Grayson entered the coffee shop and looked at the long, split dyed hair. A woman with one side dyed emerald green and the other side dyed sterling grey was sitting there. She had her back turned to the door so he couldn't see what she looked like but he already knew he wanted to know. He walked up to the counter and smiled at Davian.
"Hi, gorgeous," he said.
"She's your type," she said.
"You don't say?" He looked towards the split dyed hair again. "What is she drinking?"
"Licorice chai latte," she said.
"Exotic," he looked at her again. "I'll have that too."
"Of course you will," she said.
She fixed him a cup of licorice chai latte and swiped his card. He picked up his cup and walked down to the table.
"Excuse me," he said.
She looked up at him and he was taken back by her eyes. One sterling grey and one emerald green to match her split dyed hair. Clearly she was using contacts but she looked amazing.
"Wow," he said.
"A good wow or a bad wow?" She asked.
"Very good," he grinned. "Hi, I'm Grayson. Mind if I sit?"
"Go ahead," she said.
He sat down and took a sip of his cup. He had never had licorice chai latte before but in that moment he became a fan. It was delicious.
"What's your name?" He asked.
"Does it matter?" She asked.
"I'd like to know what name I should be moaning later," he winked.
"Is that so?" She chuckled. "Let's just go with JB then."
"A woman of secrets. It's alright. I'll get it out of you eventually," he said.
"Are you always this cocky?" She asked.
"I can be much worse. You ain't seen nothing yet," he said.
She rolled her eyes but then started laughing. He knew he was in. She liked his cockiness. He took another sip of his chai latte and once again smiled at the taste. This would most definitely be his chosen beverage from now on.
"Your eyes light up everytime you take a sip," she said.
"It's so damn good," he said.
"I heard this place was the best place in town. So far I'll have to agree," she said.
"Is this your first time here?" He asked.
"First but hopefully not last," she winked. "Depending on how well this thing right here plays out."
"Is that a challenge?" He asked.
"Do you accept?" She asked.
"I never back down from a challenge," he said.
"Where do we go? A hotel or your place?" She asked.
"The bathroom here works well for sex. Trust me, I know," he said.
She smirked at him and stood up. She nodded her head towards the bathroom and started heading in that direction. He took the silent invitation and followed her there. They had hardly made it in there before they were over each other, kissing and touching as if they both craved it more than anything else.
He backed her up to the sink and popped the four buttons on her jeans. He sank down to his knees and pulled her jeans and panties off her. He placed one of her legs over his shoulder and went in with everything he had. Tongue and fingers. She grabbed his hair and grinded her crotch against his mouth to get more pleasure. She fell apart a minute later, crying out in soft, sinful tones. He stood up and kissed her again while opening his own jeans.
"Come here," he said.
He grabbed her and moved over to the toilet. He sat down on the closed lid and pulled her closer. She straddled him and sank down on him. He grabbed her ass and moaned into the kiss while she rode him better than anyone ever had before.
"Oh my fucking god, JB!" He growled. "I'm not gonna last long. You're too fucking good."
"Don't hold back for me," she said.
He kissed her again and caught her bottom lip between his teeth. He dug his nails into her ass cheeks, desperate to have her cum before he did. He felt her walls start caving in, and he sank his teeth into her throat instead. She came in a strangled cry and he couldn't hold back a second longer. He came too and quickly moved his mouth up to kiss her again. He kissed her for longer than he usually kissed anyone he got into the bathroom. When he finally broke the kiss, he looked in her eyes and focused on the emerald green eye.
"I really love that green color," he said.
She smiled and placed a kiss on his forehead. That kiss seemed so different. More warm, familiar, romantic and weirdly intense at the same time. She stood up and put her clothes back on while he fixed his own clothes.
"I knew a girl in college with green eyes like that. It went well with her light brown hair. She dropped out before the first year was over. I wanted to ask her out but I never got around to it, and one day she was gone. I missed my chance. No one had her number so I couldn't contact her. I wonder what happened to her," he said.
She smiled at him and he shook his head.
"I'm sorry. I'm rambling. Your eyes just brought back the memory of her, or should I say your eye. Pretty cool contacts though," he said.
"Only the grey one is a contact," she said.
He swallowed and couldn't find any words. It wasn't like him to lose his words. He tilted his head a bit. She suddenly seemed way too familiar.
"Where did you go to college?" He asked.
"I dropped out," she winked. "I make a killing as a makeup artist on movies."
"JB," he mumbled. "Jessabelle?"
She grinned at him and backed over to the door.
"It is you, Jessabelle, isn't it?" He asked.
"If you really wanna know, you'll figure it out somehow," she said.
She unlocked the door and moved out of it. He hurried over to it and watched her run out of the shop. He walked up to the counter and sighed at Davian.
"Wow, that bad?" She asked.
"That amazing," he answered.
He took out his phone and went on facebook. He typed in Jessabelle's full name and her profile popped up. There she was with the green and grey split dye. It was her. He read her latest post from yesterday.
"I think I saw an old friend leave a coffee shop today. I'm not sure if it was him and I didn't feel comfortable screaming his name in case it wasn't. I'll try going back to the coffee shop to see if I might run into him. I wonder how he's been since college. I really liked him back then but college just wasn't for me. My only regret from that time was not asking him out on a date. Maybe I'll get the chance this time around. That is if it is him. Otherwise I'll just pretend not to be a fool that just chased after an old dream."
He smiled to himself and sent a friend request before deciding to send a message to her as well.
"Wanna go on a date with me?"
Davian's finger got into his vision and he quickly grabbed it before she could poke his nose.
"Spiderman reflexes," he grinned.
"You seem extra cheerful all of the sudden," she said.
"Today is just a really good day," he said.
He heard his phone ping and looked down. Not only had Jessabelle accepted his friend request. She had also answered his message.
"I'd love to. Dinner tomorrow night and then Netflix and chill?"
He smiled ear to ear and looked up at Davian.
"You know what, gorgeous? I'm getting too old to fuck in your bathroom. I'm ready for a relationship," he said.
"I don't know what that woman just did to you in there but I approve," she said.
"Maybe we can double date later on with you and that redhead from a couple of weeks ago," he said.
"Her name is Raya, and we would love to," she said.
"Jessabelle," he hummed. "I fucking knew it back then and I still know it now. I gotta run, Davian. When you see me again, I'll be a changed man."
"I'll believe it when I see it," she said.
He quickly reached over and poked her nose before she could react.
"I win!" He laughed.
"Get the fuck out of my shop," she laughed too.
He decided to go for a double tap and reached over to poke her nose again.
"Hey! That's cheating!" She said loudly.
"I'm a changed man. From now on I double tap and I win everytime," he said.
"No more cookies for you," she said.
"Hey!" He pouted. "That's not nice."
"Don't you have a date to arrange?" She asked.
She pointed at his phone and his face lit up again.
"I do," he said. "I'll see you around, Davian. I got a date to plan."
