It was a late evening at ACME Acres. Furrball was so sleepy, he could barely see straight. He saw what he believed to be a cushion and went to sleep on it. He went on top of it, curled up into a sleeping cat position, and went straight to sleep. But it turned out that the cushion happened to be Fifi la Fume's tail. Furrball's actions startled the skunkette.

"Furrball?" Fifi inquired. "Why ees Furrball sleeping on mon tail? While 'e does look cute while sleeping, I should, how shall I say eet, wake 'im."

Fifi crept over to Furrball.

"Furrball?" She whispered in a soft voice that didn't startle him.

Fifi's voice caused Furrball to slowly open his eyes and let out a cute yawn, much to Fifi's delight.

"Zhat was a cute yawn." Fifi informed.

As you can imagine, Furrball was startled. He didn't think that the cushion he was sleeping on was Fifi's tail.

"Do not be frightened." Fifi informed in a soft voice. "I did not mean to startle vou, I can imagine zhat vou zhought mon tail was a cushion because vou are so tired."

Furrball didn't know what to do. He remembered when Fifi thought he was a skunk, but here she was being very nice to him.

"To show vou zhat zhere are no 'ard feelings, I wish to share a meal with vou." Fifi informed, much to Furrball's surprise. "I just wish zhat mon odor would not bozher vou. I cannot control eet."

To save the both of them anguish, Furrball got out a clothespin and placed it onto his nose, much to Fifi's amusement. She found it funny and cute.

"Zhat ees a 'andy method, no?" She giggled.

Fifi lead Furrball to a table that had multiple kinds of fish on plates. Furrball was amazed by it, and he was all the more amazed as Fifi poured milk into a champagne glass.

"I know cats like fish." She explained.

"I love fish!" Furrball happily and excitedly exclaimed before he started scarfing down his fish.

Furrball couldn't remember the last time he had a decent meal, making his meal with Fifi all the more memorable. He had thought about telling her that he was that boy skunk that she thought he was in the past, but he didn't want to hurt her feelings. After being full of fish and milk, Furrball yawned tiredly while rubbing his tummy. This prompted Fifi to show her tail in an offer.

"Vou can sleep on mon tail." She said. "I insist on eet."

Furrball took Fifi up on her offer and went to sleep on Fifi's tail. As he drifted off to sleep, Fifi planted a gentle kiss on his head, and put her arm around him before drifting off to sleep herself. Five seconds later, she realised that they both would be better in her Caddilac, which is where she took herself and him, so that they both could have a good night's sleep.

Sweetie will be the next girl Furrball interacts with.
