Inside Class 1-A, Mina began stretching her arms and legs.

"Hey, guys! C'mere! Check this!" Mina said.

Mina started her dance with a two-step. She jumped in midair and landed on the floor with a one handstand. She then performed an amazing windmill in front of her classmates.

"I'm a break-dancing queen!" Mina shouted.

Mina's dance skills greatly impressed her classmates.

"Aw, yeah!" Sero cheered.

"Get it!" Hagakure praised.

"Mind if I cut in?" Luna said.

Luna flipped and landed on the floor with a headspin. She then performed two incredible hand hops and three buddha spins in front of her classmates.

"Get it, girl!" Diana cheered.

"You go, girls!"Hagakure praised.

Yaoyorozu, Selene, Diana, Jiro, Aoyama, and Kaminari watched a remarkable breakdance from their female classmates.

"Clock this breakdown!" Mina and Luna cried.

"You two are on fire!" Sero cheered.

"They're obviously practiced extensively." Aoyama pointed out.

"Why're you wearing shorts underneath your skirt?" Mineta yelled.

Hagakure went over to Mineta and started hitting his head repeatedly.

"When will you learn to stop being such a creep?!" Hagakure yelled.

Izuku looked at the notes detailing Mina and Luna's skills on his notebook.

"I bet Ashido's dancing skills end up being super useful in hand-to-hand combat. When it comes to a fight, she would have complete control of every part of her body." Izuku explained. "But as for Luna, she once told me that her dancing skills is more of a hobby than traning."

"Oui, I've witnessed that." Aoyama added with a mix of resentful and embarrass expression. "She burned through my cape in our first training match, and then, in the Sports Festival finals. I will never forget that."

"Huh, maybe I should take up dancing, too." Izuku suggested.

"They could teach ya!" Kaminari stated.

Mina and Luna stood up from breakdancing and stretched their arms.

"Aw, yeah, boi. Let's see what moves you've got." Mina challenged.

"Um, okay! Please show me how." Izuku said.

Mina and Luna started dancing in a simple two-step style.

"We'll start with something easy." Luna instructed. "Step forward and back and left and right, while swinging both arms."

"Make sure you're staying loose!" Mina added.

"Sure." Izuku assured.

Izuku and Aoyama attempted to dance in a two-step dance style, but their dance movements were nowhere near close to what Mina and Luna just did.

"Think I got it! Yep!" Izuku said.

Diana covered her mouth, trying to hold in her laughter from Izuku and Aoyama's terrible dance moves.

"This reminds me of how Sato's always baking stuff. It's a hobby, but also helps out with hero work." Kaminari said. "Man. So smart." He quickly turned to Jiro. "Speaking of hobbies, I bet yours is the same, Jiro."

"What? I don't know…" Jiro replied shyly with an annoyed expression.

"Come on!" Kaminari said. "Your dorm room looks like a recording studio! One look and I can tell music is your whole life."

"Drop it, moron. Forget about what you saw in there." Jiro yelled with a slightly humiliated face.

"Oh, yeah. That's passion." Kaminari added. "For real, though. You should start a jam sess..."

Suddenly, Jiro's earphone jack went sent flying and stopped right in front of his whimpering face, threatening him to shut his mouth.

"Just shut it." Jiro demanded.

Jiro walked away and sat at her desk. Tsuyu and Koda watched with concern while Kaminari looked utterly confused, not clearly understanding why she got angry.

Later on, Aizawa arrived inside the classroom in his sleeping bag just as Class 1-A students already sat in their respective seats. On the month of October, UA High School were preparing for a big, annual event coming up.

"It's coming. The school festival." Aizawa announced.

"Normal school stuff!" Class 1-A student shouted excitedly.

"So awesome!" Mineta cheered.

"Gotta love this time of year!" Sero cheered.

"We gotta think of something cool to do!" Hagakure cheered.

"Hold up, Mr. Aizawa. Are you sure this is okay?" Kirishima questioned worriedly as he stood up from his seat.

"Hush, Kirishima. Don't you ruin this!" Kaminari hissed.

"Shut up, Kaminari!" Diana retorted. "Kirishima's right. Seriously, think about it. Let's not forget about the other villains out there roaming in the city."

"You're right. That's a reasonable point." Aizawa explained as he zipped up his sleeping bag. "However, there are students here besides those in the hero course. You guys got the spotlight every year at the sports fest. This is for everyone else. The support course, general studies, and don't forget the business course students. This doesn't get as much attention as the sports fest, but it's still the yearly event they all look forward to. Many of your peers are feeling stressed out due to the current conditions here at UA. Especially with the new dorm system, which had to be adopted because of the hero course."

"When you put it like that, guess it'd be unfair to cancel it." Kirishima said as he sat back down to his seat.

"Can't argue with that." Diana remarked as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"Correct. So, yeah. It's still on." Aizawa added. "And hopefully everyone will enjoy it. Though unlike festivals in the past, this year's event will only be open to UA students and staff. With a few exceptions."

Aizawa then sat down on the corner of the floor.

"You may not be the focus this time, but your class still needs to participate with some kind of original programming. You need to decide on what you want to do today." Aizawa ordered as he slowly closes his eyes.

With that, Aizawa immediately went to sleep and snored serenely.

He's out! Class 1-A thought surprisingly.

At that moment, Iida and Yaoyorozu stepped up in front of the class behind Aizawa's desk.

"All right! As class representative, it is my duty to facilitate the process from here!" Iida informed, holding a pack of paper in his hands. "I promise I will do my very best! Let's start! First, we will have a quick brainstorming session! If anyone has an idea, raise your hand!"

All Class 1-A students immediately raised their hands with sheer excitement, which greatly overwhelmed the class representative and the vice president.

"Me, me, me, me!" Class 1-A students yelled eagerly.

"Well, I wasn't expecting such enthusiasm!" Iida said to Yaoyorozu. He looked back to his classmates. "Calm down now! We'll go one at a time please."

Iida pointed his hand at Kaminari.

"Yes! You, Kaminari!" Iida called.

"A maid cafe!" Kaminari suggested as he stood up and raised his arm. "Seriously! Imagine it! Now imagine it again, but with more details. And if you imagine me at the center of the action…Oh, yeah. I think we already got a winner."

"Maids. It is good to serve others." Iida agreed.

"That's way too tame!" Mineta yelled.

"Mineta!" Iida called.

"A topless…" Mineta suggested.

Suddenly, Tsuyu swiftly tied Mineta up in a sack that was knotted with a long rope.

"Wanna help me tie this off?" Tsuyu asked Sato.

"Sure thing." Sato replied.

The other Class 1-A students resumed sharing their ideas.

"A mochi shop!" Uraraka suggested.

"Celebrating Japanese cuisine!" Iida commented.

"An arm-wrestling match." Kirishima suggested.

"So intense!" Iida commented.

"Neon colors." Diana suggested.

"Very striking." Iida commented.

"A fun house!" Hagakure suggested.

"I don't know what you mean, but sounds interesting!" Iida said.

"A creperie!" Sato suggested.

"That'd be great for eating on the go!" Iida commented.

"Disco!" Mina suggested.

"Sound invigorating!" Iida commented.

"A Hero quiz." Izuku suggested.

"As I'd expect from you!" Iida commented.

"K-pop!" Luna suggested.

"Love the music genre." Iida commented.

"Outer space!" Selene suggested.

"Interstellar." Iida commented.

"The 'Frog Song' in a round." Tsuyu suggested.

"How charming!" Iida commented.

"Maybe a petting zoo." Koda suggested.

"Also, a suggestion!" Iida commented.

"Soba stall." Shoto suggested.

"It is your favorite!" Iida commented.

"Chocolate boutique." Aisha suggested.

"Sounds delicious." Iida commented.

"Fight to the death." Katsuki suggested.

"Unexpected for a festival." Iida declined.

"A mad banquet of darkness." Tokoyami suggested.

"Oh-ho-ho-ho!" Iida commented with a French laugh.

"A twinkling extravaganza!" Aoyama suggested.

"Huh?" Iida said in a confused tone.

"Maybe a skit?" Jiro suggested.

"Possibly!" Iida said.

Kaminari glanced at Jiro in confusion.

"Right. Anybody else?" Iida asked.

"A traditional café!" Sero suggested.

"A martial arts demonstration!" Ojiro suggested.

"Takoyaki shop." Shoji suggested.

Yaoyorozu stared at the chalkboard filled with inscribed suggestions.

"Okay, I think we've got something from everyone now." Iida said.

"To begin with, let's cut some." Yaoyorozu said as she looked at a tablet in her hands. "Anything inappropriate, impossible, or confusing."

Yaoyorozu eliminated Aoyama, Tokoyami, Mineta, and Katsuki's suggestions on the chalkboard.

Aoyama gasped in displeasure.

"So harsh." Tokoyami said with a shocked expression.

"Aww!" Mineta whined.

"Why'd you even bother asking?" Katsuki said in annoyance.

"Who said a local history presentation? That sounds super boring." Hagakure said.

"Definitely." Shoji agreed.

"It's not awful, but the others seem more fun." Ojiro remarked.

Iida twitched his eyebrow in disappointment since the local history presentation was his suggestion.

"Very well, my classmates have spoken." Iida said.

"And we do group study sessions all the time." Kaminari added.

Yaoyorozu frowned regretfully since the group study sessions was her suggestion.

"Yes, that true. I guess..." Yaoyorozu agreed.

"What if we rolled all the food stuff into one idea?" Sero recommended.

"Doesn't soba with crepes kinda sounds gross?" Kirishima questioned.

"Besides, seems kinda weird to offer a buncha random food." Jiro added.

"Quiet down!" Iida shouted.

The rest of Class 1-A students ignored Iida and continued chatting their own suggestions.

"I'm telling you…a fun house would be really cool!" Hagakure said.

"What does that even mean?" Kaminari argued.

"Silence! Be civil!" Iida yelled.

"A consensus is going to be difficult." Yaoyorozu stated.

"Order! Please!" Iida demanded.

Then suddenly, the final school bell chimed from the speaker.

Aizawa got out of his sleeping bag and then started walking towards the classroom door.

"That was a highly unproductive meeting. Decide what you'll do by tomorrow morning. If you don't, we'll go with my idea." Aizawa said. He turned to his Class 1-A students with a chilling glare. "An educational lecture."

"You mean, just a class?" Class 1-A students asked in a mix of fear and surprise.

"Who'd come see that?" Kaminari questioned.

"He's joking, right?" Sero asked.

"No way. We'll decide what we're gonna do by tonight!" Kirishima declared.

"Yeah!" Class 1-A students agreed.

Later that night, Class 1-A students gathered in the Heights Alliance's common room as they continued debating on their school festival ideas.

"Huh. Where's the raid team?" Ojiro asked.

"Not here." Kaminari replied. "They're catching up on extra classes, so we'll have to pick for them."

"What about Bakugo?" Ojiro asked.

"Sleeping." Kaminari answered.

"Now that things have quieted down, I have some thoughts about our list." Iida said. "It's obvious we've caused some strain on the other students. It would make sense to choose something that might raise their spirits in an effort to make it up to them."

"I don't disagree. We're aiming to be heroes, right? So, we should be aware of any trouble we caused for others." Yaoyorozu agreed.

"Correct, and with that in mind, I don't think we can offer the students of UA a meal that satisfies their taste buds, since they're used to Lunch Rush's gourmet cooking." Iida stated.

"Aw, so food is out of the question?" Sero asked in a dissatisfied tone.

"I believe that would be for the best. There must be another way we can be of service." Iida said.

"We have to keep their needs in mind. If we're the only ones having fun, the event'll be a disaster." Shoji stated.

"It's frustrating, but Lunch Rush is just too good." Sato said.

"Kay. So, what then?" Hagakure asked, sitting next to Yaoyorozu.

"Well, we can cut out all the food ideas, and that way, we can focus on experiences." Yaoyorozu explained as she looked at the laptop. "There's the maid cafe, petting zoo, and whatever a fun house is."

"A zoo sounds kinda smelly and unsanitary." Sero said.

"Hmm, stress relief..." Hagakure said.

"I still think a skit would be a lot of fun." Jiro suggested.

"Watching amateurs perform can be pretty stressful." Sero argued.

"Why don't we have a big dance party?" Mina suggested.

Shoto got up from his chair and started walking past Mina.

"Dancing. That's a good idea." Shoto agreed.

"Uh? Wait, you mean you'd be into that?" Mina asked in surprise.

"Hang on a second." Shoto said. He grabbed the laptop and started typing on the keyboard, searching an audiovisual on a video-sharing platform. "There's something I've seen before. I don't know what it's called exactly, but it looks like everyone really enjoys it."

With that, Shoto played on a video of rock music performance filled with a cheering crowd on the screen.

"There, something like this." Shoto said.

"Not what I expected from Todoroki." Mineta said. He and Sato looked at Shoto with surprised faces. "Uh! Wait, are you some kinda secret raver?"

"No, I just agree with Iida's opinion that we should provide stress relief for the people in the other courses." Shoto explained. "In order to do that, maybe we should focus on something that offers entertainment for everyone. I got the idea from my extra exam training and Aisha's vocational experiences."

"What're they doing in those supplemental classes?" Sato wondered.

"Aisha, you listen to one of them concerts?" Hagakure asked Aisha in surprise.

"Yeah, all the time." Aisha replied. "I go to music concerts around the world every summer."

"Interesting. Singing and dancing, huh?" Iida asked with curiosity.

"None of us really dances, do we? No one wants to see a cringy routine." Sero pointed out.

"No prob. Luna and I got you, fam!" Mina assured.

Aoyama began dancing in a perfect two-step dance style.

"C'est magnifique!" Aoyama said.

"Ashido and Luna taught him how to throw it down! The work of a real dance master right there! I've got total faith in their skills." Kaminari said.

"Hold on, you idiots! Dance is about rhythm! Thunderous beats!" Mineta added. "If we do this, we'll need some serious jams!"

"Well, if we're talking about music..." Hagakure said.

Everyone turned their heads at Jiro, who gasped in utter surprise.

"Uh, what?" Jiro asked in confusion.

"Why don't we perform live? With all your instruments?" Hagakure suggested as she walked up to Jiro.

"Absolutely not!" Jiro declined.

"What's wrong? You're really good at playing and teaching people how to play! And you always look like you're having a ton of fun when you make music!" Hagakure reminded. "I bet everyone in school would love to hear you rock out!"

"No, I'm not Ashido, Luna, or Sato." Jiro said with a frown. "Their hobbies actually help their hero work. They have a purpose." She began playing her earphone jacks together. "But music…It really is just a hobby. Sorry, I don't think it's something I wanna show off to the school."

"Oh, that's why you got weird." Kaminari said. He then approached Jiro with admiration. "But you can play so many instruments! You're freaking awesome!"

Jiro flushed from hearing Kaminari's appreciation.

"Jiro! Why not use your skill to make other people smile? I think your music will definitely be useful when you're a pro!" Koda said with a smile.

Jiro felt encouragement from Kaminari and Koda's words in silence.

"Look, I understand where both of you are coming from, but it is her choice." Yaoyorozu said as she stood in front of Koda and Kaminari. "If she doesn't want to perform, that's fine."

"Well, after what you've all said…" Jiro said. She turned to her classmates with a flushed face. "If I didn't do it, I guess it wouldn't be rocking at all."

"Yeah!" Class 1-A students cheered.

"Woo-hoo! Yes!" Kaminari shouted. "Class 1-A will do a live performance and throw a dance party like this school's never seen before!"

"Yeah!" Class 1-A students cheered again.

Without everyone's knowledge, another video automatically played that featured a mysterious, refined-looking man on a video-sharing platform. During the video, an ad popped up and showed a mysterious, attractive woman on it.

The next day, Luna and Tarot Chariot opened the door and entered Nico's hospital room, where the child was sitting on his bed.

"Hiya, Nico!" Luna greeted. She ran up straight to the child. "It's so good to see you again!"

Tarot Chariot placed a fruit snack basket on the nightstand next to Nico's hospital bed.

"We thought you might be hungry, so we got some fruits snacks for you." Tarot Chariot added.

"Oh, thank you." Nico said, staring at the fruit snack basket.

[Flashback]

In the supplementary classroom, Aizawa announced Eri and Nico's request in front of his students.

"Eri and Nico said that they want to see Midoriya and Luna?" Tsuyu asked.

"Yes." Aizawa replied. "More specifically, Eri seems more concerned about Midoriya and Togata, while Nico wants to see Luna and Tarot Chariot. Apparently, this is their only request since they regained consciousness. So, we're obliging them."

Izuku gasped surprisingly with wide eyes as Luna's wide eyes enlarged with an astounding face.

[Flashback Ends]

Tarot Chariot and Luna sat on the stools right in front of Nico.

"This whole time, even when I had a fever, all I could think about was how much you did for me. How you saved me. But…I don't even know what to call you." Nico spoke. She looked at Luna. "I know your real name as Luna, but the one called Chakra calls you Dazzler. So, which one is it?"

"Well, my real name is Luna Yagi. But Dazzler is my hero name." Luna informed.

"A hero name? What's that?" Nico asked.

"Think of it as a nickname." Luna replied.

"So, Dazzler, Chakra, Tarot Chariot, and those girls…the Shatrix. You all risked their lives to save me, even though you all got hurt real bad doing so." Nico said with a guiltiness face. He closed his eyes to fight off his tears. "What…I'm trying to say is that…you never give up on me. Even after you both know that I was never a normal human being…"

Tarot Chariot then put her left hand on Nico's right cheek.

"Nico, we're heroes. It's our job to rescue and protect civilians how ever we can, no matter what villains and the dangers we face." Tarot Chariot reassured. "Luna and I are just happy to see you safe, so you don't need to worry."

Nico lifted his hands and began wiping the tears in his eyes.

Luna stared wordlessly at Nico for a moment.

He may be free from Carina's clutches, but he has nowhere to go. Luna thought. He can't stay in the hospital and he won't survive alone in the world. There has to be something else I can do to help him. But what?

Then, Luna's eyes widened as she began recalling what Aizawa said about the School Festival, which will only allow UA students and the school staffs to attend.

The School Festival. Of course. It's perfect. Luna thought with a smile.

Luna turned her head to Tarot Chariot.

"Hey, mom, is it possible that Nico could leave the hospital just for one day?" Luna requested excitedly. "I think bringing Nico to the School Festival will cheer him up."

"What's a festival?" Nico asked.

"A school festival is an amazing festival that's gonna take place at our school. There will be games, food stands, and performances. All the students are organizing thrilling things. So that the rest of the classes can enjoy and have fun." Luna explained. "Trust me, Nico, you're gonna love it."

"I don't see why not." Tarot Chariot said. She took out her cell phone from her hat. "I'll contact the principal to talk to him about it."

"So, what do you think, Nico?" Luna asked.

Nico looked down for a minute. Then, he looked up at Luna with a smile.

"Yes." Nico replied. "For the heroes who helped me, I wanted to be their friend."

Luna smiled brightly. Her eyes moved to Tarot Chariot.

"Hey, mom. I'm gonna head over to check on the Shatrix." Luna said.

"That won't be necessary." Tarot Chariot said.

"Why not?" Luna asked.

"According to the doctors, only two of them regained consciousness and only requested to speak with me and Morganite." Tarot Chariot explained. "I don't know why, but no doubt it has something to do with my family's coven. For now, get ready for the festival with Nico."

"I see. Understood." Luna said with a nod.

Meanwhile, a mysterious woman stood the edge of a building on a rooftop. She has a curvaceous body with dark skin, shoulder-length curly raven black hair with golden streaks, and hazel eyes. She wore a skintight black bodysuit with exposed shoulders and long sleeves under a golden yellow sleeveless vest that has three black snake scale patterned stars on the front with a swan-necked collar and a black zipper-like line down the center of the front along with a long coattail. She also wore a pair of golden yellow knee-high boots with two jagged black snake scale patterned lines around the upper edge and a black Italian masquerade mask on her face.

The masked woman looked at the screen on her golden compact mirror. The compact mirror pulled up a map of the city that showed a blinking pink dot on the UA High silhouette.

"Oh? So, this is her location. Looks like my search is over." The masked woman spoke. She let out a wicked giggle coming out of her mouth. "Carina's gonna be so pleased with this news."
