New chapter read for y'all. Like I said, my brain is on a roll and I don't want to stop. This will cause some more questions. Like I also said I want to develop the main cast. Allowing them all to develop into fleshed out characters. So until then please R thanks.

rated M for strong language, strong sexual content, and strong language.

Chapter Three

Ron sat in his house, a tear in his eye as he thought about the breakup. It did pain him that she left him. He understood though, he wasn't going to try to force her to love him. He would rather stay friends with her than ruin anything with her. He found his mind thinking of all the missions they had gone on together. He smiled at the thoughts.

Rufus squeaked and bounded up onto his knee. She smiled at his naked mole rat. Reaching out he rubbed the top of the rodent's head. His eyes lifted up to see a picture of him and Kim. He got up and walked over to the picture.

He smiled at the fond memory. His eyes drifted over to another picture on the wall. One of him with Yori when he had trained with her. He smiled looking at it. Regardless of how he felt about the breakup, he still had plenty of fond memories with Kim. He wouldn't let this destroy those memories. His attention was pulled to his shoulder as Rufus climbed up onto his shoulder. He smiled again before making his way to his bed.

There was a knock on Shego's door. Rock music drowned it out however. The knock came louder and still no one answered it. The door opened and Destiny peaked her head in to look around. Seeing no one around, she let herself in. Her head turned towards the garage door where the rock music played from.

Walking over to the door she opened it. She looked in to see Jacob working at a table. Cuts of meat laid out on the table he stood over. He was singing along with the music. She knocked loudly on the door catching his attention. He smiled at her as he picked up a towel. Wiping his hands off he picked up a remote. Pointing it at the speakers he paused the music.

"Hey Destiny, Samantha isn't here right now," he spoke.

Destiny walked down the steps and came up to his side. "Any idea when she'll be back? I figured I'd see if she would be up for lunch."

"She should be back soon," he spoke, turning back to the backbone of the deer.

"I'll wait then," she announced, her attention turned to the meat on the table.

He reached over in front of her and took a slender knife. She watched him as he carefully cut the back-strap from the bone and sat it to the side with meat that had already been separated. Destiny started rolling her sleeves up catching his attention.

"Want some help?" she offered with a shrug.

"You know how to butcher a deer?" he asked surprised.

"I dated a guy in Austin who hunted and butchered all of his own stuff. I picked up a thing or two," she responded, smiling to him.

He smiled before picking up a knife and handing it to her. She grabbed a hindquarter and started trimming the fat away from the meat. Jacob watched her work delicately, removing the fat and silver skin from the meat.

"Impressive," he complimented her, watching her work.

"Thank you," she spoke smiling.

He had been so focused on her he accidentally cut his thumb open. "Shit," he mumbled, pulling his hand back. He watched the blood drip from his thumb onto the floor.

"You okay?" she asked, setting her knife down and coming up to his side.

"Yeah, every time I butcher a deer I cut myself, never fails," he chuckled, wiping the blood away.

Destiny's index finger lit up with a white glow. She moved it close to his thumb only for him to pull away. "Relax Jacob, mine doesn't burn. It freezes," she spoke tenderly. She watched him relax into her hand. She carefully made a line of ice the length of the cut. Doing so encased the cut in ice stopping the blood. Looking past him she saw a first aid kit on the shelf. Walking over she grabbed it and opened it. Taking out some gauze and bandages she doctored the wound up for him.

All the while she was doing this, Jacob watched her closely. He took in her appearance. Her hair as white as the snow right outside the door. Her brilliant violet eyes focused intently on the work she was doing. Her skin like that of a porcelain doll. Her hourglass figure was the final feature he focused on.

"So, how do you know my sister?" she asked, breaking his thoughts.

"My team and I were tasked with giving her an escort to a base. We were her backup during the invasion. We thought it would be an easy mission. Turns out, there was heavy resistance the whole way there," he spoke, remembering the mission.

"You were in the army?" she asked, glancing up to him.

"Yeah, Delta Force," he responded nodding. "Unfortunately I was the only one to survive the mission. After the invaders were defeated, I had no place to go so she offered me a place to stay. She said it was her good deed since she was turning over a new leaf," he explained, thinking of the mission again.

"No place to go, what about family?" she inquired. Her eyes slowly lifted up, seeing a slight amount of pain in his. With one blink it was gone.

"That's a story for another day," he responded to her.

Destiny was impressed with the fact that Shego had done that for him. She smiled slightly. Clipping the bandage she looked at her work and smiled. "There, all patched up," she smiled to him. "Try not to cut yourself again," she smirked, watching him just laugh.

"No promises," he responded, watching her just give him a smile. "So, uh, you seeing anyone?" He probed, watching her closely as she closed up the kit.

"Why do you ask?" she questioned, her hair hiding the smirk on her face.

"Well, wouldn't mind getting to know you," he replied shrugging. He took the kit from her, noticing the smirk on her face.

"Oddly specific, don't you think?" she quipped, hearing him chuckle nervously. She turned to face him as he walked back over towards her. "No, not at the moment."

"Well I'd be remised if you left here today without my number," he ventured, seeing her smile at him.

"Tell me, do you always cut your fingers just to try to get a girls number," she smirked up at him. He rubbed the back of his head nervously, smiling as he did so.

"Only for the extremely beautiful ones. Hasn't worked yet," he answered with a laugh.

"Well it worked this time," she said, smiling as she took out her phone.

Shego walked through a store, picking out some items for the house. Namely, some food items she wanted and some bottles of alcohol. She was really the only one between her and Jacob who drank. He mostly used it for cooking. Looking up to the shelves she grabbed a bottle of bourbon.

"Shego?" A voice called making her look.

To her surprise she saw Ron Stoppable walking her way. Seeing him cause her to have a brief moment of thinking about Kim. She put on a smile for him as he joined her.

"Hey Stoppable, what you doing here?" she spoke leaning over the cart.

"Well, getting supplies for the house," he responded shrugging. He looked into her cart to see a few bottles of alcohol. "Looks like you're doing the same," he chuckled, watching her smirk at the cart.

"You could say that," she said picking up a bottle. She sighed glancing up to him. "How's Princess?" she inquired.

She watched his face drop at her nickname for Kim. Something about his facial expression stood out to her. "She's good, owns a vet clinic in Middleton. She doesn't do the whole save the world thing anymore. Now she saves people's pets," he explained, leaning up against his own cart. "We actually split a few days ago. Still best friends but no longer a couple."

Shego betrayed no emotion as she listened to Ron. Inside she was a jumble of emotions. She had a chance now, something she had to try to pursue. "Sorry to hear that Stoppable," she spoke tenderly, showing genuine compassion.

He just waved his hand and smiled. "I'd rather her be happy than anything," he spoke before a rustling in his pants made him look. Rufus scampered up onto his shoulder and chattered. He pointed toward the taco products in the next aisle over.

"I got you buddy," he said smiling. He turned his attention back to Shego. He smiled at her. "Well, it's nice actually seeing you when you're not trying to kill me," he said making her smirk. "See you around," he said walking away.

"See ya," she said watching him leave. Her mind instantly thought of Kim. She started breathing heavily. Her heart felt like it would beat right out of her chest. She leaned over her cart, her mind racing. Pulling herself together she made her way to the checkout lane.

Shego opened the door to the apartment. She carried her bags over to the counter. Setting them down she pulled her cellphone from her jacket. She pulled up Destiny's number and called it. Before she placed it to her ear, she heard a ringing. She stopped, her eyes drifting over to the garage door. She walked up to the door, and opened it.

"Hello," she heard Destiny's voice come through the door and her phone at the same time. Opening the door she stopped when she saw Jacob and Destiny standing over piles of meat.

"Hey," she said making them turn to face her.

"Sammy," Destiny said, putting her phone back into her pocket.

"What's uh, what's going on here?" she questioned looking between them.

"I stopped by looking for you, figured I'd give him a hand butchering his deer. A least until you got back," Destiny shrugged.

"Uh huh, can I talk to you in private please?" Shego asked, pointing at Destiny who stared up at her.

"Sure," Destiny said wiping her hands off. She smiled to Jacob who smiled back at her.

Shego watched her sister walk past her before glancing to Jacob who smiled at her. She shook her head and followed Destiny into the kitchen closing the door behind them. Destiny walked over to the sink and started washing her hands in it. Cleaning the blood and flakes of meat off of her hands. She glanced over to Shego who leaned up against the Island.

"What did you need to talk about?" Destiny inquired, scrubbing her hands.

Shego took an apprehensive breath as she squeezed the countertop. She had only been nervous like this once and it was many years back when she was living under her parents thumbs. "So, the person I'm interested in has recently become single," she spoke, her eyes watching her sister closely.

"You don't say," Destiny spoke, turning to face her. She reached to a hanging hand towel.

"I don't know what to do," Shego admitted timidly.

"Yes you do," Destiny spoke, making Shego's head snap up to her. "You just needed to hear it from someone else," Destiny finished, stepping towards her. She reached out and placed a hand on Shego's shoulder. "Go after her," she said, smiling at her sister. "You deserve a chance to be happy."

Shego smiled at her sister as she wrapped her arms around her. She clung to her sister tightly smiling to herself as she felt her sister stroke her back. "Thank you Destiny," she spoke softly.

Kim walked down the street her hands deep in her pockets. She was deep in thought about her split from Ron. It still hurt her thinking about how she may have hurt him. Her legs carried her up to a door reaching out her hand hovered over the door. She prepared to knock, yet her hand hadn't moved. Slowly her hand wrapped on the door. After a few seconds the door opened to reveal Bonnie looking at her.

"Kim?" The brunette questioned surprised.

"You busy?" Kim inquired.

"No, what's up?" Bonnie asked, watching Kim just shrug slightly.

"Want to get a drink?" Kim ventured, nodding towards the bar down the road.

Bonnie looked at the bar down the road briefly. She glanced to Kim to see a look in her eyes. Reaching back, she grabbed her coat and keys. Coming back out she closed her door behind her. They walked up to the bar and entered in. Walking up to the counter they ordered their drinks and took a seat at a table. Bonnie watched as Kim stirred her drink with the straw.

"What's going on Kim?" Bonnie asked, sipping her drink.

"I broke up with Ron," Kim answered with a sigh.

"Why? It seemed like you guys were good together," Bonnie spoke sitting forward.

Kim took an apprehensive sigh, her eyes lifted up to Bonnie. "Because, ever since high school I was attracted to women," Kim admitted, watching Bonnie's reaction.

Bonnie started thinking before smirking slightly. "So who was the best looking out of the cheerleading squad?" Bonnie inquired, watching Kim smirk.

"Honestly, you," Kim replied, making Bonnie blush slightly.

"So, what now for you?" Bonnie asked, sipping her glass.

The smirk on Kim's face dropped as she turned her gaze from Bonnie. She shrugged slightly, stirring her glass again. "There's someone I've been interested in for a while. I just haven't seen her," Kim spoke, taking a drink from her glass.

"Who?" Bonnie probed, watching Kim closely as she tapped her glass.

Kim slowly tapped on her glass. Her eyes followed the beads of sweat rolling down the side of it. Sitting forward she folded her hands together and glanced over to the counter. She watched as people talked and smoked cigarettes. She turned back to Bonnie who waited patiently on the answer.

"Shego," she answered.

"Shego, you mean the one you fought for years. The one who was your enemy for so long and helped to stop the invasion?" Bonnie asked, watching Kim just nod slightly. "Wow, I honestly was expecting Tara or someone else. Shego is kind of a shock," Bonnie admitted, with a shrug.

"Yeah, I'm kind of in shock too over that but she's literally the only woman I have eyes for," Kim spoke sitting back in her chair. Her eyes lifted up to look at Bonnie. "Thanks for coming Bonnie, I needed someone to talk to."

Bonnie shrugged slightly. "It's no trouble, like you said, 'Fresh Start'," Bonnie replied smiling at her.
