It was now a week later. The original DigiDestestined now back at the camping ground where they had first went into the Digital World.

"So this is where it all began?" Meiko asked, looking around.

"It's where we first received our Digivices too." Mimi smiled. The group sat down at a picnic table.

"So what was the Digital World like?" Meiko asked, sitting between Tai and Izzy. "I mean." She trailed off.

"You mean before the reboot?" Izzy guessed, making her nod.

"Yeah. And you guys kept mentioning a Digimon named Kuwagamon."

Joe shuttered. "He was hard to get rid of!"

"Yeah." Tai nods. "He kept coming back for more!"

"More?" Meiko repeated.

"The giant beetle kept coming back!" Mimi shuttered.

"How did you get guys away?"

"At first we could only just run." Joe answered.

"Until we came up to the cliff." TK said.

"And Kuwagamon broke the cliff with his pinchers." Matt replied. "Sending us tumbling off."

Meiko's eyes grew behind her glasses.

"Gomamon saved us by creating a fish raft." Joe added.

"It brought us to a beach, Agumon Digivolved into Greymon for the first time." Tai nods. "Saving me from Shellmon."

"Shellmon?" Meiko asked.

"A sea monster Digimon with a bad attitude." Izzy explained.

The group explained how their Digimon partners Divivolved, and the group was happy talking about their adventures.

"When did Patamon Digivolve?" Meiko asked, everyone looked at her. "Uh, was it something I asked?" She asked with a blush, but it disappeared when TK silently stood up and walked away.

"TK!" Matt watched his brother.

"I, I'm sorry." Meiko apologized, looking around the group.

"It's ok." Matt told her. "It was back when we were still new to the Digital World. Our first enemy was Deviom. He had already taken down our Digimon. And he went straight for TK, I - none of us couldn't move. Patamon finally Digivolved into Angemon." Matt turned to look towards his brother, then turned back around. "Angemon used up all his energy to defeat Devimon."

"Before he disappeared, Angemon told TK he'll be back but only if TK wanted him too." Sora added. "And he did come back, into a Digi egg."

Meiko smiled a little. "That's good." She looks around. "Did you all get new adventures afterword?" She asks curiously.

"We did." Tai nods, as TK comes back to the table and sits back down next to his brother. "Here's a pro tip, do not give Mimi a microphone."

"Excuse me!?" Mimi demanded.

"You blew out our eardrums!" Joe cried, and to prove his point he rubbed his left ear. "You're lucky me and Tai don't need hearing aids right now."

"Those Digimon spelled me!" Mimi exclaimed. She points at Tai. "Not." She moves to point at Joe. "My." She moves to point at Tai again. "Fault."

"You threw us in a dungeon." Tai remarks, Joe rapidly nods.

"Yeah."

"Humph!" Mimi sat back and folds her arms. "For tricking me!"

"Again, we tried to trick you to save you." Tai huffed.

"Um, who was the next bad guy?" Meiko quickly asked, not wanting the argument to explode more.

"Etemon." Sora answered.

"Elvis Presley wannabe." Matt replied.

The group talked about Etemon and Tai told them what he and Agumon experienced when the two were pulled back to Tokyo.

"So that's where you were!" Joe gasped.

"Yeah." Tai nods. "After returning. We found TK first, then together we found Matt and Joe. Then Izzy, Mimi and lastly Sora."

"Now what bad guy are we talking about now?" Meiko asked.

"DemiDevimon." Joe answered.

Meiko's eyes nearly bugged out of her eyes. "That was all over the news! He was in our world and destroyed everything. How? Why? What was he after. Besides destroying the real world?"

"He was looking for me." Kari answered, Meiko looked at her with wide eyes. "I was suppose to be with everyone when camp started, but ended up sick, so I ended up staying home."

"Before my grandpa died, he once told me destiny wasn't always easy." Meiko replied. "I never knew what he meant by that." She looked around at her close friends. "Until I met you guys."

"Sounds like he use to be a great guy." Matt commented.

"He was." Meiko looked around again. "I heard that the sky was split open after you guys saved the real world."

"It did." TK nods. "We thought we saved everyone, but after Birdramon saved an airplane from crash landing, we knew our job wasn't done yet."

Tai reaches into his pocket, pulling out his turned to stone Digivice. "Our Digivices brought us to the Digital World in the beginning." He looks at his Digivice with fondness. "After Myotismon was destroyed, we created a portal with our Digvices so we could return to the Digital World for a new threat."

The DeigDestined talked about the new threat and those adventures.

Once all the reminiscing of the past was done, the DigiDestined needed to return home before it got too dark. Only Tai wanted to remain at the camp.

Tai tossed a few branches into a fire pit, then tried to lit it.

"Do you need help?"

Meiko's voice had Tai jump, and he turned to see her standing there with her hands behind her.

"Meiko?" Tai pushed himself to stand up. "I thought you left with the others."

"I, I couldn't." She stuttered as she blushed. "So I came back."

Tai smiled. "I could." He nods, turning back to the fire pit. "Use the company."

Meiko walks up to his side. "Let me try." She sat on her knees as she grabs some sticks and starts to rub them together and soon a fire starts.

"That's cool!" Tai exclaimed brightly. "How'd you do that?"

Meiko returned the smile. "My family use to do a lot of camping."

Impressed, Tai nods. "You know, I've been admiring you since the day we met you."

Meiko blinked, then blushed brightly. "I - I - I thought it was just me who was admiring you." She stuttered, before sneezing and quickly looking away.

Tai moved closer, taking her hand and squeezing it causing her to blush even more.
