Boo

It was innocent. It didn't last much than a few seconds, but people tend to mix up words when they're in a rush.

Po charged into the Hall of Heroes looking frantically over a map. "Come on, come on. There! I found the bandits' hideout. If we manage to get the army over here, we might be able to catch them by surprise before they do anything with the hostages."

"Are you sure?" Shifu asked as the others busily worked around the hall.

"Right now, doing nothing is worse than doing the wrong thing. At least we'll be able to find out where they're not quicker. It's the only lead from this guy," Po pointed to a wolf tied up from the last bandit raid.

Shifu stroked his beard, "I don't know about this, Po."

"Look, they're either at Buu Mountain or Xiang Cove. Those are at two different sides of the valley."

"He has a point, Master Shifu," Tigress replied.

"But we have to find a way to be certain, Crane can't fly to both places," Shifu pointed out.

"Zeng can," Po mentioned. Shifu and Tigress glared. The panda rose his hands up in defense. "I'm not thinking of putting Zeng in danger, but it's easier for him to see from afar where these bandits are moving. And time isn't on our side."

"What if we set up a point equidistant between the two locations and send Zeng to the cove and Crane to the mountain?" Tigress suggested.

Po and Shifu glanced at each other. "Why do it like that?" Po asked.

"It's easier and safer for Zeng to see a bunch of moving bandits and their ships on a cove than a mountain where there might be caves."

"And it's harder for bandits to hide in a cave on a cove," Shifu added.

Po nodded, "Alright. Grab Zeng and tell him what to do. Crane will help you with this puppy over here."

"Hey!" The wolf exclaimed.

"Can you be the rendezvous point for both of them?" Po asked Tigress.

"I will."

"Good, then we'll go with your idea," Po smiled a bit. "Good work Tigress."

"Okay, thanks boo."

Everyone stopped in the Hall of Heroes. Tigress, who was trying to take the wolf bandit away, noticed the room get still. She looked at Crane whose beak dropped with a creak. "Why is everyone staring at me like that?"

"Because you called Po... boo," Crane clarified. "You said 'Thanks boo'."

Tigress's eyes ripped wide open. "WHAT?! No! I didn't. I said thanks, Po."

"Do you see me as husband material?" Po smiled in a proud goofy manner.

"I don't!" Tigress snarled. "You are my partner- I MEAN my friend and that's it!"

"Hey, that's no way to talk to your boo," Viper snickered.

"I didn't call him boo!" Tigress exclaimed.

"It's okay, Tigress," Shifu smiled, "I give you two my blessing."

"Master Shifu!"

"It's okay, Tigress. Sometimes I call Viper dear," Crane nervously said.

"Wait so no one's going to make fun of Crane for that?" Tigress snarled.

"Crane calling Viper dear is as old as Xia Dynasty," Monkey smirked, "But you calling Po hubby bear."

"I DID NOT!" Tigress roared.

"Yea, but you did call him boo," said the bandit wolf.

"You stay quiet. You've done nothing but lie this entire time," Tigress scowled.

"Okay, I was lying about the bandits at Xiang Cove, but you calling the panda boo, that happened."

"AHA!" Tigress exclaimed. "Now we have proof of where the bandits are."

"A very interesting way to get that information," Shifu smirked. "And was that your real plan, Tigress?"

"Yes," Tigress quickly said. The red panda stared at the tiger with his smug grin.

"I believe you," Po chimed in.

"Thank you," Tigress sighed.

"Honey."

The tiger groaned under her breath. "Crane, Viper, Mantis. Fly over to Buu Mountain and find the missing hostages. Monkey and I will carry the bandit to jail. Po and Tigress, go after them to Buu Mountain to meet them halfway. We need to make sure that those prisoners are safe."

"Yes Master Shifu," The team split up and shot out to their different locations. Po's smile only made Tigress's scowl increase in size.

"What?"

"Nothing, nothing," Po quickly said. "I was just thinking, after we get the hostages, do you want to just... you know... get something to eat? Or I could make you something you like?"

"You mean like a date?" Tigress grumbled.

"You said it not me," Po nervously grinned.

Tigress shook her head and sighed in defeat. "I'd like that."

The End

A/N: Yes I got this idea from the Brooklyn 99. It was a nice idea and to be honest, I could see either Tigress or Po messing up and calling the other one honey or dear.
