(Hey, everyone. Sorry that it took so long to come up with another update., At first, I didn't know that much time had passed. I updated most of my stories days apart in preparation for working more hours, then after that, I didn't do much, try to draw, and most of the summer was hard for me. Things feel better, so when I checked, I realized this was last updated on June 30th! It's August now. No, this story nor the first insurgence story is dropped. I will continue them, and I thought of making another story based on my original idea; it would be like insurgence yet more different and a separate start from the webcomic it's based on and my friend's SHP story, so stay tuned.
In the meantime, you all could see the drawings I've made over the break. Type IceEmperor26 to find my Deviantart and Twitter since the links don't work. Now, let's get into the story.
Godzilla pops her head out of the volcano's lava; she lets out a relaxed sigh, leaning against the walls. She was worried about her rematch with Ghidorah, mainly her upcoming performance. While thinking about that, she waited for Dagon to wake up to get her answers. Godzilla hoped that the answer would give her a way to surpass his level. Godzilla would look at her hand, and she made a fist.
"There's nothing that he can do that I can't," Godzilla would mutter to herself. "Perhaps I can pull something out of my ass like he does."
"Well, that does seem to be your species' specialty." Anguirus would say as she walked up to the edge and jumped in. Godzilla held her arm over her eyes to block the incoming lava. Hearing a loud sigh of relief, Godzilla lowered her arm and looked at her friend. "So what's with the long face?"
"Dagon would finally answer some of the questions I've had for the longest. So we can finally get the truth out of him," Godzilla said.
Anguirus waved her hand, "He simply came from another place; what is there to know? If it wasn't the hollows, then it had to be space. He knew the aliens,"
"I don't think the answer is that simple, spikey," Godzilla said, "He also knew you and the others,"
"Think he also had us as friends?" Anguirus asked. "Species wise, I mean,"
Godzilla chuckled, "If he did, then I feel bad for him. Having you three as friends is hard enough, but the thought of others like me having to put up with you all is worse," Anguirus narrowed her eyes and splashed Godzilla with the lava, only earning a chuckle from Godzilla, "I kid, but it would be somewhat impressive…if that's the right word for it,"
"Speaking of the hollows, ain't it odd how no other kaiju came from it? Especially with all that occurred?" Anguirus asked.
"Eh, we still have those few who went dormant around the planet. Hope it stays that way," Godzilla said, "Unless they died in their hiding place,"
"Unlikely," Queen Caesar would say as she walked in and sat inside the lava, purring as she felt the warmth.
"Good to see you again, Caesar," Godzilla said.
"Half expected you to be asleep," Anguirus said.
"Hard to be asleep with Battra now roaming free around the island," Queen Caesar would say, "So, y'all talking bout Dagon?"
"We were, but we changed it to talking about the kaiju within the Hollow Earth, or the lack of them during two key battles we nee- could've used their assistance for," Anguirus said.
"Probably cause there's not a lot of pathways out or at least easy ways out," Queen Caesar said, "And the last two battles only threatened the surface more than anything,"
"What about the potential kaiju just wandering around? I heard something about a big reptile around New York," Anguirus would say.
"Big reptile?" Godzilla asked before she huffed, "As long as it stays over there,"
Queen Caesar lets out a small chuckle, "Where did you hear that from?"
"Huko and Rodan, whenever they flew around that area," Anguirus would say, "They say they see some large shape swimming, almost like Goji but smaller,"
"So you're saying the US has their giant lizard to worry about? Does every other country have a large lizard to worry about?" Queen Caesar asked.
Anguirus only glared at Queen Caesar while Godzilla laughed.
"I'm sure they were only seeing things," Godzilla said, "I would've known about another one of my kind out there,"
"So would I" Came the voice of Queen Ghidorah.
The three kaiju turned around, watching Queen Ghidorah walk closer to them. Godzilla growled as she watched the kaiju enter the lava. Anguirus and Queen Caesar stared at Ghidorah, and then they looked back at one another, giving each other smirks before looking back to the hydra.
"Shouldn't you be training?" Godzilla asked, "Or, at the very least finding ways to cope after you lose?"
Queen Ghidorah chuckles as she looks at Godzilla, "Lose? Oh no, I won't lose our rematch, darling~" Queen Ghidorah purred as she leaned forward. "Perhaps you should be training instead of talking with your friends and lying in lava," Queen Ghidorah would say, "And quit starring~."
Godzilla growls as her face goes slightly red; she turns her slight shock to glare and directs it towards Ghidorah, "Well, we just have to wait and see Queen Bitch"
"Oh, that's a new one," Queen Ghidorah said with a chuckle, "But once I win our fight, I'll be aiming for that other lizard,"
"Oh, speaking of another lizard, Ghidorah, have you ever encountered anything like Dagon?" Anguirus asked.
Queen Ghidorah blinks as she looks at Anguirus like someone talking to her without any threats or hint of annoyance confuses her. After the moment of confusion is over, Ghidorah looks up as she thinks. "Somewhat. I never knew him, if that's what you're getting at, but I do know someone with his build,"
"Huh, then how does he know you?" Anguirus asked.
"Ghidorah is a prevalent name, and almost all of us look alike," Queen Ghidorah would say as she spread her massive wings, Anguirus swimming further away as she did, "Wings, horns, and two tails. It's not hard to tell who's a Ghidorah."
"And your minions?" Queen Caesar asked.
"Who cares? They aren't important," Queen Ghidorah said.
"Well, once he wakes up, we can finally get the answer we've all been waiting for," Godzilla would say.
"So the moth you all fought was the one with black wings that I passed on." Queen Ghidorah asked. Godzilla opened her mouth, but Queen Ghidorah responded before she could answer, "Doesn't seem that strong or like she would give much of a challenge."
"Uh huh," Godzilla drew.
"Well, I certainly can't wait for the rematch," Anguirus would say, breaking the silence. "Maybe after that, you two could try double-teaming Legend…erm, I mean Dagon,"
"That would be fun to watch," Queen Caesar said.
Godzilla chuckled as she thought about that. It could be fun; she had to wonder where Dagon. He should be up by now and know where they are. What could he possibly be doing that needs his attention?

"You fell? Into Earth?" Dagon asked.
"Yes, I was digging and fell into some extensive tunnel system," Megalon would say.
Dagon looks at Megalon, then at her hands, which still lack drills, and then he looks back up at her. "You want me to believe you managed to dig into some large tunnel system?"
"Yes, why is that so hard to believe?" Megalon huffed.
"Cause last time you tried to dig, you complained about lacking drills, and now you're telling me that you dug more than just a ditch?" Dagon questioned. "Take me to where it occurred."
"Digging isn't so hard, and I can teach you how to dig," Megalon offered.
"I don't dig," Dagon answered. "It's not for me."
"W–w-what? You don't dig? But why?" Asked a flabbergasted Megalon. "But digging is fun, a form of art….it's life."
"Can you show me the hole?" Dagon calmly asked.
"Besides it being an art and a fun hobby, it can help you with combat, like if you're fast enough, you can dig to avoid some type of attack," Megalon would say, "And-"
"Take me to the damn hole. I have other things to do," Dagon sneered.
"Fine," Megalon grumbled as she turned to walk to the hole. "Do you know what it is?"
"My guess is a hole into a large cavern inside the earth, like a big cave," Dagon answered, "Where are your friends?"
"Friends?" Megalon asked.
"The bitch and the smartass," Dagon dumbed down.
"I'm not stupid," Megalon hissed.
"Arguably," Dagon drawled.
"You said friends, but I only have a friend..which is the bitch, and they're currently at the hole looking at it; something is glowing at the end of it," Megalon said.
"Something glowing?" Dagon would ask.

"Stop throwing things at it," Orga growled.
"Why? It's going through to something," Gigan would say. "So it's not harming it."
"Yes, but you don't know where it is going," Orga would say. "Or what you could be hitting and pissing off."
"Guess you're right," Gigan would say; her eyes began to glow, and she fired a beam into the portal.
"What are you doing?!" Orga shouted.
"Oh wow, look at that. Nothing happened," Gigan said with a gasp. "So throwing rocks through it wouldn't do jack shit,"
"You fool! What if that works like some stable singularity, and your blast made it unstable?" Orga hissed.
Gigan thinks about it before she shrugs, "At least I took out Ghidorah,"
"Her species is unaffected by singularities," Orga deadpanned
"Oh, well, at least I took out the Godzilla's and did something Ghidorah couldn't," Gigan chuckled as she looked back at it.
"So how would you study this thing with no equipment," Gigan asked.
"I can't," Orga grumbled. "Losey earthlings had to destroy the ship."
"It wouldn't be destroyed if you didn't come to this planet," Dagon would say as he crossed his arms and looked at the glowing portal. "Huh,"
"I take that, huh, means you don't know what it is?" Gigan asked; in the background, Orga only grumbled at Dagon's response.
"Slightly," Dagon would say. "I have an idea where that would lead, but I've never seen this thing; it looks like something you Xeno's should know about,"
"Well, it's spacey," Gigan would tell Dagon.
Dagon slowly looked at Gigan, who gave him a sly smirk.
'Don't reply angrily; that's what she wants,' Dagon thought.
"I don't want to get close to it; I have no idea where it would lead or even if we could return," Orga would say. "However, the closer I get, the more it feels like I'm losing footing and about to fly to the ceiling,"
"You don't say huh," Dagon would say.
Before she could react, Dagon grabbed Gigan's neck, causing her to croak, and he threw her towards the ceiling yet closer to the portal. Slamming into the roof, Gigan slowly fell but stopped midway to the ground, and she was getting dragged towards the rift. Luckily, she could stop herself and teleport back to Dagon's side.
"What the fuck!" Gigan hissed.
"Now we know that if you get too close, it will pull you towards it," Dagon told Orga; he then looked at Gigan, "How was it over there?"
Gigan narrowed her eyes, "Felt like I entered space."
Good to know," Dagon drawls; he turns his attention to Megalon, "How did you exactly find this?"
"I was just digging and found this, and when I did, I just walked towards the light," Megalon would say.
Dagon would nod, "Well, either something was trying to dig out, or something was trying to find that entrance to the inner Earth,"
"Of course, this planet was hollow on scans; I wondered why," Orga said in wonder, "I must explore it,"
"Slow your role; there's much more kaiju in there. Leave it be for now," Dagon would say. As he studied the entrance, he got an idea. "Mark this area if something ever happens or we need to leave. We go through that. There would be other ways out of the inner Earth, and Godzilla and co may know the way around better than anyone else."
"Really?" Orga would ask, "Why?"
"Because we found an entrance, and I intend for us to use it," Dagon would say as he walked away, "One way or another, we will head through it just cause we can."
Orga would shake her head, "Men," She muttered.
"The hell does that mean?" Gigan asked,
"I dunno, but it fits," Orga answered as she followed Dagon.
Megalon shrugged and followed Orga while Gigan took another look at the portal. She smirks as she fires her eyebeam into it again before following the other kaiju out of the hole.
As she left, a hand would reach out of the portal, pulling itself out, slithering its tongue to get a sense of where she was before she smirked and pulled herself free.

After ditching the alien kaiju, Dagon heads off to find Godzilla to tell her about the entrance they had located. Dagon figured that Godzilla wouldn't know about the access to the inner Earth due to her not mentioning it before. Perhaps she does. Maybe Anguirus made the enormous tunnel since she, too, could dig, but that was more speculation than direct facts.
While making his way to Godzilla, Dagon noticed something flying overhead quickly. Dagon sniffed the air and smelt sulfur, Rodan. Any meeting with her would be more than a quick talk, especially if she's alone. Dagon kept walking to keep the element of surprise, acting as if he didn't notice her presence.
Circling above, Rodan looked down towards Dagon as he kept walking. Rodan smiled to herself; the poor fool didn't even know he was about to get hit from above. Rodan would fly higher into the air, spreading her wings; she clapped them together, diving towards Dagon, raising her talons to grab him while her body slowly ignited.
When she was inches away, Dagon quickly turned around, aiming to grab her shirt. Rodan let out a surprised gasp but continued through, her claws sinking into his shoulders. Dagon hissed in pain. He quickly slammed her into the ground and went for a stomp on her head, but she rolled out of the way and promptly jumped off the bed, hitting her shoulder into his chest to get some distance between them. Dagon snarled and attempted to move forward, but Rodan did a spin, using her wings to shield her face and body from any blows when she moved to face him; then, she quickly moved her wings outwards to hit him with the edge. The way she was driving and spinning was akin to the Jalisco Mexican Folkloric Dance dress.
As she kept spinning around him, Dagon would grab her horn, attempting to pull her in for a headbutt, but she quickly spread her wings outward, cutting him across the chest before she kicked him in the stomach. Once more, Dagon stumbled back, and Rodan rushed him; as she got close, she placed one foot against his chest and brought the other up to kick his chin.
"I thought you were a great fighter, Cula Payasa!" Rodan would mock, and she dashed towards Dagon, going for his neck this time.
Dagon would take a step back as she went back to an offensive and defensive strategy. Dagon kept stepping back until he found the right time to strike. As Rodan moved her wings in front of her, Dagon swiftly punched her wing membrane as hard as he could.
Rodan roared as she stepped back, feeling her bones and wings shake from the punch, but this didn't stop her, and she quickly caught fire again. Her body would be ablaze, and then she clapped her wings, sending the flames toward Dagon.
He held his arms up; withstanding the blast, he only had remnants of flames on his clothes and hair. Dagon looks at his shoulders with a low hiss. He only looks forward for Rodan's foot to slam into his face, her nails grabbing his head and chin. While Dagon grabbed her ankle, she grabbed his neck with her other talon and flew into the air. She then quickly scrambled down, slamming Dagon into the ground. She promptly flew up again and hit him back down. Dagon lets go of her ankle, grins, and flies higher.
"Don't tell me the big bad moth made you weaker! I wanted a challenge!" Rodan would roar as she kept flying higher.
Dagon growled, and he slammed his fist into her ankle. Rodan roared in pain; Dagon quickly pulled his face out of her grip and grabbed her thighs. He swung her around to face the ground and punched her. Rodan finally let go; before he would allow her to fall, Dagon looked forward at the sky, plates quickly flashing blue. He fired his atomic breath, propelling himself toward Rodan; he grabbed her head and forced her to look at the ground. He used his other hand to grab her left arm.
"F-fuck!" Rodan would roar as she couldn't slow down or turn around; all she could do was brace for impact.
A loud boom echoed through the island as dirt flew into the air. Dagon sat over Rodan, hand still on her head while she only groaned as she lay there.
"T-this isn't over," Rodan would growl as she tried to get up.
"You're durable…I give you that," Dagon would say as he slowly gets off of her. Rodan would quickly pull herself off the ground and march towards Dagon; on her third step, she would lose all feeling and fall. "You stood up too fast."
Dagon stepped on her to find Godzilla while Rodan growled and tried to get back up.
"G-get back here," Rodan growls.

"The hell was that sound?" Godzilla would ask.
"If I had to guess, the aftermath of Rodan trying to fight Dagon," Queen Caesae would say. "So, real talk. Are you ready for the fight?"
"Of course I am; my hands can't stop shaking," Godzilla would say, "I have to win this fight, Caesar."
"I know you do, but what if you lose?" Queen Caesar would ask.
"Get more fights in until I win, of course," Godzilla would say, but she huffs, "But I would be lying if I wasn't scared. I barely sparred enough to get stronger…and didn't defeat her; Dagon did, and she tanked some super atomic breath thrown by him. If she survived that, she would eat my attacks."
"Don't say that," Queen Caesar would say.
"Yeah, you're the best!" Anguirus would say. "During your first fight, she won, then after that, you came back, and from what you said, you surprised her when your attack hurt."
"Yeah, I did….and she's been sitting on her ass ever since her defeat…and I did fight an amp Battra" Godzilla would say. "I should probably meditate or sleep early for any edge I can get for tomorrow,"
"Good to hear that you have plans in mind," Dagon would say. "I have news, though,"
"Is it your origin?" Godzilla asked.
"No, but Megalon showed me some tunnel with a glowing ball. I think whatever it is leads to the inner Earth," Dagon said.
"We call it the Hollow Earth," Queen Caesar said.
"That's stupid," Dagon said.
"And Inner Earth is better?" Anguirus asked.
"It would make sense for an entrance to be on this island," Godzilla would mutter to herself. "Leave it be; we'll try to explore it one day. Now your origins, spill it,"
"I'm not from this place. I came from a place nearly identical but with male kaiju," Dagon would explain, and he points to Anguirus, "I had a…..friend….named Anguirus who I fought when we first met one another. I fought several kaiju over the years, many of who are on this island and others y'all possibly never meant."
The three kaiju girls were standing there in silence. Dagon would nod, then he turned around and walked away, leaving the three to stew in their thoughts. Godzilla only shook her head. That didn't give her a direct answer to how to get stronger than him. All she learned was that he fought more kaiju than she did.
"Fuck" Godzilla muttered.
"Another version of me was his friend?" Anguirus would say. "He's capable of having friends?"
"From my talk with him earlier, I would say that he is." Queen Caesar said. "He had shields up, but for what reason?"
"Who knows?" Anguirus would shrug.
"I'm going to go meditate," Godzilla would say as she walked away.
The two kaiju would look at one another.
"Should we check on Rodan?" Anguirus asked.
"Yeah, we should." Queen Caesar would say.
