"Mama, I'm so sorry!", Biva was quick to apologize, thought it was more for the probable hell that she had put her family through with her abduction rather than her teen pregnancy.
Jasmine replied, "I know, I know, baby, it isn't your fault for how you got caught and everything, and I love you, baby...We're all here for you...".
Gwen's voice replied, "That's right, Biva, we're so proud of you and Rajah for standing up for freedom and your new children...Saving Mensa, you and Rajah are truly heroes, and we're just relieved that you two are safe...".
"She's right, you and Rajah are finally free...", Peter's voice replied, and Jean replied, "And we're not upset either. Protecting all this family is a responsibility, and you truly have been responsible...".
Biva sobbed happily, tears falling, hearing all her parents' voices, "Mom, Mother, Dad...", sniffling, "But I wasn't responsible with Rajah...", and Jasmine replied, "Biva Lillian Stacy, it wasn't your fault that you two have gone into heat for your first time, and even so, it was the environment that upstarted the situation. Catnip has drugged you and Rajah...".
"What? Oh, by Allah...But I was already in love with Rajah...", Biva whispered, and Jasmine reassured her, "Yes, you are, but the catnip didn't know that, and of course, you can't blame your genetics for that, being big cats and all...I'm not upset, but I'm honestly disappointed that you have gotten pregnant at your age, but who else couldn't be? You're not alone as there are many, many girls who have gotten in your situation, no matter what culture, nation, country, and religion. And if this had happened in Agrabah, it would be no big deal.".
"Yeah... but... well, you know we obviously would've waited and all if not for the catnip and the heat...", Biva said as Jasmine nodded on her end, "I know, sorry, maybe I shouldn't have said that I was disappointed; this was no one's real fault. I know you and Rajah planned on being responsible and patient.".
Biva gave a small smile, "It's okay, Mama...It's unexpected, I admit, but I am actually kind of relieved that my children are safe and warm, and my miracle one...I'm scared to experience the real labor pains and all with this one giving me active kicks and settling in with contractions every hour or so...It's strange to feel kinda full, but it's both amazing and kinda liberating, you know?".
Jasmine chuckled, "Don't worry, Biva, we'll be there with you, and the others, they will hug you and kiss you, and heck, the little ones miss you a lot.", and Mary Jane's voice pips up, "Cousin Biva be loved lots!".
Biva gave a happy laugh to hear Mary Jane's voice, and responded, "I love you, all of you...", and Peter replies, "We love you too, Biva. Just settle down with Rajah, have more sleep, and we'll be in Wakanda before you know it, and we'll figure out the birthing situation, okay?".
"Okay...", Biva took a deep breath. Rajah walked away until he was alone on the phone again.
"Shouldn't be too much longer.", Jasmine told him. "Just stay with her and keep being there for her until we arrive... good advice when she's expecting is that she doesn't feel abandoned or alone. That's my advice though I can't exactly say that I speak from experience on that one since I thankfully wasn't alone during that time.".
Rajah smiled, "Yes, ma'am. Jasmine, thank you...She needed to hear that. I love her so much.", and Jasmine's voice warmly spoke, "I know. Now, git. We will take naps ourselves as it will be some time of travel. And Rajah, thank you for keeping my, our daughter safe, and making her feel loved.".
"You're welcome, Jasmine, to all of you.", Rajah replied, and then bid them goodbye, and hung up the phone, placing it back on the table phone stand, and gently sat back down in the bed, kissing Biva on the lips, stroking her baby bump, "I'm here, Biva...Go back to sleep, my bright heart...".
Biva gave him a tender, loving smile, "I love you, Rajah...", moving back into his arms as he spooned her, and he smiled, brushing her hair back, "I love you too, Biva.", softly singing an Arabian song as she returned to dreamland, with Rajah securely and loving wrapping his hands around her baby bump.
"Just relax...", Rajah whispered. "It'll all be good now... we'll be back home and holding our children in our arms in no time...". He smiled as he took a deep breath, falling asleep, wondering what their first cub would look like.
A couple of hours passed peacefully and quietly as Biva and Rajah slept until Biva felt something soaking her legs, waking up in confusion as she knew she had full bladder control when she felt the first painful contraction, and she gasped, "Ooh!", panting softly as the contraction took her by surprise.
Rajah woke up to her cry of surprise and pain, "Biva?", and Biva looked at him, "Water broke...", with an excited, nervous smile...Rajah widened his eyes, "Okay, breathe, relax...I'll call Shuri to check on the dilation as I'm inexperienced...", with an anxious smile.
Biva caressed his cheek, "I don't think our baby is in any rush yet as the contractions aren't picking up fast, but yes, call Shuri on the phone, just to check...", tears falling down her cheeks in joy and awe, stroking her baby bump, "This is really happening...".
"Okay, okay... just hold right there..." Rajah nodded as he moved to go for phone. Part of him really wished this wasn't happening yet... at least wait until everyone was finally here and there was a few hours to properly reunite and get all the emotions out of the way.
Rajah checked the list for Shuri's fast-call number, and called her, and within minutes, Shuri's voice replied, "Hello, Rajah. Is it starting?".
"Yes, water broke just a few minutes ago.", Rajah responded, and Shuri replied, "Okay, I'll be right down, and oh, you'd be glad to know that the family is almost here, at least 40 minutes. Looks like we are having great skies today.".
Rajah gave a relieved chuckle, "Oh, thank Allah! What do you want me to do?", and Shuri replied, "Just stay with her. I will have the important stuff with me, okay?".
"Okay. Thanks, Shuri.", Rajah nodded, and then hung up, and smiled at Biva as he rejoined her, holding her hand, "Family's coming soon. At least 40 minutes left of travel.", and Biva gave a wide smile in relief, "Oh, that's wonderful! I really hope they get here for the birth in time...I...I can't do this without Mama...She was the original in this family...First before Gramma Skyler and Ellen.".
Rajah kissed her on the forehead, "Hey, it's gonna be okay. I'm right here with you, always. After all, you're my mate, my love of my life, my bright heart. Allah, God, Bast is with us today, and we will get through this together.".
Biva kissed him on the lips gratefully, and a few minutes later, Shuri came in with the important stuff for a birth, and smiled at the expecting couple, "Let's see how far you are, Biva.", before taking a look, and then hummed, "You're just 1/4 dilated...Gonna be a long while before this one is ready. I think you might have enough time for a big reunion with the family before they have to be shooed out of the room, with exceptions, that is, at your request.".
"I just hope this one gets the message too...", Biva gave a small groan. "Because it doesn't really feel like it at the moment...", she said as she felt another contraction.
Rajah kissed her on the forehead, stroking her hair back, "If this one is anything like you, I'm sure they will wait for you to get your proper hugs and such from the family.", and Biva smiled softly.
Shuri smiled, "I'll call the ship, see if they can't pick up the speed just a bit more without giving anybody motion sickness.", grabbing the phone to call Okoye about linking the call to the ship.
"Don't feel like you need to rush safety or anything like that.", Rajah added. "After all, last thing we want is for the reunion to be ruined...". Rajah was a bit worried he might have jinxed something but took a deep breath. The Wakandans surely wouldn't have issues.
Shuri looked at Rajah, "You sure?", before looking at Biva, and Biva smiled softly, "Just tell them of the news. They don't need to rush, but if they are looking for a slightly easier route, they can use that.".
Shuri nodded, and then called Okoye, spreading the news, and Okoye linked her to the pilots, and the pilots radioed the female warrior inside the bay, and she cleared her throat, "We're taking a bit of an easier route, perhaps taking us home a tad faster without the currents fighting.", as the ship shifted slightly into another direction, "News from Princess Shuri. Your daughter is now experiencing her first painful contractions. The baby is taking a long while as she is barely dilated.", smiling at Jasmine and the others.
"Already?", Peter asked as the woman nodded. "Guess the little one couldn't wait.", George chuckled. "At least a few more hours for the rest of us to show up.".
The warrior smiled, "About that. We got at least 30 minutes to go before we land in Wakanda. So, there can be time for a big reunion.". Jasmine smiled happily with tears, "Thank Allah!".
"You alright?", Rajah asked Biva as she nodded. "Yeah, I'm okay... seems like this one has calmed down for a little bit, the contractions aren't as frequent.", Biva said as he smiled and looked to her again.
"Still not fully dilated. I think we were right about how smart this one is... they're clearly waiting for the rest of the family to show up.", Rajah replied.
Biva smiled warmly, "I think they want me to be happier than ever with the family...I still want Mama to be here by my side while you're on my other side...This is really painful...I have way more respect for her...", with a chuckle, knowing that the hardest part will be coming.
Rajah leaned back to kiss her on the cheek tenderly, "I respect you more...you're so beautiful, giving life to our child.", and Biva blushed softly.
"Certainly didn't look like it at times...", Biva sighed. "Rajah... you're not upset with what I said before... about not wanting them?".
"I understand why you said it before... when we were imprisoned, but how do you feel about it now?", Rajah asked.
Biva smiled tenderly, "With Kraven dead, and his men arrested or dead if they didn't surrender easily, and the animals safe, I feel more comfortable and we're in a safe place, and I am actually happy to have them...True that we didn't have that proper time to be prepared with this one, but something tells me that we're getting experience as you heard Shuri...it's only one for now, and we can be more prepared for the twins a few months later...I'm nervous, yes, but I love them already...", rubbing her baby bump lovingly, feeling a foot kick as the baby's headfirst...
"I'm glad to hear that, Biva... you're right, I'm a little nervous too but we've got plenty of family that's willing to help us through this. We're not alone in this endeavor.", Rajah said.
Biva smiled before she groaned at another contraction, and breathed through it, and Rajah gently brushed her hair back, "I'm here.", rubbing her hand.
Gwen blinked in shock as the ship went through the shield, "I hear the sounds of a city! How's that possible?", and the warrior smiled, "Wakanda secret, I apologize, but it keeps our people safe. I hope you understand.".
"Yeah... we do." Peter nodded. Obviously, this family had a similar situation with secrets and using those to keep them safe.
The ship headed to the royal wing of the royal family building, landing on a rooftop pad, and Gwen listened before smiling, "Found them. They're alright. Biva is not yet in deep labor.", as they came down the ramp, with Okoye greeting them, "Family of Lady Biva and Lord Rajah, welcome to Wakanda. Come. I'll take you to the expecting couple.", with a warm smile.
"Lead the way.", Jasmine smiled as they followed Okoye. "Hopefully it's not too far of a walk, Biva's child probably is getting restless...", she chuckled.
Okoye replied, "We're taking the elevator. And don't worry about your luggage. They're being taken to the other guest bedrooms.", and Jean smiled, "Thanks.", as they held the little ones all around, and the family piled in, heading down some floors before they got to the right floor, and Gwen grinned, "That way!", heading left of the elevator.
"Ultra-sensitive hearing.", George explained to Okoye as they excitedly picked up the pace. "Yes... it was mentioned before that this family wasn't exactly normal, according to Lord Rajah's words.", Okoye smirked.
Skyler smiled, "You could say that again. But we ain't regretting it as family sticks together.", before Jasmine widened her eyes, picking up her daughter's scent, tears flying as she looked at Peter and he nodded as he held Dariya with a smile, and she then sprinted, calling out, "Biva!".
"Mama!", Biva cried out as Jasmine ran right up to her through the door and was careful with her for a moment before hugging her tight. "Easy, easy.. I'm still in labor right now!", Biva gave a light chuckle.
Jasmine nodded with tears, "I know...Oh, baby, I love you!", kissing her daughter lovingly on the face, and Biva smiles tearfully, "I love you, Mama..", hugging her with an arm as best as she could, resting on her side on the bed since she's in her tiger girl form.
Biva looked over her mother's shoulder and smiled happily to see the rest of the family coming in, with her little siblings bouncing in her other parents' arms, "Sissy Biva!", reaching out to her.
"Hey there...", Biva gave a warm smile to her siblings and the rest of her family. "Is everyone okay? I'm sorry we drove you all probably half insane with worry.".
Peter came forward as he gently hugged Biva, kissing her forehead, with Dariya hugging her around her baby bump, "Oh, you don't even know the half of it, but I am just so relieved to see you, Biva. And you as well, Rajah.", with a smile as Jasmine was hugging Rajah.
Rajah smiled, "Ditto. Family sticks together.", as Biva was kissing Dariya, ruffling her hair, "That's right, you are gonna have a niece or nephew.".
Dariya giggled, "Dariya play with baby!", and Peter chuckled, "Not yet, Riya, you and the others just gonna have to wait.".
"Not fair!", Dariya pouted, and laughter echoed through the room as the last of tension and anxiety was out of the window.
"How's she coming along?", Ben asked as Rajah shrugged his shoulders, "Alright, we're not to the pushing stage and getting the baby out. As I suggested before, I think it knows that you were all coming and that we wanted this reunion first.".
Ben chuckled softly, "And to think May and I are the most normal people in the family, but somehow, we don't care as we are surely amused or happy with every little thing that the little ones do. It keeps us occupied either way.".
The reunion was more than anything Biva was imagining, and she heard little stories about her siblings or the others, as the contractions gradually became more frequent, but not extremely painful yet for the real labor pains as the reunion lasted for an hour before Biva began to cry out in pain, "Ooh, oh, that hurts! Mama!".
Jasmine took her hand, "Breathe, Biva. Deep breaths.", as Peter gathered the others out of the room, "Come on, fellas, let's give Biva some breathing room!", as they took seats in the distant communal room.
Rajah checked, "Oh, you're almost all dilated, Biva! A bit more to go!", looking at Biva with a smile. "It won't be long.", Jasmine assured her. "Trust me, it'll hurt... but it'll be over soon, you just got to take deep breaths and then push on the contractions when Rajah says you're ready.".
Biva nodded softly and breathed deeply with the quickening contractions, crying out in pain, trying to relax, with her back claws clenched into the blankets.
Jasmine smoothed Biva's hair, "That's it, baby. You're not alone.", as minutes passed before Biva groaned, gasping, "Something's happening!".
Rajah checked, "You're all clear!", and Jasmine smiled, "It's okay. The baby just dropped into the birth canal. Push on contractions and the baby will be coming.".
Rajah nodded, "You got this, push, Biva!", and Biva nodded, taking deep breaths and pushed, gasping and crying out in pain, holding her mother's hand tight.
This lasted for 30 minutes before Biva sobbed, "It's so hard, Mama!". Jasmine shushed her gently, "I know, honey...it's not your fault. Do you want me to help?".
Biva nodded, "Please!", and Jasmine nodded and looked at Rajah, "Move, stay there by my daughter, keep telling her whatever you could say.".
