and highly accomplished Arbitrator.

One so skilled, no bad blood was ever to escape his clutches alive.

But most of all, he was the very pup he let live when he came in and massacred his entire family in front of him. Yes, he and the pale yautja had an extensive history there.

Raelyn heard a deep cackly laugh coming from deep within the bad blood's chest.

Apparently, her answer somehow amused him. And he stood there laughing at her. Something that sounded downright creepy, yet at the same time angered her.

"Bhu'ja you say? Would never think one of Yautja Prime's very best to take ooman mate. Must be getting soft." He stated.

"Who are you? What do you want?" She asked.

"Am Da-ec'te. Leader of this ship. And you ooman, are very rare find. Not many yautja take oomans. Even rarer having offspring with them.

Was going to sell. But seeing you and know Bhu'ja's mate; rather keep for myself. Will hurt him even more if he see I take what matter most to him again." Da-ec'te sneered.

"What do you mean, again? You know him?" She asks.

The dark skinned yautja's grin widened.

"Very well. Go way back. Killed his family. Expression on his face, priceless. Especially, when fuck and kill mother in front of him." The bad blood leader mocked.

Raelyn couldn't help the couple tears that escaped her eyes.

Just when things couldn't get any worse, she's taken by the worst bad blood of them all. The same menace that brutally killed Bhu'ja's family and orphaned him.

"Please, stop." She gasped.

The young woman heard him begin to purr and flinched when he skimmed his fingers over her stomach where her arms weren't covering.

"His mother, one of my first good fucks. Pregnant, just like you now. Wonder if you feel as good as her." He said, with a lecherous smirk.

Raelyn moved back away from his touch. More tears left her eyes trying not to think of what this monster has done and worst of all what he might do to her.

"Don't. Stay away from me." She said.

He chuckled, enjoying the scent of her fear permeating the air.

"No worry, little ooman. Won't kill you. Like I said, rare find. Your child, even rarer. Heard its female. Even better." Da-ec'te purred.

A wave of anger washed over her upon hearing his words. And she lifted her eyes to his with a dangerous glint in her light eyes.

"You touch my daughter, and I'll kill you." She hissed.

His subordinate tensed up as he heard her words.

He knew threats against his leader were a big 'No, No'. And he almost thought for sure, this ooman female just signed her own death warrant.

Until Da-ec'te surprised them both when he started to laugh.

"Can see why Bhu'ja take for mate. You a fiery one, aren't you?" He says, with laughter still present in his voice.

Raelyn didn't want to be in this room anymore with this clearly insane yautja. It was like everything was a sick joke to him. Including her threat.

And before she could stop herself, she said something she deeply regretted.

"At least he's a much better male than you'll ever be. You pathetic shit head." She snapped.

Her mouth quickly snapped shut upon saying that. And her heart sunk when she realizes what she had just done.

The burning look in his eyes were all the confirmation she needed to know that he wasn't amused. And saw him clench his fists at his sides.

"Better watch tongue ooman. Before put to good use. Need you alive, yes. But don't mean won't hurt you in other ways. Could kill you after child born. It best to stay on my good side. You do, and I let you live long enough to care for suckling." He threatened.

His head snapped back to look at his subordinate by the door.

"Bring her back to the cell for now. Before I do something, I'll regret later." He snapped to the other bad blood.

The subordinate nodded, then he approached them and wrapped his hand around the back of her neck and started leading her out of the room.

Raelyn didn't bother looking back to see the burning look on Da-ec'te's face as he watched her leave. She just wanted out of that room and as far away from him as possible.

Da-ec'te whirled around and went back to his seat. He sat there and looked out at the view in front of him.

A part of him never thought he'd see the pale yautja again after that day when he raided his village and killed his family. And when he heard news that the pup grew to become an Arbitrator, he just figured he wouldn't last long.

For most Arbitrators are lucky if they make it past ten years. Because being an Arbitrator was one of the most if not most dangerous job out there. Because they are not just hunting any prey.

But their own kind. Those who share the same level of intelligence and weaponry as themselves.

And yet, this pup not only survived past a decade in the service, he has survived several decades and probably had the most bad blood kills on record.

'Looks like you developed quite the bitter streak towards bad bloods after our first encounter. Haven't you, little Bhu'ja? No matter, I know you will search the far recesses of the galaxies and back for this little ooman female that carries your unborn brat. And when you come for her, I will be waiting for you. I will take your head and keep your ooman mate and daughter for myself.' He thought to himself with a wide sneer.

Meanwhile, Raelyn was trying her best to keep up with the bad blood's wide strides as he walked her back down the halls to her cell.

On the way, she saw someone else round the corner on their left. She was stunned to see it wasn't a yautja, but another being entirely. A tall, blue skinned female.

Who looked so much like the beings from that movie 'Avatar'.

As they drew closer, her bright yellow eyes regarded the female in surprise. Then the bad blood reached out with his free arm and grabbed her arm in passing.

He then leaned in close to her.

"You will come to my quarters later tonight, Tharian bitch. Don't be late or I'll make it worse for you." He threatened.

Then he roughly shoved her away, making her gasp.

Raelyn watched the whole thing. After all these months, she still had a hard time figuring out the yautja's bazaar language. But judging by the look on the tall, willowy blue female's face, it was something very unpleasant.

Afterwards, she quickly scurried away. But not before casting one last glance over her shoulder at the human woman in the bad blood's grip.

They made it back to the cell a few minutes later. And when the door slid open, he lightly pushed her inside.

The door slid shut, leaving Raelyn alone once more. She stood there for a moment trying to catch her breath. Before she made her way back over to the cot in the corner.

Raelyn sat on it and leaned back against the wall and began to silently cry.

Why was this happening to her again? She was so happy. She met the man of her dreams and was starting a family with him. Only to be taken from him and spirited away.

She felt her unborn baby move around again inside of her, making her rest her hands upon her protruding stomach. A metallic glint caught her eye and her gaze went to the thin metallic bracelet on her right wrist.

Bhu'ja had gifted it to her a couple months ago. He also told her there was a tracker in it. So, he she got lost or worst-case scenario, she was taken; he'd be able to track her down and find her.

Her blue gaze settled on the bracelet for about a minute before they shifted to a tiny port window at the back of the cell.

'Bhu'ja please. Wherever you are, please find us soon. This monster knows you. He means to hurt you by hurting me and our baby girl. Please, don't let him.' Her thoughts pleading.

After a while of sitting there, she repositioned herself to lay down on the lumpy uncomfortable cot. She curled up on herself, curling her arms around her bulging midsection and closed her eyes.

Tears continued to leak from her eyes until she fell into a fitful sleep.

Until Next Time ;)
