"AGH!" Mimi screamed cheerfully. "THIS IS GREAT!" She's jumping up and down inside the Digimon headquarters. "The food, the flowers, the ring, the dress, the."-

"Mimi!" Sora exclaimed. "There hasn't even been a first date between them."

Mimi instantly stops bouncing around, she turns to Sora and folds hers arms. "Well, you're a rain on the parade, aren't you?"

"Mimi!" Matt said sternly as he leaned forward, elbows on his knees as he sat next to Sora."That's enough!"

"Alright, alright." Mimi sat down on one of sofas with her own arms folded. "I'm sorry Sora."

Sora smiles. "Aw, you're just being yourself Meems." Her phone buzzes and she pulls it out, looking at the text she got. "Meiko wants to see us Mimi."

"Is she ok?" Joe asked. It had been two weeks since they had last seen Meiko, she had been avoiding everyone, especially Tai.

"I hope so." Sora said as she sent a text back, she turned kissing Matt's cheek before standing up and the two walk out of the office.

"Should we ask Kari to come?" Mimi asked as she and Sora left.

"I think we should wait and see what's so urgent first." Sora answered as the two walk down a hall.

Meiko sat under a tree inside a park. Her left hand on her stomach, in her right hand is a piece of paper.

"Meiko!" Sora's voice called, causing Meiko to jump and turn to see Sora and Mimi jogging over to her.

Meiko quickly stood up and hid the paper behind her back. "Uh, hi." She greets nervously.

"Are you ok?" Mimi asks with worry. "None of us have seen or heard from you in weeks."

"I, um." Meiko nervously looked away as she clutched the paper behind her back.

"How many times do we have to tell you?" Sora asked. "You're one of us! A Digidestined."

"It's not about that!" Meiko exclaimed.

Mimi smiled. "I heard you and Tai shared a night together."

Meiko blushed brightly and sneezed. "Just one."

"Is that why you're avoiding us?" Sora asked.

Meiko shook her head. "No." She weakly answered, and without looking at her two friends, she gives Sora the paper. "I'm late." She weakly said.

"What's that?" Mimi asks, moving to lean to Sora to look at the paper. "Pregnant?" Mimi gasped. "Meiko." She looks at the dark haired girl.

"Don't tell Kari, or the boys, and especially Tai!" Meiko begged with tears.

"What!?" Both Mimi and Sora gasp.

"Why?" Sora asked.

"Because I don't think Tai is gonna want it."

"Tai can be childish at times, yeah." Sora shrugs. "And I've never known him to run from anything. At least willingly."

"I've already decided. And plans are being made as we speak. I'm heading back to Tottori." Meiko revealed. "I'll let you know when I'm there."

Mimi frowns. "Then why tell us?" She asks.

"I don't want Tai to know!" Meiko said with tears. "He's a really great guy. So why have a plain girl like me compared to other girls? He gets his choice."

"While you're far away, raising his kid." Sora retorts. "Alone."

"Tai is a lot of things." Mimi agrees. "But he does take responsibility for his actions."

Meiko snatches her result paper back. "Then go, tell him!" She cried. "I'm not going to be around!" She takes off running in tears.

"Meiko come back!" Mimi cried, running after her. "Meiko!"

Matt is sitting in a cafe, a piece of paper in front of him and ignoring women's fondly stares as he concentrates on the paper.

"Matt!" Sora comes up to the table, Mimi is quick behind her.

"Sora, no! He'll definitely tell Tai!"

Matt leaned back in his chair, folding his arms. "Can't you see I'm trying to concentrate?" He asked. "But what's going on? And what are we keeping from Tai?"

Sora grabs his hand, lacing her and Matt's fingers together. "We gotta talk." She grabs Mimi's arm. "All three of us." She pulls the two away.

At the Mochizuki household. Meiko is sitting at the table, her left elbow on the smooth surface with her chin resting in the palm of her hand, her eyes unfocused and she jumps when a plate is suddenly placed in front of her. She blinks and turns to see her father, sitting next to her at the table.

"You need to eat honey." He told her gently.

"Thanks dad." Meiko reaches for her chop sticks, fully aware that his watching her.

"Did you tell him?" He asks.

"No. She, did not!" Her mother answered as she walked up to the table and sat down across from Meiko.

"Tai does not need me tying him down with a kid." Meiko told her parents. "I didn't even have the heart to tell his sister." Tears slid down her checks. "I don't have the backbone too."

"And when were you going to tell any of us?" Matt demanded, his arms folded.

"She begged us!" Mimi told him.

"Matt, we need to keep this a secret from Tai and Kari as much as possible." Sora added as the three sat in a different park.

"We can't keep this a secret from him forever!" He argued. "He needs to know!"

"Meiko begged us to not tell!" Mimi insisted.

"And yet, you told me." Matt still has his arms folded.

"You're Sora's boyfriend, she went straight to you." Mimi states, Sora gave her a look before turning to the blonde.

"We're gonna need help keeping the secret from Tai."
