(An: sorry for the late updates but I have to find and create ideas for this story, not to mention I plan to be more creative in the story, like I said I'm new to this story making and I Don't want to make a crappy story for you people who are reading this. I asked a few of my friends and family whether or not to make this story a harem x Naruto pairings, most of them agreed,but I do want a vote from my readers out there. So please send your votes as replies or something, i won't probably do anything other than Naruto girls and or girls from skyrim mods like Rigmor [automatically added for reasons to be displayed later] And now let's get to the story.)

Chapter 2

Ancestry and Cyrodill

4 years later

~12th of Rain's hand 4th Era 205~

The first thing Naruto saw was a battle when he slept. It was horrific, demons coming from a oblivion gate battling Bruma to the death, he also saw the 9 tailed beasts helping this human.He was known as Arashi Uzumaki, the hero of Kvatch and the divine Crusader and Akatosh in hiding on Nirn.

"Form up Bruma. don't let the enemy get in the city." He shouted. "I also need a way in that great gate." He pointed to the ominous oblivion gate. Arashi went in the gate and closed it like he did in Kvatch. After that Martin septim did something unexpected he gave him the title in which if he died Arashi would be the protector of tamriel. He also did a secret blood seal that shared their two bloodlines together to seal that promise.

Naruto awoke in his home in a staff,a neat little thing he found. It was called the staff of Shalidor, it was a staff that arch-mage Shalidor made to make as a temporary home. Naruto went outside of his staff that was hidden in the college of Winterhold and relaxed abit in the archmage's quarters, which he gained the title of after mirabelle and arch-mage Savos Aren died in a fight with the thalmor. Yes he missed them like he did with his family figures he gained and lost, but as is with all things, time passes on. After his escape from his old team and the extraction team he became withdrawn and almost hostile except for a few people,he also learned that he was dragonborn after some information hunting. Naruto started writing in his journal daily to remind himself he's still human….or at least part human.

This was the state Naruto was in when tolfdir walked in with a courier. 'I hope he gets better,he's been more agitated by the day. Thought the aged mage,worried for his young friend.Tolfdir took a liking to Naruto and decided to teach him what he learned. Naruto looked at old man and said. "Tolfdir…what did you want to see me for? You know that these days I want to study." Said Naruto. Tolfdir gestured to the courier in front of him. "He wanted to find you, you're a very hard man to find when you want to be. I'll let you two be." Tolfdir then left the room.

It was at this moment Naruto noticed this courier before. "Tendril Sethri, thief, disciple, messenger,mage,landlord and now courier…what do you want." Tendril flinched at how he said that,he used to be amusing to be around and said. "It's been too long Naruto,too long you haven'theard from Young Rigmor then?" Naruto's face softened at her name and said. "Not a word. I am guessing this letter is from her?." Tendril sighed at this. Not this one although she tried to write." He then gave Naruto a letter addressed to him.It said:

Naruto

If you are reading this, then we have finally found you. We must speak in private,and certain names has been omitted from this letter,but you know who I am talking about. She tried to write to you but you could not be located. You know her, always looking for trouble if it doesn't find her first.And trouble has found her. I have no choice but to ask for your help. We fear she is in grave danger Naruto. Please come visit us at the castle. Show the Border guards the Official pass.

Naruto stared at the letter a few more minutes before he asked Tendril. "So Rigmor's in trouble again?" Tendril smirked at this and said. "yes, she's a troublemaker that one." Naruto rolled up the letter and pinned tendril to the wall with his arm, which was covered in dragon scales, yes there was a curse that came from being dragonborn And a nine tailed fox that is sealed in him accelerated that growth. "Anything else I should know Tendril? You could have found me earlier but didn't." Tendril started sweating up a storm because it was true.

"No Naruto,other than there might something for you at the border into Cyrodiil from Azura." Said Tendril shaking like a leaf because of Naruto letting loose on bloodlust. "Don't you dare mention her name I'm still mad about 4 years ago, making me abandon Rigmor. I hate the daedric lords and just put up withthem because of the artifacts." Naruto said. He let go of Sethri and said. "Get out of my sight Sethri before I kill you." Tendril scrambled to his feet and ran.

As soon as he left Naruto sighed and pulled out three things: his dwarven mail armor set,which still shines even after finding it two years ago. The ice blade of the monarch which he acquired after trueflame and hopesfire broke years ago during the Akatsuki came for him and was defeated. The blade itself was a special type of metal called Chakra Metal found in the elemental nations which was confusing Naruto, because the two continents were never met to meet before Naruto came here.it also had a teardrop cut sapphire at the end of the blade. And finally his staff of Shalidor.

'I have to go see the kids at the house before I leave,hopefully Lydia and the other housecarls I assigned to the Helgan manor will take care of them while I'm in Cyrodiil.' Naruto thought ruefully. He then left to see his beautiful children.

-Meanwhile in Konoha-

Tsunade pinched the bridge of her nose because of her thoughts. The thalmor who threatened them wasn't really thalmor but just a different division that tried to invade Alinor.

Just hearing how naruto foiled it and saved Cyrodiil,Skyrim,Alinor and unknowingly saved the elemental nations came to a shock for most of the villagers. Some wanted him back while others said he was getting too strong and should be killed. This was what she was thinking when Sakura,and the rest of Konoha ten and their respected senseis came in with Anko.

"Send us over to Skyrim one more time to get Naruto back lady Tsunade please." Kakashi of the former team seven said. Tsunade sighed and replied. "Very well…but everyone in this room must go, no exceptions." The teams looked very shocked at this,how hard is it to bring back one genin. "We shall bring back Naruto if I can't do that then I shall run eight hundred laps around konoha!" Said Lee.

"Your target isn't retrieving Naruto…he is considered second priority in this mission. Our intercepted a copy of a letter from Bruma,a province in Cyrodiil, that there is trouble brewing there…Apparently the countess knows Naruto and decided to get his help,your mission is to find out more about this countess and why they think they're in danger. This will be classed as an A ranked mission do you understand?" Tsunade said. "Hai Hokage-Sama!" The combined teams and Anko said, then they set out for Cyrodiil.

-Meanwhile Akatsuki base-

"The leaf seemed to have found the Kyuubi, leader-sama. What should we do?" Said kisame. "Find out where he went and communicate back with me." A man with purple eyes with black ripples in them.his name is pein or Nagato. At this moment a man with an orange mask stepped in the picture with his team mate "Tobi and Deidara-Sempai have found the Kyuubi for Pein-Sama because Tobi is a good boy." Pein grew annoyed at Tobi's antics even though he does a good job at it. 'Konan watches over him like a babysitter, why?" Pein thought. "Very good Tobi…Itachi, Kisame go after the Kyuubi so we may be able to seal it." Pein said. "Hai leader-Sama!" They both said. But what Pein did not know was that they were actually on a spying mission for Naruto.

After they left, both Itachi and Kisame were chatting about the mission and what to do.

"What should we do, Itachi? We can't come back if Pein finds out about our betrayal." Kisame said. Itachi replied the best he could. "We'll have to go to Skyrim and watch over him from the shadows,that's all we can do for now." "What if that's not enough Itachi, we all know what he is turning into." Kisame and Itachi both shivered at a vision of a fully transformed Naruto and not as Kyuubi either. "Then we show ourselves and hope for the best, I hope he's still with Rigmor." Itachi said, starting to remember how they met with Rigmor and they became Naruto Guardians.

~4 years ago~

~12th of Frostfall, 4th Era 201~

Naruto woke up after the day of telling Rigmor about Kurama when he saw two people approaching, Naruto recognized them as Itachi and Kisame. "Come with us Naruto-kun so we don't have to harm you."

Said Itachi. "Can't we just cut his legs off Itachi?" Said Kisame. At this Naruto got mad "Hey bastards I'm right here you know." After stating this he took out his trusty blades hopesfire and trueflame and charged at Kisame,who blocked it with Samehada.the blades started to crack under the pressure and finally broke luckily Naruto disarmed Kisame. They were doing taijutsu until Naruto neck chopped Kisame knocking him out.

"Tsukiyomi." Itachi said, he then captured Naruto in the illusion. "Now Naruto-kun we didn't come here to fight, just to talk privately please." Naruto freed himself off the typical cross in the Tsukiyomi and decided to sit and chat with Itachi, who in turn decided to tell him everything and offered himself and Kisame as his guardians. Naruto eventually agreed to this and cured Itachi's sickness since it would serve his purpose for hiding. He sent Itachi and Kisame to spy in the elemental nations since he can't be in the elemental nations without hunter ninjas after him.

~Flashback end~

~Current time, Nami no kuni~

Itachi came out of his trance and realized they were being followed by konoha shinobi, if he was thinking right it was Naruto's old comrades, so he pulled out his sword and took a stance. The Squad came out of hiding, the first people to show themselves were Kakashi, Kurenai, Anko, Gai and Asuma. "Well well well what am I seeing you guys here for?" Itachi asked innocently. "You know damn well what for Itachi, where's Naruto?" Anko said. "Tsk tsk tsk Anko, you know that I can't hand that info outside of Akatsuki." Itachi said, still playing the part of being in the Akatsuki.

Anko felt like naruto was a person she would care for, yea she teased him with her body and stuff like that but to be banished for what a teammate did is despicable and disgusting. Anko drew a kunai and charged forward trying to land a hit on him but Itachi was too fast for her,it was at that Kakashi and the others realized where the sword came from and started doubting Naruto was captured. "You got that from skyrim didn't you Itachi? how and what is your purpose?" Kakashi asked.

"Well it won't help you since I'm gone and put a genjutsu on all of you so I'll tell you we guard Naruto from the shadows, we are his tools,his bodyguards and most of all we work along with him." Itachi explained, shocking everyone. "Where is he!?" Sakura yelled. Shewent through a change after she saw what happened to him over the years, she felt sorry for not being there.

"Ah Sakura well you see we know his future…and it's not with konoha." Blocking another strike from Anko, which was easy considering he was a genius. "What do you mean his future isn't with konoha!?" Anko screamed, frustrated that it was just an illusion she's fighting. "The Septim emperors will rise again. Goodbye konoha scum." He then vanished after hinting about the Empire.

Shikamaru being the smartass he is figured it out. "Naruto is of the Septim royal bloodline, I don't know if he knows or not but I have a clue where he's headed." Knowing the history of Tamriel after the new order tried the coup in Alinor. "Where is he headed Shikamaru?" Ino asked him. Shikamaru answered. "To his homeland, his ancestors' right of blood, The Ruby Throne, he's headed to Cyrodill to fulfill his destiny…as the dragonborn Emperor."

"Shit we'll need to find him before that." Kakashi said, knowing he's Minato's son and that would ruin Konoha.

~Back in skyrim,Helgan~

Naruto just arrived in Helgen to visit his children in his Manor that he made there. He was after all the one who help found the new Helgan. He walked through the gates but then noticed a familiar aura, of course he would because he taught him. "Itachi what are you doing here?" Naruto asked, clearly angered.

"We've been exposed Naruto let us protect you." Itachi said,coming out of the shadows with Kisame. "Yea brat, pein will be a real pain in the ass once he finds where you are,let us guard you since you helped cure Itachi's disease." Kisame said. He started to respect naruto after what happened and he knew about all of the man's plight, Kyuubi and others. Naruto started to think about this on one hand he's supposed to go alone on the other hand he won't have to watch his back in Cyrodill… "Fine but on one condition. I'm not having you die on my watch so stay in the shadows unless told otherwise. Cyrodill isn't a place that is usually peaceful unless something is up." Naruto told them. And of course they agreed since they were loyal as they can be.

"Take a rest then, we leave in the morning, and I need to see the kids." Naruto told both kisame and Itachi. He then proceeded to go in the manor where his 8 kids pounced on him.

"Dad, You're home!" They said in unison. "yea I am, just for tonight tho. I'm sorry for not being able to visit much guys, but after this I'll stay home hopefully." He told the children. "Awww, but Dad you promised." Runa Said to her Father. "I know Runa, but something came up that can't be ignored." He said to the blonde girl. Samuel asked Naruto "Pa will you spend some time with us before you go?" Naruto sported a silly grin and said to his kids.

"Sure how about we play tag for now?" They all sported grins and started chasing him.

~later around dusk~

Naruto just got done tucking his kids into bed, so he decided to plan his adventure for Cyrodill better. He started doing plans and drawing up storage scrolls when he noticed something. His old trident, it was made of white gold with sapphire blue diamonds with the shape of the amulet of kings on either side of the start of the prongs. he thought for a bit before taking it out when he heard Itachi barging in. "Naruto we have a issue." He explained. At that moment Naruto knew someone had found him,so he started forming a plan. He gulped and replied. "It's your family members" Naruto stopped what he was doing and gripped the hilt of the trident, ready to stab someone. "...Excuse me please repeat that." He said darkly,his dragon essence seeping in his skin, making more scales grow on his arms. "It's your parents…and your siblings. They demand to see you." He replied. "Get out." Naruto said. Itachi quickly left lest he piss off an already raging dragonborn. Naruto grabbed the trident and stormed out of the house bent on wrecking havoc.

~outskirts of Helgen, a few minutes prior~

A redheaded woman arrived with her husband and son an 2 daughters, these people were Kushina Uzumaki, mother of Naruto, Minato, father of Naruto, Mito (6), Naruko(18), and Menma(19), the siblings of Naruto uzumaki. "We're here, the locals said that he lived in Helgan." Kushina said. Most women that birthed dragonborns died after childbirth, but the Uzumaki clan had high vitality and longitvity which let Kushina survive Naruto's birth. They were training and remaking whirlpool village, when they heard Naruto was banished they were outraged. So they decided to track him down which led them to where they are now.

"Why are we here again?" Menma asked, clearly frustrated at everything. He was the only one that was annoyed at the whole situation at how his parents and siblings were reacting, he could remember how they found out from their parents. He thought that Naruto was the Kyuubi, while his sisters thought he was a hero. "We're here to see your brother, Menma. Is there a problem?" Kushina replied.

"None, Kaa-san." Menma said. That's when they heard the gate opening and a few figures were coming towards them. "What is your business in helgan?" One of the armored soldiers asked forcefully.

"Wow such respect for guests, you must get alot of visitors here." Menma said sarcastically. Naruko slapped him behind his head. "Quiet Menma, they could kill us." She said. Minato decided to intervene. "We're looking for our son, Naruto is he here?" He asked. Unbeknownst to the Uzumaki family was that Itachi stiffed up and whispered something to the captain's ear, then left. "Yes he's here, but you have to wait outside of the gate,it's standard procedure." The Uzumaki family it would be wise for that. "Very well, we'll wait here." At that moment, they felt it storming on them, then they saw him. Blonde hair,blue eyes and whiskers on his cheeks. Naruto in dwarven mail armor and wielding

the most beautiful trident they ever saw.

What he did next was shocking, he charged up the Trident in the sky only for lightning to strike it. The weapon looked charged with electricity without killing its owner. "I told you to leave me alone!" He screamed and got into a stance. The Uzumaki family got the feeling they're going to die so the went into a defense mode. Naruto stuck the lightning but not at them, no not at them, it went behind them. They looked and saw a dragon, with a hole in its heart. It fell down in a heap. They looked back at a very pissed off Naruto, He then pointed at them, "you five follow me." He said. And they followed lest they face the wrath of the boy, no man in front of them.

~Helgen Manor~

They entered what would be called a mansion. Finely crafted furniture, paintings and more antiques. He motioned them to sit.

"Please sit, would you like something to drink?" He asked. They just asked for tea.

He came back and set it down before sitting on a throne style chair. "So, what did you come here for? To finish the job? Go ahead and try, you won't last long." He claimed. Kushina decided to speak first. "Sochi it's us. your parents don't you remember?" She said." Naruto suddenly growled. "Of course I remember the parents that abandoned me at birth. Oh do I remember that." Kushina replied saying, "But didn't Jiraiya or Tsunade look after you?" Naruto started to lose his temper and said, "I think I heard enough,leave." Minato intervened by saying "Wait son we tried to-" "get out!" Naruto interrupted, stabbing his trident in the ground.

After they left Naruto sighed and looked at his hand that Kakashi cut off while he tried protecting Rigmor from the thalmor new order leader almost 4 years ago. Although Naruto did manage to pierce his other hand through his heart killing the sick bastard. He managed to use a hand made of a special wood made from wood elves that grows with the human nerves, Making it alive. After all the trouble of learning Dual wielding swords his ability to do so vanished after the accident, a fact he very much hated. Naruto got up and started to pack for the long journey and then he went to see Itachi. "Itachi, are you ready?" He asked Itachi. "Yes Naruto I am ready, let's go." and so the duo left for their journey south to Cyrodill.

-Later on the border of skyrim to Cyrodill-

Naruto and Itachi both arrived at the border post to meet the post master Stultus Aprilis. So Naruto sat down and waited for the post master to notice him. "Ah hello sir how may I be of service?" He told Naruto. "HI, I'm just here for a pass into Cyrodiil." Naruto stated.

"Wait here please" the postmaster said, then he left. Naruto waited for a few moments for him to return and he did with a peice of parchment. "Here you go, anything else?" The man asked. "Yes, are ther letters from someone specific addressed to Naruto Uzumaki?" Naruto asked. "Name of sender?" Stultus asked. "Rigmor, Rigmor of Bruma." Naruto replied, hoping they didn't throw them away. "One moment please." The man said and left to find something. "Is it wise to ask for her by name?" Itachi said, thinking Rigmor could be in danger if mentioned by name.

"Of course I hope so, Itachi… I hope so." Naruto said while they waited.

Stultus came back with two letters and a sword, A very familiar sword. "Azura's bane.."

Itachi whispered under his breath along side him Kisame was thinking how much he knew about that blade after all it's from a piece of a daedric prince's soul. Stultus brought him the sword and set it down gently. The sword itself was incredibly inscribed in daedric language, with a gold hilt with a black diamond, It wasn't a sword, it was a masterpiece.when Naruto touched the hilt, he started to get flashbacks from when he got this blade.

~Flashback 4 years ago~

Naruto awoke after being almost killed by the new order thalmor. He heard azura's voice calling to him. "Arise Guardian, and come near Azura's Bane so I may talk to you." Naruto slowly and painfully got up and walked near the sword. "What is your wish, lady Azura?" Naruto said after he regained his voice. "Azura chuckled. "Faithful as always Naruto. Very well take up Azura's Bane and become its keeper for when the time comes you will need it. Find Rigmor and destroy the oblivion gate that the new order has made." She then disappeared and then Naruto claimed Azura Bane.

~end flashback~

Naruto picked up the blade and swung it once and sheathed it. Stultus also gave the two letters to him, Naruto put them in his pouch to read later and Stultus asked him if there was anything else. "I'm fine although I need to teach those punks outside a lesson." He said to the postmaster. Stultus got up and said. "Oh dear I believe that I forgot to do something in the back." He then walked away. Naruto killed the guards outside after they tried to teach him to mind his own business. And the three were about to take their first step back into Cyrodiil in a while.
