(Heroes vs Villains)

The scene inside of a certain prison was bleak, gray and oozing with malice.

'I can't believe I'm doing this.' Chef didn't even flinch as he took a look around the various cells and continued making his way down the hall 'Maybe I should've stuck with that gig on the cruise ship after all.'

"I'M INNOCENT I TELL YA, INNOCENT! LET ME THE HELL OUT!"

"Yeah yeah, that's what they all say." Chef rolled his eyes at a certain inmate with a hook, and cringed as another one blew kisses at him 'Yep, definitely should've stuck with the ship.'

"We've the climax folks, the Crusty Cockroaches have gained a huge lead over what's left of the Soiled Stinkbugs!"

'And that has to be him because of course this does.' Chef breathed a sigh of resignation as he reached his destination: a certain cell walled off by a glass door.

"Lightning manages to slip past Duncan, and now the heat is really on!" as it turns out, in that glass cell was none other than Chris McLean himself watching two bugs in the middle of his cell, but he quickly snapped out of his insanity and gave a scowl when he saw Chef standing on the other side of the door "Well what do we have here? My so-called friend that finally came to visit me after, how long was it? Oh yeah, an entire freaking year!"

"You gonna stay in there whining or get moving? You finished your sentence for dumping the toxic waste on Wawanakwa, so the warden says you're free to go."

"Yeah well, whatever. I think I'm gonna pass on that, I'm totally comfortable with staying right here. I already got everything I could ever need, which includes Chef 2.0, which I made myself with a cashew." he held up a cashew with Chef's face drawn on it.

"...Okay, when people start pulling a Cast Away you know it's time to stop screwing around and get to business." Chef pulled a manilla folder out of his uniform and slipped it through the slot in the door, allowing Chris to read it "Take a look."

"What is it?"

"What do you think, it's your contract. I got a call from the producers and they said they green lit another season. So how about it, are you in or what?"

"I think you know the answer to that." Chris looked over the contents of the contract, then back up at Chef as his face lit up like a Christmas tree "It is ON!"

(and now an original full version of the intro for this story)

Shots of four brand new spotlights popping out, following by the camera zooming through the camp, past the spa hotel and crappy cabin, up to the top of the thousand foot cliff, and then down into the lake below

Dear mom and dad I'm doing fine

You guys are on my mind

Underneath the lake, Anne Maria (also holding onto a can of hairspray) and Courtney are both tugging back and forth on a treasure chest, which opens to reveal Cody inside, along with Mr Coconut and a McLean Brand Invincibility Statue floating out of it and to the surface, while Duncan is lounging in a canoe.

You asked me what I wanted to be

And now I think the answer is plain to see

In a nearby forest, Jo is jogging through and passes a clearing where DJ and Dawn both sit on the ground meditating, hand in hand and surrounded by several animals.

I wanna be famous

Over at a certain river, Heather and Alejandro are riding in a canoe and glaring at each other until the canoe goes over a waterfall, with Alejandro gracefully leaping out onto dry land, but Heather goes over with the canoe. Down below, Brick is standing on a cracked log doing push ups until Heather lands on his back, causing the log to give out and make both of them fall.

I wanna live close to the sun

Go pack your bags cause I've already won

Scott watches Heather and Brick fall and laughs, until Fang comes out of the confessional and starts chasing him.

Everything to prove, nothing in my way

I'll get there one day

Pan over to where Chef is just relaxing in a lounge chair in front of the spa hotel watching all of the chaos unfolding on a monitor, only look over and scowl as he saw Mike and Zoey sitting on the beach gazing longingly at each other… only for the moment to be ruined by Mike letting out a gasp, followed by a bang of his hair coming down and covering one eye, a malicious smirk spreading across his face.

Cause I wanna be famous!

Gwen is sitting at the Dock of Shame and pulls Cody out of the water, the two of them staring into each other's eyes, only for the moment to be ruined by Chris dropping a bear onto the dock with a helicopter.

Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na.

Pan over to the lake where all 14 contestants (Alejandro, Anne Maria, Brick, Cody, Courtney, Dawn, DJ, Duncan, Gwen, Heather, Jo, Mike, Scott, Zoey) are standing on a series of poorly built platforms holding jousting sticks and all preparing to fight.

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

The teams clash, with Brick and Jo taking each other out, Zoey shoving Scott back, Anne Maria pushing Dawn back, Mike going up against Alejandro, Duncan and DJ pushing each other back, Alejandro pushing Cody back, finally Gwen and Heather pushing each other back.

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

The scene changes to night at the campfire ceremony, with Zoey looking concerned and reaching out towards Mike (with the bang down over one eye), who has his back turned to her, with her attempt to reach out to him being interrupted by Chris popping up in between them.

(Whistling tune as the song ends)

One intro later…

"Well folks, your long wait is officially over!" as per the usual routine, Chris popped up in front of the camera to start off the new season, starting where it all began, on the Dock of Shame "First off, allow me to welcome all of you to our newest season, Total Drama All Stars! After I took a year long vacation against my will, I came to realize that what I really needed was to be in a familiar environment surrounded by the people I love… I make suffur." he let out a chuckle full of sadism "It's actually one of the conditions of my parole, except for the part about making them suffer. That right there is nothing more than McLean brand originality. So anyway, we'll be bringing back 14 contestants from previous seasons of Total Drama so we can watch them battle it out in the most dangerous, brushing up with death style, one million dollar competition the world has ever seen!" he walked over to the edge of the dock and gestured to where a chopper was hovering above them "And now here come our contestants! From the most recent season, Revenge of the Island, say hello to Multiple Mike, AKA Chester, Svetlana, Vito and the fan favorite, Manitoba Smith!"

"Wait no no no, I'm not ready-" Mike's protests were ignored as he was pushed right out of the chopper by Chef, switching betwee Chester, Svetlana, Vito and Manitoba as he plummeted down into Lake Wawanakwa, hitting the surface of the water with a mighty splash.

"Next up we have Mike's love interest in the form iof the pushover turned terrifying yet hilarious powerhouse, Zoey!"

"Mike hold on, I'm coming!" Zoey didn't hesitate to dive into the water below.

"Next up is tan in a can Anne Maria! You know, the one who quit the competition about halfway through because she found a fake diamond!"

"Keep laughing McLean, wait until I shove that case up your-" Anne Maria was cut short by Chef hurling her out of the chopper.

"The challenge throwing dirt-farmer and well known shark bait, the big bad of Revenge of the Island, Scott!"

"Get the (bleep) off of me!" Scott was thrown into the water against his will.

"Our next newbie is the bossy bruiser Jo, the one who dominated until her underling, who shall not be named due to being involved with a certain other reality show that shall not be named, turned on her and pulled the rug out from under her.

"Keep laughing it up McLean, you're a dead man when I get my hands on you!" Jo took the chance to shove Chef out of the way, only to get body slammed into the water.

"Next is our pants wetting private himself, a fan favorite in the form of Brick! Now dive in like it's hot maggot!"

"Sir yes sir!" Brick gave a salute and dove into the water without hesitation. Though he quickly ended up screaming all the way down.

"And lastly from our Revenge of the Island cast, another fan favorite for some reason, the creepy nature loving aura reader, Dawn!" he waited, but nothing happened "Okay seriously, where the hell is she?"

"Hello Chris."

"(Bleep)!" Chris whipped around to find Dawn sitting on the dock a few feet away "When the hell did you- How did you- You're not even wet!"

"Hm? Oh I simply took a shortcut."

"...Gonna pretend that didn't happen." Chris took a few seconds to compose himself, and then turned back to the camera "Now that we have those idiots out of the way, we can finally get to what I'm sure many of you are excited to see: the All Stars from our original cast. First up, we have the cranky know it all CIT herself, the main antagonist of Total Drama Action, none other than Courtney!"

"Oh come on, I'm not that bad anymore!" Courtney was unceremoniously dropped from the chopper by her ankle.

"Next is everyone's favorite artistic goth, not to mention PLANE WRECKER, Gwen."

"I'd do it again in a heartbeat!" Gwen shot a certain finger gesture at Chris as she fell into the water below.

"We also have the winner of Total Drama Action, the broody bad boy Duncan."

"Bring it on!"

"Devious deva and original Total Drama big bad, Heather!"

"I HATE YOU CHRIS!"

"We also have season 3 finalist and Gwen's new boy toy, scrawny computer geek Cody!"

"Oh come on man, not this again!" Cody was left falling into the water below.

"Total Drama's resident BFG and notorious momma's boy, season 3 winner DJ!"

"MOMMA!"

"And last but not least… this guy." Chris gestured to a certain figure clad in a black cloak that obscured their face "Yeah he actually didn't want to get dropped into the lake and his family paid us a crap ton of money to let him go with the whole mystery thing until he's ready to make his grand entrance. Kind of an anticlimactic end there, but still…" he let out a wistful sigh as he cast a look over to where the contestants in the water were all glaring at him "It feels great to finally be back!"

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

A few moments later…

"Oh yeah, I missed the sound of that." Chris gave a fond smile at the sound of the contestants coughing and groaning in agony as he and Chef made their way down to the shore "Greetings old torture puppets- I mean old friends."

"Get this through your head you sadistic (bleep)." Heather spat out a starfish and immediately shot a glare at Chris "I am not your friend!"

"One of those times we're actually on the same page, somewhat." Gwen gave a scowl at that thought "But let's be real, we know you just miss your tonsil hockey partner."

"What, you mean Alejandro? Like hell I'd miss him, frankly I'm glad that handsome jerk isn't back. He can stay on whatever pus they put him on." Heather then stormed up to Chris as her rage only grew "But you are so gonna pay for my drycleaning."

"Funny thing about that, no I'm not." Chris's grin widened as he pulled out a contract to shut her up "Don't you remember? I had you guys all sign new contracts."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional)

"Of course that's just (bleep) typical." Heather gave a scowl "Same old Chris, same old people I can't stand like Gwen the Twilight reject, and the same old disgusting island. What in the hell was I thinking coming back here? Oh yeah, the million dollars that I rightfully deserved, but god robbed of. Yeah I think the red-headed indie chick last season said it best, money removing any common sense or fear of danger. (Bleep)."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Back to the main show…

"As a matter of fact, we've got a lot of big changes this season." Chris gave another wide grin as he took a look around at the rest of the contestants "The first of which being that the island is now 100% free of toxic waste."

"You're sure about that?" DJ (with an octopus latched onto his head) bolted to his feet and took a nervous look around "You're sure there isn't any of those toxic plants or animals running around the island?"

"I said the waste was gone big guy, I didn't say all of the animals were gone." that earned a loud squeak of fear from him, which caused Chris to snicker "Oh yeah, this is gonna be fun. But as I was saying, while the waste may be gone, there's still a good number of toxic beasts running all over the island like, for example, Scott's old hunting partner Fang!" that earned a loud scream of terror from Scott, followed by a thud "It's funny every time."

"Some of us do not condone using animals as a way to hurt others." Dawn shot a glare at Chris as she gently patted the octopus on DJ's head, prompting it to release its grip, and then she looked over at Scott "Even if some of them do deserve it."

"And some of us couldn't care less. Torturing all of you on international TV is good for ratings, and it's a lot of fun for me."

"That actually raises a question I had." Dawn's glare was filled with a degree of confusion "In my initial response I recall saying that the universe initially did not want me to once again take part in such a perverse game."

"I'm gonna go ahead and guess you wanna know why you got brought back. Short version, it's because you guys are all among previous finalists and fan favorites, even if some of you haven't made it very far in the competition before."

"...Everybody else said no didn't they?" Duncan guessed dryly.

"We did extend the invitation to a bunch of others like Beth, Justin, Lindsay and Tyler, etc, but they said no. Sam wasn't having it when we told him the toxic waste was gone, and Dakota flat out refused, or rather her dad refused for her and threatened to sue her if we ever approached her again. You guys were the best among those I could invite, and that doesn't count the number of contestants whose names I never want to hear again because they betrayed me and went on that abomination of a show."

"You're referring to the ones who competed on the Ridonculous Race?" Dawn piped up, earning looks of interest from the others "That includes many of the more popular competitors from the original cast, as well as the finalists from Revenge of the Island, and your intent to cut ties with them from the show is due to your own feud with Don that dates back to college?"

"...Inviting you back was definitely a bad idea." Chris took a moment to composed himself, then turned his attention to something off screen "Anyway on a more positive note, we've taken the liberty of upgrading the accommodations for this season. Go time Chef, do the thing."

"I knew I should've gone to Vegas instead." Chef was grumbling as he brought over a large monitor and turned it on, revealing the images in question.

"Over the course of this season, the losers are still gonna have to sleep in the typical crappy old cabins." this was met with groans, before the screen zoomed out "But the winners from every challenge will get to spent the night in the brand new, and environmentally friendly to shut up the tree huggers, McLean Spa Hotel, which happens to be complete with a butler, a hot tub and a 24 hour masseuse." this was met with a series of cheers "And in honor of your All Star status, which is a term I use very loosely with a good number of you, I'll be dividing you into teams based on your past performances. That's right, we're going to be doing Heroes vs Villains."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional)

"Now that's what I'm talking about." Heather gave a confident smirk "I think it's pretty obvious that Chris is going to put me on the villains team, and I'm going to be running it by lunch. I've been robbed of the million dollars one too many times. It's about time for this queen bee to get back her throne."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional)

"Great, so we're doing heroes vs villains?" Courtney breathed a sigh "I doubt Duncan and I will end up on the same team, unless you count Duncan as a hero." there was a pause, and then she let out a chuckle "Okay, as much as this whole situations is probably going to suck, I guess it does feel kind of nice to be able to laugh again."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Now for the first team assignment…

"Alright, first is the villains." Chris quickly counted off the first team as a red logo with a vulture appeared overhead "Heather, Duncan, Anne Maria, Jo, Scott and Courtney. From now until the merge, all of you will be part of the Villainous Vultures."

"Wait what?" Courtney bolted to her feet "But why am I on the villains team?"

"You're kidding right? Let's review. Season 1, constantly raving about being a CIT and vowing to not let anyone stand in the way of you winning, constantly acting like a control freak to the rest of your team, so nobody really gave a damn when Harold got you kicked off. Then came Total Drama Action, when you sued your way back onto the show and got an unfair advantage thanks to your lawyers and ripped my me budget to shreds, on top of ripping through most of the competition and frankly acting like a massive (bleep), which went on for most of Total Drama World Tour too. I think that about covers it."

"But I…" whatever protest Courtney had come up with died in her throat, so she bowed her head as er voice lowered to a whisper "I'm not like that anymore…"

"Hey come on Princess, think of it this way." Duncan gave a smirk as he wrapped one of his arms around Courtney's shoulder "Being a villain is way cooler than being a stooge, and now it means you and me get to be on the same team."

"Yeah, that is true…" Courtney remained downcast, earning a frown from Duncan.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional)

"You've gotta be freaking kidding me." Duncan let out a groan of frustration "I only came back to this dumpster fire of a show because Courtney did. She'd better not wind up sulking the whole time or I might as well be dating… yeah there's no way to end that that doesn't end up getting me a pot shot to the crotch."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional)

"I feel like I should be happier." Courtney let out a sad sigh "Duncan and I have actually been doing great since the end of Total Drama World Tour, and he was actually pretty supportive when I told him I wanted to come back. Apparently trying to redeem yourself takes a lot more than just a heartfelt apology and farewell speech when you get eliminated. I mean sure I haven't been the biggest ball of sunshine, but am I really that bad when you compare me to the likes of Heather and Alejandro? Apparently the answer is yes according to Cancel Culture."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Back to the main show…

"Alright, next up is the Heroes team." Chris looked to the remaining contestants as a blue logo with a hawk appeared overhead "Mike, Zoey, Brick, Dawn, Cody, Gwen and DJ. The seven of you will be known for now as the Heroic Hawks!"

"Hey hold the hell up a second!" Jo was quick to protest "They've got 7 people to our 6, how the hell is that fair?"

"Oh yeah, the last member of your team is this guy." Chris jerked a thumb at the cloaked figure as he made his way over to the Vultures "Again with the whole "wanting to make an entrance" thing, he said he'd make his grand debut later during the challenge."

"And you're just letting him do it?" asked Cody.

"Like I said, his family paid a lot of money for it."

"Yeah yeah good to know, just keep Death over here away from me." Heather shoved away the cloaked figure and shuddered.

"What's up with you?" Anne Maria shot her a raised eyebrow.

"I don't know what it is, but there's something about him that just gets under my skin."

"If only she knew." Dawn muttered low enough that only DJ was able to hear, earning a raised eyebrow from him, to which she gently patted his forearm "You'll see in due time."

"Alright focus people, we're on a time crunch here." Chris directed everyone's attention back to the monitor "The challenges this season will almost entirely be based on nods to classics from the past, but with a series of harsh new twists in order to make this the toughest season of Total Drama EVER!"

"Which you've said pretty much every time so far." Gwen pointed out dryly, earning a series of snickers in response.

"Gonna pretend I didn't hear that." Chris promptly switched on the monitor to display the details of the challenge "Your first challenge will be to find the key that opens the Spa Hotel, and you'll be doing it in a homage to the first ever Total Drama challenge. Dividing off the thousand foot cliff into water infested with ravenous sharks." this was met with a loud gulp coming from a certain someone, which he ignored as he stepped into a jeep driven by an intern "Once you dive into the water, you're gonna have to try and avoid the sharks long enough to snag one of the keys we've hidden along the bottom of the bay, and remember to choose wisely because only one of those suckers is the real deal. Assuming that you manage to live long enough to reach dry land, one of your teammates will drive you to the hotel in one of the baby carriages from the race through Central Park back in Total Drama World Tour. The first team that manages to unlock the door to the Spa Hotel wins a night in the hotel itself. But be warned, because one person from the losing team will be sent home tonight. You have 15 minutes to make your way over to the base of the cliff, now get to it." and so he and the intern took off in their jeep.

"Wait a second!" Mike called after him "If we're diving into water then shouldn't we change into our swimsuits or something first?"

"Forget about them, there's no time! Also I don't care!"

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional)

"Okay… not how I thought this was gonna go." Scott was left huddled up in fear on the toilet seat "So maybe I have a phobia of sh-sharks now, but can you blame me? F-Fang made the whole season hell for me last year, and that was before he mauled me over taking a goddamn tooth when he's got hundreds of them! But I gotta admit the Trauma Chair itself wasn't too bad, at least until it started itching in a place you don't wanna itch."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

A few moments later…

"Yes, this does feel majestic." Dawn let out a wistful sigh and looked around as she and the rest of her team made their way through the Wawanakwa forest "I had always wished to see what this beautiful place looked like before Chris had defiled it so."

"I know what you mean. Putting aside all of the challenges and ways they've been used to try and kill us, it actually is really nice." DJ looked around with a small fond smile, until his gaze eventually fell on Dawn, the two of then locking eyes, until he snapped out of it and looked away from her.

"So…" Gwen broke the silence and looked over at Dawn, then up at DJ "So I'm gonna go ahead and guess you guys know each other? You practically latched onto each other the minute you saw each other on the chopper and wouldn't let go until Chef pried you apart."

"You could say that I guess. It's kind of funny actually. Me and Dawn grew up next door to each other, we haven't seen each other since… Well it's really been awhile."

"How come you never mentioned knowing her before this?" asked Cody.

"It's kind of a long story, I'll give you the details later. Once I heard that she was gonna compete on the show, and after I heard that all the toxic waste and stuff was gone, I knew I had to look her up." DJ breathed a small sigh as he looked in her direction, then quickly turned away "I think it's safe to say we're gonna have a fair bit of catching up to do."

"That… That is beautiful soldier." Brick was left in tears after hearing this story and was quick to give DJ a heartfelt salute "I swear on my pride as a soldier of our country, I'll do whatever I can to aid you in your goals!"

"...Thanks man." DJ awkwardly patted him on the back, then gave a smile "Great to be on the team with you, it's Brick right?"

"Yes sir, and if I may say it's an honor to be part of the team with you. I've always admired your actions in this competition. The way that you were devoted to helping others in World Tour as you battled your own demons, and especially in Action when you chose elimination over the loss of your own principls. You truly are an inspiration sir."

"Oh. Well thanks." DJ cringed slightly as he watched Brick tearing up, but then his smile grew a bit wider "I remember seeing how you went on Revenge of the Island too. You gave up the win to save the other team. That takes a lot of guts, so you got my respect."

"That's an honor coming from you sir."

"But just gonna get this out of the way, can you not call me sir? That's kind of making me feel uncomfortable."

"Sorry sir- I mean DJ."

"Good to see those two getting along well, though to be honest I'm not surprised. They actually are pretty similar." Mike let out a chuckle as he watched DJ and Brick interacting, only to glance over and notice Zoey looking back at the other team "Zoey?"

"What?" Zoey snapped out of her stupor and met his gaze "Sorry Mike, it's just… Anne Maria. I keep expecting her to start glaring holes through my head or something, but…"

"But?"

"But nothing. She isn't even looking at me. Honestly I went into this expecting her to try to fight me over you."

"Oh wait, I never told you about that?" Mike was met with a confused look "See it was a few weeks after Revenge of the Island ended. Anne Maria tracked me down at home and confronted me on the whole… you know. She said that if there was another girl I liked, she had to tell me then and there, and then she'd back off, so long as Vito did."

"And… what did you say? And Vito?"

"First I brought Vito out and he told her he wasn't going to get in the way of what I wanted. I then came back out and told her the truth. That you were the one I wanted to be with, and that I still do." he gave her a sincere smile, earning one in return.

"Well that's sweet… to the point where it's kind of sickening." Gwen shared a look with Cody and appeared to gag slightly.

"Kind of yeah." Cody let out a small chuckle, but suppressed it before anyone else could see "So what made the rest of you guys want to come back?"

"I believe Zoey pretty much said it best last season, the money removes all common sense and fear of danger for most." Dawn let out a chuckle, causing Zoey to blush, then she turned her gaze over to Cody and Gwen "I have to say that I admire both of you in your time on Total Drama, and I've heard a great deal about you from DJ. I look forward to being on a team with both of you."

"Oh, thanks. I feel the same."

"Of course I understand that the main reason you've come back is to gain funds to support your new software development company and she came to support you."

"Um… How do you know that? I didn't tell anyone about that."

"You didn't have to, I can see it all over your aura."

"...Cool." Cody shared look with Gwen, then took a few steps away from Dawn "I'm not going to lie, that was kind of unnerving."

"I know the feeling." Zoey muttered, then then looked back at the other team "So how do you think the other team is getting along?"

"Considering it has Heather on it, I've got a couple of ideas." Gwen pointed out dryly "Mostly involving them trying to maul each other's faces off. I give it about five minutes tops."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

And now to prove Gwen's point…

"Excuse me!" Heather wasted no time in shoving her way past Jo "Step aside, I'm not waiting around for you newbies."

"Hey watch it Old Heather, I don't need any of your crap!" Jo snapped at her.

"And I don't need a bunch of newbie rejects like you holding me back, so you watch it and keep your annoying blonde trap shut!"

"Come on you two, give it a rest already." Courtney was quick to cut in "Just because Chris is calling us the Villains doesn't mean we have to act like it. We're supposed to be a team, so that means we should be working together or else the other team is going to end up walking all over us. Okay?" she was met with a pause, and then a few voices of agreement.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional- All of them at once this time)

"Yeah right, as if there's any chance in hell that's gonna happen." Heather let out a scoff "The reason being that -"

"Don't trust-" Jo.

"Anyone-" Duncan.

"On this-" Scott.

"(insert cursing in another language." mysterious cloaked figure.

"-team!" Anne Maria.

"Well… that went about as well as it could've." Courtney breathed a sigh, unaware of the creepy shots of the others cackling evilly surrounded by fire "Not saying much though."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Now back to the drama…

"Great, this sucks…" Courtney took a look around and cringed at the looks she was getting from some of the others "I feel like the others are all glaring at me like they're trying to set me on fire or something."

"You say that like it's supposed to be a surprise." Duncan pointed out dryly "Keep in mind that most of the people around here are a pack of (bleep), and god only knows what you've got going with the Jersy Shore reject over there." he jerked a thumb over at Anne Maria.

"We went to the same high school. Anyway I get it, but it's not easy to look at it the same way now that I'm… you know."

"Oh yeah, that whole thing." Duncan paused, then breathed a sigh "Take my advice Princess, if you're gonna get anywhere you can't bother giving a (bleep) about what most of these suckers think of you. Just look at me, I'm damn fine with who I am and you won't see me losing my (bleep) mind over what people think of me." he paused and mulled over what he said "Why do I get the feeling that's gonna come back to bite me in the ass later?"

"Because it probably is."

"Figures. (Bleep)."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Later, at the beach…

"Okay, so this is a thing I guess." Cody looked around as he and the rest of his team arrived at the beach, followed by the opposing team, finding two baby carriages stationed on the scene but no sign of Chris "So what now?"

"I'm pretty sure history indicates how this is gonna go." Gwen told him dryly "As in any minute now, Chris is gonna show up in some overly dramatic way to make himself look good and the rest of us like crap-"

"Welcome to your first challenge All Stars, or whatever the hell you guys are supposed to be because you're the only ones who agreed to come back!" Chris flew onto the scene using his jetpack, blowing dust and smoke all over the place and leaving the contestants in a series of coughing fits as a result "Anyway here are the carriages you'll be using for this challenge, blood red for the Villainous Vultures and ocean blue for the Heroic Hawks. Both teams will have 30 seconds to decide who's driving the carriage for each team starting… now!"

"I'm driving!" Scott immediately grabbed hold of the carriage.

"Not a chance farm boy, if anyone is driving it's gonna be me!" Jo grabbed hold of the carriage next to him.

"Like hell you are, and like hell I'm diving into that watery death trap. Now get the (bleep) out of my way."

"Yeah, no." Jo suddenly gave a smirk "You remember what I said when we first met on the yacht last year?"

"You bitching about proving you're better than everyone else?"

"Nope. I told you to stay out of my way if you value your kiwis!" Jo suddenly let one of her legs fly… right up in between Scott's legs, resulting in a loud crunch followed by him crashing to the ground "Any other objections?"

"(Bleep)… you…"

"Didn't think so."

"Actually I have concerns." Courtney made her way over to Jo "Don't you think you would be a better diver given that you're so athletic?"

"Hey get this through your head princess, nobody tells me what to do, and I don't need any of your control freak CIT crap getting shoved down my threat." that was enough to make Courtney flinch visibly.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessiona;)

"Great, apparently a heartwarming redemption speech upon elimination isn't enough to outdo three seasons of being an overcompetitive control freak." Courtney let out a sigh and held her head in her hands "Frankly the main reason why I came back to this show in the first place was to rectify that, try and make up for my three seasons of being a (bleep). I guess it's going to be more of an uphill battle than I thought."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, with the other team…

"10 seconds!" Chris gave a warning as he glanced over at the other team "Heroic Hawks, you're gonna wanna step on it already or you're out of luck."

"Permission to speak?" Brick turned to the rest of his team "I believe I would be a suitable candidate to be our driver for this challenge, given my strength and military training. I'm sure that the rest of you will do a fine job with diving."

"Actually, I was thinking I should drive." DJ took a step forward and drew the attention of the rest of his team as he grabbed hold of the carriage "Sorry guys, but I'm still not too great about heights like that. I mean a good number of you know that I've been scared of heights ever since I was a kid. I don't think I can deal with that right now, but I can at least help out the team, so I'll push the cart."

"I see… Understood soldier." Brick gave a nod and a quick salute to DJ "Still finding ways to help the team even in the face of one of your greatest fears. I salute you sir."

"Thanks, but seriously, stop calling me sir."

"Took you guys long enough, because time is up." Chris turned to everyone else "Alright, all members of both teams except for Jo and DJ, get moving up the cliff. We've got a challenge to get underway and a limited run time."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

A few minutes later, at the top of the cliff…

"Oh god, I can feel my lungs trying to kill me…" Cody was left practically gasping for air as he and the other contestants reached the top of the cliff, only to find himself suddenly being held up by Gwen "Thanks…"

"Yep, feels just like old times doesn't it." Chris was already there waiting for them with a smug grin on his face "Being able to put you guys through hell where your journey into the world of reality TV had started. Speaking of old times, for the Revenge of the Island group, take a quick look over the cliff and you'll find an old friend waiting down there to say hi."

"What do you mean?" Mike and Brick poked their heads over the side of cliff, only to quickly be terrified by the sight if a certain mutant shark waving at them "Fang!"

"Wait, who now?" Courtney and DJ took their own looks over the side.

"Well people, it's about that time." Chris turned to face the camera "Which of these would-be All Stars is the best key spotter, and how many of them are soon to be dead in the shark infested water? There's only one way to find out, and it's to tune in when we come back, right here on Total! Drama! All Stars!"

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

One commercial break later…

"Alright punching bags, quit screaming and get into position. It's diving time!" Chris motioned for everyone to get into place to start the challenge "So who's going first?"

"A-After you, I insist!" Scott quickly shoved Heather and Anne Maria in front of him.

"Here's how this works, each team only gets to send in one diver at a time. The next diver will have to wait until the carriage for their team returns to the shore. Ready, don't actually care if you're ready, GO!" and then he blew on his trusty airhorn "Now dive like it's hot maggots!"

"Sir yes sir!" Brick gave a salute and dove in first for the Heroes.

"This better not screw up my hair or else that crazy (bleep) is gonna pay hell!" Anne Maria took off her shoes, then rushed forward and leapt down into the water below head first, with her hair striking Fang in the face, reemerging a moment later with a key "Got it!" she swam her way over to the shore and climbed into "Now move it!"

"About freaking time, so long suckers!" Jo gripped the carriage and took off running.

"And just like that the Villains have taken the lead!"

"Not for long!" Brick leapt out of the water and over to the carriage, hitting his face on the side of it, but was undeterred and climbed in "Now gun it soldier! Also ow!"

"I'm on it!" DJ gripped the carriage and took off towards the Spa Hotel.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, with the Villains…

"Alright Tan in a Can, let's get something straight." Jo shot a glare at Anne Maria as the two of them travelled towards the Spa Hotel "I think we both know that you and I can't really stand each other."

"What was your first clube Blondie?" Anne Maria let out a snort.

"Look I'm gonna get to the point, even you should be able to see that I'm the strongest player on our team now that Lightning is gone, so don't get in my way and we'll get along just fine. Do we have a deal?"

"How about this, you don't order me around like a goddamn dog and I won't use my hair to bash your mullet in."

"I'm gonna choose to take that as a yes." Jo rolled her eyes as the two of them screeched to a halt in front of the Spa Hotel "Now move it!"

"What do you think I'm doing?" Anne Maria leapt out of the carriage and rushed to the front door of the hotel, only to find that the key wouldn't work "(Bleep)!"

"Just freaking perfect it's the wrong key, now get over here you Jersey Shore reject!"

"I told you not to order me around blondie!" Anne Maria shot her a scowl, but complied and got back into the carriage regardless.

It was just as they were leaving that DJ and Brick pulled up to the hotel "I guess they didn't get the right key, but we can't afford to waste time."

"I'm on it soldier!" Brick rushed over to the door, only to find that the key wouldn't open it "It's no good, we have to go back." so he leapt back into the carriage, and the two of them took off after the Villains.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, at the cliff…

"Come on, come on…" Courtney cast an anxious look down at the shore, only to find there was no sign of Jo and Anne Maria "Come on…"

"Hey look I get it, I'm in the same boat as you." Gwen told her flatly "Also hey."

"Oh yeah, hey. We didn't really get to talk on the flight over. It's been a few months, how have you been?"

"Pretty good, me and Duncan are doing a lot better since the whole World Tour thing. How about you?"

"Pretty well myself, studying art history at university now, and Cody and I are doing pretty great too."

"Still going strong huh?"

"About as strong as we can be, and that says a lot really. Especially since he dropped the whole casanova wannabe thing. I mean the guy has basically treated me like a queen since day one. I mean think about it, how many guys can you say would be willing to take a cannonball to the leg for you?" that was enough to make Cody blush and look away in a somewhat shy manner.

"Can't argue with that."

"Crap, here comes Jo. How about a kiss for luck?" Duncan shot a smirk at Courtney and moved to pucker.

"Uh… Oh the hell with it. Go show them what you've got!" Courtney pulled Duncan into a brief yet heated kiss, and when she broke away it was enough to send him stumbling off the cliff and into the water, then paused and looked over at Gwen "Your boyfriend took a cannonball for you, and I just pushed mine off a cliff and into water infested with sharks. Frankly I don't know what that says about me."

"Get real." Heather let out a snort "How bad that be compared to all the other (bleep) Chris has made us do over the years?"

"...Oh yeah, good point."

"Look like he's got it." Cody glanced down to see Duncan reach the shore with a key in hand and leap into Jo's carriage after Anne Maria got out, with DJ and Brick returning to the shore not long after "That's our team, I guess I'm up next. Wish me luck." he gave Gwen a reassuring smile, and with a deep breath and rushed forward and off the cliff, hitting the water with a fairly loud splash.

"Wow. He's got more courage than I thought." Mike looked over at Gwen "How do you think he's doing down there?"

"I doubt we have anything to worry about." Gwen told him "Cody's nimble and smarter than people give him credit for, he'll get out of there no problem."

"Hey guys check it out!" Cody swam out of the water and onto the shore to reveal the shape of the key he held, then leapt into the carraige "I found one that looks like me!"

"Sounds cool, but we really gotta go, so let's move!" DJ waited for Cody to climb in, then took off for the Spa Hotel.

"You know this reminds me of being in the carriage for the race in Central Park. Not really in a good way though."

"Hey at least we're not getting any turtles eaten this time, so frankly I call it a major step up from that."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, with the Villains…

"Alright short pants, listen and listen good." Jo shot a glare at Duncan as the two of them made their way to the Spa Hotel "I'm the one in charge of our team, you try and get in my way and I'm gonna make your life a living hell."

"Oh get real." Duncan let out a snort "Trust me blondie, being in charge of these idiots is the last thing I want, but if you wanna knock yourself out trying I ain't gonna stop you."

"Really? Well good. Glad we're clear on that."

"Yep." they reached the Spa Hotel, with Duncan running up to the door and trying to open it, to no avail "Dammit, looks like I picked up a dud."

"Well that's just freaking perfect, way to pick the wrong key Dud-can."

"Ha. Good one."

"...Oh. Thanks. About freaking time someone appreciates my killer zingers."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional)

"Killer being the operative word here." Duncan rolled his eyes "I gave her a point for that one just to stay on her good side and keep her off my back. Frankly that was around the level of stuff you'd see in a comment section on YouTube. And that ain't singing her praises."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, with the Heroes…

"Time for the Code-man to deliver!" once he and DJ reached the Spa Hotel, Cody rushed up to the door and tried to use the key… only for nothing to happen "Somehow I imaged this going differently."

"No time to think abou that, we've gotta move!" DJ waited for Cody to get back into the carriage before the two of them took off running "From what I can tell, both teams have put two members out so far, so that should be five left for each of us."

"You know that reminds me, who do you think the mystery guy is?"

"I've got a few ideas, but I'm not gonna assume anything."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, with the Villains…

"I think I'm gonna go next." upon seeing Jo and Duncan return to the shore, Mike stepped over towards the cliff and started doing a series of stretches "Might as well get that out of the way right? Just let me know when you see DJ and I'll get to it!"

"There they are!" Zoey pointed to where DJ and Cody could be seen returning to the shore, and then she gave Mike a quick kiss on the cheek "Good luck out there." and that was enough to leave Mike babbling like an idiot and stumbling back towards the cliff… bumping into Courtney and sending both of them falling into the water below.

"Oh god, my head…" Courtney let out a pained groan as she rubbed the newly formed bruise on her head, only to be met with three sharks (Fang included) glaring at her "What did Gwen call it, crapbaskets?"

"Courtney!" Duncan was watching the scene with more than a bit concern as he climbed out of the carriage.

"Okay come on Courtney you can do this, you've fought sharks before… And ended up making you bleed internally for a few months… This may have been a mistake." Courtney tried to brace herself as the sharks prepared to pounce on her, until…

"Sorry!" a large rock flew down from the cliff and hit Fang on the nose, courtesy of Zoey from up top "Sorry!" and then she hurled a few more rocks at the other sharks, causing all three of them to retreat and allow Courtney and Mike to make their way to the shore with their keys in hand, allowing their drivers to take them to the Spa Hotel.

"Wow." the others looked impressed, mainly Heather, Dawn, Gwen and even the figure in the black cloak, causing Zoey to blush.

"Well I mean, after all the times Mike has saved me, I figured it was the least I could do to try and return the favor."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, with the Villains…

"Come on, come on…" Courtney rushed up the steps of the Spa Hotel and tried to open the door with her key, to no avail "Dammit!"

"You've gotta be freaking kiddin me." Jo gave a scowl as Courtney leapt back into their team's carriage "How hard is it to pick a freaking key?"

"Apparently harder than we thought." and so they took off back to the shore.

It wasn't long after this that Mike and DJ reached the hotel, with the former rushing up the stairs to the hotel, only to find the key wouldn't work "Nope, that one isn't it."

"Back we go then." DJ breathed a sigh as he grabbed hold of the carriage and took off back for the shore.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, at the cliff…

"Well it's about freaking time!" Heather gave her typical scowl as she leapt off the cliff and into the water

"Allow me." Dawn leapt off the cliff and landed in the water with a loud splash, followed mere seconds later by her leaping out of the water and gracefully landing on the edge of DJ's carriage with a key in hand, leaving him jaw dropped at the sight "Shall we be on our way?"

"Um… yeah." DJ snapped out of his stupor and quickly took off with Dawn in tow.

"Come on, come on…" Jo grew tense as she watched the Heroes leave, and it quickly turned into anger when she saw Heather emerge from the water with a key "What the hell are you waiting for, move it already!"

"How about you shut your hole and drive!" Heather leapt into the carriage and the two of them took off, bickering all the while.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional)

"Dawn is definitely something else, I remember that much." DJ let out a sigh that sounded a bit wistful "She's always been good at reading people, even without the whole aura reading thing, and she's so… refined in her own way. Yeah… really something."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, with the Villains…

"D-Dammit…" Jo was left panting visibly as she came to a stop outside the Spa Hotel, which gave Heather the chance to try and open the door "I haven't been this tired since… since I ran that septathlon…"

"It doesn't fit, now get off your lazy ass and move!" Heather leapt back into the carriage, and the two of them took off.

"I believe I can take this from here." once the Heroes pulled up to the Spa Hotel, Dawn leapt out of the carriage and landed in front of the door.

"Yeah, you do that…" DJ was left panting slightly as he wiped some sweat from his face "Got the strength and all… but stamina is a whole other issue…"

"It didn't work, how unfortunate." Dawn discarded the key and leapt back into the carriage, then looked up at DJ "If you need to stop and rest to regain some strength I understand, and of course the others will too."

"No no, I can keep going… Just probably gonna need an aspirin later…" DJ took a breath, and then he took off back to the shore.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, at the cliff…

"Looks like DJ is on his way back." Mike and the others watched DJ and Dawn returned to the shore, and then he turned to Zoey and gave an encouraging smile "Best of luck down there, not that I think you're gonna need it."

"Thanks, I swear I'll do my best." Zoey gave a nervous smile, and then she dove into the water without hesitation, emerging on the shore a moment later and leaping into the carriage, with DJ taking off not long after.

"And just like that the Heroes have taken the lead for the first time in this challenge!

"Okay seriously, this is getting ridiculous." Courtney frowned as she watched Duncan struggle to pry Scott off of the rock he was clinging to "Almost everyone else on our team has gone, so now it's your turn."

"Not a chance!" Scott only clung tighter "There's no way I'm jumping into that shark-infested hell pit and you can't make me!"

"I'm gonna if you don't let go of the (bleep) rock!" Duncan continued pulling on Scott, albeit with little success "Get into the freaking water dude, it's you or the Grip Reaper over there and I don't know if he's water proof." he jerked a thumb at the cloaked figure.

"So what, I bet he's still shark proof!"

"Don't know that for sure, just get in the (bleep) water!" Duncan eventually lost his grip and fell to the ground, then let out a snarl and prepared to grab onto him again, only to be stopped by the cloaked figure holding out a tanned hand to him "Uh… what the hell are you doing?"

"Permítanme manejar esto mi amigo." without another word, the figure rushed forward and leapt off the cliff without hesitation, gracefully diving into the water upon reaching the bottom.

"...So that happened." Duncan and Courtney shared a look "Does that mean he's…"

They received their answer a moment later as the figure leapt out of the water, his cloak having been torn to shreds (courtesy of Fang and the sharks), but he quickly ripped it off, revealing his true face as he cast a wink and a grin at the camera "Hola mis amigos." that was enough to earn looks of shock and a few gasps from the other contestants.

"ALEJANDRO?!" needless to say, Heather was the most taken aback "You have GOT to be (bleep) kidding me!"

"I can assure you mi amor, I am not." Alejandro flashed a charming grin in Heather's direction as he landed on the beach with his key in hand, and then he leapt into Jo's carriage before the two of them took off.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional)

"I believe that went as well as it could." Alejandro let out a chuckle "When Chris had his people approach me with the opportunity to return to this show, I knew that I would have to make quite the entrance and properly impress my fellow competitors. I just had to wait for the opportunity to present itself. Evidently I have to thank Scott for his cowardice. Of course I'm sure they're likely aware of this, but I do not intend to play nice as they put it. I may not be the new guy on this show anymore, but I still intend to go all the way to the top, and this time no one is going to stand in my way."

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Meanwhile, with the Heroes…

"That was the wrong key." Zoey cast aside the failed key and leapt back into the Heroes' team carriage "So much for keeping a lead."

"Guess we just gotta go back and see if Gwen gets it." DJ breathed a sigh of fatigue as he moved to take off, only to stop when he saw Jo and Alejandro arrive on the scene, the latter taking him by surprise "What the- Alejandro?! When did you get here?"

"I'm afraid you're mistaken DJ mi amigo, I've been here the whole time." Alejandro gave a confident smirk as he stepped up to the door of the Spa Hotel and entered his key, opening it with as his smirk grew wider "Finalmente!"

"The door to the hotel is open, the Villainous Vultures win the challenge!"

"Aw man…" DJ breathed a sigh as he fell to one knee, then fell flat on his back as he lost his grip on the carriage "You know what, I think I'm just gonna… lay here for a minute…"

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Nightfall came, and the time for the elimination ceremony had arrived.

"Welcome to our first elimination ceremony." Chris addressed all of the Heroes gathered by the campfire, with the Villains being stationed in the stands not far off "Speaking of which, how do the Villains like the new peanut gallery? Now the winners get to watch their opponents give the boot before they make their way over to the Spa Hotel for a deluxe dinner." this was met with a series of cheers and high fives amounts the Villains "Yep, I figured you'd like that one."

"Doubt many people are gonna argue with that." Duncan gave a triumphant smirk, then winced as he gripped his collarbone "Dammit."

"Are you alright?" asked Courtney.

"I've had worse, just hit the water at a weird angle when I fell and one of the sharks got me in the shoulder. No biggie." Duncan gave a shrug, wincing once again, then noticed the guilty expression Courtney held "What?"

"You mean you got hurt when… I pushed you in?"

"...Aw (bleep) this is gonna be a whole thing isn't it?"

"Wow, even when she tries to be nice she's being evil. Definitely a good pick for the Villain side if you ask me." Chris let out a loud snicker, earning a few dirty looks from others and a certain finger gesture from Duncan, which he promptly ignored "Now before we get started, I need one of the winners to volunteer for a special reward."

"Dibs!" Jo promptly leapt out of her seat and rushed over to Chris "So what are we talking about here?"

"Your reward is going to be spending the entire night in exile on Boney Island with all of the hungry and potentially rabid wild animals."

"What?! How in the hell is that a reward."

"It's a reward because there happen to be two McLean Brand Invincibility Statues hidden in two certain spots on Boney Island. Find just one of them and you're golden."

"...Oh." Jo paused, then gave a smirk "Sounds pretty damn good to me."

"I figured you'd like that part."

"Sure, now he tells us." Scott grumbled as he watched Jo leave with Chef "What if we volunteer in Jo's place?"

"Not an option Farm Boy, no trades. Once you're in exile that's it, and if you try to get out of it in any way you're disqualified, end. Of. Story." that earned a series of gasps from the rest of the contestants "Anyway now for the elimination ceremony… or lack thereof because there won't be one tonight." that earned another series of gasps.

"But you said someone from the losing team was going to be sent home tonight." Cody pointed out "We even cast votes and everything."

"Oh yeah, funny thing about that. I lied." he let out a snicker "From what we've gathered today, we've got a lot of juicy drama just waiting to reach the surface nad I'm gonna milk it for as long as I can. But the good news is that all of you are safe. At least for now. So get the hell out of here already, I've got an episode to sign off of." and that was enough to send all of the contestants on their way.

"Well that's kind of a relief." Mike breathed a sigh "I always hate having to vote someone else off, at least when it's one of my friends anyway."

"I share your sentiment." Dawn glided alongside him and shot him a look of concern, her voice low enough that no one else could hear "I do owe you an apology though."

"For what?"

"When we cast our votes for what we assumed was elimination… my vote was to cast you from the competition."

"Wait, what? Why?"

"It wasn't out of malicious intent, I did it for the sake of your well being." she leaned in closer, her expression turning somewhat fearful "You have to prepare yourself, for when he reveals himself and makes his move." and then she walked away without another word, with Mike being left standing alone outside the loser cabin.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(Confessional)

"That was kind of unnerving actually." Mike frowned slightly as he thought over his brief yet disturbing conversation with Dawn "I remember Dawn mentioning to me on the flight over to the island that she knew about my personalities before anyone else because of her Aura reading thing, so it doesn't surprise me she knows about this stuff. But what did she mean by him making his move? The only guy I know of with any malicious intent would have to be Scott, and if not him then…" he suddenly froze, his eyes going wide with fear as he began breathing visibly heavily "No… not him… He's supposed to be gone, I thought… No… not again… I can't let that happen to anyone ever again…"

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

And now for the sign off…

"Well what do you know, all of the contestants survived the first day, and nobody got voted off either." Chris let out a sadistic chuckle as he made his way out onto the Dock of Shame and came to a halt by a certain large object covered by a black tarp, and then he turned to the camera to sign off "Of course it's not gonna be long before one of them gets flushed into the history books of reality TV losers, but the question remains. Which one of them will it be? There's only one way to find out, and it's to tune in when we return, right here on Total! Drama! All Stars!"

Team Rosters:

Heroic Hawks: Cody, Gwen, DJ, Mike, Zoey, Brick, Dawn

Villainous Vultures: Duncan, Courtney, Heather, Alejandro, Jo, Scott, Anne Maria

Exiled to Boney Island: Jo

A/N:

Here it is everyone, one of the two stories that you guys have been waiting for, one of the two sequels to A BFG's World Tour. Before I go any further, I have to make it clear that this is a sequel to that story, so it's highly recommended that you read it before this one, or else a lot of stuff in this story isn't going to make sense.

Speaking of which, I think it's time for me to address the lineups for the first and second generations of cast members:

If the title was any indication, having Courtney was a no brainer, and if she was there, then Duncan would have to be. As the finalists in BFG's World Tour, I had to include Cody and DJ, and the same went Heather and Alejandro. The real hard part was coming up with the last member of the original cast. Originally I didn't want to include Gwen, because I didn't want to risk doing too much with her or screwing up her character, but I couldn't find any acceptable substitutes that wouldn't end up bringing the story down. But on the plus side, I completely removed the love triangle (which should never have existed to begin with, but that fault is on World Tour), so that's a major plus.

Now for the big elephant in the room: the second generation roster. Mike, Zoey, Jo and Scott are pretty straightforward, though I'm gonna change up that elimination order a fair amount. I've also decided to include Brick in the roster to fill one of the vacant spots. This one was a no brainer. As far as I'm concerned, Brick was easily one of the best characters in Revenge of the Island, so if anyone of them deserves to be called an All Star, I say it's him.

As I'm sure you guys have noticed, Cameron and Lightning aren't included in the lineup for this season, and those of you who read the first chapter of A Dramatic Ridonculous Race know why. On the plus side, this gives me the chance to put two new characters in their place, with Lightning's place on the roster being filled by Anne Maria. As for Cameron, I think it's safe to say that a lot of you were probably expecting Dawn to fill that spot. I wasn't really sure what to do with her at first, but since I took my time to plan this story out after finishing a Dramatic Ridonculous Race, I came up with a lot more for her to do than I had initially planned. Of course before I settled on her, I actually considered bringing back a few others like Sam or B, characters that I felt were underappreciated, but I also wanted to balance out the number of competitors or each gender, along with competitors from first and second generation.

As for the elimination in this chapter, or lack thereof, I wasn't quite ready to get rid of any of the other contestants just yet, but I'll tell you now that it's gonna be pretty different compared to what they gave us in canon. Some eliminations you guys might like, some not so much, and some I didn't want to have to do at all, but they had to be done for the sake of the story. Plus I don't want to drag it out too much by having any characters in longer than they should've.

Also yes, there are going to be TWO elimination statues hidden on Boney Island, unlike in canon where there was only one. I do have a good reason for making this change, but you'll have to wait and see what that is. Just bear with me for the time being.

On another note, deciding on the roster for each generation of cast members gave me the opportunity to develop the relationships between the various contestants from each generation. One example, DJ and Brick, two momma's boys with hearts of gold and stand by their principles. Another example being Courtney and Anne Maria, which will be shown more later on, and lastly and most importantly, DJ and Dawn, as I'm sure you've noticed. You'll see where that goes over the course of the story.

Now then, time to address the elephant in the room: My own personal opinion on All Stars. I'm pretty well aware of the general consensus of fans regarding the season, and believe me, I'm well aware why. I mean, the fact that the fanbase unites against one particular season and makes so many rewrites of it (Cast Swap by Animation Adventures, albeit unconventional for a number of reasons that I don't want to spoil, and Total Drama All Stars Rewrite on Deviantart by JasperPie and Bloom-Tazza93 (Though word of warning, it's not for Cody fans, or Duncney fans for that matter) are the two best of those). But with that being said, there are two points I stand by. One, it's still better than Pahkitew Island. Two, most of the flaws I've noticed with this season actually originated in World Tour. The best example of this is the love triangle between Duncan, Courtney and Gwen. As far as I'm concerned, in regards to that, All Stars was just continuing a bad trend that shouldn't have been a thing to begin with. You guys can go ahead and think what you like about it, but that's my opinion and I choose to stick with it.
