Somewhere else, Sennin was meditating and he got a mental image of Miko being held at the police station and he is somewhat dismayed at the incompetence of the high-ranking police officer as he refused to let Miko have her wounds treated and yet Sennin felt that he couldn't physically intervene and all he can do now is for some DIVINE INTERVENTION to take place so that Miko would be let go immediately.
"I hope that a miracle would happen... Miko is in such a bind…"
Then Sennin sensed something else as he closed his eyes and meditated, where he got a mental image of Mrs. Tohno getting ready to attack Kyosuke, and Sennin felt that it is beyond his reach as he believe that Miko's younger brother is about to meet a very gruesome death which would no doubt affect Miko emotionally.
"Oh dear…sorry, Miko…you'll just have to accept that you're about to lose your loved ones…"

At the police station, the cop who wrongfully arrested Miko was berated by another cop, telling him that he should have checked if Miko is the culprit as he pointed out that there were no bladed weapons found, her upper body had cuts and she is bleeding, yet the cop who arrested Miko insisted that she is the primary suspect, saying that she may have gotten rid of the weapons so that there won't be any evidences to be used against her.
"And that's that. She stays in custody until she confessed to the crimes she committed…"
"At least remove the handcuffs and let us treat her wounds…"
"You will do no such thing until there is clearance!"
"Are you that cruel? Look at her! She's..."
"She is as prime suspect and is deemed armed and dangerous!"
"At least we should let a medic…"
"Stand down!"
"…"
Miko is still in handcuffs (her hands behind her back), her upper body exposed due to her upper clothing shredded due to Mrs. Tohno's assaults, and she is still bleeding as the cuts are still there, and some female cops began to administer first aid to try stop the bleeding, and you can hear the female cops asking for the handcuff keys as they need to free Miko's wrists in order to check of she has more open wounds.
"Hey! Someone get the keys!"
"We need to remove the handcuffs!"
"This girl is bleeding bad!"
"She needs to be taken to a clinic or a hospital!"
"Where are the keys?"
"Someone answer!"
"Hey!"
"This girl needs medical attention!"
But the cop who wrongfully arrested Miko berated the female cops, telling them to butt out as Miko will remain in handcuffs as she is deemed armed and dangerous, which the female cops berated the male cop for being a chauvinist, telling him that she is still a minor and that she doesn't pose a threat to anyone.
By then Zen Tohno came, with Hana and Yuria following, and there the trio were shocked to see Miko's current physical state, as her upper clothing was shredded and that her open wounds on her upper body are seen, and there Zen shouted at the cops, demanding to know why no one bothered to check on Miko and why no one was patching her wounds.
Hana and Yuria were equally shocked and went to Miko and asked her if she is okay, but Miko was hesitant to respond as she couldn't possibly tell Hana about Zen's mother being the culprit in all of this.
"Miko! Are you okay?"
"What happened? Who did this to you?"
"…"
"We're you assaulted? A sex fiend did this to you?"
"Miko…what really happened…?"
"…"
"Miko!"
"Please tell us, Miko..."

Ch. 7: Supekutā no sutoraiku
Elsewhere, Kyosuke is glancing at the items that he picked up, unaware of the properties it possess, as the blue-colored Eyecon enabled him to see spirits, though the Ghost-Driver he found at the streets had him intrigued as he wondered what this item do and whether it is something to wear or if this is a new type of gadgets similar to a smartphone or something else.
"Are these the current trend…?"
However, Kyosuke was focused on the two items that he seemingly failed to notice that Mrs. Tohno approached the 12-year old boy from behind, as she deduced that he is related to Miko and decided to use him as an example to show Miko that she means business so as to get Miko to stay away from Zen.
Without warning, Mrs. Tohno uses her hands and fingernails to attack Kyosuke, raking the left side of his face and Kyosuke backed away, taken by surprise at the sudden turn of events, but then he suddenly feel pain and touched his left cheek, and glancing at his hands, he stared wide-eyed as bloodstains were on his palm.
He glanced at the window of a parked car and Kyosuke was shocked upon seeing that his left cheek had an open wound, and there he started to feel pain as he glanced at Mrs. Tohno, who is poised to attack again, prompting Kyosuke to back away, and there Mrs. Tohno told Kyosuke that he would make a perfect example to teach a certain girl a lesson for standing up to her by using him as a sacrifice, which Kyosuke stared wide-eyed as he aside from seeing a spirit, he can also hear what the spirit is saying, and he is starting to realize that what is happening right now is real as Mrs. Tohno said that he will be a good example to teach a girl not to mess with her, which baffled the 12-year old boy, unaware that the girl that Mrs. Tohno referring to is Miko.
"I will teach…that girl…a lesson…!"
"What?"
"And you will be an example…!"
"What are you…?"
"Make her stay…away from…my son…!"
"I don't know what you're babbling about!"
"You must…die…!"
"Damn…!"
Kyosuke backed away but Mrs. Tohno continue her assault as she is determined to kill the younger boy and bring his corpse to Miko as a warning, but as Kyosuke is evading her assaults, he accidentally pressed a button on the Eyecon, where a spirit came out, which was a hoodie jacket-like entity, which is colored black with blue streaks and linings, and there the hoodie jacket-like spirit flew around and began to repel the malevolent spirit back, which Kyosuke stared wide-eyed in surprise as he never seen anything like this, but the malevolent Mrs. Tohno persisted and tried to reach out to the younger boy, nearly grazing him but the hoodie jacket-like entity kept her back.
Mrs. Tohno became more agitated and screamed out at Kyosuke, and there he demanded to know why she is attacking him even though he hasn't done anything to her, but she insisted that he must die by her hand so as to give a certain girl an example on what would happen if she defies her, which Kyosuke answered back.
"Damn you! I must…kill you…!"
"What? Why?"
"I must! And you'll be the one that would make that girl understand! You would be the one…to make that girl go away…!"
"Why? What for? What did I do to you…?"
"Silence! I must…kill you…so that…it would…make her stay…away from…my son…!"
"I don't know what you're babbling about! Go away and leave me alone!"
"Shut up! You must…die…and then bring your dead body…to her…!"
"Damn…you're one crazy woman!"
Angered by the insult, Mrs. Tohno became more determined to kill Kyosuke and she started to swat the hoodie jacket-like entity aside and lynch towards the younger boy, prompting Kyosuke to back away, and there he began evading her attacks, as Mrs. Tohno is so fixated that she seemingly didn't notice that Kyosuke is holding the Ghost-Driver in his hand, and as he evaded her attacks he accidentally placed the Ghost-Driver in front of his waist, which a metallic strap wrapped around his waist and formed a belt.
Kyosuke was baffled by this yet Mrs. Tohno caught the younger boy and started to strangle him, but the hoodie jacket-like spirit rammed her which prompted her to let go as Kyosuke staggered backwards he accidentally opened the Ghost-Driver and saw what is inside, and there he wondered if putting the Eyecon inside would work, and seeing that there is no other option, he decided to take a risk.
"Damn…whatever…!"
As Kyosuke puts the Eyecon inside the Ghost-Driver and closes it, the hoodie jacket-like spirit began hovering above Kyosuke which further confuses him as he wondered what would happen next.
Ghost Eyecon: "EYE…"

As Kyosuke glanced at the Ghost-Driver, he noticed the lever on the right side and there he curiously toggles the small lever, where the Ghost-Driver spoke to confirm the activation.
Ghost-Driver: "KAIGAN! SPECTER…READY GO! KAKUGO…DOKI-DOKI-GHOST-TOH!"
Kyosuke is surprised as his body is MYSTICALLY ENVELOPED in black but illuminating armor, and the hoodie jacket-like entity, colored black with blue streaks flew and draped itself onto Kyosuke, and there you can see that the helmet has blue coloring while the eyes look rather sinister, while sporting two pointed horns on the forehead part of his helmet, making it look like an oni's face.
The armored Kyosuke then instinctively pushes down the hood and noticed that she is encased in an armor while wearing the hooded jacket, and glancing at the mirror of a parked car he is surprised at what he is wearing, and this made her wondered if this is what would help him fight off Mrs. Tohno, as Kyosuke unknowingly transformed into an armored individual.
"Whoa…what is this…? Will this help me repel that thing…?"
Kyosuke had no idea what just happened, as he unwittingly transformed into a supernatural-themed Kamen Rider, similar to Miko, as Kyosuke unknowingly transformed and became Kamen Rider Specter, which he is unaware that Miko has also unknowingly became a supernatural-themed Kamen Rider as well, and now Kyosuke braces himself as he is about to fight off the malevolent Mrs Tohno as she is hellbent in killing Kyosuke and deliver his corpse to Miko.
"Damn you! Just die! I must…kill you at once…!"
"Just what the heck is your problem?"
"That girl is the problem! She became a thorn to me!And you…you are…perfect…! I must kill you…you'll be the one that would make that girl understand! You would be the one…to make that girl go away…!"
"Don't drag me into your problems!"
"Silence! I must…kill you…so that…it would…make her stay…away from…my son…!"
"I don't know what you're babbling about! Go away and leave me alone! I mean it!"
"Shut up! You must…die…and then bring your dead body…to her…!"
"Damn…you're totally a damn crazy woman!"
Not far, Rom Shindou happen to pass by and witnessed what he saw, and while he has no idea about what the malevolent spirit wants or why she is incessantly after an innocent boy, he became intrigued as Mrs. Tohno kept mentioning about a girl who is a thorn to her side, which Shindou wonder if the malevolent spirit is referring to Miko, and after seeing Kyosuke transforming, he wondered if the younger boy could manage to pull off an upset.
"Hmm…those items have supernatural auras…let's see if he could pull it off…"
As Kyosuke, who is now Kamen Rider Specter, is getting ready, Mrs. Tohno charged forward and delivered a strong blow which sent him careening against the parked car, and that rattled him as he didn't expect that she would punch him with such a force, and now Kyosuke had to come up with a way to fight back as or he won't be able to go home to his family.
Mrs. Tohno is seething as she was hoping to kill Kyosuke quickly but didn't expect that this task would be difficult and now she became more determined to kill the younger boy but the armored Kyosuke is unwilling to get himself killed and gets up, telling her to go back to the graveyard and stay there as he has had enough of things like her attacking people for no reason, which only pisses her off.
"Damn you! Just die! I must…kill you right away…!"
"Not on my watch, you crazy woman!"
"What…?"
"I don't know what your problem is…but you should stop harassing anyone!"
"Silence! I must…kill you…so that…it would…make her stay…away from…my son…!"
"If your son…whatever he is…is living peacefully…then leave him alone! Stop harassing people!"
"Shut up! No one comes close to my son! I'll kill her! I must kill you! You must…die…and then bring your dead body…to her…!"
"You're already pissing me off!"
The malevolent spirit then charged towards the armored Kyosuke and struck him with her claws, but the SPIRITUAL armor protected the young boy and all he felt was just a rather HARD BUMP, and he managed to deliver a strong punch, hitting her on the face, then followed it up with a barrage of punches which caused her to staggered back after receiving a few more blows, but the malevolent Mrs. Tohno wouldn't relent and went forward before she pinned him to the ground and began to strangle him, as she is s determined to kill Kyosuke and use him as a warning to make Miko leave Zen alone.
"Ggggaaahhhkkkk!"
"Die…"
"Gaaahhhhkkk!"
"Just die! So that I will use you to warn that girl…!"
"L-let…g-go!"
"Die already…! I must ensure that the girl would leave my son alone!"
"I…won't…l-let…you…!"
"I said die…!"
As Kyosuke is starting to lose his breath due to being strangled, he thought carefully before he made a desperate move by poking the malevolent spirit on the eye with his armored fingers, and the malevolent Mrs. Tohno backed away, shrieking in anger as she clutched her eyes and vowed to make Kyosuke pay for what he just did.
"Damn you! Damn you!"
"Haaaahhhh…haaaahhh…"
"I'll kill you! I'll kill you!"
"Haaaahhhh…haaaahhh…"
"I will kill you!"
"Haaaahhhh…haaaahhh…"
"Die! Die!"
"Haaaahhhh…haaaahhh…"
Getting a breather, Kyosuke, still in his guise as Kamen Rider Specter, decided to take the chance, and getting up, adrenaline rushed within his body and performed some action-packed moves that he saw on TV, such as clothesline, a dropkick and several martial arts moves.
As Mrs. Tohno staggered back, Kyosuke is surprised that he is able to repel the malevolent spirit back and wanting to stop the spirit from making another attempt to attack him the armored Kyosuke charges forward and delivered a barrage of punches like the ones seen on wrestling shows like WWE Raw and Smackdown.
Though it worked, the malevolent spirit wouldn't be deterred and fought back, and Kyosuke is reeling as he wondered what to do in order to defeat the malevolent spirit so that it would leave him alone for good, yet Mrs. Tohno vowed that she will not stop until she kills him and use his corpse to deliver to the girl.
Because Mrs. Tohno did not mention Miko's name, Kyosuke has no idea and believe that the spirit is just a random attacker as she continue to spout a lot of vengeful nonsense at him.
"Damn you! Damn you!"
"Damn…she's really crazy…"
"I'll kill you! I'll kill you!"
"How do I get her to leave…?"
"I will kill you!"
"There's got to be a way…"
"Die! Die!"
"Come on…think…"
