Disclaimer: I don't own the 2004 animated film Shark Tale and all rights goes to DreamWorks Animation SKG. Shark Tale has been one of my favorite movies since my childhood, and it still is today. I've enjoyed that movie many times since I was a kid, and I still enjoy it today. Since I love the movie so much, I decided to a story about it called Attack Of The Silky Shark Mafia which is the sequel to the whole retelling of the movie that is called When A Little Fish Tells A Great White Lie with new characters, new scenes, and different dialogue, and my OC belongs to me. Attack Of The Silky Shark Mafia
Chapter 8: Wrecking The Whale Wash
Meanwhile, at the RMS Republic, Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda are still being held prisoner in the dark and decrepit room, and they are still very worried about how Hannah and Quincy are being used by Don Borovsky and his silky shark mafia so they could take Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina hostage so they will be able to take over Southside Reef by overthrowing Don Lino and his great white shark mafia. They are now attempting to find a way to escape from Don Borovsky and his mafia so they could go to Southside Reef and warn Hannah and Quincy about their heinous plans.
Also, while they are planning their escape plan as well as warning Hannah and Quincy that shouldn't carry out with the deal that they made with Don Borovsky and his mafia which would lead to danger since they are now planning to take over Southside Reef, Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda are very amazed by how Southside Reef has eventually changed for the better when Oscar managed to save it by making a truce with Don Lino right after he learned from his mistakes and Don Lino had a change of heart as well, and they honestly think that fish and sharks are able to bury the hatchet with each other while they also plan to warn Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina as well as Don Lino and his mafia about their plan to take over the reef as well.
Soon, Deirdre, Isaac, and some members of the silky shark mafia arrive at the room Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda are being imprisoned in just as they open the door, much to their surprise. Once they have arrived, they inform them that Don Borovsky is now expecting them to see them in the ballroom and would like to have a conversation with them about something very important. Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda looked very surprised by how Don Borovsky has decided to have a conversation with them in the ballroom, and they reluctantly decide to have the conversation with him to see what he wants to inform them that is very important. Deirdre, Isaac, and the silky shark mobsters release them from the room and begin escorting them to the ballroom.
At the ballroom of the RMS Republic, Don Borovsky, his wife Praskovya, his twin son and daughter Pavel and Rimma, and some of the members of his silky shark mafia are witnessing some silky sharks who are doing the art of classical ballet on the stage while they are wearing kokoshniks, besides witnessing them doing ballet, some of the members of the mafia danced with each other, spend time with each other, fooled around with each other, and had some meatless food products with each other at some of the tables when they're not having any fish to eat which are as meatless pelmeni, meatless chicken kiev, meatless beef stroganoff, and meatless shashlik and had some desserts such as syrniki, kulich, zefir, and torpedo dessert.
While everybody was enjoying themselves in the ballroom together, Deirdre, Isaac, and some of the other silky shark mobsters arrive there along with Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda, and they have Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda sit at the table where Don Borovsky, his wife, and his two children are sitting at and once they have arrived there, Don Borovsky proceed to have a conversation with them that he has been expecting to do so and his family becomes part of it as well.
"So, I guess you're wondering why you're here," said Don Borovsky.
"Borovsky, what do you want from us?" asked Joyce.
Don Borovsky cleared his throat. "Well, you see, I've been wondering about something, and how about you guys could decide to go along with the plan my mafia and I are gonna do right now?"
"Wait a minute? What did you just say?" asked Reuben.
"How about you can become part of the silky shark mafia's plan to take over Southside Reef and overthrow Don Lino and his great white shark mafia," said Don Borovsky.
"You want us to become part of your plan of what you're doing?" asked Frieda.
Don Borovsky nodded. "Yes, and instead of trying to stop our plans, how about you can be part of it just like Hannah and Quincy already agreed to it when I made that deal with them earlier."
"Yeah, but they don't even know that you guys are planning to take over Southside Reef by overthrowing Lino and his mafia." replied Joyce.
"You're just using those guys to capture Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina and won't have any interference with your plans." replied Reuben.
"And how you are using them is by making a deal with them to have Northside Reef spared which is nothing but a big fat lie." said Frieda.
"Why would you want us to become part of your plan anyway?" asked Joyce. "That's what we would like to know."
"'Cause we've decided to make some kind of compromise with you guys, and you guys really don't have to stop our invasion of Southside Reef," said Don Borovsky. "Look, how about we can make a deal? If you decide to agree to the plan and let us do so, then we'll give at least two million clams."
"Did you just say two million clams?" asked Joyce in surprise.
"Yes, and it can all be yours if you agree that our invasion could be carried out once we have Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina," said Don Borovsky. "Also, you guys can still be part of the plan and you can help out Hannah and Quincy with bringing them to us, and you don't have to tell them all about the invasion 'cause they still think that this reef would be spared from us."
"So, what do you fish say about the bargain? Oh, and if you agree to do this, you'll be released from being imprisoned." said Praskovya. "You'll be able to go back to do what you've been doing such as working at the Whale Wash of this reef, and we promise that you'll go free if you become part of the plan by helping your friends with capturing Oscar and his friends."
"Also, you'll become rich too if you just say yes to our plan to take over Southside Reef," said Pavel. "You can use the money for whatever you want it for, especially the Whale Wash you work at together. Your friends don't really need to know about the plan, and you could just help them out with what we need to do. So, are you gonna agree on the plan and let it happen anyway?"
"You guys will earn over a million of clams and earn your freedom if you decide to go along with the plan," said Rimma. "You're gonna be safe and sound once you go free and the Whale Wash will be safe and sound too, and all you have to do is trust us on this kind of thing. Will you become part of the plan and bring us Oscar and his friends so the plan won't be ruined so you will be able to be free? What's it gonna be?"
Then, Don Borovsky signals three members of his silky shark mafia to bring six sacks full of two million clams to the table he and his family are sitting at along with Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda, and they set them right on the table just as Don Borovsky offered the millions of clams to them if they agree to go along with them plan by helping Hannah and Quincy with bringing Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina so they won't have them interfering with their plans of taking over Southside Reef and overthrowing Don Lino and his great white shark without their knowledge of their plan of their invasion. Also, Don Borovsky brings a contract for them to sign to become part of their deal and have their freedom in no time at all.
"You sign each of your names here to make the bargain official, and as long as you keep your part of the bargain, you'll be free and earn these two million clams," said Don Borovsky. "Just help Hannah and Quincy bring me Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina and help us with making the invasion be carried out by us, and just don't let them know about the invasion plan so it could be a success. You'll become millionaires with these millions of clams and will be able to support yourselves as well as the Whale Wash if you do it. Do we get a deal or what?"
Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda stared at six sacks full of two million clams in surprise for a moment and stared at the contract Don Borovsky showed them for a moment, and they begin thinking about that if they should really decide to go along with Don Borovsky and his mafia's plans to take over Southside Reef by overthrowing Don Lino and his mafia and should just let it all happen in order to be free from their imprisonment by them as well as help out Hannah and Quincy with the deal they made with them by delivering Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina to them for a moment.
Then, Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda make up their minds and refuse Don Borovsky's offer to be part of his and his mafia's plan to take over Southside Reef and overthrowing Don Lino by helping out Hannah and Quincy with delivering Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina as well as allowing them to do so anyway since they already know that what they're planning to do right now is very wrong and it would hurt a lot of people of Southside Reef if has been successfully carried out, and they already know that it was a good thing for fish and sharks to bury the hatchet with each other right after Oscar did the right thing and finally told everybody in the reef the truth as well as made a truce with Don Lino who had redeemed himself just like he did. So, Joyce picks up the contract and quickly rips it up while Reuben and Frieda push the six sacks of two million clams off of the table which causes Don Borovsky and his family to become filled with complete shock.
"Actually, the answer is no," said Joyce. "There is no way we're gonna become part of your plan to take over Southside Reef and overthrow Lino and his mafia by having us help Hannah and Quincy with that deal you made with them which is bringing Oscar and his friends to you, Borovsky."
"We refuse your offer for earning our freedom by going along with what you're planning to do right now, and that's 'cause it's just gonna bring harm to innocent people," said Reuben.
"And we refuse your offer for all of the money too so we could be part of your heinous plans 'cause it's such a wrong thing to do so." said Frieda.
"Let me get this straight. So, you guys won't take the deal? You won't help with our plans? And you won't let us carry out what we intended on?" asked Don Borovsky.
"Yes. And you can just forget about it." said Joyce. "We still won't let you use Hannah and Quincy like that for your own scheme by pretending to keep your word that you will spare Northside Reef, and there's nothing you can do to stop us from doing so. So, Borovsky, what do you say to that, huh?"
Don Borovsky, his wife, and their two children stare at Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda in complete surprise and shock right after they reject to make a deal with them to have their invasion of Southside Reef be carried out anyway and help Hannah and Quincy with the deal they made with him and his mafia to deliver them Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina so their plan of taking over the reef won't be ruined at all while Deirde and Isaac became very surprised and shocked by turning down the offer as well, and then they became very angry that they've rejected the offer just as they decide to do their backup plan in case if they rejected the deal while Deirde and Isaac became very angry and decide to do the backup plan with them as well. Once they became very angry once they spurned the offer to make a deal with them to help them on what they intended on, Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda suddenly became very shocked.
"Well, we say that since you've refused to do the deal with us, I guess we're gonna have to do something else," said Don Borovsky.
"Huh? What do you mean by that?" asked Joyce.
"We mean that we're gonna go ahead and wreck that little Whale Wash of yours," said Don Borovsky. "You've turned down on doing the bargain of helping your friends with their part of the bargain of bringing Oscar and his friends to us and allowing our invasion to be carried out just like we've planned on, so we're gonna take out the Whale Wash."
Joyce gasped in complete shock. "The Whale Wash?! I would never let you wreck up the Whale Wash, especially right after the last time you did it whenI made that deal with you to pay you back what I owe you but you went ahead and took it out anyway! Once it got ruined by you guys, it took at least a few weeks to have it restored!"
"You're not gonna get away with destroying the Whale Wash like you did from before, Borovsky!" exclaimed Reuben.
"And there's no way we're gonna let you do that again! So you can forget about it!" exclaimed Frieda.
"Deirdre. Isaac." said Don Borovsky.
"Yes, sir?" asked Deirdre and Isaac.
"Take these three fish back to the dark room, you two." said Don Borovsky. "I guess they will remain prisoners in the RMS Republic for a very long, long, long time, even when my silky shark mafia and I will be taking over Southside Reef and overthrowing Edward and his great white shark mafia. Oh, and when we're finished with becoming the ones who run that reef in the place of the great whites, we can make you guys the next catch of the day. Now take them away."
Deirdre and Isaac both nodded their heads and both proceed to take Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda back to the dark and decrepit room of the RMS Republic so they could be held prisoners there again right after they have refused to go along with Don Borovsky and his silky shark mafia's plans to take over Southside Reef and help Hannah and Quincy with bringing Oscar and the others to him so their plans wouldn't have a chance to be ruined by them. But before they could do so, Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda defend themselves from them by quickly throwing some food and desserts at them from the table they've been sitting at with Don Borovsky and his family. Joyce throws some beef stroganoff at Isaac, and Reuben and Frieda both throw some kulich at Deirdre.
Once they have thrown the food and desserts at both Deirdre and Isaac in order to defend themselves from them, Don Borovsky, his family, and the rest of the members of the silky shark mafia became filled with complete shock at what they just did while the silky shark ballerina dancers stopped dancing right on the stage and became filled with complete shock as much as everybody else did, and Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda proceed to escape from the RMS Republic and head back to the Whale Wash of Northside Reef just as they quickly swam out of the ballroom, and Don Borovsky signals his two henchmen and some of the members of his silky shark mafia to stop them from escaping the RMS Republic and returning back to the Whale Wash of Northside Reef and they began going after them.
Then, while Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda began swimming throughout the hallways of the RMS Republic, they suddenly notice Deirdre, Isaac, and some of the silky shark mobsters began chasing them in order to prevent their escape, and they began to attempt to avoid from being caught by them so they will be able to escape. A massive chase throughout the hallways ensues, and Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda successfully dodged Don Borovsky's two minions and the silky shark mobsters. Also, the silky shark mobsters attempt to grab them in their fins and attempt to grab them with their mouths, but they manage to dodge them as well. Soon, they manage to lose them, and find a nearby porthole and they use them to swim out of the RMS Republic, and they have manage to successfully escape from the RMS Republic unharmed just as they began heading back to the Whale Wash.
Once Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda has managed to escape from the RMS Republic and began returning to the Whale Wash of Northside Reef, Deirdre, Isaac, and the silky shark mobsters notice them escaping through one of the portholes and they decide to inform their boss and his family of what just happened. Back at the ballroom, they tell Don Borovsky about how they have failed to prevent Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda from escaping and make them remain prisoners in the RMS Republic, and how they have managed to escape. Since they have managed to escape from the RMS Republic, Don Borovsky orders them to go to the Whale Wash and destroy it out of spite for refusing to accept the deal he attempted to make with them.
"Sir, those fish have managed to escape." said Deirdre.
"We've tried to get them, but they were way too fast." said Isaac.
"Are you sure about that?" asked Don Borovsky. Deirdre and Isaac nodded their heads yes. "Oh, this is absolutely perfect! Just perfect!"
"So, Boss, what are we gonna do now since they've freed themselves from us?" asked Isaac.
"I already know what we're gonna do, and it's gonna unleash an attack on the Whale Wash." said Don Borovsky.
"We're gonna ruin the Whale Wash of this reef, Boss? Really?" asked Deirdre.
"Yes, and I've already said it once those three refused my offer of making the deal of allowing the invasion to go through as well as helping Hannah and Quincy do their part of the deal," said Don Borovsky. "Deirdre, Isaac, I want you and some of the members of my mafia to go to the Whale Wash and destroy it, and make sure you don't fail on doing so or else."
"Okay, sir, if you say so," said Deirdre.
"We'll do anything for you since our boss." said Isaac.
Don Borovsky then comes up with another idea just as he smirks sadistically. "Oh, and I know exactly how you can ruin the Whale Wash with the help of some of the members of my mafia, you two. And it's gonna be so much fun too."
Later on that day at the RMS Republic, right after Don Borovsky has ordered Deirdre, Isaac, and some members of his silky shark mafia to destroy the Whale Wash after he has failed to make a deal with Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda in order to convince them to have his and his mafia's plans to take over Southside Reef by overthrowing Don Lino and his great white shark mafia and help Hannah and Quincy with their part of the bargain they made with him from earlier, they went to one of the closets in one of the hallways where they get some cans of oil so they could commit arson by spilling the oil all over the Whale Wash which could destroy it in the process under Don Borovsky's orders, and it was his idea to ruin the Whale Wash by committing arson which is intentionally spilling oil on property.
Then, Deirdre, Isaac, and some of the silky shark mobsters began heading to the Whale Wash and took the oil cans so they could use them to commit arson by spilling them all over the Whale Wash in order to destroy it. While they did so, Don Borovsky, Praskovya, Pavel, Rimma, and some other members of his silky shark mafia watched them and Don Borovsky smirked sadistically just as the Whale Wash will be destroyed by oil spill arson.
Meanwhile, at the Whale Wash of Northside Reef, while the many employees are doing their hard work of cleaning up the humpback whale customers and helping them out with taking good care of their personal hygiene, Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda has already arrived back there, and they are now at the manager's office where they have informed Joyce's husband Grant about everything has happened to them for the past few days. Grant is very shocked upon learning that his wife as well as her two faithful employees have been held prisoner by Don Borovsky and his silky shark mafia in their home of the RMS Republic for a few days, but he is very relieved that they've managed to escape safe and sound.
"Joyce, thank goodness you, Reuben, and Frieda are alright. And I've been wondering where you've been lately." said Grant. "Even right after you went to the RMS Republic to have a conversation with Don Borovsky about that deal he made with Hannah and Quincy."
"Well, we had to have a conversation with him about how he is using those two, Grant, and it's very wrong." said Joyce.
"You couldn't believe what we have been through for days, and it was nothing but a complete nightmare," said Reuben.
"And we almost nearly died when we've been held hostage by those guys for days too." said Frieda.
"Well, it's a good thing that you've managed to escape from the silkies' clutches, and it's very true it's so terrifying to be held hostage by them," said Grant.
"Yes, and here's something else you need to know," said Joyce. "While we've been held prisoner by the silkies, Don Borovsky offered to make a deal with us that we should let them take over Southside Reef and help Hannah and Quincy with their part of the deal they made with him, but we've refused since we already know it would cause nothing but trouble, even for innocent people."
"You guys did the right thing to turn down making a bargain with them, and honestly, we still can't just sit by and let them use Hannah and Quincy like this." said Grant. "We really need to go to Southside Reef and inform them that Borovsky and his mafia is just using them for their own personal gain and they really don't have to go through with the deal they made with him."
"Yeah, we have to warn them before it's too late," said Joyce. "Also, if Hannah and Quincy had succeeded in delivering Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina to him and his mafia, then many very bad things will happen in Southside Reef when the silkies will invade it and overthrow the great whites who are the ones who have run that reef for so many years."
"Hopefully, things will turn out to be okay, especially of what you've been through with the silkies," said Grant. "Look, all we need to do is make sure that we can find Hannah and Quincy in Southside Reef before they could make a huge mistake."
Suddenly, a sound of terrifying screaming is heard from outside of the manager's office which causes Joyce, Grant, Reuben, and Frieda to become filled with shock, and they leave the manager's office to see what's going on outside. Outside of the manager's office, Joyce, Grant, Reuben, and Frieda quickly witness the employees being chased by Deirdre, Isaac, and the members of the silky shark mafia from the balcony while the humpback whale customers flee from the Whale Wash in complete fear, and they gasp in complete surprise and shock. Just as the incident went on, some of the silky shark mobsters noticed them on the balcony and began to go after them, and they quickly began fleeing from them just like everybody else did.
Deirdre, Isaac, and the members of the silky shark mafia continue to chase Joyce, Grant, Reuben, Frieda, and the other employees of the Whale Wash, and they also brutally terrorize them for their own amusement as well. Soon, they stop chasing them and terrorize them all over the Whale Wash, and proceed to destroy the Whale Wash by committing oil spill arson under Don Borovsky's orders. They got out the oil cans and began spilling the oil all over the Whale Wash, and once they spilled the oil in the Whale Wash, the Whale Wash slowly became damaged due to the oil.
Joyce, Grant, Reuben, Frieda, and the other employees of the Whale Wash quickly notice them spilling the oil all over the Whale Wash and noticing the damage it's causing to it, causing them to become filled with complete fear. Also, while the damage slowly continues at the Whale Wash due to Deirdre, Isaac, and the silky shark mobsters spilling the oil all over the place, the place begins to develop very bad effects from the oil and most of it becomes quickly tainted. Upon seeing the bad effects on the Whale Wash due to the oil spill caused by Deirdre, Isaac, and the silky shark mobsters, Joyce, Grant, Reuben, Frieda, and the other employees quickly flee the area while they continue destroying it by committing arson.
Then, Don Borovsky's two faithful minions and some of the members of his mafia get finished with destroying the Whale Wash and they leave, and the Whale Wash is now completely tainted by the spilled oil while most of the oil is surrounding it. Most of its machinery as well as some of its location such as the manager's office, receptionist office, the dental section, the outdoor cafe, the storage warehouse, and even the Whale Wash sign got badly damaged by the effects of the oil spill as well.
Right after the oil spill arson has been committed by Don Borovsky's two loyal henchmen and some of the members of his mafia at the Whale Wash of Northside Reef and got badly destroyed once it has been carried out, the local narwhal oilfighter department arrives at the Whale Wash to get rid of the spilled oil by using hoses as well as a nearby hydrant. While the narwhal oilfighters take good care of the spilled oil surrounding the Whale Wash, Joyce, Grant, Reuben, Frieda, and the other employees are very devastated by how it got destroyed by Don Borovsky's henchmen and the members of his mafia and couldn't believe that it got destroyed by them again just like way back before when Joyce made a deal with them that she promised to pay what she owed them which they end up going back on their promise to have them spared from their wrath.
"Did you see what the silky shark mafia just did to the Whale Wash? It's so messed up!" exclaimed Reuben.
"Yeah, and what they did to the Whale Wash is much worse than the last time they did it!" exclaimed Frieda.
"Those guys just committed arson on it, and what they just did was downright terrible!" exclaimed Joyce.
"Just like those other terrible crimes they've committed together in this reef!" exclaimed Grant.
"Look at the Whale Wash. Just look at it." said Frieda.
"It's nothing but a complete wreck now all thanks to them," said Reuben.
"And it's gonna take at least a few weeks to have it repaired again," said Grant.
"Guys, look, this whole thing is my fault." said Joyce.
"Wait a minute? Your fault?" asked Reuben.
"But how was it your fault anyway?" asked Frieda.
"You didn't do anything wrong. Joyce, how could you say that about yourself?" asked Grant.
"Yeah, but I was the one who allowed them to let Hannah and Quincy go to Southside to search for Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina in the first place," said Joyce. "I was only just trying to get them to see that they're making a mistake to make that deal with Borovsky since he couldn't be trusted, and I honestly don't want them to make that kind of mistake at all since it would bring a lot more harm to others. I shouldn't let them go to that reef, and it's all my fault that all of this happened to the Whale Wash. I am so sorry, guys."
"Joyce, none of this is all your fault, and you were just trying to prove Hannah and Quincy wrong for making that deal with Borovsky." replied Grant. "You didn't really mean for the Whale Wash to end up being the victim of oil spill arson by the silkies, and we honestly don't want those two making the mistake of making the deal with them as much as you do. What just happened to the Whale Wash is a terrible tragedy, and many places suffered terrible tragedies by the silky shark mafia many times in the past too."
Joyce nodded her head. "Right after things happen like this in Northside Reef all thanks to the silkies, we've always found a way to rebuild and it's gonna take a while to fix the Whale Wash of this reef. Look, what's important is that Southside Reef can't be put in danger when the silkies go their and try to invade it, and they will only invade it when they have Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina once Hannah and Quincy will bring them to them while they are just using them. We can't just sit by and let the whole invasion happen. We just can't."
"You know, you're absolutely right, and we must stop Hannah and Quincy from bringing Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina to Borovsky and his mafia," said Grant.
"How that invasion is gonna begin is having those guys so they won't be able to ruin it at all, and they must be stopped somehow." said Reuben.
"We really can't let those two make the mistake of making that deal with them, and innocent people are gonna get hurt because of it." said Frieda.
"All we have to do is go to Southside Reef, find Hannah and Quincy, and convince them that they should call off what they're trying to do right now," said Joyce. "Also, besides doing that, we really need to warn Oscar and his friends about the silkies planning to invade Southside Reef and planning to capture them so they won't have any interference from them. We just hope that things will turn out to be alright, and that we'll be able to stop all of this before it's way too late to do so. C'mon, guys, we have an upcoming invasion that needs to be stopped before it begins."
Joyce, Grant, Reuben, and Frieda nodded their heads in agreement, and they and their fellow co-workers at the Whale Wash of Northside Reef continued to witness the narwhal oilfighters using their hose and the nearby hydrant to remove the surrounding oil from the tainted Whale Wash in deep devastation. Later on that day right after the oil spill arson of the Whale Wash, the narwhal oilfighters has successfully removed the spilled oil off of it, and it's now currently under reconstruction by a group of constructors while many of its employees had returned back to their own homes, including Joyce, Grant, Reuben, and Frieda. At Joyce's apartment, Joyce pack up her belongings just as she is now preparing to head to Southside Reef along with both Reuben and Frieda in order to warn Hannah and Quincy about Don Borovsky and his silky shark mafia's plan to take over it by overthrowing Don Lino and his great white shark mafia so they won't make a huge mistake, and while she did so, she said bye to her husband Grant.
"Grant, I'm gonna go to Southside Reef now, and Reuben and Frieda are coming with me," said Joyce. "I still need you to take good care of things for the Whale Wash while we're going on this trip, especially since it just got became the victim of oil spill arson by the silky shark mafia when we refused to make a deal with them to allow them to invade it and help Hannah and Quincy with
"You did the right thing to turn down their offer, and you really need to stop Hannah and Quincy from making their mistake," said Grant. "Hopefully, things will turn out so well, and the Borovsky and his mafia taking over Southside Reef must be stopped somehow. Joyce, please promise me that you guys are gonna be okay while you're doing this kind of thing for the sake of everybody and for the sake of doing the right thing."
"Don't worry, we'll be alright." said Joyce. "We really need to do the right thing because it was so wrong for Hannah and Quincy to make that deal with Borovsky so Northside Reef would be spared from him and his mafia, which is nothing but a dirty trick, and he is one of those people who couldn't be trusted. He's just gonna go back on his word just like we did to many people who have made deals with them once he gets what he wants, including me so many years ago. So, something must be done about this whole thing before it's too late."
"You're absolutely right, and I love you." said Grant.
"I love you too." said Joyce.
Then, Joyce and Grant warmly embrace each other and share a passionate kiss just as they both hope that everything will turn out to be okay and that Don Borovsky and his silky shark mafia's plan to take over Southside Reef and overthrowing Don Lino and his great white shark mafia could be somehow be stopped, and that Hannah and Quincy could realize their mistake to make the deal with Don Borovsky which would end up bringing harm to many people in the process, and they wave bye to each other and Joyce leaves the apartment. Once she leaves the apartment, she leaves the building along with Reuben and Frieda who have already packed their belongings and left their own apartment.
Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda began traveling throughout the streets of Northside Reef together just as they began heading to a nearby fish bus station so they could go to Southside Reef to do what they needed to do. Just as they are, the notice a nearby newspaper stand selling the latest news article of the Northside Reef Press that shows the Whale Wash of Northside Reef being destroyed by the oil spill arson that has been committed by Deirdre, Isaac, and some members of the silky shark mafia from earlier, and they are still very devastated by how the Whale Wash ended up in ruins. They still proceeded to head to the nearby fish bus station and they soon arrived there, and they went on one of the fish buses along with some other passengers and began heading to Southside Reef on the fish bus. While they do so, they still hope that everything will be okay and that Don Borovsky and his mafia's plans will be put to an end as well as Hannah and Quincy will realize their mistake.
Meanwhile, back at the RMS Republic, Deirdre and Isaac has already returned there along with some of the silky shark mobsters, and they have inform Don Borovsky as well as his wife Praskovya and their twin children Pavel and Rimma that they have manage to destroy the Whale Wash by committing oil spill arson, much to their delight. Also, Don Borovsky remembers that since Joyce, Reuben, and Frieda has managed to escape from their imprisonment from earlier, they will be heading to Southside Reef to warn Hannah and Quincy about his and his mafia's plans to invade Southside Reef and their plans to capture Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina so they won't be able to ruin their plans by using them.
Don Borovsky already knows that Hannah and Quincy won't be convinced that they're just being used by him and his silky shark mafia and their plans to taking over Southside Reef so easily since that using words doesn't always work most of the time, and he still intends on doing his and his mafia's backup plan for taking over Southside Reef and overthrowing Don Lino and his great white shark mafia if Hannah and Quincy has failed on their part of the bargain he made with them from earlier. Also, he remembers that he isn't patient enough for something that he expects to happen, so he decides that he should expect Hannah and Quincy to carry out their part of the deal by sunset the next day, and if they have failed, he would carry out his and his mafia's backup plan.
"Boss, the Whale Wash has been wrecked and tainted." said Deirdre
"And we've used the oil to do so just like you've told us to do." said Isaac.
"Great work, Deirdre and Isaac, and honestly, that's what happens when somebody refuses my offer to do something," said Don Borovsky.
"We already know that, and that's one of those things a crime boss would do," said Praskovya.
"So, Papa, what about those three fish that escaped from earlier?" asked Pavel.
"And how will they be able to tell those other two fish that you've made a deal with?" asked Rimma.
"We're just gonna let them do those things," said Don Borovsky.
Praskovya gasps in surprise. "You mean, we should just let them warn Hannah and Quincy about our invasion of Southside Reef?" Don Borovsky nodded his head yes. "But how could you decide to do that? We've been planning to make this plan successful without any failure at all."
"So, you just wanna fail doing this plan?" asked Pavel.
"Are you sure about that, Papa?" asked Rimma.
"What? No. No, I still want this plan to be successful." said Don Borovsky. "What I'm trying to say is that we should just let them tell them everything, but they won't believe them 'cause they don't have any proof of what we're planning on right now. Using the power of words doesn't always work and they won't be able to believe what they would explain to them easily."
"You know, what you just said is right, and using words to convince somebody something doesn't always work," said Praskovya. "And it's such a good idea to just let them try to explain them to everything while they won't believe them, Vladimir."
"The reason why they won't believe that is because they still want Northside Reef to be safe from us somehow." said Rimma.
"And how they will have this reef spared from us is bringing Oscar and his friends which is actually a ruse." said Pavel.
"That's right, and here's something else," said Don Borovsky. "Since I'm still doing the deal with Hannah and Quincy, I am patient to bring me Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina, but I'm not that patient enough. So, I'm gonna give them at least the whole day to bring them to me tomorrow, but if they have failed, then we're gonna have to do the backup plan, and the backup plan is trying to capture Oscar, Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina ourselves as well as capture Edward's two kids Lenny and Teresa."
"That's also a good idea, and there's no way we're just gonna wait for Hannah and Quincy to fulfill their part of the bargain," said Praskovya. "We'll just give them all day yesterday to do so, but if they don't, then we'll just do the backup plan on the day after tomorrow."
"We agree on doing that pretty well," said Pavel.
"For sure, and hopefully it can't fail," said Rimma.
Don Borovsky nodded his head in agreement. "So, let's continue with our plan to take over Southside Reef and overthrowing Don Lino and his mafia, and let's continue to hope that Hannah and Quincy that they will be able to bring Oscar and his friends to us the before the day after tomorrow or else we'll have no choice but to do it ourselves as well as take Lenny and Teresa too. Let's do this together."
Later on that day at the RMS Republic, Don Borovsky is in his office adoring his pet dragonfish in a fish tank and feed them some food which they quickly ate viciously, and he soon get finished with adoring his pet dragonfish and get finished with feeding them just as he closed the fish tank and put the jar of food on top of the fish tank. After he did so, he quickly remembers that his pet dragonfish has been given to him as a gift during one of his and Praskovya's wedding anniversaries by Don Lino while he also remembers that he has given him his pet piranhas as a gift during one of his and Mildred's wedding anniversaries.
Upon remembering his pet dragonfish to be a gift from Don Lino and he gave his pet piranhas as his gift during one of their and their wives wedding anniversaries, deep down, he still values the close friendship he has with Don Lino even though it became very estranged right after he and his great white shark mafia has changed their ways for the better and made peace with the citizens of Southside Reef which he and his silky shark mafia strongly approves, and he honestly doesn't know if he still wants to have his close friendship with Don Lino if he and his mafia continues to get along with everybody in Southside Reef and he still believes that fish and sharks could never be friends since fish has always been prey to sharks and sharks has always been predators to fish.
Then, he begins to think about how much he enjoys having his close friendship with Don Lino just as he became very depressed and sat at his desk, and just as he did, Praskovya was swimming throughout the hallway and noticed what her own husband was doing which caused her to become very surprised just as she entered the office to comfort him. Don Borovsky quickly noticed his wife just as she noticed him looking very depressed and began comforting him which he quickly accepts while they warmly embrace each other, and she also discovers the reason why he became depressed is because of how much he enjoys being best friends with Don Lino even though their friendship became strained all because of six months ago when fish and sharks in Southside Reef bury the hatchet with each other, and Praskovya still honestly enjoy the friendship of the great whites and the silkies so much even though the estrangement.
