"I ask again." The mysterious lady asked him, a small smile on her face as she scanned Touya, "And who might you be?"
"Ah, I'm Mochizuki Touya, Touya is my given name." Touya introduced himself to her.
"Were you born in [Eashen]?" She smirked.
"Enough of that." Touya bluntly asked her to stop, he already knew this woman likes to tease people just by her voice alone.
"Yes, it seems you hear that quite often don't you?" She teased, Touya gave a blank stare before she giggled, "Hm, if I remember correctly, you're the one who slain the black dragon and the man who defeated the Beastking so he can get his daughter's hand in marriage."
"The first one, yes, but the second one is a little…" Touya muttered, while she wasn't wrong about what she heard, he definitely didn't fight Jamukha just to get into his daughter's pants. And who the hell was saying that? When Touya gets his hands on them he is gonna strangle their neck. "I guess word travels fast here, but I don't know who you are so…"
"Ara, forgive me, I forgot to introduce myself." She apologized and placed a hand on her chest and spoke, "I'm the matriarch of the Fairy Tribe, Leen."
"And this little one is Paula." When she introduced Paula, the teddy bear raised its paw and waved.
"Despite how I look, I'm way older than you y'know? Longevity is one of the Fairies' traits." She explained with a small smile on her face.
"Oh, by how many years?" Touya asked, he already has Sally who was technically a thousand years old at this point, but maybe Leen is older? Who knows.
"By how many years? I don't remember the exact number, but it should at least be around six-hundred years or so, though it's bothersome to keep track of, so assume I'm six-hundred and twelve years old." Leen explained nonchalantly.
"Six-hundred years?" Touya repeated, so she was a little younger than Sall was by 400 years. Funny, he thought the fairy would be older than his raven-haired servant but it seems like she isn't.
"You don't seem all that surprised, have you met a fairy before?" Leen asked, usually when she revealed how old she was they would react by now, except Touya didn't even bat an eyebrow at all.
"Not really, I just know someone who's about a thousand years old." Touya shook his head, Leen was the first fairy he ever met in this new world.
"Oh? And who might that be?" The fairy inquired, intrigued at finding out that there was someone older than she was.
"Do fairies age slowly?" Touya deflected, a slight smirk on his face when he spotted the frown on Leen's youthful face, she isn't gonna get a ruse out of him that easily.
"...That's not the case." Leen grumbled, shaking her head and began to explain her species' lifespan, "We fairies stop aging when we reach a certain point in our lives, normally it happens when we reach the appearance of a human in their late teens or early twenties but it came earlier for me…"
"Is that so…" Touya hummed before his eyes fell onto Paula, "By the way, is Paula some kind of summoned beast?"
"Hm? No she isn't, she's a genuine stuffed bear." Leen shook her head, Paula started walking and dancing to show that she was indeed a stuffed bear, "She moves because of my null spell, {Program}."
"The null spell {Program} allows inorganic objects to move according to a set of instructions given by the users. For example, this." Leen stood up from her chair and approached a lone chair that was just in the room, Touya raised an eyebrow in confusion, why didn't he notice a lone chair just standing in plain sight?
"{Program} [Start / Motion: Two meters forward / condition when someone is sitting / end program]." She chanted, stretching her hand towards the chair and it glowed before it died, Leen then sat on the chair and it started doing what it was programmed to do, though when it reached the two meter mark it suddenly stopped and Leen almost fell off the chair, "...I forgot about the speed."
"Well, you get the idea, it's a spell that grants movements to objects and anything else you can come up with." Leen stood up from the chair she was on and addressed the man in the room.
"So, can you make Paula fly? If you gave her the order to fly?" Touya asked, curious on the limitations of the null spell.
"It's impossible, I'll say the spell isn't powerful to begin with." Leen shook her head, it seems like she tried once before, "Maybe if Paula had wings attached to her back It would be possible, but {Program} only allows simple movements. So unless something like a bird toy is programmed to fly, nothing is gonna make something like Paula fly."
"I see…" Touya hummed, he glanced over the chair Leen used to demonstrate and an idea popped into his head, he walked over to the chair and outstretched his hand, "I wanna try this out."
"Eh?"
"{Program} [Start / Motion: five meters backwards at human speed / condition when someone is sitting / end program]." He used the same spell, and sat on the chair, it glowed and did what it was programmed to do, surprising Leen as she watched him use her spell like it was nothing.
"You… What did you do just now…?" Leen was flabbergasted, never in 600 years of living has she seen someone be able to use someone else's personal null spell without being a direct blood relative or being taught it, it was amazing.
"Hm, what did I do? I used {Program}?" Touya said.
"...Why is that a question?" Leen remarked, irritated at his question before sighing in defeat, she shook her head and spoke, "In any case, you seem to be able to use {Program}."
"Yup, looks like it." Touya smirked, which annoyed Leen as she narrowed her eyes and stared at him dead in the eyes.
"I've got so many questions that I wish to ask but I'll leave that for now." She sighed again, she crossed her arms, "I told Paula to bring me anyone interesting she meets, and indeed, she brought me someone very interesting. Maybe even more so than Charlotte ever was."
"Charlotte? Do you mean the one in [Belfast]?" Touya inquired, while he doubted Charlotte is a rare name here, he was still gonna make sure.
"Oh? Have you met her? She was one of my disciplines, if I remember correctly, she's currently the Court Magician of [Belfast]."
'Ah, so it is Charlotte, wait… that would mean Leen is…' Touya mused before he snapped his fingers and pointed at Leen, now remembering where he heard of her.
"You're that demonic teacher who trained her like hell! Making her use all of her mana until she collapsed and forcibly restored her magical power with [Transfer] before making her deplete it again and again! She said some really colorful words about you!" Touya commented innocently, internally smirking as he saw Leen's face scowl in anger.
"HUH!?" She let out a yell, before she recomposed herself and coughed into her hand, clearing out her throat, "Nevermind that, Charlotte will have her day - Touya, your talent in magic is quite extraordinary, other than null magic, what other magical attributes can you use?"
"All of them." Touya said outright.
"All of them…?" She asked again, wanting to make sure she wasn't hearing things.
"All of them." He repeated.
"At least nothing will surprise me anymore." She sighed for the umpteenth time, she clasped her hands together, "I've decided, Touya, shall you be my disciple?"
"Thanks for the offer, but nah." Touya bowed and quickly left the room. Leaving a gobsmacked fairy as she never thought she was gonna be rejected so quickly and bluntly.

The very next day, after the party, Jamukha offered the party to sleep at the Royal Palace for the night, they agreed and time went by fast as the party and the events yesterday tired everyone out cold. Now it was a new day and Touya decided to explore the capital of the beastkins.
Accompanying him was Kohaku, who was also curious about the city as well, the two were just walking around until they heard the familiar voices of their friends, turning to the source of the voices, they spotted Yumina, Linze and surprisingly Setsuna. It was a real surprise to Touya just how easily his party accepted Setsuna without a hunch, he thought they'd less accept another girl to the group but instead just went with it.
Though that's for another time, now he had to get his mind to focus on the three newcomers.
"Ah, where are you going, Touya?" Yumina asked, walking up to the two with Linze and Setsuna trailing behind her.
"I was just about to go shopping around town, how about you three?" Touya answered and asked them the same question.
"Setsuna was just showing us around the place earlier this morning and we happened to bump into you." Linze explained, she then began to recall everything they did prior to meeting up with him and Kohaku.
"Where are Elze, Yae and Sally?" Touya asked, wondering where the rest of the party went since he didn't see them the moment he woke up.
"They're training with the Mismedian soldiers at one of the barracks." Linze told him. Touya hummed as he began to think of the things he needed for what he was going to do.
"What were you going to buy, by the way, Touya?" Yumina asked, curious at what he meant by shopping.
"Hmm, metal, wood, leather, some rope wire, explosive powder… And I'll probably need some gemstones." Touya listed them, this just made the four people with him more curious as to why he needed such materials for.
"...What are you planning to make?" Linze asked.
"A weapon, I'm going to make a weapon." Touya said with confidence, Setsuna smiled as she clapped her hands and got everyone's attention.
"Then, shall I show you the best places to buy them?" She offered, seeing that she was most likely the most knowledgeable about the subject, the rest agreed.
Soon, Setsuna bought them to various shops across [Berge], with Setsuna being the princess, many shops gave a generous discount, while Touya felt bad for using Setsuna's popularity as a princess, she explained that it wasn't too much trouble and that he shouldn't think too much about it, plus she would only do this for things that she or anyone needed and never abused her authority.
After that, the party found themselves in one of the many forests near the capital, Touya laid out the metals and brought with him the dragon parts he was given by Solum for slaying the black dragon, he asked Linze to cut up the horn and she did.
"Come forth, Water! Feel my blade, both cold and clear, {Aqua Cutter}!" Linze chanted and cut up the horn into small pieces, she turned to Touya, "Will this be enough?"
"Yeah, it's plenty." Touya nodded and took out a sheet of paper from his coat. It was a blueprint for a revolver, a Remington New Model Army to be precise, "So… with these pieces of the dragon's horn I can do this."
His party watched as he outstretched his hand and chanted {Modeling}, the pieces shaped the way he wanted and it turned into an Remington painted black, he then realized that it wasn't assembled so he did just that, he inspected it after assembling the gun, he smiled as he appreciated his handy work.
"Now, the next part is the bullets. {Modeling}." Just like with his gun, he did the same with the metal and explosive powder he bought, he had about 24 rounds out of the materials he got, "Nice, next up is the programming part."
The four people with him continued to watch in curiosity, as he went to work on the gun again.
"{Enchant: Aports}" He chanted, the Remington glowing brightly as it was enchanted by the spell, "{Program} Start / Condition: Wielder says "Reload" / Action: Quickly ejects empty cartridges, use {Aports} to refill any empty chambers with bullets located within a range of one meter / End program."
"Now that's complete, all that's left is to try it." Touya smirked as he aimed the gun at a nearby tree and pulled the trigger. The loud bang of the gun rang through the air, and while he did aim directly at the tree it somehow missed.
Touya raised an eyebrow before facepalming as he realized his mistake, he forgot to rifle the barrel. Cursing under his breath, he modeled the barrel to include rifling and aimed at the tree, finally hitting it with his shots, he unloaded the rest of his bullets until his revolver clicked, he didn't realized that the people behind him, Setsuna especially with her sensitive wolf ears, had to cover their ears from the loud sounds.
"Reload." He said as the gun did what it was programmed to do by ejecting the bullets and reloading with new ones from the nearby stamp he placed the bullets on.
"Is it finished?" Yumina asked.
"Yup, I'd say." Touya nodded.
"Isn't that a gun?" Setsuna asked, inspecting the revolver, it was one of the rare times she was ever able to see one.
"You guys know this?" Touya asked, and all three of them nodded. He was pleasantly surprised to find out that guns exist here in this world but he kept that to himself.
"Yes, we have some in the Belfastian Military but the acquisition of guns is hard to come by since only the [Kingdom of Ryle] and the [Tazerian Empire] produce large quantities of them - we have local producers but they are not up to quality standards compared to the two aforementioned countries." Yumina explained, "Father has been trying to develop our industries to accommodate gun manufacturing but it's a slow process, I did however get the chance to use one and I can confidently say I'm a good shot with it."
Yumina puffed her chest when she finished her sentence, proud of her boasting, Linze and Setsuna shook their heads. But nonetheless they listened.
"Guns are amazing, it's like a small cannon in your hands." Linze commented, while she never had the chance to see one up close before, until now, she heard of the capabilities when she and Elze were traveling together.
"It's the same with me. My dad's been trying to do the same, but as you can see, being beastkins, it's hard to find people willing to give us a chance." Setsuna sighed, while it has been getting better, especially now that both kingdoms are in an alliance, there's still much work to be done.
"Well, I'm not done yet, this gun's done but there's still something I wanna try." Touya informed, he took one bullet from the pile and used {Enchant} to give it {Explosion}, "{Program} Start / Condition: Bullet projectile escapes the muzzle and impacts something / Action: Active {Explosion} around the bullet / End program."
He loaded the bullet back into the chamber and spun it until the bullet with the enchantment was the one to be fired, he carefully aimed at a tree and pulled the trigger, just like before a loud bang rang through the air and instead of being embedded into the wood, the bullet exploded, the sound was even louder than the shot. Surprising the girls as they stumbled backwards.
Touya smirked as he confirmed his theory, now he can use magic without chanting them, "Yup, just like I thought, with this I can use offensive magic without needing to chant them."
"Touya! Can I also have one of those guns?"
"I want one too!"
Both Yumina and Linze respectively, got back up to their feet and ran up to Touya with excitement in their eyes as they requested for some guns, Setsuna on the other hand shook her head, while she wanted one, she knew it didn't fit her fighting style so she opt to keep quiet, plus her ears would sooner be deaf if she kept using one without protection.
He raised his hands and took out his phone and showed them various gun types they would like to have and told them to choose from them before he would make the guns for the two, they started going through multiple guns until they picked the ones they liked, Touya nodded and used the leftover dragon's horn pieces.
Once he made the guns, he gave them to the two girls and they smiled, Yumina chose Colt Army 1860, he had to adjust the gun a bit in order to fit her hands while Linze chose a Smith & Wesson M36 Snub Nose, they inspected their guns and was happy with it, they then talked about their weapons while Touya went to upgrading his gun, Setsuna walked near him and watched him do what he was making.
He pulled out another piece of paper and read its contents, he nodded and hovered his hand over the revolver and used {Modeling} again to combine an ingot he had together with the gun, "{Program} Start / Condition: Wielder says "Blade Mode" or "Gun Mode" / Action: Use {Modeling} to quickly transform the blade piece from a dagger to a longsword or longsword to a dagger / End program."
Once he finished chanting, a blade appeared underneath the barrel, Touya told Setsuna to step back a bit and she obliged, he picked up the gun and tested out his enchantments, "Blade mode!"
The blade used the enchantment and changed the length of the blade, making it longer, once he did some practice swings with it he turned to a tree and suddenly sliced it in two, the tree fell to the ground in a loud thud, Touya smiled, satisfied with the blade and changed it back, "Gun mode!"
It shortened itself back to its original length, Yumina and Linze let out gasps as they saw what he did, he turned to them and smiled, presenting the gun to them in its final form.
"Amazing, so it can become either a gun or a sword?" Yumina questioned, amazed by how the gun was able to switch from gun to sword and vice versa.
"Yeah, it looks so cool!" Linze agreed.
"I'm neither an absolute vanguard like Elze, Yae or Sally nor am I an absolute rearguard like you girls, so I'd be great if I could switch between them when the situation calls for it." He explained, "I got this idea after the duel with His Beastiness where I couldn't use my magic at all and had to rely on my combat experience and you saw how that ended up in."
They all winced when they remembered the beating he got from Jamukha, that was not a pretty sight to see for either of them, Setsuna tilted her head in confusion, why were they getting uncomfortable about such a thing? It was a good fight.
Touya cleared his throat and continued, "In any case, this will do nicely."
"And… Are you going to name that gun?" Linze asked.
"You're right about that, this should have a name…" Touya hummed, brainstorming a name for his Gunblade, multiple names appeared in his head but only one really stuck out from the sea of ideas in his head.
"[Brunhild], I think [Brunhild] should be enough to describe it perfectly." Touya smiled, but before he could stash it away, he used {Inspect} on the weapon to check if everything was in order.

Gun Mode: The primary mode, this allows Brunhild to use its barrel and fire from afar, it is able to use various types of bullets.
Sword Mode: The secondary mode, the blade underneath the barrel of Brunhild extends past and stops at about the length of a typical longsword, used in case the user is forced into close combat.
He then realized he had no holder for the gun and ammunition, he quickly made them with {Modeling} and strapped them on his belt, he fastened them properly and gave it a tug to make sure its strapped on and wouldn't fall off, once he was satisfied, he placed [Brunhild] into its holster.
"That's amazing, Touya, but I have one question." Yumina asked, pointing at the dragon nail that was just next to the stamp, "What are you going to do with that?"
"That's for the other weapon I was planning to make, it shouldn't take long." He disclosed, walking towards the dragon's nail and picking it up.
He asked for Linze's help again in cutting up some parts of the nail, she nodded and used {Aqua Cutter} to easily cut through the dragon part, he placed the gemstones next to the three separate parts along with the wire rope and High-Purity Mithril, he was glad Setsuna was there to ease the price range of it since this thing costs him a lot of coins, the gemstones too, but not as much.
Using {Modeling} again, he was able to create a spear akin to the yari he had before except its blade was longer and curved, the gemstones were added into the hilt near the blade like some kind of oriental design. Once it was finished he picked up the beautiful spear, and did some practice stabs with it, he spun the weapon around to get a feel for its weight and was surprised to see it wasn't that much heavier than his old weapon, maybe even lighter.
"Is that a spear?" Linze asked, staring at the beautiful work of art her crush made.
"Yup, while [Brunhild] is nice, I much prefer a polearm type of weapon." Touya nodded.
"That's rare, I thought you like swords but after watching your fight with my father, I guess you really like spears?" Setsuna commented, while not uncommon, most of the Mismedian troops used swords or axes, but rarely any spears except for the [Mismedian Royal Guards].
"Mhm, now, let's test this out." Touya hummed, as he brandished his spear.
He eyed another tree and lunged, stabbing his spear forwards, the blade easily went through the tree with no problem at all, Touya then changed his grip on the handle and slashed his spear out of the tree, cutting through the tree like a knife through butter. He smirked as the weapon was exceeding everything he placed on it, now it's time for the last thing to add.
"{Program} Start / Condition: Wielder says "Scythe Mode" or "Spear Mode" / Action: Use {Modeling} to quickly widen the blade as a normal scythe's blade and angle it by ninety degrees / End program." Once he finished chanting, he quickly used the Scythe Mode of his weapon, the blade did as it was programmed to and the blade widened by a few inches and the curved blade angled itself by 90 degrees.
Touya swung the newly created weapon and it easily sliced through three trees like it was nothing, his smirk widened as she spun the weapon in his hands and changed it back to its original form. He used {Inspect} again to see the details.

"But how will you carry that around?" Setsuna asked, while it was a very beautiful looking spear, it was still a spear and thus would be a hassle to carry around in tight spaces.
"Easy, like this." Touya emphasized as he clicked something on the spear's handle and it collapsed, being held together by the wire inside of the hollow yet strong handle, "That's why I bought the rope wires."
"Wouldn't that compromise the structure of the handle?" Yumina asked.
"You'd be right, but thanks to the materials the spear's been made with plus my magic, this thing won't break so easily." Touya explained, as he placed the folded spear into his coat.
"And are you gonna name it too?" Linze asked.
"Hmm…" Touya hummed, before nodding, he chose another name that he would've used for his gunblade, "[Gungnir], that seems like a fitting name don't you think?"
After that, the group engaged in some small talk before deciding to head back to the capital and continue the tour Setsuna was giving them before they met Touya.

After finishing the tour Setsuna gave them around the capital, the group was now aimlessly walking around and revisiting sights that Touya haven't seen yet, they stopped by a small market stand and checked what the seller had to offer, seeing that there were pouches on sale, Touya figured that extra capacity for his bullets wouldn't hurt and bought them.
"So, let's see, I made my weapons, made a gun holster, bought extra pouches for my bullets… I guess I did everything I needed to do for today." Touya mused, as the group continued to stroll through the main streets of the capital, "I guess all that's left to do is to enchant my bullets with magic, that and create some more for me and you girls."
"Hmm, rubber bullets enchanted with {Paralyze} should be enough for some non-lethal takedowns." Touya hummed as he placed his hand on the bullet pouches, "Other than that, what do y'all wanna do next?"
"I want to try the local dish of this Kingdom, Setsuna told us about it earlier." Yumina suggested, "Shall we try it?"
"If I remember correctly, it's called cully, right?" Linze turned to Setsuna who nodded as she smiled.
"Yup! It's a pretty popular dish here in [Mismede]! Come on! I know a place that sells some really good curry!" Setsuna exclaimed as she suddenly grabbed both girls' hands and pulled them with her as she ran to the place.
The sudden jerk of motion surprised the two as they did their best to find their footing all the while Touya called out to the three as they sped through the streets of [Berge]. Thankfully the spot Setsuna brought them to wasn't far from where they were and so the two girls had to endure a short sprint to the restaurant, they still scolded the beastkin princess about not warning them and she apologized.
They ordered four cully dishes and the waiter showed them their table. After a while, the waiter approached their table and placed down the dishes they ordered, "Two beef cully, one chicken cully, and one pork cully, enjoy your meal!"
'This smell, this color, yup this is curry, wonder if it's as spicy as it is back home.' Touya mused as he turned to the two who probably never ate curry before, "Hey before you eat this-"
As he tried to warn them that it was a spicy dish, it was already too late as the two dug in and took a bite, what followed was any normal reaction to eating something spicier than they expected, by screaming internally.
"Ah, nevermind, I was about to warn you about the spicy part." Touya chuckled softly as he took a bite out of his beef cully and hummed, the spicy flavor was definitely there, it is a genuine, bonafide curry.
"Sorry about that, I thought they knew…" Setsuna apologized as she took a bite out of her beef cully.
They continued to eat their dishes in silence, Touya had to share with Kohaku as she got curious about the dish and wanted to taste it, she gave it a good rating, while Linze and Yumina had to take a sip of their water everytime they took a bite out of their cully, once the last bite was done, they all thanked the chief and left, Yumina and Linze still wincing from the spicy flavor and was constantly drinking water to wash down the aftertaste.
"The tashte wash sho shtrong-" Yumina sighed when she finished her drink.
"My tongue ish shill on fhire-'' Linze whined, tears in her eyes.
"It's not bad once you get used to it." Touya reassured, trying to ease their pain in any way he could, though that only served to make the two stare at him blankly.
"Yeah, he's not wrong." Setsuna shrugged.
"Habhe yu ate it before, Touyha?" Yumina asked.
"I've tried something similar at least." He chuckled while awkwardly scratching the back of his head, he then felt a light ping, it was like that time Sally was stalking him and Yae when they were training, 'Someone's watching us… Is this the same people as before?'
'Yes Master, it's the same people as before, I can confirm it.' Kohaku heard his voice in their shared mental connection.
'I thought so… Well, I should go and greet them, do you know where they are?'
'They're at the top of the highest building to your right, Master.'
'Thanks Kohaku, go with the others back to the castle, I'll handle this.'
'Good luck, Master.'
Kohaku cut their mental connection, Touya asked the girls to go without him as he said he was going to go and explore that spot he found interesting, the girls nodded and said their farewells, he waved goodbye while Kohaku went with them, once they were a considerable distance away from him Touya locked his gaze over to the building Kohaku told him about and used {Accel} to immediately get behind his stalkers.
"Hi." He announced, catching them off guard, his stalkers wore dark cloaks to mask their figure and white masks to obstruct their faces from view.
They backed away from him, tensed as they didn't think he would be able to reach nor notice their presence, Touya raised his hands in surrender, he wasn't going to fight he just wanted to talk with them, "Now, now, don't be so jump, I'm not here to fight, I just wanna know why you're stalking me and my friends."
They stayed silent, not even moving an inch ever since he appeared until one of them took something out of their cloak and raised their hand, Touya raised an eyebrow before his eyes widened when they threw it to the ground, a huge flash of light appeared and forced Touya to look away and shield his eyes.
Once the light died down, the mysterious people were nowhere to be seen, he sighed as he pulled out his phone and opened the map app and typed into the search box, a second later, two marks appeared on his phone and they were moving fast, "Don't think you can get away that easily. {Accel Boost}!"
The two observers found themselves at an impasse, breathing heavily as they thought they were able to loss Touya only for him to appear behind them again, they were again surprised he caught up to them and tried use another flashbang but Touya was quicker, raising [Brunhild] and aiming before pulling the trigger and shooting the two, they were downed immediately and non-lethally as Touya used rubber bullets with {Paralyze}.
He tied them up with the leftover rope wire he had, once he fastened the tie and made sure it wouldn't come loose he stood over them and crossed his arms, "I'll cure the paralysis once I get my answer, so stay down, okay?"
They stayed silent again, not wanting to respond or giveaway any information about them, Touya sighed as he brainstorm what to do next, he remembered that flash bomb from before and thought that maybe they still had some more or anything else up their sleeves, so he approached the one that threw the flash bomb and searched for anything he could find - However, when he tried to search upwards he unintentionally got to grope their chest. She let out a surprised squeak, not expecting for Touya to grope her sizable chest.
"Sorry about that, I didn't think you'd be a girl." Touya said in a calm and nonchalant manner, but on the inside he was freaking out, he didn't think he would accidentally grope a woman's boobs - they were soft when he held them too, but before he could further think about the softness of boobs he realized he heard that voice before, "Wait a minute, I heard that voice from somewhere before."
Touya held her chin and removed the mask, revealing someone he never expected.
It was one of the maids Yumina hired!
"Lapis!?" He exclaimed, indeed, it was Lapis who was underneath the mask, and if she was here, then that would mean… "Cecile!?"
"Hey there~" Cecile sang, she held an amused smile as she was caught with her mask down.
"What the hell is going on?" Touya asked, running a hand through his face as he tried to rack his brain on why his maids were spying on him.
"We're [Espion], an intelligence division working directly under His Majesty, the King of [Belfast]." Lapis explained, seeing as they were already caught and that there wasn't any point in keeping the secret to their princess' fiancee, they decided to spill the beans, "We've been appointed to guard the princess from the shadows."
"Are you two the only ones guarding her or?"
"Nope~ There are several people and all of them are girls, though some of them died while acting as guards for the convoy…" Cecile lamented, remembering those that had fallen during the attack Benson was the mastermind of.
"Right… So have you been following us since the beginning? Since in [Belfast]?" He asked and they nodded.
"That's our mission, yes."
"Which reminds me, I didn't see either of you when I returned using {Gate} to let Linze and Elze take a quick bath. I'll assume our butler, Laim is on this as well?" Touya deducted.
"Yes, that's right~" Cecile sang.
"That would mean you two were there when I slain the dragon?" They nodded, confirming his suspicions.
"So, umm…" Cecile mumbled, fidgeting in her position, "We're fired aren't we~?"
"Why would I do that?" Touya inquired.
"Because we're doing something like this while being your maids…" Cecile whimpered, for the first time opening her eyes. They were the same color as her hair, orange.
"Oh, that. No, I won't fire you two because of that." Touya shook his head, "The King sent you to protect his daughter because he was worried right? And if I fired you, I'd have to fire Laim as well."
"So, what are you gonna do now?" Touya asked, both of his maids looked at each other for a brief second before nodding.
"Same as before, we'll protect Lady Yumina from the shadows…" Lapis explained, "But we have something to ask of you, Master."
"Would you please keep our true job a secret from the princess?" Lapis and Cecile bowed their heads.
"If the princess knew that we were sent to protect her - She would certainly get mad at His Majesty." Cecile explained.
"Sure, I'll keep it a secret." Touya nodded, he understood the reason why Tristwin would send in spies to watch over his daughter, with her being the only heir to the throne along with the fact that he sent her to an unknown journey, thankfully the worse never happened. It's tough being a father, Touya knows since his parents were a bit overprotective of him when he was young.
"In any case, I think I should get back before the others suspect something." He bid his farewells to his maids, using {Recovery} to counteract the effects of {Paralyze} and left them. He would meet the others back to the Royal Palace and turn in for the day.

A day had passed, it was the meeting between both sides of the Kingdom and Touya was in the throne room with Jamukha, he had brought with him the mirror he had enchanted with {Gate} as to easily teleport the Tristwin to the Royal Palace without a hinch.
Stepping from {Alephis}, Tristwin was greeted by Jamukha and the two kings shook hands, "Welcome to [Mismede], King of [Belfast]."
"I'm grateful for your invitation, King of [Mismede]."
Touya smiled as he took that as his que to leave the two kings alone and discuss the future of their kingdoms, closing the door behind him, Touya was just about to go and find with the others so they could plan what to do for the day, only to stop himself as Leen stood just outside of the throne room.
"Seems like the King of [Belfast] has arrived." Leen commented.
"Yup, just now." Touya nodded, "They're having a conference right now."
"So, have you decided to become my disciple yet?" Leen smirked, her voice haughty.
"How many times do I have to say no before you get it?" Touya sighed, ever since they met, the fairy has been trying to convince him to be her disciple, it was getting a little annoying since she wouldn't take no for an answer.
"Are you sure I can't convince you otherwise?" Leen leaned forward, trying to get Touya's full attention on her face, her amber colored eyes filled with mischief, her voice laced with a bit of seduction, "I may not look much, but I still have the aura of a mature lady, surely that intrigues you?"
'Ah, I see how it is.' Touya raised an eyebrow, so she was going to try to seduce him to be her disciple? Well, it's gonna take more than a pretty face to break his resolve and even then, he was engaged! 'So she's going for that huh? Well, usually these types of women are good on the offense but bad at defense, let's test that out.'
Touya smirked, he suddenly grabbed Leen and pushed her to a nearby wall, she let out a surprised gasp as she didn't expect to be pushed around, her back hit the wall and just as she was about to angrily berate Touya, he slammed his hand next to Leen's head and leaned forwards, using his taller structure to his advantage. Leen looked up and saw the smirking face of the adventurer who was pinning her to a wall.
"You're not wrong, I am kinda interested, but let's say I take you up on that offer, would you do it?" Touya teased, cupping Leen's chin, he was testing the limits of her teasing and if she could back up her claims.
"I- I um-" She shuttered, looking like she couldn't form words from just how embarrassed she was, her face blushing a red hue. Seems like Touya was right, she was bad at defense.
For once, being the one who does the teasing for a change feels nice, plus she's really cute blushing like that, almost makes him wanna take her up on her offer.
"Anyways, looking at Paula, she looks too lively for a stuffed toy, it's almost as if she's alive." Touya removed himself from the wall he was pinning the fairy on and directed his attention at the teddy bear. Acting as if he didn't just try to seduce Leen.
"That's… That's the result of numerous layers of {Program}." Leen was able to recompose herself and answer Touya's question, though her face was still a little red from the kabedon he did on her, "I've been setting her responses according to the surrounding inputs for almost two-hundred years now."
"She doesn't look that old to be two-hundred years old, did you fix her up during those times or…?" Touya inquired as Paula shook her head.
"No, I haven't, she's under my null spell, {Protection}." Leen shook her head, as she began to explain, "It's a protection spell which protects from certain things, Paula is protected against getting dirty, deteriorating, bug-bites, and among other things."
"Is that so… Another question, how many null spells can you use?" Touya asked, curious since he kept count of the null spells Leen could use and it was 3 last time he checked, "Since you know Protection}, {Program}, and of course {Transfer} that I learned from Charlotte who learned it from you."
"Don't you know that fairies have a high aptitude for null magic?" Leen questioned and Touya shook his head, he didn't know that, it was the first time he ever met a fairy after all, "In any case, there are also fairies who can't use even one null spell, that being said, I only have four…"
"Is that so?" Touya muttered, nodding as he took in the information she gave him.
Soon enough, the doors to the throne room opened and Glatz appeared out of the room, he greeted the two, "Ah, Sir Touya, the King of [Belfast] wishes to see you, and a pleasure to meet you here, Court Mage Leen."
"The pleasure is all mine, Chancellor Glatz." Leen curtsied, she turned her heels and was about to leave, "With that, I leave you to your business, until next time, Mochizuki Touya."
The two men watched as the fairy left with her companion trailing behind her, Glatz raised an eyebrow as he knew that the Court Mage doesn't usually leave her room too often unless it was something she was interested in or it was a business that had to do with the Kingdom, "Do you know her, Sir Touya?"
"I guess you could say that." Touta shrugged as he walked past the winged beastkin and entered the throne room.
"Well, Touya, the talks went without a hinch, thank you for your help." Tristwin thanked his son-in-law.
"I'm glad to hear that." Touya nodded.
"I shall now return to [Belfast], I'll leave the rest to you." Tristwin explained as he turned to Jamukha, "King of [Mismede], Thank you for your time."
With that, Tristwin left the same way he entered, through the mirror, once he was through, Touya held up a hammer and smashed the mirror, shattering the glass and destroying the frame with reckless abandon, he surprised Glatz and Jamukha with his complete disregard of the mirror.
"Sir Touya!? What are you doing!" Glatz exclaimed, wondering why he was breaking such a prized item.
"Don't worry about that, here, just watch." Touya waved his hand, he hovered it over the broken shards of glass and broken pieces of wood, "{Modeling}."
He walked over to the newly made hand mirror and picked one of them up, he presented it to the two men in the room and explained what it does, "This mirror is connected to [Belfast], from now on, when you have an important message or something else - you only need to put a letter through this thing."
"I-I see… So instead of a twenty-day round trip, messages can be exchanged instantly, this is amazingly convenient!" Jamukha exclaimed in approval, now there was no risk of a letter being delayed nor outdated, Touya is shaping up to be the best son-in-law Jamukha could ever have, "Thank you, Touya, with this, I'll make sure to use it in order to further deepen our relations with the Belfastians."
Touya nodded as he handed over the mirror to Jamukha who happily accepted the item, he picked up the other two ones he made and said his farewells to the two, he opened the doors to the throne room and left. He walked down the long hallway with a smile on his face as he thought of giving the last two of these mirrors to Lyon and Olga to further develop their blossoming relationship.
'Hmm, so this is what being a matchmaker feels like…' Touya mused, now he understood why most women try to play matchmaker in those soap operas he watched when he was a kid.
In any case, today was he and his party's last day of staying at the Royal Palace, he had to give these mirrors to those two before he finally left [Mismede] and back to [Belfast].

With today being the last day of their stay here in [Mismede], Touya and the gang thought of buying some souvenirs to bring back for everyone at the mansion. Joining them was Setsuna - it came as no surprise, except maybe Touya, that starting today, the Mismedian Princess would join them and finally integrate herself into their lives.
No one complained about it, except maybe Touya, the rest were happy to have another girl join them on their evergrowing party.
"Are you sure it's alright for you to come with us?" Touya asked.
"Yes, I have permission from my mother and father, I can leave with all of you." Setsuna nodded, her wolf tail wagging excitedly, "And I always wanted to visit [Belfast]! So this works out nicely for me!"
"I guess so…" He sighed, there really isn't much he could do to persuade her to stay, especially when she's engaged to him, "Welp, guess nothing I say can convince you otherwise, welcome to the party, Setsuna."
"Yes! I promise I can be useful! I have full confidence in my fighting skills!" Setsuna exclaimed.
"Yeah, no doubt about that, those ice claws of hers are a real hassle to go up against." Elze remarked, when she and Yae asked about her combat abilities, Elze was excited to find out another person who uses her fists to fight, now she wasn't the only one on the time who likes to use her fists to do the talking!
While her style of fighting was different then hers, it still doesn't change the fact that now, Elze wasn't only in being the only hand to hand combat specialist.
"I can concur, she brings another vanguard to our line up." Yae nodded, having tested her as well and having the same opinion as Elze.
"No complaints here." Sally commented, shrugging as she was glad another girl joined the group, making their party of 5, 6 if you count Kohaku, bigger.
Setsuna thanked everyone who accepting her, and soon they struck up a conversation, Touya shook his head as he turned to his right and spotted Lapis and Cecile observing them, knowing that they probably wouldn't catch up to the convoy once they left, he figured he'd use {Gate} to give his maids a head start.
"We've bought souvenirs, said our goodbyes to everyone, the last thing we need to do is leave." Yumina reminded everyone,
"Sorry, there's something I forgot to buy, could you guys go to the carriages without me? I'll catch up!" Taking this as his que to leave, Touya apologized and ran off, leaving his party confused but soon enough shrugged as they continued their way to the carriages.
Turning to an alleyway, Touya used {Accel} to appear in front of Lapis and Ceclie, startling them in the process, they let out nervous breaths as they realized it was their master that appeared.
"Ahh~ It's just you master~" Cecile huffed, trying to calm her nerves from the sudden jumpscare, "Please don't surprise us like that~"
"Sorry about that, anyways, we'll be returning to [Belfast] using {Gate}, I figured I should send you two there first before we depart." Touya explained.
"Huh~? To [Belfast]~?" Cecile tilted her head in confusion.
"It'll take around ten days if we take the normal route." Lapis muttered, thinking of the consequences if they didn't take up their master's offer, "The princess would surely grow suspicious if we're to be gone for that long."
"Which is why I'm here." Touya stretched his hand and opened a gate to the mansion.
When he stepped into it, he was greeted with a very surprised Laim, his eyes widened a bit before he recomposed himself and addressed his master in practiced professionalism, "Welcome back, Master."
"We're back, Laim." Touya nodded.
"We're back~" Cecile announced as she stepped out of the gate with Lapis trailing behind her.
"I'm sorry, our cover has been blown up by the Master." Lapis apologized to Laim.
"So I see." Laim solemnly nodded, he turned to Touya and bowed, "Please forgive me, His Majesty himself made me give the order to these two… I humbly ask your forgiveness."
"It's nothing really." Touya waved his hand, "I can understand why His Majesty did it, he was worried about the safety of his daughter and he was right to do so. Plus, I can guess that neither of you could refuse a direct order from him."
"So don't worry, you can trust me with the secret, I'll make sure to keep it from Yumina and the others." He stepped into the gate and waved his servants goodbye.
He came back moments later with everyone else, Laim and the two maids who quickly changed into their uniforms, greeted them with warm smiles.

"Man, I'm so tired." Touya muttered, flopping into his bed and letting the soft fabric envelop his tired body.
"It was a long journey to a new place, wasn't it?" Kohaku commented, sitting next to Touya as he rolled over and glanced at his companion.
"Yeah, a lot of things happened, some good, some bad…" Touya sighed, he recalled everything that happened during their journey to [Mismede], he let out another sigh as he rolled to his side, "But in this journey I learned so many things, like {Program} for example, I can do so much with that, so many possibilities with just one null spell."
He yawned as he closed his eyes, they felt a little heavy, soon enough, he let himself be whisked away by the sweet embrace of slumber.
A few hours had passed since then and he stirred in his sleep, Touya rubbed his eyes, he groggily got up from his bed and sat on the side, he let out a yawn and stretched his body to get rid of any stiffness, "Must've dozed off a bit there."
He hopped off the bed and turned, he saw Kohaku sleeping peacefully, he smiled as he went towards the door of his room and turned the knob slowly so as to not wake up his sleeping servant, he closed it behind him just as slowly until he heard the door click.
"Hm, should I take a bath?" He hummed, rubbing his chin as he thought of what to do late in the night, "No use trying to think of it in the hallways, time to take one now."
He started walking towards the bath areas, excited to try out the huge bath that reminded him of those public bathhouses back at his old world except this one was private, he was humming as he stepped ever so closer to the room until he was at the door.
Just as he was about to turn the knob, he stopped, reeling his hand back and mulled over what to do next, he felt a slight shiver go down his spine as he remembered this exact scene that plagued anime shows for decades, "I haven't seen any of the girls yet, I remember they were going to show Setsuna the rooms so she can pick one for herself - If I turn this doorknob, there's a chance I'll get to see the girls just as they're dressing or undressing and they'll call me a pervert."
"I need to choose what to do before I open the door, do I risk getting slapped in the face because I get to see my admittedly beautiful and sexy teammates half-naked, or I just turn and leave, pretending that nothing happened…" Touya mumbled under her breath as he debated on whether or not it was worth the trouble opening the door to paradise.
He let out a sigh and turned around, only to stop as he was face to face with a smirking Sally, her grin seemed to extend from ear to ear as her eyes were filled with mischievous intent.
"Hey there, Master~" She sang, Touya backed up a bit but realized he was going to hit the door if he moved any further.
"W-What are you doing?" Touya asked nervously, not liking her tone as she eyed the door behind him and his eyes widened, he silently begged for her not to do what she was about to do, but that smirk she had told him that she was not going to listen at the slightest.
"Wait, Sally don't-" He couldn't even finish his sentence as Sally quickly opened the door and pushed him, he fell backwards as he entered the room, he groaned as he tried to get up, when he did he was greeted with a sight he would never forget.
There, standing, were his teammates and fiancees in the process of dressing themselves up. He saw all manner of bosoms, from small to big, Yae's boobs were definitely the biggest of the group barring Sally, and Yumina, being the youngest, was the smallest and yet that didn't take away how beautiful she was.
He blushed when his gaze fell onto Setsuna, she was just about to put on her bra and because of his sudden appearance, she couldn't and her boobs laid bare for his eyes thus flashing him with her sizable chest, she wasn't as big as Yae nor as small as Yumina, a fine middleground and he was loving every second of it.
Though the next few seconds he had to dodge.
The girls let out a scream that could be heard throughout the mansion as Elze suddenly lunged at Touya with her fist aimed at his head, he hastily dodged the punch and put his hands up, "Hold up! Hold up!"
He shook his hands as he tried to calm the situation, yet Elze didn't listen and tried to throw a high kick, he dodged again and kept his distance from the silverette.
"Please just calm down! I'm innocent here!" Touya tried to tell them, but Elze still wasn't having any of it, thankfully Sally, who was the reason why he was even in this situation in the first place, spoke up.
"Okay, okay, that's enough, he's telling the truth." Sally clapped her hands, getting between Elze and Touya, shielding him from the embarrassed silverette, "I told you girls to lock the doors, but you didn't listen."
That seemed to calm them down, as Elze grumbled something and quickly grabbed her undershirt and wore it, her face a bright red hue, "Y-You're right-! But that doesn't mean Touya could just open the door unannounced!"
"Y-Yes! He should have knocked first!" Yae agreed, as she hastily fixed her kimono.
"Kinda hard to do that when I pushed him." Sally smirked, making the two girls glare daggers at her.
"And why would you do that!?" Both girls yelled simultaneously.
"I thought it'd be funny." She bluntly explained, before her grin widened, "And it is!"
Touya wisely kept his mouth shut, if he said anything right now he'd set off a field full of landmines and he wasn't gonna deal with the consequences, so he just watched the scene play out while making himself blend in the background, although that scene of his teammates being half-naked was a feast for his eyes…
"Touya!" If only Linze didn't call him.
"Y-Yeah?" He nervously gulped.
"...Did you see them…?" She asked, glaring at him, he gulped again, should he say the truth or should he lie?
Thankfully, someone came to his rescue - It was his fiancee, Yumina!
"I would prefer for such a thing to happen with proper procedure though…" She muttered, holding her cheeks and turning her head away in embarrassment.
"I don't know why all of you are so embarrassed." Setsuna bluntly remarked, crossing her arms underneath her uncovered boobs, unintentionally flaunting them to her fiance, "Me and Yumina are engaged to him, he'll see us naked one day after all."
Sally smirked as everyone was now looking at Setsuna who wasn't wearing anything to cover up her bare boobs.
What followed was simply chaos.

And that's a wrap, I honestly did not think I'd update this story again, but here we are.
With this, the Mismede Arc ends, honestly this must be the most action packed Arc to date and I didn't even plan for that to happen! It just did!
And with this, Setsuna officially joins the party and is our resident unintentional pervert, she knows what she wants so she's easy to write some spicy scenes with, and if you didn't notice, Touya's a little more confident in himself, so there's less of him being bossed around by the girls and more of him trying to outwit them.
Plus, how do you like my take on the overused trope of a guy accidentally opening a door and seeing a girl half-naked? I really hate those scenes and thought of putting my own twist to it!
