There is definitely trigger-worthy events in this story, just think on Jack's backstory. The M rating is well deserved to say the least.

Shepard has finally gotten free of Cerberus, but the Illusive Man never planned to let go of her so easily. Now he holds a bargaining chip too big for Shepard to ignore, and its origins have the potential to overturn her life...again. Slight AU. Set after ME2 but before Shepard returns to Earth for court martial. Quasi-sequel to Searching for Shepard, but is a stand-alone story.
