We will see the end of Arthur Worth, and soon, the end of Black Scorpion!(As Windfall heads out to meet his master, we see a red Beetle Morpher on the ground, hinting at things to come. The next day, we see a few new faces come inside the police station)
Franklin: Looks like this might be the place...

Franklin: Captain transferred us here for a reason, Mike. Look, it's going to be hard trying to fit in

Vertigo: Yes.(Showing that he has trapped Dr. Phoenix to make sure the resurrected villains aren't given anything else)Still, that is of no concern to our goals. Windfall: And the rest, I've already calculated from the newspapers I have attained. Still, does Black Scorpion know of your part in her father's death?
Vertigo: An interesting question, one I think she doesn't know the answer to herself.
Windfall: I agree. And I also believe it's a sign that our path is a righteous one, and that hers is about to be met with some unwanted turbulence!
Vertigo: Ready your minions for what lies ahead, Windfall. I have a feeling the worst nightmare our little pest could ever have had is about to rear his mechanical head upon her and the city she loves once more!(He presses a button, releasing Breathtaker)

Windfall(from outside): And that includes you...!(Opening his communicator)Looks like Mactaggart's troops have come too, boss.

Captain Strickland: Well then, this calls for all hands on deck!
(They all head out, but not before Steve notices the red Beetle Morpher on the ground. As they reach their destination and spread out, Darcy is soon met with a familiar face)
Darcy: It can't be... It can't be...(She transforms into Black Scorpion, ready to bring down Breathtaker, but finds she has attracted some unneeded attention)
Windfall: Good. The main attraction is here. It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Black Scorpion! Then again, there's a stench of familiarity about you... One might think you've surpassed your father.
Black Scorpion: You knew my father?
Windfall: Oh, dear, I've said too much. Well, I suppose it's only form-fitting that I destroy you now and save my cohorts the trouble!(He activates his wind-based weaponry, putting our hero through her paces. Meanwhile, the police have just reached their target)
Slugger: The jig is up, Breathtaker!
Breathtaker: I beg to differ, fools! Our dance has only begun...(He lets loose his Gas dispensers, sending all but Franklin and Steve down for the count. Just then, Franklin's friends arrive)
Evan: I see we were on time for the party?
Franklin: Definitely.
Ramon: Here.(He hands Franklin his Beetle Morpher, while Evan takes out his)

Steve: A sign that you AND your new master aren't going to have it your way anymore! Red Turbo Beetle Morpher!
Evan: Green Hunter Beetle Morpher!
Franklin: Sapphire Stinger Beetle Morpher!
