Alternate universe story. No science fiction, no virtual reality games. Kirito is just a normal, teenage boy who finds himself in a school full of hotties and slowly builds his harem. My first harem fic is a masterpiece to behold. Starts out as T rated in the first chapter, but that will change in the second one!

Climbing Aincrad was a daunting proposition, even on its own without the threat of death hanging above. Add to that murderers, spiraling mysteries on the horizon, and more personal struggles than anyone could ever ask for… there was a hell of a challenge in store for Rei and the others. Very short Kirito x Philia story, kind of. After SAO ended, Kazuto and Kotone go to a cafe, but this is basically Kirito's inner reflections mixed with observations.

We all know the story how Kayaba Akihiko trapped 10,000 players in Sword Art Online and how Kirito made friends along the journey to end the death game. But have you thought how would it go if Kirito met two oddly (and unpleasantly, in his opinion) familiar people on the launch day? Will they still find the will to survive and brave Aincrad or…? Because frankly, I cannot imagine any MMO running for three years without any major bugs or glitches. Speculative/quite AU one shot.

Kirito/Asuna, Klein/?, Agil/his wife (as much as I don't like it)... lol.

Based loosely off Integral Factor at first, with elements of Progressive and the Gameverse, alongside original story elements.
