A month had easily passed, school had came and went as usual, the ORC gained two new members- a girl named Asia Argento, she was a kind and sweet girl that came from Italy, and is apparently staying with Issei? That can't bode well. The other member is Issei himself and no he wasn't kidding as he did see Issei get called by Kiba to go with him at some point in the day

The only exciting thing and one that most mattered to him was that he'd finally opened his own shop which was obviously a ramen shop. With some help from his mom he'd bought a small shop near their house but was still near busy and fairly open street's so he'd get customer's. Who were usually men and sometimes even women who were on their way to work or had to grab a quick bite, their reasons didn't matter to him as long as they enjoyed and paid of course

Currently he was in said shop making an experimental batch of ramen he'd come to call The Uzumaki special. It consited of a chicken broth, a few vegetables, seaweed, eggs- the usual, it also had lots of meat , various spices he couldn't care to name, some chili peppers for slight spicyness and a good amount of sea salt. The way it was combined was unique as well or as unique as it could be, all he did was make a whirlpool with the broth then add everything as it spinned before serving

Right now he had no customer's which was a relief as he could focus on the batch he hsd cooking, he did make mistakes when preparing like not taking off at the right time, putting in the worng ingredient first or missing one, not properly cooking the meat and etc etc. He was just about finished with a bowle when he heard the jingle of his shop's bell which indicated he had a customer so placing down the bowl and putting on his apron he came out with the best 'customer smile' he could muster

" Hello and welcome to Uzumaki ramen, what can I get you today?" He cheerfully greeted as he saw the new customer, one Koneko Toujou- hailed as " Kuoh's mascot" and most adorable girl in the entire academy

" Senpai? I didn't know you make ramen- or run a shop" She plainly replied as her eyes settled on his own

" Well Koneko-chan I recently opened so of course you wouldn't know. Also would you like to try my newest batch?" He replied as he gave a tiny smile becore he offered her to try his newest creation

"...Why not? Never tried ramen anyway" She agreed with a shrug as she sat down on one of the small chairs at the table. Naruto quickly went back and came out with the previously made bowl which he sat down before his adorable customer

" Enjoy and call me if you want another bowl, I'll be in the back" He called out to her as he vanished behind the blinds hiding the backroom while Koneko took a spoonful of broth and some ramen

When she took a bite along with the meat and vegetables she almost couldn't contain her shock as her cheeks bulged so the contents didn't spill out. What was this taste? The way the flavours mixed yet didn't clash mad for a very tasty dish and don't get her started on the meat!

It was seasoned so that it was still tasty but it didn't overpower the taste of the broth and noodles, the vegetables like bits of carrot's and potatoes were not too hard but not so soft that they fell apart, the chilly peppers were strong yet still mild. Sinply put it was an explosion of various flavours that made her crave more

And oh boy did she crave...she also might've blushed slightly but she would never admit so. The bowl was clean in minutes and while she thought she was done, her stomach let an involuntary grumble so she calmly called out"...Senpai, I'd like another bowl please"

While she didn't hear an answer, she did hear the clanking and racket of various assortments of bowls, spoons and whatever equipment the blonde shop owner had before he finally emerged with a hot steaming bowl of ramen" Here ya go Neko-chan, I'd thought id give you my miso ramen although be careful, it's pretty hot" proclaimed Naruto as he sent her a smile and a headpat which made her almost smile as it exuded warmth and protection

The next time Koneko came she most certainly wasnt alone

Ding-a-ling

The bell sounded as the trio entered the ramen shop. Both of the older girl's looked around in fascination as the shop was pretty homey with slightly dark green walls , shiny dark brown chair's and table's along with various pictures hung along the walls, a clock and a TV as well as it played a football match

" Ara ara, it looks like Usumaki-kun isn't very successful with his shop if it's this empty" Teasingly spoke up Akeno who also doged a ladle flying past her

" My shop has a decent amount of customers you sadist!" Came a yell from out the back

"Well I'd like it if we could enjoy our meal in peace" Added Rias as she sent a stern glare towards her Queen who merrily whistled while avoiding her eyes

"... I'd like my bowl senpai" Dully stated the loli girl as she waited for her usual bowl in her usual spot as the older girls sat beside her

"I do wonder how his ramen will taste, I usually don't like the taste of that cup imposter calling itself food" Rias whined as she 'patiently' waited for her bowl while Akeno let out her "Ara ara" while covering her mouth

"All right ladies here's your meal, which I hope you enjoy as I put in my heart and soul into" Cheerfully exclaimed Naruto as he came out the back and sat down each girl their bowl- even if they didn't really order one but they didn't mind

"Well let's see if foxy-kun can hold up to his title of ' Ramen master' " Akeno's tone spoke about her lack of faith in his cooking skills and Rias simply took a bite with Akeno following her

As soon as the ramen hit their tounges silence ensued as they stood wide eyed at the sheer taste of it. Their brain's scarmbled to try and find a word that fit the feeling they had yet they flat lined as they did so however luckily for them the other two people in the shop broke them out of their trance

"... It's that good" Whispered the cat girl as she continued eating her Uzumaki special

" Ha! they had the same reaction as you did" joyfully shouted Naruto as he tried, and failed to hold in his roaring laughter

As all this was happening a suspicious Issei was looking from afar into the shop

One time Asia herself had went in to try this ramen her peerage members were talking about. She had never been to Japan so this was another fun experience she could have

" Ah hello! is anyone here?" said a confused Asia as she thought she'd be greeted by the owner the moment she came in

" Oh hey Asia! nice to see you. You here for some ramen?" Naruto greeted back as he again came out the back, this time apron stained in oil and a cloth which hung around his shoulder

" Naruto-san? You own this shop?" came the very confused replied of the nun as she had no idea Naruto was the one running the shop

" Yeah now which ramen would you like?" He confirmed before he asked to which she blinked and looked at the menu

"Oh...uhm...Oh Lord, there's so many options...ummmuuuu" Asia stuttered as she began to tear up to which Naruto quickly responded

" H-Hey how about I give you a bowl of miso? you'd like that one?" He quickly spoke as he held the girl by the shoulder as she merely noded while wiping her tears with a napkin

When she finally took a seat, a bowl of steaming miso ramen was Infront of her and at the sight of it her eyes seemsd to shine snd transform into stars as she held her hands in a praying motion" Oh Lord who arth in Heaven, blessed be this meal I was gifted with and blessed be your will..." Her prayer was cast into silence as Naruto finally put in the earplugs so his head would stop feeling like it was hit with a train over and over
