Chapter nineteen: The provisional license exams part two
The group of Aizawa, Sekijiro, Hizashi, Ryo, Nemuri, and Emi were not exactly having an easy time against Dabi and his group that confronted them when the villains all attacked the provisional licence exams that were being held at Takoba National Stadium. Nemuri and Emi couldn't properly unleash their respective quirks for various reasons, and Aizawa's quirk was suppressed by a quirk suppressing collar that Spinner had been able to slap onto him. To make things worse than that, the rest of Dabi's Crew was all at Takoba National Stadium.
That meant that the heroes' plan to protect the students taking the provisional licence exams had failed big time, either because the villains got really lucky and guessed the right location while gambling on it or, more worryingly, there's an intel leak. Considering what Toshinori was able to pick up on the villains having a spy, the second one is more likely. If there was indeed a spy among the heroes' number supplying info to the villains, then it would explain so much. It didn't make the stinging sense of betrayal feel any less stinging, though.
Making the attack on Takoba National Stadium worse than it was is the fact that Dabi is having Twice spawn a virtually countless number of closes to fight pretty much everyone. Even though Dabi's crew had only a handful of members, with Twice's quirk they were able to turn their numbers disadvantage into a numbers advantage. The heroes wondered how they would deal with so challenging of an enemy, especially as, if not handled correctly, he could make it so that there would be a truly unending number of himself for them to deal with.
Making things even worse than that is how Dabi had also brought in Usagi the Rabbit-Earred Giantess, having his subordinate Kurogiri bring her in via portal. The heroes know that she is actually Tsuyu Asui's little sister Satsuki, who is currently reported a missing. Satsuki, as the villainess Usagi, had required Toshinori to use up the last of his power in the Battle of Kamino Ward just to knock her out. Toshinori having no power left and being forced to retire, along with how a number of other heroes are all now dead, means there's little that can stand up to Usagi.
"Well this is just great, Sho," Hizashi scowled, "Dabi and his fellows are holding all of the cards here."
Dabi smirked in amusement as he and his group continued to fight Aizawa's group. "Damn straight we do."
"I hate to say this," Nemuri said, "But I can't think of a way for this to get any wor-"
"STRUN BAH QO!"
That shout, which cut Nemuri off, resonated all over Takoba National Stadium, like ripples at one end of a lake going out to the other end. It made most of the heroes, as well as most of the hero students fighting in the arena against the Twice clones and the Twice clones themselves, take pause as they heard that shout. Mere seconds after the shout resonated out, the skies above darkened with dark clouds before it suddenly began to rain heavily. When the heroes fighting Dabi's group saw all of this, Dabi himself smirked a bit in amusement.
Chuckling, Dabi said, "Yeah, he doesn't really need to do that to use his Control Weather quirk, he just likes doing it to make things a bit of a show."
Hizashi looked at Dabi, horrified. "...You have someone who can control the weather?"
At the one end of the stadium, a large shape flew up into the air outside of the stadium, somewhat masked by the heavy rain. But the form became clear when it flew into the stadium, loosing a dragonic roar that caught the ears of all in the stadium. It was a dragon, same as Ryukyu. But it was male, had black hair, wore a red sleeveless martial artist's top and baggy white martial artist's leggings, and a blue sort of scarf around its neck. The ends of the scarf flew behind the dragon, like a second, smaller pair of wings.
"...Oh, there's more tricks than just controlling the weather up Felgrand's sleeves," Dabi smirked, "The rain's a good choice on Felgrand's part, it'll dampen the fires that Endeavor's baby can make."
"Oh yeah, you guys came here to kidnap Todoroki," Ryo said, "Well the rain will also dampen your fi-"
*FWOOSH*
The Hunting Dog Hero was cut off when a stream of blue flames rushed past the side of his head on his right. "...My fires are hot enough that rain on its own won't put it out," Dabi said, "Also, we're fighting in an area sheltered from the rain." It was true; there was a roof over the area of the bleachers where Aizawa and the other heroes were watching the provisional licence exams before Dabi and his group attacked. And the attack got way worse now for the heroes. Worse than the villains having Twice spawn an untold number of himself, worse than bringing in Usagi the Rabbit-Earred Giantess.
The villains had brought in Felgrand the Dragon of Destruction.
The UA students, aside from Yaoyorozu and Itsuka who left with a group of girls from the Uwabami beautiful hero school to go confront Usagi, all saw it when a male version of Ryukyu flew in and landed in Takoba National Stadium. As soon as the dragon landed, he raised his head up to the raining skies above, loosed a skyward roar, and then the ground beneath him rolled and surged. As the earth under his feet moved about like that, a group of four earthen beast constructs rose out of the ground around the dragon who spawned them.
Additionally, the earthen beast constructs were all dragons, the same general size and shape as Ryukyu in her dragon form. With that comparison, the UA students, as well as those students from other hero schools with them, saw that the dragon himself was actually slightly smaller than Ryukyu in her dragon form. Regardless, they all knew that this dragon had far more tricks up his sleeves (metaphorical not literal as his top is sleeveless) than what the Dragon Hero can boast. The group of four earthen dragons then proceeded to mill about the area after the dragon who spawned them issued some orders the hero academy students couldn't hear from where they were at.
Tsuyu, as she saw all of this, gulped as tears welled up in the corners of her eyes. "...Samidare..." Tsuyu muttered under her breath, too quietly for anyone else to hear her; it broke her heart to see what had ended up happening with her little sister Satsuki, and Tsuyu could just tell just by looking that the dragon is the end result of what had ended up happening to her little brother Samidare.
"This is bad, everyone," Inasa said, "It was already bad when the villains brought in their giantess, but now they've brought in a dragon!"
"And those girls from the Uwabami hero school took two of UA's girls with them to confront the giantess," Yo pointed out, "What if the dragon meets up with the giantess? Those girls will all be screwed!"
Looking from where Usagi was rampaging then over to where Felgrand (he could tell it was Felgrand) was rampaging, Izuku said, "I... I don't think the odds of those two meeting up are likely unless they see one another is occupied or they call for one another. We ought to focus on keeping them separated."
"Easier said than done, Deku," Bakugo said, "Especially since those petty bitches took Ponytail and Fister Girl with them to go confront Usagi. I bet the arrival of that dragon caught the girls by surprise.

Yaoyorozu, Itsuka, and the girls from the Uwabami beautiful hero school actually didn't see the dragon's arrival from the get-go, they were that hyper focused on the fact that Usagi was right there. But when Felgrand loosed his skyward roar, the girls all turned to see what it was that had roared so, and upon seeing a male version of the Dragon Hero spawning more dragons, the girls became rightfully terrified. "What in blazes is that thing?!" the blonde girl from the Uwabami beautiful hero screamed at the top of her lungs, clearly taken aback by fright.
"...It looks too far away from Usagi for there to be much chance of the two uniting and teaming up," Yaoyorozu said, noticing how the dragon was leading its earthen dragon constructs in an apparent search for something, "Let's hope it stays that way while we try dealing with Usagi." The group of girls then reached the general area where Usagi was rampaging, although she looked to be searching for something as well, ripping off the sides of all of the fake buildings in the arena of Takoba National Stadium like a child ripping of wrapping on a gift to see what they got on their birthday or for Christmas.
At the cue of the blonde girl, some of the other girls from the Uwabami beautiful hero school cast various ranged attacks at Usagi with their quirks. The assault struck the Rabbit-Earred Giantess in the lower back, but to her it was about as forceful as a snowball pelting a normal person in the back. At the very least, the efforts of the girls that were representing Uwabami's school got Usagi's attention, making her turn around to see who all it was that was trying to get her attention. "Usagi!" the blonde girl called out in a proclaiming tone, "This is where your little rampage ends, for us girls of the-"
"Hey!" Usagi called out, cutting the blonde girl off, as Usagi looked like she spotted something of interest to her. Pointing right at Yaoyorozu, Usagi went on, "You're the girl whose daddy owes Mr. Dabi a lot of money! I think Mr. Dabi said that he didn't get the money he was owed yet!"
"Yaoyorozu's father owes no money to any villain period!" Itsuka yelled while pointing at Usagi, "Dabi is clearly-"
Itsuka was cut off when Usagi turned around as if looking for something, spotted Felgrand, and yelled out to him, "Hey big brother! I found the girl whose daddy owes a lot of money to Mr. Dabi!" To the alarm of the girls, Felgrand perked up, looked around until he spotted Usagi, then flew up and right over to where they were all at, leaving his earthen dragon constructs behind.
Yaoyorozu, Itsuka, and the girls from the Uwabami beautiful hero school were scared to see both elite villains right there and then. Pointing down at Yaoyorozu, Usagi said, "That's the girl whose daddy owes Mr. Dabi a lot of money. You think that Mr. Dabi will wanna see her, big brother?"
Felgrand turned his head to look down at Yaoyorozu and the other girls, considered them for a moment, then turned back to look at Usagi. "...Mr. Dabi said that we're going to be prioritizing a different path for the time being," Felgrand spoke, "It is not Momo Yaoyorozu who we came here seeking."
"You guys... aren't here for Momo?" Itsuka asked, looking surprised. Similarly, Yaoyorozu herself also looked surprised.
Turning back to face the girls, Felgrand said, "No. But we are here looking for someone who Mr. Dabi said is supposedly friends with Momo Yaoyorozu at UA High School. A boy by the name of Shoto Todoroki."
"You guys are looking for Todoroki?" Yaoyorozu said, looking alarmed.
"Oh yeah!" Usagi said, her expression taking on an unamused hint, "Mr. Dabi said that Todoroki's daddy is Endeavor. Mr. Dabi also said that he thinks that we can make Endeavor come see us if we're playing with his son." Usagi pounded her top right fist into her top left hand, her bottom right fist into her bottom left hand. "Then when Endeavor comes and sees us, big brother and I are going to beat him up really really good and make him pay for killing our mommy and daddy."
Yaoyorozu knew that Usagi was looking to get to Endeavor, and just got it that Felgrand wants to get to Endeavor as well. And from the sounds of it, Usagi and Felgrand were wanting to, at the very least, inflict harsh punishment upon Endeavor because he had killed their parents. The wealthy girl then remembered that both Usagi and (supposedly) Felgrand are Tsuyu's younger siblings, and that the Asui parents are among the victims of the mass traffic accident on the highway leading to UA the day of the attack on the USJ. Usagi and Felgrand are just young kids upset their parents were taken from them, and were lashing out in the only way they know.
The kids needed to be helped, to be saved from the suffering they were going through. Looking up at Usagi, Yaoyorozu said, "Please, you don't have to do this! We can help you, Satsuki!"
The look of surprise on Usagi's face, and Felgrand's face as well, was undeniable. "You know my real name?" Usagi asked.
"Yes," Yaoyorozu replied, a hint of a shuddering breath escaping her, "You're Satsuki Asui." Itsuka perked up when she heard Yaoyorozu address Usagi with the family name of Tsuyu in UA's Class 1-A. Turning to look at Felgrand, Yaoyorozu went on, "And you must be Samidare Asui."
Felgrand's eyes narrowed out of suspicion. "...Not even the person Mr. Dabi suspects of leaking intel to the heroes knows of my real name, or of my little sister's real name. How is it that you came to learn our real names?"
Yaoyorozu let out another breath, somewhat shaky. "Tsuyu told me, she's one of my classmates over at-"
"You know where Tsuyu is?" Usagi said, sounding excited and hopeful at the same time. Felgrand also seemed excited, his eyes widening just a bit out of excited anticipation.
Nodding once in the affirmative, Yaoyorozu said, "Yes, I know where Tsuyu is. I can lead you guys to her if you-"
"Hang on hang on hang on," said the brunette girl from the Uwabami beautiful hero school, "Isn't that Tsuyu girl the wide-eyed creepy looking ugly weird girl who is in your class?"
"She's got a point," said the blonde girl, "We are NOT going to let any of those uglies get in on bringing down these villains and taking some glory from it, glory that by right ought to go exclusively to beautiful people like us!"
Turning on the girls from the Uwabami beautiful hero school, Yaoyorozu snapped, "Now is not the time to force your standards of beauty onto everyone else! And Asui is NOT ugly!"
"Uhh, girls?" Itsuka said, her tone sand expression both conveying worried alarm, as she was looking up at something.
Gesturing to Yaoyorozu, the blonde girl said, "You're rather merciful, and being able to show mercy is something of a heroic trait. But you're wasting that mercy on the ugly looking creepy weirdo in your class. Showing mercy to the land whale who's also in your class is also a waste of effort."
"Who are you to decide who qualifies as beautiful and who doesn't?" Yaoyorozu snapped, "I'll have you know that Tsuyu actually found a letter in her locker at school from a secret admirer, and the other girls and I are trying to figure out who wrote it!"
"Girls?" Itsuka said, her worried tone and expression still present but now more pronounced, as she continued to look up at something.
Scoffing, the blonde girl said, "Obviously it's either a prank or from a desperate loser who had no choice but to settle for less! Seriously! That girl, I think you said her name's Tsuyu, is a lost cause! She's a creepy looking ugly weirdo! I bet you'd be very hard-pressed to find anyone who actually likes her!"
"EVERYBODY RUN!" Itsuka yelled at the top of her lungs.
The other girls, all of them alerted by Itsuka's panicked shout, all looked up to see Usagi pulling her right fists back, the top one encased in a sphere of rainbow-colored energy, while Felgrand had his head raised up as a large sphere of flames formed above him. Usagi then swung her rainbow energy-encased fist forward while Felgrand cast his conjured mass sphere of flames, both attacks aimed right at the girls from the Uwabami beautiful hero school. All of the girls had to scramble to get out of the way of the attacks from Usagi and Felgrand.
"Rainbow Strike!"
"Gran Nova!"
Yaoyorozu and Itsuka were able to get some distance, and they saw it as Usagi and Felgrand were now focused on trying to beat up the girls from the Uwabami beautiful hero school. Those girls were able to run away, but Usagi and Felgrand proceeded to chase after them. "We..." Itsuka said as she let out a breath, "...As much as it sucks to leave them hanging, we need to meet up with the rest of our classmates from UA."
Yaoyorozu nodded once before saying, "Y-Yeah. We have actual confirmation that Usagi and Felgrand are Asui's little siblings. Putting that aside, Todoroki is in danger as this villain attack was made as a bid on part of the villains to capture him." The two girls from UA then proceeded to make a beeline in the direction that they remember their fellow UA students were left in. The both of them had some information that they needed to bring to the attention of the others, mostly how Todoroki ought to be made aware that the villains came here for him.
Although there was also something that Yaoyorozu needed to tell Tsuyu.
Over where the rest of the UA students were fighting, they were fighting off a number of Twice clones, busting them into gray goo. The UA students were backed by a number of students from varying other hero academies, including from Shiketsu and Ketsubutsu. Inasa blew away a number of Twice clones with his wind quirk, kicking up a gust so strong it blew through the entire area to hit the Twice clones. Izuku and the others had to brace themselves, and some of the UA students felt stuff bump into them because of the whirlwind.
"Hey Inasa!" Yo shouted at the boy from Shiketsu, "Try not to blow around the rest of us!"
"Heh, sorry," Inasa said, "Just warming up for when we take on the giantess and the dragon!"
"Boy from Shiketsu," Tokoyami spoke up, "Instead of trying to fight those large villains first thing, I say we ought to try reasoning with them. I'm getting vibes that they're really young and just very upset with something."
Yo looked at tokoyami in confusion. "You think they're young?"
Gesturing to Yo, Mina explained, "My classmate Yaoyorozu, who was previously kidnapped by the villains, was able to hear it that Usagi is young. That, combined with how she used words like mommy and daddy, and excitedly gushing at seeing Mirko at the Battle of Kamino Ward, leads us to suspect that Usagi may be a young child." The students of UA's Class 1-A actually knew that Usagi was the kid sister of Tsuyu, but they didn't make that publicly known yet. "We also believe that the dragon may be a young child as well, albeit slightly older than Usagi," Mina went on, "As Usagi was heard referring to him as 'big brother'."
Inasa was about to speak up, but was cut off when Yaoyorozu and Itsuka came running in. "The villains aren't attacking the exams to try kidnapping Yaoyorozu again," Itsuka announced, "They're here to grab Todoroki!"
"They're after me now?" Todoroki said, looking surprised. The boy with two-toned hair scoffed a bit. "I did get it that the villain leader Dabi was interested in me due to my bastard of a now villainous father. But to attack the provisional licence exams just to grab me?"
Nodding once, Yaoyorozu went on, "Usagi and Felgrand both expressed interest in attacking Endeavor, termed it as 'beating him up'. I'm getting vibes that they don't intend to actually kill Endeavor. Anyway, they got it from that Dabi fellow that you Todoroki could potentially be used as bait to lure your father out."
Gesturing to Yaoyorozu and Itsuka, one of Yo's classmates from Ketsubutsu asked, "Where are those girls from the Uwabami beautiful hero school?"
Sighing as she rolled her eyes, Itsuka said, "Usagi and Felgrand are chasing after them because those girls had pissed them off. See, those girls-"
"-Are in a lot of danger as they're being attacked by those monsters!" one of the boys from Inasa's class at Shiketsu exclaimed, "And the fact that you two were able to escape is a miracle! Those monsters are obviously looking for damsels to kidnap and hold hostage, most likely to make Endeavor's son give himself up!"
Boldly stepping forward, Inasa declared, "It is the sacred duty of us men to protect you ladies from being harmed by those monsters!" Looking around, Inasa saw a metal gate door leading into the stadium building out from the arena. He used his wind quirk to blast the door down. "All of the girls here ought to go down the pathway I just made," Inasa bellowed, "Us guys will all stay here to buy you girls more time to escape!"
"Uhh, the monsters are actually here to grab Todoroki," Yo pointed out, "At the very least, send him with all of the girls. That way, we can deny the villains and their two monsters what all they want."
"Hey, the girls can fight with the best of them," Kirishima said, "Excluding them from the fighting because of their gender ain't exactly manly."
"Besides," Shinso added, "My classmate Asui says she has a foolproof plan to reason with the two big monsters."
Dismissively waiving a hand, one of Yo's male classmates said, "So you WANT to see girls get hurt. Yeah no, sending all of the girls away with Endeavor's son is the more logical option." Before the girls could object, all of them were more or less shoved through the escape route Inasa made for them, sending Todoroki with them, before the gate was pulled back up by a magnetism quirk of a random Ketsubutsu boy, thus sealing the girls and Todoroki away.
"Why did you do that?!" Tenya barked, "The girls could have helped us! If anything, all you did was reduce our numbers against Usagi and Felgrand!"
"Making sure the villains are denied what they want is the best course of action here," Inasa replied, "We sent Todoroki away so he can't come to harm, and we sent all the girls away so they can't be taken hostage by the villains so that they could demand Todoroki surrender himself!"
"Besides," one of Inasa's classmates said, "It's two monsters against the lot of us, and I'm counting at least sixty. I'm certain that we can-"
"Help! My classmate's been hurt!"
Inasa's classmate was cut off when he and the other boys heard a female voice cry out in alarmed panic. The guys all turned to see it as the blonde girl from the Uwabami beautiful hero school was being carried by a classmate of hers, the blonde girl's arm over her classmate's shoulders. The classmate was dressed beautifully in a lovely dress, similar to the other girls from the Uwabami beautiful hero school. The girl also had long and shiny red hair that was worn straight down, in almost a hime style. However, the girl had the neck and head of a snake.
"You're a student at the hero school Uwabami founded," Yo said.
"You're... you're talking to the student body president for first years at the Uwabami beautiful hero school of heroic beauty," the blonde girl said weakly as she strained to hold her head up a bit to glare at Yo, "You ought to show her more respect. She was even scouted by Uwabami personally to enroll."
Tokoyami looked at the snake headed girl with a look of surprise. "...You look familiar," Tokoyami said, "Habuko Mongoose, am I right?"
The snake headed girl perked up a bit. "...Yes, that's my name," the now identified Habuko said, "How did you know who I was?"
"My classmate Asui told me about you, showed me a photo of you she had on her phone," Tokoyami explained, "She told me you and her were friends in middle school."
Looking surprised, Habuko said, "Tsu got into UA?"
Pointing at the blonde girl that Habuko was carrying, Izuku said, "Yeah, and that girl there plus a few others from your school were repeatedly deriding Tsuyu and our classmate Ochaco by constantly calling them ugly."
Habuko turned to look at the blonde girl. "...What's the first rule in our school creed again?" Habuko asked, sounding unamused and disappointed.
"Every girl is slash can be beautiful," the blonde girl said, sounding resigned as well as in pain, "Were you actually friends with that girl in middle school, President?"
"Would you believe me if I told you that she was my only friend until I got to high school?" Habuko replied, "And now that I know where to find her, I wanna try and reconnect with-"
"Hey! It's the mean blonde girl who said mean things about Tsuyu!"
*ROAR*
Habuko was cut off when Usagi called out, followed by Felgrand roaring out. The gathered hero academy students all saw it as they were rushed by the Rabbit-Earred Giantess and the Dragon of Destruction, with Felgrand flying overhead to get on the other side of the crowd. Felgrand made the ground around the students all roll and surge, causing two earthen dragon constructs to spawn from the ground with him, one on each side. Two more spawned with Usagi, one on each of her sides. The many boys and two girls were all trapped.
"The other girls who were being mean to Tsuyu may have gotten away, but big brother and I will still beat you up!" Usagi said while pointing at the blonde girl.
Felgrand, on the other hand, looked like his interest was piqued. "...She is injured and beaten enough. I think that, plus how we ought of have made her scared, should be punishment enough for her."
"You monsters have failed to capture Shoto Todoroki!" Inasa boasted, "The boys here and I sent him away with all of the girls that were with us so you couldn't take any of them as hostages to make Todoroki surrender himself! Go to your masters and tell them that their little attack here on the provisional licence exams have failed!"
Both Usagi and Felgrand looked unamused to hear that. "Mr. Dabi says that Todoroki is important to make Endeavor come out of hiding," Usagi said, "Big brother and I were going to beat Endeavor up really, really good."
Felgrand's eyes narrowed out of suspicion. "...And why is it you thought that we'd take female hostages?"
"Yaoyorozu and some girl with orange hair in a side ponytail told us you guys were attacking girls from the Uwabami beautiful hero school," one of Yo's male classmates said, "We figured you monsters were going to take a girl hostage to make Todoroki give himself up!"
"No, we were going to beat those girls up because they were all being mean to Tsuyu!" Usagi said, "And that blonde girl being carried by... hey! You're Tsuyu's friend with the pretty scaly snake skin!"
Arching a wry eyebrow, Felgrand said, "...Ah, now I see why I felt she looked familiar. Habuko Mongoose, if I recall correctly."
The snake headed girl gulped nervously. "You... you guys know who I am? That I'm friends with Tsuyu?"
"Who we sent away to ensure that these monsters couldn't get to her!" Inasa boasted, "As well as sending away Todoroki and all of the girls!" To Usagi and Felgrand, Inasa further boasted, "You monsters have not gotten to any of the girls, and you never will!"
"...Tsuyu was here?" Felgrand said, his tone eerily calm, "And you sent her away?"
"And you say will never see her?" Usagi added, sounding similarly as eerily calm.
Izuku and his male classmates all went wide-eyed with alarm as they could tell that Usagi and Felgrand were NOT happy. Even the boys in Class 1-B got the idea and were similarly as freaked. It even dawned on the non-UA boys that there had been a major fuck up. Inasa, trying to stand his ground, proclaimed, "What's the matter, you monsters? Upset that we who strive to become heroes had foiled you?"
Izuku and the other boys from UA all shuddered as Usagi was breathing heavily and somewhat quickly, a sign she was about to go on a temper-tantrum. Felgrand was more composed, but he still loosed a guttural, spine-chilling growl. The Dragon of Destruction eyed Inasa dangerously. "...You sent Tsuyu away," Felgrand said, "She was here, and you sent her away, while you boast that we'll never get to see her."
Usagi held all four of her fists up at different angles, although with how the fists were positioned they looked like points in a perfect square. Each fist then became encased in shperes of rainbow colored energy, and the colors were swirling. "Tsuyu is me and my big brother's big sister," Usagi said, "And you sent her away."
"She's your older sister?!" Inasa exclaimed, looking freaked.
As for Habuko, she looked an even mix of heartbroken and horrified. "...You guys... you're Satsuki and Samidare," Habuko said at barely above a whisper, her tone and volume helping to highlight her heartbroken horror.
"At... at least I know know why they got mad when the other girls and I were talking smack about the Asui girl..." said the blonde girl weakly.
Continuing on at Inasa, Felgrand said, "Yes! She is the older sister of me and my little sister! Our beloved older sister, who means the world to us and is the only living family that we have left!" His brows furrowing, Felgrand roared, "AND YOU SENT HER AWAY BEFORE WE COULD SEE HER, AND FURTHER BOAST THAT WE WILL NEVER SEE HER AGAIN?!" Felgrand raised his head up and conjured a gigantic sphere of blue blames with streaks of black in it. "GRAN TRES!"
"FOUR RAINBOW STRIKE!" Usagi yelled as she raised her left foot up so she could lean forward with momentum and strike forward with her fists encased in rainbow colored energy.
The boys all threw out as many quirk attacks just to counter the attacks of Usagi and Felgrand, although several Shiketsu boys aside from Inasa were all seared by embers flying off from Felgrand's blue flame sphere attack. The four earthen dragon constructs also went on the attack, although they were loads easier for all of the boys to deal with. The students were fighting, giving it their all, throwing out as much power as they could muster up, just to survive. And yet even all of their mightiest efforts were virtually nothing to even the slightest of casual efforts Usagi and Felgrand were using.
The boys all looked freaked, as if they were fighting at the place where they were going to meet their eternal rest. However, Usagi and Felgrand took pause when a female voice called out to them; similarly the earthen dragon constructs also stopped. "Hey Usagi! Felgrand!" Everyone turned to look up at the bleachers and saw that the villainess La Brava was calling down to them. "I just confirmed that Endeavor's son escaped before we could get to him," La Brava said, "Also a bunch of pro heroes are coming. We're bailing, Dabi's orders."
Usagi and Felgrand both settled down, and Felgrand even willed the earthen dragon constructs to collapse. Two large dark portals appeared behind the two elite villains, one portal per elite, and both of them fell back into the portals. La Brava leapt back into a portal that appeared behind her. Word soon spread all over Takoba National Stadium that the villains were fleeing, due to a mix of failing their objective and the fact more heroes were coming.
As for the boys from various heroics academies, they plus the blonde girl and Habuko knew full well that all of them had barely escaped with their lives, and hoped that they and their peers who they were able to send away weren't the only ones.

Author's notes;
This chapter covers the vast majority of the attack on Takoba National Stadium during the provisional licence exams, where the heroes learn from the villains that Dabi is shifting gears to focus on capturing Todoroki now. The blue flame villain is switching gears due to Endeavor going villain, and how this development will alter things is something that has yet to bee seen. Anyway, the UA boys plus a few others are able to send all of the girls with them away with Todoroki to both prevent Todoroki from being taken and to prevent the girls from being taken as hostages to force Todoroki to give himself up, but this proves VERY BAD when Inasa boasts to both Usagi and Felgrand that they missed the girls which includes Tsuyu.
Usagi and Felgrand are about to utterly wreck the boys' group, but are called off by La Brava who told them that their group failed the objective and that more heroes were coming, so Dabi called for a tactical withdrawal. The villains all flee Takoba National Stadium, but the heroes will learn after damage control is done just how badly things had gone down. The attack by Dabi's Crew on Takoba National Stadium will put the nation at large on high alert, requiring the heroes to work harder than ever before just to keep up. How things will turn out will be seen in the next chapter, so don't adjust your set.
