On October 10th, a baby boy with blonde hair was born. This was a beautiful moment for Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki, as their baby boy had just been born.
"Welcome, Naruto Namikaze," said Tsunade as she handed Naruto to Kushina. Kushina and Minato smiled at their son. Naruto wasn't even crying.
His light blue eyes were staring at Kushina and Minato; a few moments later, he smiled. This action from Naruto made Kushina and Minato smile even more.
Sadly, this moment was short-lived as a man in a mask suddenly appeared. The man grabbed Naruto and threatened to kill him if Minato made a move. Tsunade, Kushina, and Minato were all confused and scared that Naruto would die.
"What do you want?" asked Minato. "Get out of this room, except for you," said the man in the mask, pointing at Kushina. Minato and Tsunade didn't move.
"Do it now, or else this kid is dying. And I'm sure you don't want your son to die yondaime," said the man in the mask. "Alright, just take it easy," said Minato as he and Tsunade left the room.
Minato wasn't stupid; he had Kushina marked for his hirashin. The man in the mask walked over to Kushina and shun-shinned to an open field nearby the leaf village.
He began unsealing the nine tails. Kushina began screaming. Minato was growing uneasy, so he instructed Tsunade to go and call for Jiraiya and Sarutobi. Tsunade didn't argue with her son as she went to get her husband and her sensei.
Minato appeared beside Kushina. "What'd you do?" asked Minato. "I unsealed the nine tails. It is now under my control," replied the man in the mask. Minato noticed that Kushina was in pain, but she had Naruto.
Minato marked Naruto and disappeared with him. Minato appeared at a safe house within the leaf village. He set Naruto down in the crib they had spent weeks building. Before leaving the house, he set a barrier over the place. Minato then appeared beside Kushina once again. "She'll be fine. She's an Uzumaki," thought Minato. "Why're you doing this?" asked Minato. "It's all a part of my plan," replied the man in the mask. "And what exactly is your plan?" asked Minato. "You'll all see soon enough," said the man in the mask.
"This guy is at least kage level since he defeated all the ANBU and got through the barrier. How didn't the chakra detectors catch this guy? Is he a shinobi of the leaf? He also must've known the seal is the weakest during pregnancy, and he knew who carried the beast and exactly where to find us," thought Minato. "I see," said Minato. A roar was heard in the distance. Minato looked in the direction of the roar. He saw the gigantic nine-tailed fox and two Sharingan were visible in its eyes. "Fuck," thought Minato.
"So, you're an Uchiha, and you're strong enough to control a tailed beast, the strongest one at that," said Minato. The man in the mask didn't answer. Minato threw two kunai toward the man. Minato was shocked by what happened next. The two kunai phased directly through the man. "How?" thought Minato. Minato rushed toward the man and got hit by a right hook. "Ok, so he can hit me, so that means he becomes tangible at some point," thought Minato. Minato started flashing around the open field, leaving only a golden flash.
The man in the mask was standing there unfazed. Out of nowhere, Minato rushed the man and flashed around again. This continued for a few more moments, but Minato threw a kunai through the man. He flashed to the kunai, swiped at the man, and created a Rasengan. Minato swiped with the kunai again, then drove the Rasengan through the man's back. The man in the mask was hammered into the ground due to the devastating jutsu.
Minato took his chance and rescued Kushina. He flashed to where Tsunade was. "Mom, help Kushina-chan, please," begged Minato. "Of course," said Tsunade as her hands began glowing green. "What's going on out there, son?" asked Jiraiya. "Well, the nine-tailed fox appeared. It's making its way to the village. We only have a few minutes," said Minato. "We should gather up all our jonin and ANBU," said Sarutobi.
"Yes, you do that. Once you're done, come out to the battlefield," explained Minato. "Sounds good," said Sarutobi as he gathered troops. "What's the plan, son?" asked Jiraiya. "I don't know yet. Let me think," said Minato. After a few moments, Minato came up with a plan. "Ok, this sounds crazy, but I'm going to seal the nine tails in Naruto," said Minato. "What!" exclaimed Kushina.
"Hear me out, Kushina-chan. If anyone can handle the burden of the nine tails, it's our son. I can feel it," said Minato. "No, Minato, you will not seal that beast inside of our son," said Kushina. "So, what other plan do you have then?" asked Minato. The room went silent. "Exactly, this is the only plan we have right now. I can't ask someone else to let me seal a tailed beast in their child. It has to be mine," said Minato.
"Who's going to do the sealing?" asked Jiraiya. "Me, I've been working on a seal for tailed beasts for some years now," said Minato. "Good, as long as it's not the reaper," said Jiraiya. "It's not. I need all of our troops to buy me some time. You should probably go sage mode and summon Gamabunta," said Minato. "I know, it's probably time for us to go," said Jiraiya as he pointed outside, showing the gigantic nine-tailed fox. "Right," said Minato.
Minato walked over to Tsunade and Kushina. "Mom, please keep her safe and make sure Naruto is taken care of, just in case I don't make it," whispered Minato. Tsunade was trying not to hold back her tears and just nodded. "Stay strong, Kushina-chan," said Minato as he kissed her. Minato and Jiraiya disappeared. They were now standing in front of the tailed beast. "Summoning jutsu," said Jiraiya as Gamabunta appeared. "Alright, I'm going to go get Naruto so the sealing can begin," said Minato as he disappeared.
Once Naruto was now on the battlefield, Minato set a barrier around Naruto's crib so he was protected. Minato began flashing around, delivering Rasengan's to the tailed beast. Hiruzen and countless Jonin and ANBU appeared on the battlefield a few minutes later. "Listen up, the goal is to push the fox back away from the village and give me time to seal it!" exclaimed Minato.
The shinobi yelled in agreement as they charged the tailed beast. They were all releasing their best jutsu on the beast. A man in green spandex clothing delivered a devastating kick to the beast's gut. "Ha, look at my youthfulness!" exclaimed the man. "Guy, focus," said Kakashi. "Right," said Guy. "Almost done!" exclaimed Minato. The man in the mask watched the battle; he wasn't strong enough to fight Minato, Jiraiya, or Hiruzen, so he decided to spectate for now.
20 minutes later
"It's done!" exclaimed Minato. The fox began roaring, upset that it was once again being sealed away. "The nine-tailed fox has been sealed!" exclaimed Sarutobi. Unfortunately, the battlefield was covered in blood and dead Konoha shinobi. Minato was upset because this was one of the first things his son had to see.
"Thank you, everyone. The dead will not be forgotten, and we will continue to fight for peace and eventually achieve it. Your deaths will not be in vain," said Minato. Medic ninjas appeared on the battlefield and began working on anyone that could be saved. Minato, Jiraiya, and Sarutobi returned to the Hokage tower to tell Kushina and Tsunade what had happened. Once they arrived, Minato explained everything, including the masked man and his conspiracies. "I see, that's troubling. That man had enough power to unseal a tailed beast and control it," said Sarutobi.
"Indeed, I'm just happy you guys are safe," said Tsunade. "Same. Thank you all for ensuring my Naruto-kun was safe," said Kushina. "How's the village looking," asked Tsunade. "Thankfully, the village took minimal damage. However, we lost a lot of shinobi in the battle, which crippled our power greatly," said Minato. "I see. Well, we should all get a lot of rest tonight and explain everything tomorrow," said Jiraiya. They had all nodded. "Let's get you to a hospital," said Minato. Kushina and Tsunade nodded.
The next day
Minato, Jiraiya, Sarutobi, council members, and the clan heads were all seated. "As I'm sure you're all aware, the nine-tailed fox attacked the village last night. Thankfully, we got rid of it before it seriously damaged the village. Unfortunately, it killed many of our shinobi during the battle, crippling our power tremendously," explained Minato. "Where did the beast go?" asked Shikaku. "The beast got sealed; I cannot tell you who possesses the beast's power now. However, for the history books, we will say that we defeated it," said Minato.
"And why can't you?" asked Hiashi. "It's not important now; this information will stay classified for the person's safety. I now deem this secret S-class, the punishment for breaking it is death without question. Now, the person that controlled the beast was most definitely an Uchiha. However, I don't believe it was an Uchiha that is currently within the village," said Minato.
"And why not?" asked Danzo. "Because the Uchiha clan are loyal members of Konoha and wouldn't do anything to jeopardize village safety," replied Minato. "Thank you, Hokage-sama. I'm glad to know that you feel that way. I can assure you we're working endlessly to figure out who was behind this attack, but I know it was not one of our current clan members," said Fugaku. "How do you know that?" asked a council member. "Because only a strong mangekyou sharingan can control a tailed beast, and I'm the only member with a mangekyou sharingan strong enough to do that," explained Fugaku. "And how do we know it wasn't you?" asked a council member.
"Don't be ridiculous. I engaged with the masked man in close combat. He didn't have the same body shape as Fugaku-san or the same hair. He was also shorter, and their voices aren't even remotely the same," explained Minato. Fugaku nodded at Minato. "Inoichi, to put minds at ease, perhaps you should enter my mind to prove I've told the truth about everything," suggested Fugaku. "Not necessary. Everyone with a competent mind believes you," said Jiraiya. "Perfect, this meeting is adjourned," said Minato.
Minato, Jiraiya, and Sarutobi visited the hospital to check on Kushina. When they got there, they saw Kakashi and Tsunade with Kushina. "Hello, Kakashi-san," said Minato. "Hey, sensei, Jiraiya-sama, and Lord Third," said Kakashi. They all greeted him back. Kakashi was the true definition of a prodigy. He graduated from the academy at only five years of age and became a jonin at thirteen. "How are you doing, Kushina-chan?" asked Minato. "I'm good; Naruto is good too," said Kushina. She was feeling a lot better thanks to her being an Uzumaki.
Four years later
Naruto Namikaze was seen standing in front of a tree. He began charging toward the tree. As he got closer, he walked up the tree without much effort. He got down after a few minutes. Kushina came outside to the backyard. "I walked up the tree again, kaa-chan," said Naruto with a smile. "Really? Wow, good job, Naruto. You're a fast learner," said Kushina. "Why isn't the fox messing with his chakra control? I suppose I shouldn't question it," thought Kushina. Have you gotten the water walking down?" asked Kushina. Naruto nodded. "That one was easier for me," said Naruto. "Oh really? How come?" asked Kushina. "Because I get to use more chakra," said Naruto. "Smart kid," said Jiraiya as he approached the mother and son. "Indeed he is," said Kushina. "Well, do you think it's time for his real ninja training to begin?" asked Jiraiya. "Yes, he needs to be as strong as possible," replied Kushina. Jiraiya nodded. They had all decided years ago that certain people will help Naruto with things.
Kakashi would help Naruto with kunai and shuriken training and some basic ninjutsu training. Jiraiya would help Naruto in training his physical body. This includes speed, strength, stamina, and endurance. Minato would aid Naruto with jutsu, chakra control, and sealing. Kushina would help Naruto with sealing and controlling the nine-tail power alongside Minato and Jiraiya.
Guy would help Naruto with taijutsu. Hiruzen would help Naruto build up his IQ and share his wisdom and experience with Naruto. Tsunade would help Naruto with medical ninjutsu. This is the training regime they came up with. It was now time to begin. However, Kushina couldn't help Naruto as much due to her unexpected pregnancy. When Naruto first found out, he was excited to have a younger sibling. Naruto vowed to protect his sibling with his life at all times. What was even more shocking was the fact that Kushina was pregnant with twins. However, they were fraternal twins.
