It had been days since that dinner and Lucas 's revelation to Karen about what really went on with the breakup between him and Brooke.
He hadn't wanted to bring up any of that but he realized Brooke was really on her own and there was no real reason for that despite his effort and support. His friendship.
Brooke required more than that.
Peyton found out about me and Brooke living together when she came by to drop off Larry for some time with me.
And she was taken off guard by it. Alot.
Even though she knew Brooke and I were friends.
At the end of the three months. Brooke. Amy and I left.
While Brooke and I stayed in Tree Hill.
Peyton made a life for herself in LA. For awhile.
While I had Larry full time.

In the span of 4 years. Peyton had returned with her record company. Red Bedroom had her clothing store and her line. What she had accompanied on her own. And for me I had basketball.
The NBA. We were all living our dream. Living in the same neighborhood in separate homes.
Larry and Amy were 4. Thriving and growing. Unable to sense what was going on between us all.
