It was a normal day at Canterlot High School. After their adventure at Camp Everfree, that was more than desired for the group known as the Rainbooms. Now with their geodes, they each have more mastery with their magic and when the next threat comes will be more than ready to take it on together! For now though, they are enjoying another relaxing lunch break, before having to get back to and suffer during classes. Well, for those that aren't Twilight Sparkle, anyway.

Twilight was reading, which while normally wouldn't be an unusual sight, it was due to her reading something she usually doesn't, a magazine for teenage girls. Rainbow and Applejack were each arm wrestling each other with Rainbow slowly losing. Rainbow could only grunt in defeat with an annoyed look while Applejack chuckled with a smug grin. Rarity was applying nail polish to a pleased Fluttershy who was more than happy the fashionista was painting them pink with blue and yellow butterflies. Pinkie was stuffing her face with sweets which was also the only thing she brought to eat for lunch as usual.

"Hey girls. I'm curious," Twilight spoke up from her teenage magazine.

"What's this? Our egghead is curious about something she doesn't know," Rainbow teased with a smirk, "Are pigs flying?"

"Very funny. After taking this lengthy quiz about what your perfect match is, I am wondering if you had any ideas of what your ideal boyfriend would be."

"An excellent question, darling," Rarity began with a giggle and cheerful smile, "I have pondered that question since starting puberty."

"Of course you have, Rarity," Rainbow scoffed.

"Are you telling me you haven't considered the question, Rainbow?" Rarity asked with a raised eyebrow.

"No, I have and it's better than your potential one," Rainbow responded without thinking, before covering her mouth.

"Well, looks like Ms. Too cool for romance has thought about it after all," Rarity teased with a smirk, before chuckling.

The rest of the group chuckled along with their own smirks while Rainbow fumed in annoyance and embarrassment.

"Shut up! Just answer the question, Rarity!" Rainbow snapped.

"Are you sure you don't want to answer first, darling?" Rarity teased with a grin and giggle, getting an annoyed glare from Rainbow, "Alright if you insist. Well, for starters he would have to be handsome."

"He has to be hot. Yeah, obviously that's the first thing," Rainbow scoffed.

"Are you sure you don't want to answer first, Rainbow? Rarity questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"No, I will be quiet now."

"Good. Someone with a good sense of fashion and could be incredibly charming."

"Yes, that does sound about right with you, Rarity," Twilight noted with a smile, "What about the rest of you?"

"I suppose I will go second," Applejack suggested, before turning to Rainbow with a cheeky grin, "Unless someone has the courage to speak up now."

Rainbow simply glared daggers at her, getting another chuckle from her and everyone else.

"Alright then. I want someone strong and an honest hard worker."

"Me next Me next!" Pinkie shouted in excitement with a cheerful grin and giggle "I want someone nice and energetic, who loves sweets as much as me."

"Your turn, Rainbow, unless you are even shyer than Fluttershy here," Applejack teased with a smirk.

"Fine. I want someone awesome and hot, who is able to at least rival me at sports."

"Was that so hard, Rainbow?" Rarity teased with a giggle, "I am so happy to learn you have thoughts about romance like the rest of us, despite your claims to the contrary!"

"Yeah, yeah. Laugh it up, but I have the best taste in guys!"

"It's not a competition, Rainbow!" Rarity scolded with a sigh.

"She is just saying that to make her feel better. Just ignore her, Rarity," Applejack assured her with a chuckle.

The rest joined along while Rainbow let out an annoyed huff and looked away from the group.

"Your turn, Shy," Applejack gently assured her.

"Well, I have thought about it and…." She began while blushing lightly, before taking a relaxing breath, "I would like to meet someone gentle and kind like me who also really loves animals."

"Those are all nice girls and each fits all of your personalities. I suppose I would like someone nice and smart with a love of books."

"Of course you want a nerd, Twilight," Rainbow teased.

"At least I wasn't afraid to give my answer, Rainbow," Twilight teased back with a cocky grin.

"I… Fine, touché. Nice to see me rubbing off on you," Rainbow conceded with an annoyed look.

Twilight simply rolled her eyes as the rest of the group let out a chuckle once again.

Unknown to the girls someone was watching them closely, behind a trash can, and listening closely to their conversation. A few onlookers who could see him, would only see him a Derpy Hooves and simply conclude her being too derpy to realize she wasn't sitting down at a table. In reality he was a human changeling looking to become more powerful by absorbing the love from the Rainbooms. He couldn't believe his luck, when the girls gave him the perfect knowledge to do so while hidden. Then again it was typical for teenage girls to go on about this kind of thing. As the Rainbow target proved much to her embarrassment. He was snapped out of his thoughts when he noticed the seventh member arriving at the table with her lunch tray.

"Sorry I am late, girls. I had to help, Derpy, find her way here," Sunset greeted.

"It's ok, Sunny. We were just having fun and chatting," Pinkie responded with a smile and giggle.

Looks like he isn't going to be able to woo the seventh member, but six out of seven isn't bad and he should still get enough love to be able to win against them and get all of their love. Now he better get his plan rolling, but before he could leave the area, he was suddenly knocked over. Normally that wouldn't be bad, but the person who knocked him over was the actual person he disguised as. For once in a good while, he felt fear as the real Derpy rubbed her head and looked directly at him. He couldn't believe his plan would be foiled before he could actually start it and…

"Didn't know there was a mirror here," Derpy spoke as she got up, "Not a good place for such a thing as someone could easily bump into it, but what do I know."

He could only watch Derpy leave with his jaw hanging. He then shook his head and snapped out of it. Looks like he lucked out and his plan can still go off without a hitch. Now to figure his disguises and woo the six girls.
