Happy Halloween everyone, here is the next chapter, I hope this will please you.
And I know it's been a long time since I last updated, but lots have happened since then.
With much important stuff going on in real life, I have also been watching series like Squid Game and Baki on Netflix, as well Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, good shows by the way, I recommend you watch them.
I also had to rewrite this chapter a couple of times, but I managed to do so in the end.
In case you wonder for Inner Power, I would like to announce that I am now doing a rewrite of Inner Power, due to my lack of interest and regrets in writing it. I bet this will upset those of you those who liked it, but I haven't abandoned it, just making a new, improved version of it. I will work on it for some time, as it will be different than the original, with some minor details. The Rewrite will have some similarities, as well the ideas I had for the original.
But no matter what, I shall not abandon the Natsu of the Darkness Story, not in long days.
Speaking of which, where we last left off in the previous chapter of Natsu of the Darkness, our heroes learned of Faust´s plan, and have now encountered the Golden Mjolnir, who had offered them to join in their and Thorson´s plan of making him the king, where we will learn the response our heroes will give to them.

Chapter 57: What we are fighting for
In the large area known as the E-Zone, where the Byro, Sugarboy and Hughes have been killed, the Golden Mjölnir, with their leader holding Byro's head, before Natsu and his allies.
The Golden Mjölnir had asked them to an offer to either join their cause or become their enemies.
As silence was surrounding the area, it eventually broke them with the pink-haired Dragon Slayer answering their question.
"Like hell we are gonna join you bastards!" Natsu said, sticking out his tongue and pulling down his eyelid.
Lucy, Layla, Yukino, Gil and Mira all smiled at Natsu reaction and response, while the Golden Mjölnir remained stoic, while Edo Evergreen remained frightened and worried, as Edo Bickslow had his arms crossed, and Antolt, who was still holding the severed head of Byro.
"Our goal here is to save our friends, and we aren't gonna ruin innocent lives here!" Natsu declared, pointing at the trio. "That's right! With you taking down the Exceeds, you are no better than Faust, Knightwalker and their forces." Lucy said.
Edo Freed then dropped the head of Byro, sighing as he then went to speak.
"Well, it seems we both made mistakes here." Edo Freed said, as he began to take out his katana from its sheath. "One, you rejecting our offer to become one of us, and having you knowing our plans too soon." Antolt said, and then completely unsheathing his sword.
"And two, the mistake you made, was to make enemies of us, the Golden Mjölnir. If you regret your decision, it's too late, as there are no second options." Antolt said, pointing his sword at them, with his fellow Golden Mjölnir members standing by his side.
"And since you prove to be a great threat, I am sure to take you down soon as possible."Antolt said, as he then went to place the Command Tact he took from Hughes before killing him.
But then, through instinct, Gil then flew at great speed, and once he was before him, he took out a small ball and then throw it at his face, making a large smoke cloud.
Blinding Antolt, Edo Bickslow and Edo Evergreen, distracting them for a second, and once it had died down, it showed that Gil had taken the Command Tact and was now in the air while holding it.
"I don't know what you were gonna do with this, or what was gonna happen, but it must be something important, that's for sure." Gil said in the air.
"Annoying little pest." Antolt said, and then went to turn to them the Earthlanders. "To think that you would lose focus, even if it was for a second. You really should know when to not let your guard down, especially since you are our leader." Edo Bickslow said, arms crossed as he turned to see Gil floating in the air.
"Whatever. That thing in the air only prolonged the fate our guests has. But that is something you can handle." Antolt said. "Don't you worry, and as soon as that annoying thing is gone, things will go faster." Edo Bickslow said.
"We have indeed so much to do, being taking down the enemies, now that they learned of Thorson-sama´s plans..." Antolt said, as he turned to Coco, who was still frightened from what had happened. "...and let's not forget this other witness, being the Royal Messenger herself, who have heard of the plan, and has the Key." Antolt said.
Coco, in horror that whatever they key fell in the hands of, it would mean the end of Panther Lily and the Exceeds. She clutched the key in her chest tightly, and began to run, even if her legs were damaged.
"Evergreen." Antolt said, without turning to face her. "Y-yes!" The brunette said in a nervous tone, as she then placed hands on the ground, as then a green energy was emitted on the ground.
It spread and went into a line, going towards Coco, as once it was beneath her, it softened and then sank down the ground.
Struggling in vain to escape, she saw Edolas Evergreen has made the ground soft, and with that, she sank down on to the ground.
"With your leg in that painful state, and having been in the ground, you sure in a state were the only option you have, is to surrender and give us the key." Antolt said, as he, Edo Bickslow and Edo Evergreen stood before Coco, with her face filled with fear.
"Or face the same fate Byro, Sugar Boy and Hughes will. It's your choice, but you will give the Key to us, no matter what response you give." Antolt said, raising his blade in the air.
Coco was beyond terrified. So many thoughts were in mind of what just had happened, making her unable to think of a decision right now, due to every thought were nothing but filled with fear and panic.
"With you taking so long, I figure it will be faster to kill you right here and now. Even if you agreed to become a part of Thunder Crown, your weakness will only become a hindrance to Thorson-sama´s plans." Antolt said, and then went down to bring his blade down to Coco, whose eyes were wide and filled with horror.
However, in the next second, a sudden kick, covered in black smoke, came at the back of Antolt´s head, sending him flying away after Natsu had kicked him.
As Antolt was send flying away, he immediately landed on the ground. The Edolas Counterparts of Evergreen and Bickslow could react, Mira, in her Satan Soul form, went to send a kick at Edo Bickslow, while Taurus went to swing his axe at Edo Evergreen.
While Edo Evergreen managed to dodge the axe swing by jumping back, but Edo Bickslow was sent a bit away.
Coco was confused, and then saw Natsu, who just had kicked Antolt, stopping him from killing her, stood before Coco, who was still in the ground.
"You alright there? Don't worry, grab my hand and I´ll pull you out." Natsu said, reaching his hand to her. Lucy, Yukino, Layla, Mira, as well Taurus, who was summoned by Lucy, were gathering around her.
"Why should I trust you? You are Earthlanders!" Coco said, not trusting them, and held the Key tighter to her. "Look, we didn't know this was gonna happen at all, and if we did, we wouldn't let it happen." Lucy said. "And do you wanna rather get killed by these assholes?" Natsu said, making Coco quiet for a bit.
"Trust me, if there is one thing we cannot stand, is betrayal from ones comrades. What they did just now, was truly low." Yukino said, holding one of her Keys. "Which is why we won't let them hurt you." Lucy said, as Taurus was by her side. "And we are gonna make them pay." Mira said, smiling and with determination.
"So, take my hand, and we shall help you, and I know you will do to the same to us." Natsu said. "Trust us, what they are doing is wrong. I know we just met, so you have your reasons to doubt us. You have probably known them more than we can think, but even if this change suddenly happened in such a short time, you should know that there are times when can do the right thing, even with the people you have known for a short time." Layla said.
Natsu then proceeded to grab Coco´s hand, and due to the ground being soft, he managed to pull her up. Once she was out of the ground, Coco looked around herself, still holding the key tightly to her chest. "You must be Coco, right?" Natsu asked, which Coco nodded as a response. "I am Natsu by the way, and these here are Lucy, Yukino, Layla and Mira." Natsu said, introducing himself.
"That Key you have there, is to the Dragon Chain Cannon, right?" Natsu asked, refereeing to the key she was holding. Without any words, she quietly nodded. "Meaning with it, they cannot use the Cannon to slam the Lacrima Island, where our friends have turned into Lacrima, into Extalia, destroying it and the Exceeds." Lucy said.
"Now that we have it, we can save our friends, and the Exceed." Yukino said. "Yeah, but for now, we have to focus on fighting these guys." Natsu said, watching as the Golden Mjölnir was before them, prepared to fight the Earthlanders that was before.
Coco turned to Natsu, then looking around Lucy, Yukino, Layla, and Mira who were around her. "For now, we should focus on one thing at a time, with first, taking them down. I bet they want to take Key." Natsu said.
"You took the words right out of my mouth, Dragneel. Words will not save you, as your fate have decided right here and now." Edo Bickslow said, arms crossed.
"Lucy! Yukino! You two look after Coco, while Layla, Mira and I will handle them." Natsu said, as he, Layla and Mira rushed towards the Golden Mjölnir, with Layla taking out one of her Keys, while Mira was flying in the air using her Satan Soul.
"Got it! We´re counting on you!" Lucy said, watching as they went to fight the Golden Mjölnir. "You think they can do it?" Coco asked. "Don't worry. I know for sure they will be able to do it." Yukino said with a smile.
Natsu, covered his hands in black smoke, before the then went to send a punch at Antolt´s face.
But before his fist could reach him, Antolt swung his blade on the ground, as a wall of stone was then raised in the air.
Natsu´s fist struck the wall that had rose from the ground, cracking around where he had made an impact on the wall. In the next second, Antolt was rising above the stone wall with a stone pillar.
Antolt jumped down at Natsu a great speed, his blade aimed at him, prepared to stab him with it.
But before he could reach him, Mira flied towards, sending a kick to his side, preventing from reaching Natsu.
Antolt was then sent at the ground with speed, crashing, but got up quickly, grunting as he held his side.
"Already in pain? Ready to surrender?" Mira taunted Antolt, whose expression remained stoic and focused. "If I went down from something like this, my role of being the leader of the Golden Mjölnir would be a joke." Antolt responded.
"I have you know, that I took down our Freed back in Earthland, so don't think this will be any different." Mira said. "Eithers its arrogance, or a bad joke, cause if it was, you failed in making me laugh." Antolt said, as then Mira dashed towards him, her fist raised.
"Let's see if this is a laughing matter for you!" Mira said, preparing to punch him.
Natsu took out his fist from the wall, which then broke down into debris. The Edolas Counter Part of Bickslow then held his hand out, as one of his skulls floated in front of his hand, being the one of fire.
Facing Natsu, the Fire Skull opened its mouth, and then it began to charge a large sphere of fire in its mouth, preparing to send it at Natsu, but before it was able to do so, a large blast of water came at Edo Bickslow.
However, Edo Bickslow managed to dodge it in time, forcing to cancel the attack as he jumped back.
He then turned to see Layla, who had summoned Neptune by her side, holding his trident.
"You Earthlanders are truly troublesome, and full of surprises. Your Magic is truly something I never seen before." Edo Bickslow said.
"Trust me, there so much you haven't seen." Layla said, as she and Neptune prepared themselves for battle.
"Neptune, you think you can control that water skull? If you did, then we would be in an advantage here." Layla whispered to Neptune.
"Trust me, if could, I would have done it right now. But for some reason, I cannot." Neptune said, watching Edo Bickslow before them.
"It's as if they are parts of his somehow, connected by a invincible chain." Neptune said. "Whatever it is, we shall not falter. Not when so much is at stake here." Layla said.
"It's like you read my mind, Layla. We shall make sure to handle this quick as possible." Neptune said, and then, Edo Bickslow ran towards them, his skulls following him.
"Whatever you are planning, my Helmets of Nature will make sure you end your schemes, and your lives!" Edo Bickslow said.
Meanwhile, as Antolt was to fight Natsu, he turned to Edo Evergreen. "Evergreen, since Coco has the Key, you should go after her and take it. Even if it means killing her." Antolt said.
"Y-you sure you want me to do it? Not that I am weak, but there are those stronger than..." Edo Evergreen said, but Antolt cut her off. "Me, Thorson-sama and Bickslow have a trust in you. And besides, with the weakest of their fighters surrounding her, you shouldn't have a problem." Antolt said and then turned around to face her. "Do you understand? We are putting you in the most important task here. Because as a member of the Golden Mjölnir, you should understand that there aren't any weaklings in Thorson-sama´s army. So don't back out on this task." Antolt said, his tone filled with seriousness to the highest.
Evergreen was silent for a moment, gulping and understood that as a member of the Golden Mjölnir, knowing well that Thorson, her superior, didn't tolerate weakness, and suffer severe actions for weakness.
And with the task of retrieving the Key, she knew well what she needed to do now.
"I…I shall make sure to take they Key..." Edo Evergreen said, before then running towards Coco, who was with Lucy and Yukino. "...Even if it means killing her..." Edo Evergreen said, biting her lips.
As she came rushing towards Coco, who held the key tightly, she, Lucy and Yukino took immediate notice of the incoming Edo Evergreen.
As Coco tried to make a move, even with her injured legs, Lucy and Yukino stood with their keys in their hands.
"Don't you worry, Coco. We may only known for a short time, but we let anything happen to you." Lucy said. "But..." Coco said, as she was then cut off by Lucy. "I said let us handle this. After all, the enemies of our enemies are our comrades." Lucy said, as Taurus stood before her, holding his axe.
Coco was silent for a moment, before Lucy and Yukino looked at each other, nodded and then Yukino took out one of her Keys, preparing to summon her one of her spirits.
"Open! Gate of the Paired Fish: Pisces!" Yukino said, as the pair of giant black and white fishes were brought, floating in the air above their master, as well the blonde Celestial Spirit Mage, their fellow Celestial Spirit and the small advisor of the King.
Coco was silent in shock as she saw the two giant fishes floating in the air, brought forward none other by a little girl no less. Another addition to the shock was that Coco thought she had seen everything.
Evergreen was also silenced by the sudden arrival to the two giant fishes, but she made sure to not distract her, continuing to sprint towards Yukino, Lucy, Taurus, Coco and Pisces.
Edo Evergreen then jumped in the air, her gloves glowing, which she landed with her hands touching the floor.
"Morbida Terreno!" Edo Evergreen said, as green energy was emitted from her gloves.
"Quick, jump onto Pisces. What she is using makes the ground soften, making us sink into the ground!" Yukino said, remembering earlier experiences with the Edolas Counterpart of Evergreen.
Without any words, Lucy and Taurus nodded, before the Blonde turned to Coco.
"Coco! Come with us if you want to live." Lucy asked, reaching her hand towards Coco, who was silent for a moment, looked down to the key she was holding. Knowing what the burden she was carrying right now, Coco then turned to the blonde to then grab her hand.
Smiling, Lucy pulled Coco up, which she then turned to Taurus, who was sitting on the one of the Son Pisces.
"Taurus, hold onto her. With her legs injuries, she may have a hard time staying on Pisces while riding." Lucy said. "Yooou can count on me!" Taurus saluted, holding onto Coco.
"Is this safe?" Coco said, as Lucy went on the Son Pisces as well. "Don't you worry, just hold on tight, as we are in for a tough ride, and a fierce fight." Lucy said, as then Yukino ordered the giant to fly in the air, swirling over their brunette enemy.
"Knowing what we have seen so far of her abilities, she uses it to soften up the ground." Yukino said, as she and the others saw Edo Evergreen on the ground. "Meaning that she may not be able to attack us from up here. Good thinking." Lucy said. "But knowing our enemy, something like that would be something they are already prepared for. After all, she is one of the elites." Lucy said.
At the same time, Edo Evergreen wasted no time, as she placed her hand on the ground.
"Must you be so stubborn! Just give me the key, and there won't be any trouble!" Edo Evergreen said.
The ground began to change again, which Edo Evergreen then raised her hands in the air, before then slamming them on the ground, and this time the ground rose in the air, taking in the form of sharp pillars.
"T-take this! Montagna Sharp!" Edo Evergreen said, as the pillars went towards them, bending at the direction of Pisces who was now carrying Yukino, Lucy, Taurus and Coco.
"Lucy-san, hold onto Coco!" Taurus said, handling her over to the Blonde. "Alright, hold on there Coco." Lucy said, as the brown-haired did as she was told, and made sure to hold the Key tightly as well.
As the sharp pillars went to them, Taurus went to use his axe to cut them in halves, before they could reach them.
"Alright, good job Taurus!" Lucy congratulated, and Taurus gave her thumbs up as a response.
Edo Evergreen however, took out her crossbow, and shot several arrows at the group who was riding on the two giant fishes.
"Please stand still, you´re making it harder for the both of us!" Edo Evergreen said.
"What kind of logic is that?!" Lucy shouted, and Yukino was next to speak. "Pisces, fly down to her, and Lucy-sama, can you have Taurus strike when coming close enough?" Yukino said. "Of course. We simply back away if things go south." Lucy said.
Yukino nodded, and then the Pisces went to fly towards the Brunette. However, Edo Evergreen had the ground rose up again, this time forming a shield to protect herself.
As Pisces went at a fast speed, Taurus went to swing his axe at it, which broke the stone shield on impact.
"Seeing how it broke on impact, it can either means she has a time limit of long she can have it soft or hard, or that she can do it as long as she want." Lucy thought.
As the shield broke down, Edo Evergreen managed to jump back before it struck her. However, Pisces managed to float over the broken shield with ease, before then swinging his axe at her.
But before it was about it about hit her, Edo Evergreen had his hands glow, and had them shakingly in front of the axe. As it was about to hit her, the axe was bend and curved as if it was made of rubber.
In surprise, Taurus´, Lucy´s, and Yukino´s eyes widen as their reaction, before then Edo Evergreen jumped at the side, as due to the speed, Pisces crashed on the ground, albeit they quickly got up in the air, as the one on them still managed to keep on them.
"What kind of Magic does she uses?!" Lucy said, and Coco, who was held in the Blondes arms, with her eyes serious, watched Edo Evergreen with her glowing gloves.
"Spicy Gloves, that is the name of her Magic Item." Coco said, as Lucy and Yukino turned towards her. She didn't say anything until now, but now that only her life, but with many on the line as well, her instincts told her to do something other than just watching.
"It allows her to soften anything she touches, and have it return to its original hardness through will, as well control the softened object to her shapes." Coco explained, as she then turned to Lucy.
"I am sorry I didn't tell you this early. It's just that since all of this happening at once, there was so much going on in my mind." Coco apologized. "Look, with so much on your mind, no one can predict what is gonna happen next." Lucy said, and then turned back to Edo Evergreen with her gloves.
Being red and reaching to her mid-elbows, each had metallic, thin, crack like markings and a square, green jewel on the back of the hands.
"But even if we are currently in the air, can still attack us. She isn't a member of the Golden Mjölnir for nothing." Coco said.
Edo Evergreen went placed her hands on the floor once more, preparing her next attack on them.
"Marea Ground!" Edo Evergreen said, as the softened ground formed into a giant wave of softened rock, towering over her enemies.
"As a Golden Mjölnir, I, Evergreen Trevoa, (Yes, I am gonna refer the Golden Mjölnir by their last names), I won't let you interfere with Thorson-sama´s plans!" Edo Evergreen said, as her attack went to the group of Earthlanders, Celestial Sprits and the Brown-Haired Girl.
However, Lucy and Yukino weren't going to go down that easy.
"And we won't be taken down as easily as you think!" Lucy said, turning then to Yukino. "Yukino!" Lucy said. "Right, Lucy-sama!" Yukino said as she went to order Pisces. "Pisces, fly us as fast as you can, and follow my instructions!" Yukino ordered.
Without any words Pisces flied at a great speed, following her order, as they first flied without changing direction, before then going lower and then upwards at a great speed in the air, dodging the ground wave.
They went flied towards Trevoa, who watched as her enemies went to her to attack.
"And we won't let you stand in our way either! You can count on that!" Lucy said with determination.
At the same time, Layla had her Spirit Neptune continue attacking Edo Bickslow, who used his Skulls to attack as well.
With Neptune sending Water blasts at Edo Bickslow, he had his Shadow Skull form a large, circular shield in front of him, dispelling that attack.
Once he had blocked the attack, he had his Shadow Skull take back its original form, preparing his next attack.
"Whatever attack you throw at me, I will not let you stand in the way of our plans!" Edo Bickslow said, as then his Fire Skull sent several blasts of fire at her.
"And with my Magic, Helmets of Nature, I shall make sure to make it happen!" Edo Bickslow said.
"Pyro Schuss!" Edo Bickslow said, as the skull of fire sent several blasts of flames at Layla and Neptune.
"Neptune!" Layla ordered, which Neptune wasted no time in preparing his next move.
"I got it!" Neptune said, swinging his trident, making a crescent shaped wave of water, that went to the spheres of flames.
"Aqua Crescent!" Neptune said, and as the water wave struck fire balls, dispelling them and causing smoke to appear.
But Edo Bickslow was far from over, as he then had the Plant Skull float before him. It then sent several plant-like tentacles at them, which grew in six to the size it could easily grab a whole cow with.
"Layla-sama, please stay close to me." Neptune said, holding his arm around her. As the Vine tentacles came at them, he then jumped into the air as the vines struck the ground instead.
But Edo Bickslow was prepared for it, as he then had his Lightning Skull aimed at them.
"Not on my watch, Electro Schuss!" Edo Bickslow said, as several blasts of lightning were sent at them.
Neptune then made a circle motion with his trident, making a water shield to protect themselves from the attack.
As the lightning bolts struck the water, blocking them from the attack, Neptune, still holding Layla, landed on the ground, before putting her down. However, the Vine Skull extended towards them once again, but Neptune managed to swing them away with his trident. The Skulls of Lightning and Fire was then behind him, shooting blasts of their respective elements.
But before either of the blasts could reach Neptune, Layla stood before Neptune, and swung her sword at the elemental blasts, dispelling.
"Layla?" Neptune said in a surprised tone, and Layla turned to him with a grin.
Neptune was silent as he saw his Master, Layla before her, holding her weapon, Aile Du Ciel.
It was a scimitar styled sword, with its blade of silver, as well had the outer blade in white. Its black cross was a six pointed cross, having four wings on the four points, with the blade itself connected to it's with the top, a blue sphere in its middle, and a the lower point, serving as the handle, had black wrappings around it, with a blue dot at the bottom.
"I couldn't just stand here and do nothing, while you do all the work. You wouldn't mind if I joined in the fray?" Layla asked.
Due to being imprisoned by the Black Claw, she hadn't been using her blade for a long time, seven years to be precise, making her rusty and behind her fighting skills. After she was saved, and joined the Fairy Tail guild as a bartender, she had taken breaks then and now, training herself in her swordsmanship, often in the alley or behind the Guild Hall.
She remembered her private training lessons back at the Heartfilia manor, as even if it wasn't at a master level, she could at least make it up for her Celestial Spirit Magic.
And now that is within a fight, she knew it was to show what she could with her sword.
Layla watched as the floating skulls came flying at her, being the ones made of water, shadow, fire and lightning.
The Fire Skull opened its mouth, as out of it came a long serpent of flames, its jaws hissing as it came at Layla. However she stood prepared as she used her sword the slice the fire serpent into pieces in pieces, cutting it off the Fire skull´s mouth.
The Water Skull then proceeded to have extended several tentacles of water, which it then sent the tentacles at Layla.
She managed to dodge the tentacles that came right at her, before she then had the blade of her sword glow in a blue aura, which she then pulled back and then.
"Blue Saber!" Layla said, as she then swung her sword, as a wave of blue, wind-like energy was sent at the incoming tentacles of the Water Skull.
As it struck the water tentacles and made its way to the Water Skull. Edo Bickslow, not wanting to have one of them destroyed, had it appeared a sphere of water around it to protect itself.
When the air attack collided, it managed to push it back a bit before being dispelled, albeit sending it back a good distance away, causing the shield to dissolve from the impact.
Edo Bickslow, with his arms crossed, had the Water Skull, as well the other Skulls float around him once again.
Without wasting any words, Layla and Neptune went to charge at Edo Bickslow, as Neptune sent water from his Trident.
The Vines Skull proceeded to create a sphere around himself using his Shadow Skull, blocking the water blast Neptune sent at him.
Layla then proceeded to stab the ground, which then a wave of air erupted from the ground, going straight at Edo Bickslow.
"Blue Eruption!" Layla said, as the wave want to the black sphere, and with its great force, managed to break it, and sent Edo Bickslow in the air, with his Floating Skulls around him, including the Shadow Skull that was back in its original form.
Edo Bickslow then had the Shadow Skull form a platform beneath him, and had the Fire Skull and Lightning Skulls charging.
"No matter how much to push me, I will not fall here, not for Thorson-sama! Mark on it as my name as "Bickslow Shebadus" Edo Bickslow said.
"Then show us what your determination is able to do!" Neptune said, pointing with his trident and as Layla stood steady with her sword. "That´s right! I won't run away, not when everything is on the line here!" Layla said.
"Then show me how your determination is compared to mine, Earthlanders!" Shebadus said, sending blasts of fire and lightning at them from the Floating skull around him.
Meanwhile, Natsu used his Dark-Make Magic to create several spears of Darkness, sending them at Antolt.
"Dark-Make: Spears!" Natsu said, and as the spears of Darkness came at Antolt, he swung his sword at them, deflecting each of them away.
As they were at his side, they then exploding into pieces each.
Mira, in her Satan Soul Form, flew in the air as she charged a powerful energy charge in her arms, aiming it at Antolt."
"Take this! Satan Charge!" Mira said, sending the blast at Antolt, taking in the form of multiple, small bullets of dark energy.
Antolt remained stoic, as he slashed on the ground, which then multiple blocks of stone were sent to the air, clashing with the multiple dark energy bullets.
"Damnit, these are more pain in the ass than I thought." Antolt thought and then looked up in the air to see Gil flying, while holding the Command Tact.
"If that infernal Exceed didn't take the Command Tact, I would have already killed them." Antolt thought.
"If these weren't so much trouble for us, we could have snatched it back." Antolt thought, dodging the attacks that Natsu and Mira sent at him.
"For now, I shall focus on them, and hopefully get that Command Tact, but more importantly, the Key to the Dragon Chain Cannon." Antolt thought.
Gil, using his Aera and holding the Command Tact, filed in the air as he watched the battles that was going on beneath him.
"Damn, things are sure getting intense here." Gil thought, as he then turned to the group of Lucy, Yukino and Taurus, who was with Yukino as Edo Evergreen was to fight them.
"As much as I want to help them, these are the Golden Mjölnir for crying out loud! Fighting them would suicide, no matter which one I thought!" Gil thought.
"Dammit, why must some things in life be so hard?!" Gil thought in frustration, as he didn't think things would turn this harsch.
At the same time, Natsu jumped back, and Mira tried land another punch at Antolt, only for him to dodge her fist.
The pink-haired Dragon Slayer remembered earlier in the fighting, trying to figure out what Antolt was using.
"That made my attack explode. That sword is something." Natsu thought. "Its good luck I didn't use the Kuroryuken right away. Who knows that it would have happen if it clashed with my sword." Natsu thought.
"Well, I am glad you think that about me, but you should know it will take more than that to take a dent on me." Kuroshi spoke.
"Yeah, but I am not taking any risks. I need to take this guy as soon as possible." Natsu thought, as he then made a large sword of darkness with his Molding Magic.
As Natsu was about swing with sword, Antolt went to slash the ground, which then went up towards him like a wave, which Natsu went to cut it with his big sword.
Once again, Antolt used this as an opportunity to make a sneak attack on Natsu, but he was prepared for it.
"Don't expect me to be fooled twice!" Natsu said, swinging his sword, making Antolt used his sword to block it. As it blocked the sword, a strange, green script began to appear on it.
In the next second, it began to become heavy for Natsu, forcing him to drop it, as it fell on the ground, as the ground beneath it cracked.
He jumped away, watched as Antolt watched him calmy and with a carefree attitude.
"Did you see that? My sword became heaver, just like with Taurus´ axe." Natsu thought, mentally speaking to Kuroshi and Nayoru.
"Knowing you, I think you could still fight with me, even if I was heaver." Kuroshi mentally spoke. "I still don't wanna take any risks." Natsu spoke mentally. "He´s got a point there. It would be bothersome to carry you if you were heavier than you already was." Nayoru said in Natsu´s head.
A loud smack was heard within Natsu´s head, making the Dragon Slayer deadpan sweat drop as a reaction.
"Worth it..." Nayoru said in Natsu head in a low tone.
"But that shows that with such a powerful item, it must have weaknesses." Natsu thought, before then preparing to use his Dark-Make Magic to create his next weapons.
Antolt simply had his sword glowing green, as it prepared its next attack as well, not letting this man or his comrades ruin their Masters plan.
At the same time, with Erza clashing against her counterpart, Knightwalker, as Erza was in her Flame Empress Armor, sending a wave of flames at Knightwalker.
"Burning Crescent!" Erza said, as the crescent shaped wave at her, who had her Ten Commandments turn into another form.
"Mel Force!" Knightwalker said, as the wind blast collided with Erza´s fire attack, causing another explosion.
"This will go nowhere." Erza thought, before she then changed into another one of her Armors, being the Heaven´s Wheel Armor. She then proceeded to send the swords at Knightwalker, whose expression remained calm, but annoyed, as she had her Ten Commandments staff returned to its default form.
"That armor again? You should know by now it's hopeless. Whatever tricks you are doing, you won't defeat me. That is a fact, Scarlet." Knightwalker said, deflecting the swords coming at her with her Ten Commandments.
Erza then went to turn into her Flight Armor, using its enchanted to go behind Knightwalker, picking up the swords that had landed after she deflected them.
But Knightwalker was prepared for it, as she immediately went to attack her with her spear, before Erza could grab one of the swords.
However, Erza was to use Un-Quip her boots of her Flight Armor. She then pulled her one of her bare feet to grab a sword, which she then used to grab it with her toes, swinging it at Knightwalker.
She was forced to block it with her staff, which gave Erza the chance to grab two more swords with her free hands, clashing them at Knightwalker. She was then pushed back, as Erza went to grab another sword with the toes of her other bare feet, continued to slash with both her hands and feet.
Knightwalker, with the intense and repeatedly slashed Erza gave her with four swords, grit her teeth before then:
"ENOUGH!" Knightwalker said, before then deflecting her enemies' swords away, making Erza lose her swords and was sent back.
"At this rate, neither of us will be the victor." Knightwalker, pointing her spear at her. "I have more important matters to attend, and you are standing in the way of it." Knightwalker said. As she spoke, Erza Re-quipped into another one of her armors.
"Never thought I said this, but I agree." Erza said, as she was now in her Black Wing Armor.
"You must be then desperate to end your life, if you want to finish this fight soon as possible." Knightwalker said as she then flied towards her at a great speed.
"As if I would want to end my life here, when there are so much on the line here!" Erza said, flying using the wings of her Armor, towards Knightwalker.
With them both pulled back their respective weapons, the red heads clashed, which resulted in an explosion that sent the nearby soldiers away, knocking most of the soldier's unconscious by the mere blast, as other were knocked out by hitting the walls, floor, pillar and even roof.
It shook the royal castle for a second, and a bright light emitted from the clash were Erza and Knightwalker stood, making anyone unable to see what was happening.
Even after the light died down, anyone close by were unable to see anything, due to the smoke covering and spreading above the massive hole in the ground.
At the same time, on the Lacrima Island, Ur, Gajeel and Happy stood before Panther Lily, who had his sword raised, while flying in the air.
"Whatever attack you bring on me, it won't stop me from performing my duty as a Warrior of Edolas!" Panther Lily said, as his sword was growing into bigger size than it was before.
"Did you see that?! It grew even bigger!" Happy said. "Yeah, it's different than it was before." Ur said, remembering her earlier battle with Panther Lily.
"The ability of my Bustermarm, is to change its size at my command, depending on the situation." Panther Lily said, swinging his sword.
As its blade was now bigger on its handle, taking the form of a demonic, cat-skull with sharp and red eyes, Panther Lily pointed it at the group.
"With the future of Edolas standing on line, the size of this blade is bigger than my desire for the bright of Edolas." Panther Lily said.
"Hey, blue cat, you think he´s compensating for something?" Gajeel said as he nudged Happy with his elbow, much to his confusion. "Uh, what?" Happy said in a confused tone, and Ur sweat dropped. "Really, at a time like this?" Ur said at Gajeel´s remark. "I mean, with a size like that anyone doesn't think, but with the ability like that, you think that he has a tiny...?" Gajeel said, but before he could finish the sentence, Panther Lily went to slam the enlarged blade of his sword at the group, smashing the ground to pieces, but the trio managed to dodge in time.
"I think you said enough." Panther Lily said, his eyes shadowed. "You really pushed a button there, Gajeel!" Happy said, comically shouting. "What, that it's true that your..." Gajeel said, but then Panther Lily swung his large sword at him, which he managed to dodge in time.
Ur landed on the ground, while Happy managed to go back in position in the air.
"Kids these days..." Ur said, as she then prepared to make on her next attack.
"Ice-Make: Dragon!" Ur said, as a large serpentine dragon made of ice was sent at Panther Lily, who turned around to the see the attack coming at him.
He wasted no time to cut the large ice beast in two, and then Happy charged at him with Kusanagi Sword. "Don't you forget about me, I can fight too!" Happy said and then the blade of his sword then glowed.
"Awaken, Orochi!" Happy said, as the sword´s blade turned into a giant snake, hissing and went towards Panther Lily with its fangs opened.
As it went to bite him, Panther Lily simply dodged by jumping away, as it instead bite soil ground beneath him.
"Holy shit, blue cat! Where did you find that weapon?!" Gajeel said, first time seeing the Kusanagi weapon.
"It's a long story, I talk about it later. Right now we need to fight this guy." Happy said, panting from using the sword.
"Lucky was right, this weapon sure drains some energy from the user." Happy thought, before setting his eyes on Panther Lily, who was currently attack Ur, countering his sword with her Ice Make Spells.
"But I should be able to do one or two more attacks. I am going to do my best here, knowing what it is at stake here." Happy thought.
"Gihi, I like your language, speak later, fight first!" Gajeel grinned and went to ran towards Gajeel, transforming his arms into blade, which the large, black Exceed took notice of immediately.
"Did he just transform his arms into blades? What kind of Magic does Earthlanders use?" Panther Lily thought, as then Gajeel proceeded to repeatedly slash with his blade arms.
"Iron Dragon´s Slashing Frenzy!" Gajeel said, as Panther Lily managed to block several blocked from it with his Buster Marm.
However, wit him focusing on Gajeel, Ur took the chance to then rush towards him, creating her next Ice-Make Spell.
"Ice-Make: Dragon Wings!" Ur said, as each of her arms had now had a pair of large, draconic wings on them, pure white and twice as tall as Ur herself.
Panther Lily turned to see Ur for a brief moment, before flying up in the air, dodging her attack.
Ur looked up at Panther Lily, before jumping up at him, slashing with her Ice Dragon Wings at him.
The Large Exceed blocked slash after slash from Ur. Gajeel took the opportunity to turn his arm into a iron club, extending it at Panther Lily at a great speed!
"Iron Dragon´s Club!" Gajeel said, as it went towards him, as Lily took notice of. He proceeded to kick Ur violently in the stomach, sending her away, and then blocked the iron club with his sword.
Ur was send to the ground with a clash, but managed to land on her feet, which Happy then came to her side.
"UR! Are you okay?!" Happy said. "Yeah, nothing serious." Ur said, watching as Lily were fighting Gajeel.
"That man, isn't a Captain for nothing. He has shown given me and Gajeel a hard time." Ur said, walking towards the Black Exceed and Iron Dragon Slayer who were still clashing.
"But shall not falter for that! I need to fight, or all will be for nothing." Ur said. "Don't worry, I fight with you too!" Happy said, flying as he charged with his sword.
Lily turned his sight on the charging Ur and Happy, as he blocked another move from Gajeel.
"This is taking too long. As this rate, things won't go anywhere." Lily thought, as he then proceeded to place his middle and index fingers in his mouth, and then whistled.
Albeit he whistled, not one sound was heard, stopping Ur, Happy and Gajeel in their tracks, confusing them.
"What the hell did you just do?" Gajeel said, which Lily responded with a smirk, and in the next second, something large appeared.
Standing before them, was a Legion, the large, flying reptilian creatures used by the Edolas Military. but this one, was different from the rest.
This was twice as large as a regular one, with black scales across its body, a pair of completely red eyes, a maw filled with sharp teeth, spikes on its back and tails, a blue, thick mane on its head and dark blue, feathery wings.
Happy, Ur and Gajeel were silent in shock as they all saw the Black Legion standing before them. "What... what the hell is that?!" Happy shouted, and Lily smirked.
"That is Battalion, a Special Kind of Legion who only responds me. For you see, this Legion have been fighting with me, even before I joined the Edolas Army." Panther Lily explained.
Battalion watched with his red eyes on Ur and Happy, before turning to its master.
"Battalion! You take care of the Ice Magic user and the Fallen; I shall handle this man myself!" Lily ordered, turning to Gajeel.
"And for this Lacrima Island not to be destroyed, please move to another spot. This Lacrima Island is an important key part in the future of Edolas." Panther Lily explained.
Battalion nodded in agreement, as it then turned his sight on Ur, and without any warnings, Battalion rammed his head onto Ur, before then swinging his head upwards, sending her into the air, and off the Lacrima Island!
"UR!" Happy shouted, as he flied towards her, and as he did, Lily had his eyes set on his current opponent, Gajeel.
"You seem pretty calm for your allies to be taken by that." Panther Lily said but was still stoic. "Trust me, I know my comrades are stronger than you think." Gajeel said.
Lily responded with simply by swinging his sword at Gajeel, who simply grinned as he made his left arm into a large circular shield.
"Whatever your friends will do, they will fall victim to my Battalion. Trust me, he isn't the regular Legion." Panther Lily said.
At the same time, as Ur was falling to the ground, she saw Battalion flying straight towards her, her jaws opened as he prepared to bite her.
However, Ur was prepared as she sent several arrows of ice at Battalion, striking him in the face, stopping him from his tracks and held back its head in pain, albeit it didn't do so much damage.
"That beast is tougher than he looks." Ur said, and then saw Happy, who had put his sword back in its sheath, fly towards her.
"Ur! Don't worry I got you!" Happy said, grabbing her and held her in the air.
"Thanks, Happy." Ur said, and then turned her eyes to Battalion, who glared with its eyes on them.
"For whatever enemy there is in front of me, I shall make sure to take them down. You with me on this, Happy?" Ur asked. "Of course! I won't let anyone stand in our way!" Happy said. "Then lets take this beast down! I'm counting on you!" Ur said, charging her hands with Ice Magic, and Happy flied towards Battalion at a great speed, showing no fear in his face as the Black Legion had his jaws opened.

Trevoa send placed her hands on the floor, as she made another wall of liquefied stone rise up in the air, which Taurus smashed with his axe, as he and the others rode on Pisces.
"Y-you shouldn't continue this fight, you will make it hard for the two of us!" Trevoa said, as the pair of two large fishes flied over her.
"We need to change tactics and fast." Lucy said. "Taurus, return to the Spirit World. You done your work for now." Lucy said. "I am sooorry I weren't good help for you." Taurus apologized, returning to the Celestial Spirit World in the form of golden sparkles.
"You did your best." Lucy said, holding onto Coco and turned to Yukino. "Lucy-sama, you have an idea of a plan yet?" Yukino asked her fellow Celestial Spirit wizard. "As of now, we should examine her Magic more, and soon as possible." Lucy said, turning to Trevoa.
Another pair of pillars of softened ground came upwards, striking the two giant fishes, as the pillars were turned solid as the hit them.
Screaming in pain, both Pisces were harmed greatly as the were struck in each of their stomach, causing them to fall towards the ground!
"Pisces! Hang in there!" Yukino screamed, both her and Lucy, who was still holding Coco. "Hang in there tight, we are gonna crash!" Lucy said, which Yukino hold on to Mother Pisces, while Lucy held onto Son Pisces, while also holding Coco.
The falling Pisces towards Trevoa, causing the brown-haired woman shriek in terror, forcing her to jump away to dodge the incoming Pisces for her to not to be hit by them.
The pair of two giant fishes instead on the ground landed with a crash on the ground, Pisces left a trail of smoke and crushed earth behind them, as they went through the floor.
Eventually they stopped going through, with Lucy went off Pisces, as she helped Coco off the Son Pisces. "I got you, Coco. Are you okay?" Lucy asked. "Yeah, I am fine, just having a hard time standing still, that's all." Coco said, as she got up. Albeit she was still injured from earlier, she was able to stand and walk at least.
Lucy smiled and then turned to Yukino. "Yukino, how´s Pisces?" Lucy asked. "I'm sorry, Lucy-sama, but it seems Pisces cannot fight for now." Yukino said, patting on the Mother Pisces. "You two did your best too." Yukino said, as she turned to both the Mother and Son Pisces, patting them as the both smiled and returned to their home world.
But they both turned to Trevoa, who had her hands on the ground once more. "N-now would be the nice time to surrender, or else things may get worse than things already are!" Trevoa said.
Lucy and Yukino simply took out another pair of their keys, proceeded to summon their next Spirit into battle.
"Yukino, now that we are not in the air anymore, be prepared. Who knows what she will throw at us next?" Lucy said. "I got it, Lucy-sama." Yukino said and then:
"Open! Gate of the Archer: Sagittarius!" Lucy said, as her key glow, and so did Yukino´s key as well. "Open: Gate of the Ram: Aries!" Yukino said, as their spirits appeared, and with that, the Horse Clad Man and the pink haired girl with the horns was before their masters.
"You called for me, moshi moshi?" Sagitarius said as he saluted. "I'm sorry if it's too hard for me!" Aries said, having her eyes shut tight.
"Don't you two worry about a thing, just make give it your shot on her." Lucy said, pointing at Trevoa. "And make sure to keep a long distance, she can turn soften the ground, and attacks that coming to her. If you can shot her with your fast arrows, it will be an advantage for us." Lucy said, and Sagittarius prepared to shoot his arrow.
"You can count on me!" Sagittarius said. "Aries, sent a stream of wool at her at once to immobilize her, and keep the distance sure as far as away as you can!" Yukino ordered. "I-I got it!" Aries said and out of her hand, came a stream of pink wool at Trevoa.
It struck Trevoa, as she was surrounded by pink everywhere, making her unable to move. "W-what´s going on? What kind of wool is this...?" Trevoa said, getting weaker by the wool.
"Alright! Sagittarius!" Lucy said, turning to Archer who was now about to shot. "I will make sure to finish this in one go, moshi moshi!" Sagittarius said, and then shot a barrage of arrow as Trevoa in the wool.
However, as the arrows was about to pierce through the pink wool, landed on the wool, as if was a hard rock.
Lucy, Yukino, Sagittarius and Aries had their eyes widen in shock as what they saw before their eyes.
"Did the arrows not come through?" Yukino said. "What happened?! Why didn't my arrows come through to her?!" Sagittarius said. "And did the wool become hard all of a sudden?!" Lucy said.
At the moment, from the ground, Trevoa came out of the ground, aiming her crossbow at them, which Aries took notice of.
"Guys, look out!" Aries said, shooting out a stream of pink wool at Trevoa, which she dodged in time.
The others turned around and were shocked to see that their enemy was now behind them.
"What just happened? In the previous second, she was at the cloud! How did she get there so fast?" Sagittarius said, as Lucy was thinking.
"As we just saw, Aries´ wool, the softest thing that exists, suddenly turned hard as a rock, when Sagittarius´ arrows struck it." Lucy said, remembering earlier.
"Meaning, that her Magic does not only soften things, and returned to their original hardness, but also harden things that were soft, or non-solid to begin with." Lucy said.
"Meaning that her power is to turn things both soft and hard." Lucy said, as she and the others saw Trevoa in position after almost being hit by Aries´ wool.
And as if they were expecting to see her attack, something unexpected right before their eyes.
"Sorry if I dodged!" Trevoa said, bowing her head apologetically.
The group of Lucy, Yukino, Aries and Sagittarius were all confused and deadpanned, the screen behind them turning blank and dots appearing over them.
"Eh?" They all simultaneously said at the same time. "I'm sorry that I dodged your attacks! As well that I didn't apologize before, because there was so much going on now, with all the attacks happening everywhere!" Trevoa said, continuing to apologize.
The group couldn't help but to deadpan now, thinking that of all things, this would happen right now.
"I am sorry too! I never had an idea it would offend you too!" Aries apologized, furthering the awkwardness of the situation.
"Aries?!" Lucy shouted in a comical tone as her reaction. "I never knew you thought you liked being struck, so I didn't know." Aries said. "WHAT KIND OF LOGIC IS THAT?! NO ONE WANTS TO BE HIT DURING A BATTLE!" Lucy comically shouted.
"I'm sorry as well, I never knew you were so sensitive about fighting." Yukino apologized as well, joining in the fray.
"Yukino, not you too! Is there even a reason for you to apologize?! What is this, an apologizing convention?!"" Lucy shouted, before signing as she saw Trevoa, Aries and Yukino all indeed engage in an apologizing convention.
"Uh, Lucy-sama? What should do at this point?" Sagittarius said, sweat dropping and confused by the situation. "Hopefully, let's wait for a while. These things don't take too long." Lucy sighed as she sweat dropped and rubbed her temples. " At this point, I don't know what is going to happen next, even thought it wouldn't surprise me." Coco said, sweat dropping and on her knees, and then, Trevoa, went to speak once more.
"Then, I apologize at is comes to this!" Trevoa said, as her hands were on the ground and glowed, as the ground shake once more.
"Be careful, here comes the next attack, Lucy-sama!" Yukino warned. "Yeah. That Magic is pretty powerful, but it must have some weakness." Lucy said.
"And I may have an idea, but I need to watch further to see if it's true." Lucy thought, as she and others stood before Trevoa, who shook with power as it spread around her.
Back with Layla and Neptune vs Edo Bickslow, the blue-haired member of the Golden Mjölnir, had his arms crossed while floating on the Shadow Skull, which now a platform for him. The Skulls around him sent elemental attacks at his enemies, who countered with their sword and trident.
The Water Skull spew water on the ground, which spread and came in a puddle beneath Layla and Neptune. The blonde mother had her eyes widen as she saw the Lightning Skull charging and aiming at the water down below.
Noticing what the Lightning Skull was about to do, Layla turned to Neptune in an instant.
"Neptune! Grab me and fly us to the air immediately!" Layla said, and without further ado, Neptune nodded and grabbed her, before then floated in the air.
As they were in the air, the Lightning Skull shot its lightning beam at it, which spread on the water everywhere where it was water, turned into a sea of electricity, which then quickly died down, showing it the ground had been turned coal black.
Layla watched from above, and then had eyes turned to Shebadus, with the skulls floating around him.
"So that's his Magic, Helmets of Nature. But unlike the other Edolas Mages, I don't see any item he's holding." Layla thought, remembering their earlier encounter with them on the hangar.
"When we were trying to steal a ship, he was using the spheres on his belt began to come off and began to float, as if there were somehow connected to the Skulls he is using." Layla thought.
"I need to test the limits of what he can do, and eventually find a weakness of his. Meaning I have to fight in order to know more about his Magic." Layla thought, before turning to Neptune. "Neptune, be careful. Make sure to watch his every move." Layla said. "Hmph, I shall not give this man a second to focus." Neptune said. "I am counting on you." Layla said, as she and Neptune watched as Edo Bickslow had his Skulls send their resptive attacks at them.
"Whatever you will do, you won't succeed! Mark on it as my pride as a member of the Golden Mjölnir!" Edo Bickslow said in determination.
As blasts of fire and lightning came at them, Neptune, who held tightly onto Layla. "Hold on, Layla." Neptune said, as he dodged the blasts coming at him. Neptune then sent a blast of water the Shebadus, who had the Shadow Skull form a bubble around himself, which protected him from the water blast, albeit it did send it away, with him in it.
The Vine Skull then sent its vines at Layla and Neptune, binding them and separating them.
"Neptune!" Layla said. "Layla! Dammit!" Neptune, as he broke free from the vines, with his strength, while Layla had sword cut off the vines by sending a sharp air blade.
But as they were free and were on the ground, more vines came at them, which Neptune and Layla deflected with their trident and sword, cutting them to pieces.
As Layla and Neptune cut through the vines, they went to charge at Shebadus, with his Skulls charging.
Meanwhile, Natsu and Mira went to send their attacks at Antolt.
"Dark-Make: Lance!" Natsu said, creating a lance of darkness, which he threw at Antolt, who simply swung his sword, as it then exploded on impact.
"Satan Blast!" Mira said, as the blast went to him, only for it to be blocked by a round stone shield Antolt made. However, as it broke into pieces, Antolt was forced to jump away.
Natsu observed Antolt´s actions, which his made then made some conclusions.
"It seems that I am gaining a clue of your Magic." Natsu said, as Antolt got his attention on him. "What?" Antolt said, in a calm, but irritated tone.
"Your Magic can cause reacts on the objects it touches, like increasing the weight, explode and rise to the ground. I noticed it on the green runes that appear after you touch them." Natsu said, recalling from earlier. "He even noticed that." Antolt thought, making sure to keep his cool.
"And you think there is a point to this? That you now think that you can win?" Antolt said. "Oh, well, I am sure there are some more steps for that to happen. And I think I know one thing more for sure." Natsu said. "And that would be?" Antolt said, and then Natsu went at a great speed and punched him in the face.
"Is that you cannot affect organic things that are living." Natsu said, as Antolt was sent on the ground. "After all, all the things that I have witnessed, from previous, you have only used it on non-living objects." Natsu said, watching as Antolt got up.
"You better get up, cause even if we only known for a short time, I know that people like you will have more than that to be taken down." Natsu said, as Antolt got up, watching at the Pink haired man with fury in his eyes.
"Although if you stayed down, it would make things easier for us." Natsu said, pointing his sword at him, and Antolt had his stoic expression on, before sighing.
"Well, as much I hate to admit it you, an enemy, but you are right. My weapon, Katana Word, allows me to have objects it touched have certain reaction to happen, which are the things you just described." Antolt said, holding up his katana before himself.
"But do you honestly think it's now that you know of my power, it will be easier for you to win? Only because you know something about my powers?" Antolt said, but his eyes then widen as he saw Mira, who was in the air, flying down to him with a good amount of speed, trying to land a punch on him, only for it to be dodged in the last second, which he jumped at the side with good speed, reaction and reflexes.
"Well, at least I don't know need to hold back anymore! Thanks for the information, Natsu!" Mira said, and jumped away to dodge a sword slash from his sword.
Antolt watched as Natsu and Mira came at him, whom he proceed slash the ground with his sword, as several spikes rose from it, which Natsu made a shield to block them, while Mira easily dodged.
"You may think you have won because you know the limits of my Magic, but you also made me to be more cautious. Since you haven't revealed much of your abilities, you are less focused on defending yourself." Antolt thought and turned to Gil in the air.
"That infernal cat, if only he hadn't taken the Command Tact, then I would have taken them all out already." Antolt thought, clenching his fist angrily, but didn't let it lose his focus on fighting Natsu and Mira.
And speaking of Gil, he was still watching occurring before him.
"Dammit, I still want to fight, but then I don't want to be fried, frozen or blown to bits either! What should I do?!" Gil through frantically in his mind, floating back and forth, thinking of a way he could aid them, without himself getting killed.
But in the next second, something unexpected happened, as the roof above began to crack and break into pieces!
Gil, Natsu, Mira, Yukino, Lucy, Layla, Coco and the Golden Mjölnir, stopped temporary their fight as they looked up at the roof breaking, and in came a large, black wyvern down, followed by a purple haired woman and a blue cat.
"HAPPY?! UR?!" Natsu shouted, as he saw Ur and falling from the hole on the roof, alongside Battalion.
"Battalion?!" Shebadus said in shock. "What´s going on? Isn't he supposed to be Panther Lily´s partner?!" Trevoa said. "I don't what is happening, but brace for impact!" Lucy said, covering her face with her arms.
Battalion fell on the ground, causing a large impact that shook the entire room, echoing as smoke and debris fell everywhere, causing an immense earthquake and sending everyone, and everything away.
Back with Wendy and Carla...
In the sky, Carla flew Wendy towards their destination, Extalia.
"We are soon there, Wendy. Hold on tight!" Carla said, which Wendy nodded as a response.
As they were above the ground, Carla then dove down the town, where hundreds of Exceeds were walking and minding their own lives, until the arrival of the Dragon Slayer and the white cat.
Landing in the middle of the plaza, the Exceeds surrounded Wendy and Carla, recognizing the white cat.
"LOOK! IT'S THE FALLEN!" A green male Exceed in black pants and white pants said. "WHAT DOES SHE WANT NOW?!" A purple, female Exceed in a red dress said in panic. "Whatever sinister scheme they are up to, they won't succeed!" An orange Exceed with a red t-shirt said. "That's right! Now that she is a Fallen, she doesn't have any powers anymore!" A yellow Exceed with green pants and a white-red striped shirt said.
"To think that first I first popular, and now I am their most hated enemy. What are the odds?" Carla said, looking around the Exceeds surrounding them. Wendy looked around as well, which she then took a deep breath to then speak.
"LISTEN UP EVERYONE! YOU NEED TO EVACUATE THIS INSTANT, BECAUSE SOON, IF NOTHING IS DONE, YOU WILL DIE!" Wendy shouted at the top of her lungs.
But her response to that, were the opposite of what they were expecting.
"WHAT?! Extalia will end be destroyed, and kill us?!"
"Don't be ridiculous!"
"We are Exceeds, Gods that no one can kill!"
Carla grits her teeth, as she went to speak next. "Just listen! You will all die if you don't evacuate! Faust will launch an attack on you soon enough, killing you all!" Carla said, but that didn't reach to the Exceeds either.
"As if we are gonna listen to a Fallen like you!"
"Yeah, you are Fallen, so why should listen to you?!"
"As a matter of fact, you may be the ones to plot to destroy us!"
"Hell with that! You won't succeed in killing us, because we are immortal!"
Wendy clenched her fists, as she didn't believe what she was hearing.
"You are really gonna let them destroy you? Just like that?!" Wendy said.
"You have no right to tell us what to do!"
"Yeah, why don't you just scram you villains!"
"YEAH, LEAVE THIS PLACE AND NEVER COME BACK!" Another Exceeds shouted, before picking up a rock and tossed it at Wendy.
As it hit her forehead, causing a mark, and had her fell down the ground in pain.
"Wendy!" Carla shouted, going to her aid. "Are you okay?" Carla asked. "Yeah, nothing to worry about." Wendy said, but then suddenly, more rocks went on them, as they were pelted by rocks from the Exceeds surrounding them.
"HERETICS!"
"CRIMINALS!"
"SCUMS!"
"GIVE THEM DIVINE PUNISHMENT!"
As the rocks went to them, Wendy hugged Carla tight, which she looked upon the blue haired girl. "Carla, don't worry. No matter what, I will always be there for you!" Wendy said with a weak smile. "Wendy..." Carla said, as another rock was to hit them, it instead hit an Exceed with a long head, striking him instead.
The pelting stopped, as they saw who it was who was struck by the rock.
Wendy and Carla went to see what happened, and were shocked to see that it was none other than Nadi.
"Nadi-san...?" Carla said in a confused tone. "What are you doing...?" Wendy asked.
Nadi, turned to face them, with a scar from being hit by a rock.
"What you are saying, is right. I cannot stand to even hear the news of having Extalia destroyed, or my fellow Exceeds killed. That's why I am aiding you." Nadi said.
"You should do as he says." A voice was heard, causing those in the area to turn their eyes, and all were filled with shock at they were seeing.
Before them all, stood Queen Shagotte, an Exceed with white fur, gray eyes, diamond dots around the eyes, and a piercing in her left ear. She wore a royal dress, covered by a cape with feathers on the collar and golden crown with jewels on her head.
The Queen was surrounded by the Four Elders, as she was guarded by the soldiers as she entered the scene.
"THE QUEEN IS HERE!"
"DOES THIS MEAN THAT THEY WILL FACE JUDGEMENT? I KNOW THE QUEEN WOULD DO AN ACTION AGAINST THE FALLEN AND THEIR ALLIES!"
"ALL HAIL QUEEN SHAGOTTE!"
As they cheered in joy, and then bowed, Wendy, Carla and Nadi watched in silence as the Queen, the Elders and the Soldiers were entering the scene.
"Is that...?" Wendy said, and Carla cut her off, finishing her sentence. "Yes, that is the Queen, the Queen of the Exceeds and Extalia." Carla said.
Nadia quickly went to the Queen before bowing. "My Queen! Please hear what I have to say!" Nadi said, and another Exceed with Grey fur and black pants came in the scene.
"Don't listen to him! He was defending a Fallen and her ally!" The grey Exceed said, and a pink, male Exceed with a red hat and blue pants came in the scene. "Yeah, he must have lost his mind!" The Pink Exceed said. "Teach him a lesson!" A brown Female Exceed in a pink dress said. "And bring Divine Judgment on the Fallen and her Ally!" Another male Exceed with red fur and blue pants said.
"I am afraid I cannot do that." Shagotte said, her eyes shadowed.
The Exceeds, including Wendy and Carla, were confused, as Shagotte went to speak further.
"I can see that all of you are confused, but I'm going to answer to that immediately. First, it's that they have done nothing wrong." Shagotte said, making the Exceed even more confused, and what Shagotte was to say next, was to put even more shock in the crowd, including Wendy and Carla.
"And the other, is that I cannot bring Divine Judgment on them." Shagotte said, and then turned to her subjects, including Carla and Wendy, with her eyes filled with sadness and seriousness.
"That is because I am not a Goddess at all." Shagotte said.
And that wraps up things up for this chapter. Damn, this was a long one, longer than I thought.
I originally planned to have some members of the Golden Mjölnir be defeated in this chapter, but I changed my mind on how long this chapter went, and since their abilities were explained and revealed in this chapter, I thought it would be stupid if they were defeated in the same chapter too. I am still gonna continue to refer the Edolas counterparts of the Thunder God Trive by their last names, other than Edolas Freed, Edolas Bickslow and Edolas Evergreen.
As for their attack names of the Golden Mjölnir, here are some meanings behind them:
Trevoa (Edolas Evergreen)
Mordida = Italian for "Soft" (also feminine form of Morbido, meaning the same thing in the same language)
Terreno = Italian for "Ground"
Montagna = Italian for "Mountain"
Marea =Italian for "Tidal"
Shedabus (Edolas Bickslow)
Schuss = German for "Shot"
As for Layla´s sword, Aile Du Ciel us French for "Sky Wing," which introduces her primary weapon she will use for this story, as I have been planning to have Layla having a weapon and be introduced in this arc.
For Inner Power, as a mentioned before, will have a rewrite for it, as I think I can make a better one.
I shall also make sure to update for Naughty Dragon Tales when I can.
But back to the Natsu of the Darkness Story, the fight will continue to move one, with more reveals and drama coming next as well.
