Author's Note: This takes place on the night when Tanjro spends the night at Saburo's home.
In the middle of the cold and snowy night... Tanjiro Kamado had been taken in by a lonely, widowed man by the name of Saburo. Saburo's fear of demons were strong. Even after losing his entire family. He had won an argument against Tanjiro for his own safety.
Tanjiro Kamado lied in a small bad with his head. 'I wonder, how everyone is doing at home?' Tanjiro Kamado had thought in his sleep.
Meanwhile in the Kamado home...
"Itadakimasu!"
The Kamado Family and Samurai Jack had prayed to the Gods for watching over their food as they were prepared to eat supper. They had all sat down at the family table inside of the Kamado home. Kie Kamado had made dinner and had eaten Miso soup in a bowl. Samurai Jack had sat his katana behind himself as he ate Miso soup with the Kamado family.
After minutes of finishing supper... Samurai Jack had begun to tell the Kamado Family stories of his past adventures.
"Wow! You grew up and trained across the world?" Takeo asked Samurai Jack.
"Yes. I did." Samurai Jack answered and nodded.
"That's so cool!" Takeo yelled out of joy and happiness.
"I wanna travel across the world and see new things when I grow up!" Hanako said.
"Me too! Me too!" Shigeru shouted in joy.
"Tell us, Jack. What made you want to become a Samurai?" Kie Kamado asked.
"I'll tell you all. But, this story might-" As Samurai Jack was preparing to tell the Kamado Family his life's story... he suddenly sensed strong blood lust within the air. His eyes widened and sharpened.
"What's wrong?" Nezuko had asked Samurai Jack.
Samurai Jack had blinked for a second. "I'm sorry. But, please stay inside. All of you." Samurai Jack asked, nicely.
"Hm? But why?" Shigeru asked, curiously.
"I must take care of business outside this home." Samurai Jack said as he can sense it coming closer and closer. He properly excused himself and ran to grab his sword. Jack then moved his body outside on the front porch and in front of the door. "Please. Don't come out." Samurai Jack had told the Kamado family with a fake smile. Leaving them to sigh and gasp in confusion.
Samurai Jack then walked toward where he had sensed the blood lust and had walked away from the front door. He pulled his blade from his sheath and gripped it, tightly. He stood still in during the small snowstorm. He then took a deep breath and gave a sharp stare forward. Twelve o' clock. "Show yourself!" Samurai Jack yelled as the snow had continued to fall from the dark sky.
It had taken thirty seconds for the being to approach Samurai Jack in the flesh.
Samurai Jack's eyes narrowed when he saw a man dressed in a black weather cape over his white tuxedo. He stared into the being's eyes to see the being's pair of eyes being a color that resembled the bloody-red moon.
Muzan Kibutsuji had stopped walking when he had spotted Samurai Jack standing yards in front of the Kamado Household. They stood miles apart from each other, face-to-face.
"You must be the head of the Kamado Household." Muzan had assumed.
'Head of the Kamado Household?' Samurai Jack had thought, then instantly shook his head no. "I'm not." He did not drop his guard for a single instant as he can sense negative vibes from Muzan.
"Pardon, me. Then you must be this family's sole protector." Muzan said. 'I was right. This is where Kamado's descendants are staying. And it seems they have prepared for my arrival.'
"Tell me. Did Aku send you to finish me off?" Samurai Jack had asked.
Muzan had raised his eyebrows in confusion. "Aku?"
"Yes. Did Aku send you to slay me after I failed to stop him?" Samurai Jak had asked.
Muzan had chuckled. "I do not know who this Aku is... but I am here for business with the Kamado Family. Now, why won't you step aside and-"
Samurai Jack had interrupted Muzan. "I won't let you."
"I can sense a lot of potential in you." Muzan then raised his right hand forward. "Join me. Become a demon, like me."
"A demon?" Samurai Jack muttered in front of Muzan. "So, this must be what he is. He may not be like Aku, but I sense that this guy is completely dangerous.' Samurai Jack had thought.
"If you become a demon, like me, then you will never have to worry about aging or dying from natural causes." Muzan smiled.
Samurai Jack had given it a moment of thought, before ultimately sighing. "Growing old and dying from natural causes is part of being human. To live life to the fullest as a human is the way to live. But to become a demon and destroy life is a coward's way out! I will not be convinced! Even down to my last breath!"
Muzan had narrowed his eyes after listening to Muzan's answer. "Very well."
'I have to be extremely careful with this guy. If I even make the slightest mistake, then this guy will instantly kill me.' Samurai Jack had thought as he paid close attention to Muzan's body language.
The snow from the sky had stopped falling and there was nothing but utter silence for thirty whole seconds. Samurai Jack and Muzan did not take eyes off each other. As they had stared, a red Japanese maple tree leaf had danced all the way down toward the snowy ground. And when it touched the snow...
"Mmph!" Samurai Jack had made a quick role to the left as he had instantly dodged a deadly vertical whip slash from Muzan's extended fleshy blade-like left arm. Samurai Jack had begun to run around Muzan, clockwise. Continuously dodging Muzan's whip slashing arms. As he did, he thought of something, a few minutes prior. 'His arms are like whips with blades attached to them.' Samurai Jack had noticed Muzan's long and deadly arms. 'This demon must be a shapeshifter-just like Aku!' Samurai Jack had compared Muzan's body manipulation to Aku's as he kept dodging Muzan by ducking and jumping.
'This man is moving flawless. It's as if... he had trained his whole life for this moment.' Muzan had thought to himself as Samurai Jack had kept swinging and missing his target. 'All I need to do is get one scratch on this man's body and he'll be lethally poisoned.'' Muzan had thought.
Samurai Jack had then stopped running for a moment, planted his wooden sandals into the ground and faced Muzan. 'I'm not just fighting for my life, here.' Samurai Jack then thought of the Kamado Family he had met earlier that day. 'I'm fighting for them, too. And also, for all the people that this demon might come across.' Samurai Jack had thought, then had taken another deep breath. He stared at Muzan with a sharp and serious glare.
"Oh?" Muan had noticed Samurai Jack's serious glare.
Samurai Jack then ran toward Muzan as fast as he could toward Muzan. Ready to cut him down. "Before Aku... I must end this demon, once and for all!' Samurai Jack thought as he had charged toward him.
Muzan smiled as Samurai Jack charged toward him. 'All I need is one cut on this samurai.' Muzan thought as he raised his defenses and was prepared to attack.
