Original story idea by me, I do not own Danny Phantom or The Mask.

West of Amity Park, the sidewalks and streetlights of suburban life gave way to farms and fields, hundreds of cows and chickens dotting the flat landscape. Proud vegan that Sam was, she detested these places that let innocent animals suffer - and now she was moving towards one at incredible speeds.
Stopping at the first barn she found, the masked woman made her way in at breakneck pace, unloading the many cows from their stalls and pushing them out towards the pasture.
"You're free, my little heifers! You're finally free to roam!!! And just so no one can ever hurt you…"
Reaching into her long black dress, she pulled out a weapon one wouldn't expect a beautiful woman like her to be carrying - a comically oversized flamethrower.
"How about a little FIRE, scarecrow!!!!!!"
Pushing the button, a large stream of flame engulfed the barn until its basic foundations were ablaze. Turning her attention to the nearby house, the woman pulled out a grenade, yanking the pin out with a twisted grin on her shadowy face.
"Enjoy the barbecue, sickos!!!! AHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!"
A family's livelihood up in smoke, the woman was pleased at a job well done. Morphing into another tornado, she was headed off back towards town, with more targets she was ready to aim her full fury towards.
And oh, how many targets there were. The small community zoo, with cages thrown open and medical facilities trashed like a freight train had gone through. The downtown beauty salon, the hangout of the popular girls, windows smashed and chairs ruined with what appeared to be giant hammer smashes. The small bookstore where Sam had once been charged an extra 20 bucks - they would have to deal with the mess of over 500 books torn to shreds. And then, there was city hall.
Sam had never liked the city government, both due to her general distrust of authority and the hell she and Danny had dealt with in trying to protect the town. The idiots in charge were useless, and the only desire that she felt was payback - and even though this was the city's parks department, payback would be dealt.
"Look, we have technology!!!"
Grabbing a flat screen computer, the woman smashed the device several times against the metal desk until it was left in pieces. Continuing the process as she twisted around the room, several thousand dollars of electronics were left in ruin as she admired her handiwork.
"I bet Geek Squad can't fix this! And for good measure…"
Lighting a tremendously huge torch, she lit it ablaze until the fire alarm went off, soaking the room in several inches of water. Perfect, she thought. Those losers would be off her skin for days, if not weeks, cleaning up from this damage.
And speaking of losers…
In the halls of Casper High, Sam, Danny and Tucker were considered low on the totem pole - not the complete losers like the D players and anime geeks, but generally easy prey to be picked on. And for the three of them, there was a particular clique of students they all collectively despised. For Sam in particular, the girl in question was Paulina Sanchez - the most popular girl in school, with beautiful long hair, gorgeous curves, and the most vapid personality Sam had ever known. She was the girl with all the power in class - and that needed to change.
Fast asleep in her bedroom, Paulina knew nothing of the dramatic change Sam had recently experienced and the powers she was now in control of - but she would know soon enough. In the middle of a pleasant dream, she was awoken by the sudden sensation of flickering lights in the room - and the sudden appearance of a figure in the shadows.
"Who are you? How…how'd you get in here?!?!?"
The figure didn't bother to answer. "Hello Paulina. Beautiful night, isn't it? Come on, tell me. Do you like what you see?"
Paulina's mouth was dry and her hands were becoming clammy - but she would be hard-pressed to describe the figure that stepped out of the shadows. Wearing a long black dress that covered one leg, the woman's boobs were several times larger than ordinary, and almost completely exposed compared with the dress cut. Her fingernails were long and cut like daggers, painted a bright purple in color. Her long black hair wrapped around the edges of her face - and oh, what a face it was. Bright green in color, it looked like it was carved from rubber and held a smile with gigantic white teeth, eyes and mouth twisted in a look that could only be called demented.
"Aw, are you shy dear? Don't worry, Miss Manson loves to make girls SCREAM!!!"
In absolute terror, Paulina tried to flee, until a metal gate came suddenly crashing down in front of her. Holding a weed whacker, the masked woman gave it a tug and cackled as it began to twirl.
"Come here, you could use a good TRIM!!!!!"
Paulina's long black hair was no more, the gardening tool having torn it to pieces. Bleeding from her scalp, the Hispanic girl begged for mercy - but she wouldn't get it.
"Your new hair looks splendid - but I feel you're lacking in your facial features. I think we can improve that."
Giant tubes of makeup emerged from nowhere, and Paulina was swept up in a whirling storm, emerging completely nude with face caked in bright green powder and lipstick crudely scrawled all over her arms and legs. Miss Manson looked on proudly at her new subject - but poor Paulina needed one more fix.
"Oh yeah, you need some head gear. Let's see…" Absentmindedly tossing hats out of nowhere, she finally pulled out a huge pet cone, attaching it around the sobbing girl's neck. "Perfect, you'll be Miss America in no time!"
Leaving Paulina to her pathetic fate, the masked woman rushed out the window she had entered through, tornado roaring again. When the sun arose in the morning, her new changes would be there for all to see.
