A/N hey everyone here's another fan fiction crossover idea that I thought of in this story the Lion King characters are in anthropomorphic form and Scar and Sarafena and their two children Nala and Meetu move to Ludlow,Maine and Scar is a doctor due to the fact that he's smart and everything the story will take place in the United States and it'll be like Pet Semtary but with lion king characters instead of the original characters Scar will be Louis Creed Sarafena will be Rachel Creed Nala will Ellie Creed and Meetu will be Gage Creed Nuka will be Victor Mufasa will Jud Crandall Sarabi will be Norma Crandall this is a Lion King/Pet Semtary fan fiction crossover and most of the dialogue is from the radio drama version of Pet Semtary which I highly recommend you listen to it on the internet and I don't own either of theses as well and most of this will all be in Scar's POV but in later chapters the POV will change multiple times and Zira will be in this story as well as Zelda I just thought I let all of you know that and Scar will be throughout the story be known to other characters as Askari and this is my story and I'll decide who is going to be with who so Scar and Zira are not going to be together in this it's going him and Sarafena and if you all have a problem with that or don't like Sarafena and Scar being together then don't read I'm just letting you all know and if I see any negative comments about Scar and Sarafena being together I'll block them "got it? Alright that will settle everything and so without further ado here's chapter 1.

Chapter 1. The Move

Scar's POV: oh that drive that long long drive Sarafena was feeling shaky about the move to a house she had never seen to a state she never even been to before Nala was simply sick and tired of being cooped up in the car and Meetu poor kid Meetu was teething Sarafena tried but she couldn't seem to calm him she tried humming to him but nothing worked

How much longer daddy!? Nala whined as we drove

Why don't try and give him the breast I suggested to Sarafena while driving our station wagon on the interstate

I'll try but it's off his schedule you know when he...okay Sarafena began before trying to tend to Meetu

I focused on driving as Sarafena was trying to calm our young son down to no avail I knew this move was going to be tough on them but Sarafena and I talked about it when I got offered the job at the University of Maine as a doctor Sarafena was at first was a little hesitant but then decided to give this move a try I had told Sarafena that we would be moving to a small town and that we would be living in the country where it was safe for the kids and everything and I also told Sarafena that we could always go back to Pride Rock City to visit our family and friends and I think looking back might have helped with her decision to move to Ludlow

Ow! Oh he bit me and he's drawing blood! Sarafena screamed after Meetu had bitten her

Seems like that front tooth's coming through then I replied trying to lighten the mood

Why are we doing this Askari!? I don't want to leave Pride Rock City I don't want to live in Maine Sarafena cried

Daddy Daddy we don't want to live in Maine Nala added

Geez I muttered to myself in disbelief

I could hear both Sarafena and Meetu crying uncontrollably while Nala looked unhappy about the whole situation I shook my head in disbelief as I continued driving Sarafena tried her best to calm down and to calm the kids down as well as she was doing that Banzai woke up and mowed which annoyed me

Oh brother now you've woken Banzai great I grumbled annoyingly

Suddenly I had this great I'd stop for gas trick my family into getting out then flor the petal and head south drive all the way to Florida get a job under a false name "Meow" and before I hit the freeway slow down and toss the darn cat out to as I was thinking that I suddenly heard a a semi truck honking as it passed us then before we knew it I had pulled into the driveway of our new house it was a beautiful house there was a little white picket fence around a certain area of the house and the grass was green and neatly cut and everything

Is this...? Sarafena began as she unbuckled her seatbelt and stepped out of the car

Yes this is I replied getting out of the car as so did Nala

We stood around admiring the place I had a feeling that Sarafena was beginning to love it I looked over and saw some hills there was also a lake behind the house and I had a feeling that Nala and Meetu were going to love that I looked over and smiled at Sarafena as she looked around

Big field behind the house that's ours right at those woods on top of the hill old Indian lands on the map they seem to go on forever "well what do you think? I said

It's just beautiful Sarafena replied smiling softly at me

Daddy is this home? Nala asked

Yes honey it will be I replied

That moment that beautiful moment when we pulled into the driveway and got ourselves a look at that old little white frame house always held a magical quality for me but what happened next that wasn't magic at all Nala noticed a tired swing and decided to go swing on it while Sarafena got Meetu out of his car seat and I was trying to find the keys to the house and I was getting frustrated by not finding them

A swing look at me somebody quickly look at me Nala said as she Swung on the tire swing

Oh I can't understand it I know I put them in the clove compartment I had the keys for Ludlow house I said frustratedly as I looked for the keys

Look how high I can go Nala said happily swinging on the tire swing

Nala be careful Sarafena said

Ahhh! Oh no! Nala screamed

Oh my god! Sarafena cried

Sarafena and I ran over to Nala who was sitting on the lawn the rope on the tire swing had snapped causing the tire swing to fall to the ground fortunately Nala wasn't seriously injured or anything thank god Sarafena sat down beside her while I examined her knee which only had a purple colored bruise on it

Don't touch don't touch don't touch! Nala cried

Nala Sarafena reassured

Honey it's nothing I reassured her

It's not nothing it hurts daddy it hurts Nala replied

Little tiny bruise honey I said

As I was examining Nala Meetu started freaking out and was screaming uncontrollably causing Sarafena to be worried I looked up and over trying to see what was the problem but I couldn't see anything at first because Meetu was freaking out so much

Meetu? Askari what's wrong with him? Sarafena asked sounding concerned

I didn't respond at first because I was trying to figure out what the problem was which concerned Sarafena even more I had tended to Nala's bruise when Meetu started screaming and everything I thought I heard Nala say that Meetu got stung by a bee but I wasn't sure

Askari you're the doctor do something Sarafena said

Well uh... I began

Let me get that stinger out we heard someone say

Who are you? I asked sounding confused upon seeing an elderly lion with a red greying mane

Come here little one the elderly lion said

Uh no Meetu doesn't really take to strangers Sarafena said

Sarafena and I watched the elderly lion pull out the stinger that was in Meetu's leg eventually calming him down we both knew that Meetu wasn't very fond of strangers Sarafena walked over and gently picked Meetu up holding him gently

There now that's a bign couldn't win a prize for that one the elderly lion said holding the stinger up

Please to meet you Mr...? I replied

Mufasa Lionel live across the rode "you're the doc ain't you? Mr Lionel asked

Yes Askari Lion this is my wife Sarafena I replied introducing him to Sarafena

Hi Mr Lionel greeted

Hello Sarafena replied

My daughter Nala I said

Hi Nala Mr Lionel replied

Hi Nala answered back shyly

And the kid with the bee sting is Meetu I said

Well good to know you all "why don't you take these lovely children over to our house Mrs Lion Sarabi my wife would like to say hello put some baking soda on a wash rag cool off that sting Mr Lionel suggested

That's very kind of you Mr Lionel Sarafena said

I generally just answer to Mufasa Mufasa replied

Mufasa Sarafina corrected herself

Daddy what's that over there? Nala asked

Uh looks like a path I replied looking over towards a pathway leading to a wooded area

Yeah missy it is a path I'll tell you about it sometime Mufasa said

As we visited Sarafena saw a truck pass by Mufasa noticed he had a feeling that we were in over our heads I was surprised that he knew that I was the new doctor at the University of Maine I assumed that word traveled fast around a small town like Ludlow unlike Pride Rock City

Oh god Sarafena gasped

Watch your younglings Mrs Lion very dangerous stretch of highway Mufasa said

Sarafena and kids went off while Mufasa help me find the keys which had slipped down into the wiring behind the clove compartment by then the moving van had arrived and I was able to open the front door and everything

Uprooted and transplanted huh? I heard Mufasa say

Sounds like you know the feeling I replied trying to make small talk

Uh actually I don't my dad built that house across the way I was born there in 1913 and I've lived there ever since Mufasa said proudly

1913? That makes you? I replied trying to figure out how old he must be

83 Mufasa replied

Well you certainly don't look it I said

Well Mufasa said

Uh that one goes upstairs I told the movers who were putting our belongings in the house

Okay doctor one of them replied

The small bedroom uh I'll show you I replied walking over to help them

I'll go over and see how your folks are doing Mufasa said

Okay I replied

I usually sit out on my porch about 9:00 in the evening have a couple of beers come over if you don't mind Mufasa said before walking over towards the house across the street

By 9:00 o'clock the movers had gone leaving boxes everywhere Nala and Meetu were asleep in their new rooms Meetu in his crib Nala on a mattress on the floor as usual Banzai is with her curled at her feet keeping guard I kissed my kids and went to find Sarafena I walked downstairs and saw her between the kitchen and living room I stood there for a moment she was trying to unpack everything from the boxes but I knew that it would take awhile to do that

Oh I was unpacking oh I sat down for a minute Sarafena started while yawning

Bed now I replied smirking at her

Doctor's orders? Sarafena asked chuckling

Yes I chuckled

You coming Askari? Sarafena asked

Not yet I'm whacked but too wired to sleep that old lion across the street... I began

Rode you call it a rode in the country Sarafena replied chuckling

Uh rode he invited me over for a beer I might take him up on it I said

Sarafena smiled at me heading upstairs and I headed over across the rode and there he was sitting there with a beer in his hand in a sealed off porch and that's when I decided to walk over and he noticed and I could tell he was happy happy to have someone to visit with

Is that you Doc? Mufasa asked

Yeah it's me I replied

Well come on up and have a beer Mufasa said

I smiled softly and walked up the steps and opened the screen door it was a sealed off porch that had a screen door there was an extra seat in case someone was wanting to sit as I sat down I saw Mufasa open up a beer then he looked at me

Uh need a glass? Mufasa asked

Not at all I replied

Good for you and put an extra couple on ice in the pail there by your elbow Mufasa said

Thanks Mufasa I said

I put all but one can in the pail then I opened the can and took several sips of the beer and I was glad I leaned back feeling relaxed and all I was happy to feel relaxed and was glad to unwind after the long drive to Ludlow

I needed that I said breaking the silence

I hope you'll be happy here in Ludlow Doc Mufasa said

Amen to that "your wife gone to bed early? I replied

Yep arthritis was getting to her it's gotten bad the last 2 years she don't complain though she's a good girl my Sarabi Mufasa said

It was a beautiful night Mufasa and I could hear the crickets the sky was clear there wasn't a cloud in sight and we were happy with that or at least I was anyway in the distance as we sat there we see a truck pass by it had the word Orinoco on it I looked over at Mufasa curious about it

One hell of a big truck "what is Orinoco anyway? I asked

Factory in Orrington chemical fertilizer then there's tankers and dumpsters and people coming home from Bangor at night you know that's the one thing about Ludlow I don't really care about anymore that darn rode no peace around here Mufasa answered

Seems all really peaceful to me but then I just came from Pride Rock City I replied

Yeah that's one mean rode alright "you remember that path your little girl mentioned? Mufasa asked changing the subject

Uh a wide grass path going beyond the trees I said

Goes through the woods for more than a mile local kids keep it nice and mow the grass Mufasa said

So uh what's up there? I asked curiously

The Pet Cemetery Mufasa said

Pet Cemetery? I asked surprised

This darn rode uses up a lot of animals dogs and cats mostly rabbits there was even a pet raccoon the Ryder kids kept all buried up at the cemetery tough on a kid when a good animal dies like a death in the family Mufasa said

Well my daughter's got a cat I said

Oh Mufasa replied looking at me surprised

Banzai Janja Cheezi uh Banzai for short I said

Still got his privates? Mufasa asked

Come again? I asked baffled

Has he been fixed? Mufasa asked

Oh. Uh no Sarafena wanted it done in Price Rock City but I figure since we were moving here to the country I figured it wouldn't matter I said

Get him fixed a fixed cat don't wonder if he's forever crossing back and forth on this rode he'll run through his 9 lives pretty darn quick Mufasa said

Thanks I'll take it under advisement I said

How's that beer doing? Mufasa asked

The beer's all gone and so am'I I start work tomorrow I said proudly

At Medical University right Doc? Mufasa asked

Yeah students don't get back for another 2 weeks thank god but when they do they'll be 10,000 of them with drugs liquor problems social diseases depression not to mention all the usual bugs and viruses I replied

So if you don't know where the bills are I guess you're in trouble huh? Mufasa replied chuckling

That's right well thanks for the beer Mufasa and for the talk I really appreciate it I said

So did I Mufasa replied

Um my best to Sarabi I added

See you around Mufasa said

Yep I replied walking down the steps and back to my house

By the time I get back to the house it was dark I walked in and upstairs to mine and Sarafena's bedroom I changed into my pajamas and climbed into bed I kissed Sarafena and went to sleep today had been a crazy day but we were unaware of what was to come and that was that
