Hello, guys, readers, and Fox King jm fans, back at it with the third chapter of "Warriors Orochi." I'm happy everyone is enjoying the story so far. Okay let's begin; I do not own Naruto, Warriors Orochi, or anything else I use now or in future chapters, so please enjoy: Soldiers.
WARRIORS OROCHI
CHAPTER 3: SOLDIERS
"I mean thee no harm. For I am an ally. My name is Melina. And I have come from up high. I am here to assist you in this endeavor, brave warriors." Melina stated.
The Heroes lowered their weapons. Gaara steps forward.
"So, you are an ally then?" Gaara asked.
"I am," Melina replied.
"And you claim to be from among high?" Nobuyuki said.
"Indeed," Melina replied.
"How can we trust you?" Inuyasha asked.
Melina touches the flame of the watchtower. The fire turned into a golden flame. The new flame is still warm like fire. But there was something different about it.
"Place your hand by the flame," Melina said.
The Heroes were a bit conflicted by Melina's request. Naruto steps forward.
"Naruto?" Ruby said.
Naruto puts his hand on the flame. His eyes widen.
"It's not hot…" Naruto said.
"Really?" Kiriko said.
Naruto nodded.
"Let my hand rest upon yours for just but a moment," Melina said.
Melina places her hand on Naruto's. Suddenly, they both disappeared. The Heroes were surprised by this.
"Where did they go?" Ichigo said.
Naruto suddenly found himself in back Konoha.
"My village. How?" Naruto said.
"This is the power of the Grace from Heaven. This power allows you and your comrades to travel this new world without walking miles. However, this ability only works to places that you and your friends have visited." Melina stated.
"So, to go back to Suna…" Naruto said.
"Yes," Melina said.
Naruto touches the flame again. Naruto repapered along with Melina.
"Whoa!" Ruby said.
"How did you do that?" Izuku said.
"This is a magical teleporter," Naruto said.
"A magical teleporter? Where did you go?" Sima-Zhao asked.
"Back home to my village. It's still empty." Naruto replied.
"Amazing…" Temari said.
Gaara turns to Melina.
"Melina, that is your name, correct?" Gaara asked.
"Yes. Think of me as your maid, aiding you on your journey." Melina said.
Melina pulls out a bag and a golden ring and heads it over to Naruto.
"What's this?" Naruto asked.
"This is a magical bag that was made in the Dwarf lands of Svartalfheim. This bag will allow you to carry items of any size and number." Melina stated.
"That's neat," Ruby said.
"The bag will also collect certain items that will help you on your journey to defeat Orochi and save your comrades," Melina said.
"And the ring?" Naruto asked.
"The ring summons the spirit steed, Torrent. Be respectful to her. She will help you find and reach places you cannot reach or find. Whistle in order to summon her." Melina stated.
"Where is Orochi hiding? Can Torrent find him?" Naruto asked.
"The sooner we take him down, the better," Inuyasha said.
"I'm afraid that is something I do not know. But you are not ready to fight the Serpent King. Gather more of your allies, only then, will you all have the strength to slay Orochi." Melina said.
"…"
Melina was right. They knew they didn't have the numbers or resources to take on Orochi or his countless demon army.
"Before I take my leave, I have some more words of advice," Melina stated.
"Please, speak them," Nobuyuki said.
"Look around this new world. You can find items, sacred weapons, and treasures that will help you on your journey. If you wish to upgrade items and create powerful weapons, seek out the Huldra Brothers, Brok and Sindri." Melina said.
"Huldra Brothers?" Asta said.
"Brok and Sindri?" Naruto said.
Melina nodded.
"I am here to help thee. If you wish for my aid, touch the Grace and I shall come to thy aid. Be careful… There are many other powerful enemies besides Orochi and his army of demons… I pray for your success, Brave Warriors. And please take care of Torrent." Melina said.
Suddenly, Melina disappeared without a trace. Melina left out a few things. It was Heaven's Will not for Melina to give too much information.
"…"
"Do you think we can trust her?" Ina asked.
"I am sure she is our ally. We can trust her." Naruto said, looking at the bag and the ring.
Naruto couldn't explain it, but he could feel something powerful coming from the magical items. The Heroes seemed to be more relaxed.
"I'll take the first watch," Nobuyuki said.
Hours went by. The Heroes rested. In the morning, Naruto and Kiriko were on lookout duty.
"It's quiet," Kiriko said.
"Yeah," Naruto said.
Kiriko notices something.
"Naruto…" Kiriko said.
"What is it? More demons?" Naruto asked.
"I don't know… It looks like, children?" Kiriko said.
Naruto looks where Kiriko is looking. He saw Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon.
"Konohamaru?!" Naruto said.
"You know those kids?" Kiriko asked.
Naruto quickly jumps over Suna's walls. Kiriko follows Naruto. Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon continued to run. They were running away from something. Konohamaru looks, seeing Naruto.
"Nii-chan!" Konohamaru shouted.
"Ko-…!" Naruto said.
Suddenly, he saw what was chasing the young shinobi. They were wolves. But these wolves look unnatural. Naruto has seen many animals in his lifetime, but never something like these wolves. They seemed evil. These wolves have fur as black as night. Glowing yellow eyes that would price your very soul. There is bone-plated armor around their bodies. These monsters are known as Grimm, monsters from Ruby's world that live only to devour and destroy. There are many more types of Grimm. These Grimm are known as Beowolves.
"What are those things?" Naruto thought.
"Naruto!" Kiriko said.
"Right!" Naruto said.
Now was not the time to think, now it was the time to fight. Naruto transforms into his Kyubi Charka Mode. Naruto charges at the Beowolves, using multiple Charka arms, stopping the hungry beasts.
"Nii-chan!" Konohamaru said.
Naruto remembered the ring. Naruto whistles. The ring summons the spirit steed, Torrent. Torrent is a large horse with grey fur. A long white mane. And the horse had horns on its head. She carried bags made from the same material as the magic Dwarf bag.
"Torrent, Kiriko, take them and go!" Naruto shouted.
Kiriko nodded.
"Come with me!" Kiriko said.
Kiriko places Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon on Torrent's back. They ran back to Suna. Naruto holds off the pack of Beowolves. These dark creatures surrounded Naruto.
"There's quite a lot of you…" Naruto said.
The Beowolves growled, glaring at Naruto. Some of the Beowolves crawled on all fours, while others stood on their hind legs like a man. Like Hollows, Grimm are driven by instinct and hunger. But unlike most Hollows who devour souls to fill the empty hearts, Grimm kills for the pleasure of killing. The Grimm are also drawn by negativity from humans. Naruto didn't know what these things were capable of, but…
"Crap!" Naruto said.
A Beowolf tries to attack Naruto from behind. He dodged at the last minute, but then he was attacked by both sides.
"Ah!" Naruto groaned, wrestling with the Beowolves.
The pack attacks Naruto, trying to take him. Thanks to Kurama's charka, it protected him from serious damage. Still, these soulless beasts were no laughing matter. Naruto was still a bit weakened from yesterday's battle with Lu-Bu and the demon horde and pushing back the Menos Grande. He used a lot of Charka and still needed a few more hours to recover.
"Damn it!" Naruto said.
A Beowolf was about to pounce on Naruto. Then it got shot in the head. The Beowolf died.
"Naruto!" Gaara said.
Along with Gaara, there was Ruby, Ichigo, Inuyasha, Nobuyuki, Ina, and Kiriko, along with Torrent.
"I brought back up!" Kiriko said.
Ruby was shocked, seeing Grimm.
"What are the Grimm doing here?!" Ruby said.
"You know what these things are?" Ichigo asked.
"No time! Just kill them!" Ruby said as she reloaded her rifle.
Without arguing, the Heroes slayed a large number of Beowolves. The remaining Beowolves flee, returning to whatever darkness they came from. Naruto let out a sigh of relief. Ruby runs over to Naruto.
"Are you okay, Naruto-kun?" Ruby asked.
"Yeah… I never seen wolves like that." Naruto replied, getting up.
"They are called the Creatures of Grimm. They're monsters from my world. Believe me, they are no joke. I've seen them destroy villages and kill." Ruby stated.
"Will they return?" Gaara asked.
"I can't say. We barely know about their habits. They are driven by instinct. Maybe they will come back, and maybe they won't. Still, I suggest your people stay far away from them." Ruby stated.
"I will inform my people," Gaara said.
Before leaving, Ruby noticed something.
"How the?" Ruby said.
"What is it, Ruby-chan?" Naruto asked.
"Look," Ruby said.
The remains of the Beowolves' corpses faded, leaving behind the bone fragments and ash like dust.
"How is that possible?" Ruby said.
"What's the big deal?" Inuyasha asked.
"When a Grimm dies, nothing remains of it," Ruby said.
"I see… so this is the first time you're seeing this, Ruby?" Kiriko asked.
"Uh-huh," Ruby said.
Torrent was nibbling at Naruto.
"What is it, Torrent?" Naruto asked.
She shorted at the magical Dwarf bag. Suddenly, the bag that Melina gave them started to glow.
"Naruto, the bag," Ina said.
Naruto opens the bag. Suddenly, the bag absorbs the fragments of the Grimm.
"Whoa…" Naruto said.
"Wow! That bag does have magic." Ruby said.
Kiriko turns to Naruto.
"Naruto," Kiriko said.
"Is Konohamaru safe?" Naruto asked.
Kiriko nodded.
"Thanks to Torrent, here." Kiriko said, patting Torrent.
Naruto let out a sigh of relief.
"Come. Let's us return to Suna." Gaara said.
Back inside Suna, Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon were eating food prepared by Ina.
"Easy there. There's plenty." Ina said.
"Sorry… We haven't eaten for almost a week." Udon said.
"It's fine," Ina said.
Konohamaru has taken no more than a bite. Naruto noticed this.
"Are you okay, Konohamaru?" Naruto asked.
"Yeah…" Konohamaru replied.
Naruto sits next to him.
"I know you've all been through a lot, but… Can you tell me what happened?" Naruto stated.
"Yeah… it was the day after you left. Tsunade-sama and all the Konoha shinobi were preparing for the storm. Then at night, these demons came out of nowhere. It was almost like…" Konohamaru stated.
"As if by magic?" Nobuyuki asked.
"Yes! Before we knew what was going on, we were surrounded by countless demons. The foot soldiers overwhelm the citizens while their stronger demons beat the Shinobi." Konohamaru said.
"What happened to Baa-chan? Kaa-chan? Kakashi-sensei? Hinata and the others?" Naruto asked.
Konohamaru had a look of defeat on his face.
"They are still alive. But they were beaten in moments. There were demons with powers that seemed unreal. It felt like a nightmare." Konohamaru stated.
"…"
Naruto couldn't believe his ears. Tsunade, Kushina, Kakashi, and the other Konoha shinobi were strong. They survived the Fourth Great War against the Jubi (Ten Tails), but Orochi's army had more powerful demons. Naruto collects himself.
"Where is Kaa-chan and everyone?" Naruto asked.
"We don't know. When we were defeated, they enslaved the citizens. We've been traveling from place to place. The shinobi were placed in cages that sealed away our Ninjutsu." Konohamaru said.
"Then how do you escape?" Ajna asked.
"It was by chance. Tsunade-sama managed to break the lock on one of the cages. Only me, Udon, and Moegi managed to escape. They told us to go to the nearest nation and ask for aid." Konohamaru stated.
"Those demons chased us down," Udon said.
"But we managed to lose them but ended up getting lost," Moegi added.
"We've been wandering around strange woods for days," Udon said.
"Do you see others on your journey?" Sima-Zhao asked.
"No," Udon said.
"We've kept seeing more of the demon army and strange monsters," Moegi said.
"We did see a city that the demons are using as a base a few miles away from here. We didn't see, but it sounded like fighting was going on. And there was a fire with a golden color." Konohamaru said.
"A Grace?" Naruto thought.
"I see…" Nobuyuki said.
"Then we run into those wolves. We tried to fight back but we were weak from hunger, and the demon's strange magic was still interfering with our charka control." Konohamaru stated.
The heroes looked at each other. Now, what should they do?
"Should we go investigate?" Ina asked.
"If demons are using the abounded city as a base, we should," Sima-Zhao said.
"Moreover, we shouldn't have the demons use the city. They might attack Suna again." Gaara replied.
"Then let's go chase them out!" Ajna said.
"If we're going to move, we should move carefully," Nobuyuki said.
"Right!" Ruby and Ajna said.
Gaara could not leave Suna. If the demons or Grimm attacked.
"I…" Gaara said.
"Don't worry, we can handle this, Gaara," Naruto replied.
Naruto knew it was the Kage's job to protect their village. And it would not be a good idea for him to leave the village unprotected. Gaara smiled.
"Thank you, Naruto," Gaara said.
At the gate of Suna, Naruto, Ichigo, Inuyasha, Ruby, Sora, Izuku, Asta, Kiriko, Ajna, Yuji, Yusuke, Rukia, Renji, Nobuyuki, Ina, Sima-Zhao, and Wang-Yuanji were ready for battle.
"We'll be off," Naruto said.
"Good luck," Gaara said.
"Nii-chan, wait!" Konohamaru said.
"Konohamaru?" Naruto said.
"I'm sorry, but…" Nobuyuki said.
"I know I won't be much help due to my current state… My charka still hasn't fully recovered… But here… These are all the ninja tools I have." Konohamaru said.
Naruto opens the magical bag and places the tools within.
"Nii-chan, one more thing. The golden fire thing is in the center of the city." Konohamaru stated.
"Thanks," Naruto said.
"We will be waiting for your safe return," Gaara said.
"Good luck, Nii-chan." Konohamaru said.
Naruto nodded. The Heroes traveled to the nearby city. What enemies await them; they will soon find out. Hours went by, and the Heroes found themselves in a forest. They take half an hour to rest, then they'll resume their journey.
"I wonder who will we run into…" Naruto thought.
In the city, the demons organize their supplies. Their main camp was near the Grace. They used peasants to carry food and weapons to move them to other bases and secret locations. The demon horde even collected rare materials and Amrita. The Yokis were the watchmen, making sure the humans were doing their work. The demon army was led by a low-ranking general, Nozuchi. The true general is nowhere to be seen.
"Be sure to have our supplies ready!" Nozuchi said.
"If we are even a second late, you scam will face Orochi-sama's greatest wrath!"
"Move you, dogs!"
The humans worked like slaves.
"Faster!"
Within one of the abounded buildings, a young man with red armor was tending his wounds. His weapon is a large spear. He is a samurai of the Ii-clan serving the Tokugawa. His name is Naomasa Ii, one of the famous samurais during the Sengoku era, and one of the Tokugawa clan's Four Heavenly Kings. Like Ina, Naomasa was separated from his comrades and adopted mother, Naotora Ii, and the rest of his party because of the demons' ambush. Naomasa was overwhelmed during battle. He got injured by a powerful demon. And because of this, he was thrown off a cliff to his death. But Naomasa managed to survive. He could not remember the past few days, but somehow, he managed to come to this empty city to rest. A few days later, Naomasa saw this city overrun by demons.
"Never in my life did I think I would be in such a situation… It's no good, no good at all." Naomasa said.
Naomasa looks outside from his hiding spot. He saw the humans working like slaves. And the golden fire. He frowned.
"Damn those demons…" Naomasa said.
Naomasa looks at the Grace of Heaven again. He saw demons teleporting as if by magic.
"How are they doing this?" Naomasa thought.
Despite being hurt, his heart was telling him to help the people. He gets on his feet, ready to fight.
"I shall go…" Naomasa said.
Back in the city, the peasants continued to work. One little girl fell to her knees, exhausted.
"You! Get back to work!" Nozuchi commanded.
The girl passed out.
"I'll teach you to rest!" Nozuchi shouted.
Nozuchi pulled out his wipe. The demon was about to strike the girl. Suddenly, Naomasa lunged towards Nozuchi, kicking the demon leader in the face.
"Agh!" Nozuchi groaned.
"Where did he come from!?"
"People, flee the city! I will buy you as much time as I can!" Naomasa said.
The humans saw their chance to flee. They ran as fast as they could. The lower demons gave case, only for Naomasa to hold them off. He used his large spear, cutting down a large number of demons. Nozuchi glared at Naomasa.
"Kill him…!" Nozuchi said.
The demons charged at Naomasa.
"I will not let a single one of you pass!" Naomasa said.
"I will slowly choke the life from you…" Nozuchi said.
"Come at me!" Naomasa said.
Back with the Heroes, they have just arrived in the city. They spotted the Grace of Heaven in the middle of the city.
"Naruto, can you sense the enemy?" Nobuyuki asked.
"Leave it to me," Naruto said.
Naruto sits on the ground, crossing his legs. He closes his eyes, gathering nature energy. Naruto uses "Sennin Mōdo (Sage-Mode)" to sense the enemy and anyone who is surrounded by Orochi's army. Naruto sensed something coming.
"There's no debt, Orochi's army is crawling everywhere," Naruto stated.
"I feared as much," Nobuyuki said.
"I also sense regular humans. A few powerful energies, and… and two armies approaching from the east and west." Naruto stated.
"What kind of armies?" Sima-Zhao asked.
"It's an army of humans as well…" Naruto said.
"Are they friend or foe?" Renji asked.
"I don't know," Naruto said.
The Heroes turned to the city.
"I guess we're going to find out," Inuyasha said.
"We should split into three groups," Izuku said.
"I agree. We'll cover more ground and rescue any heroes and humans. Ina, you, Kiriko, Ruby, Izuku, and Ajna help the fleeing people." Nobuyuki said.
"Yes, Nobuyuki-sama. Once we evacuate the citizens, we'll meet up with you." Ina said.
"We meet where the Grace is," Naruto said.
"Naruto, Yuji, Renji, Sora, Rukia, and I will clear a path to the Grace. We will help the heroes in the east." Nobuyuki said.
"Ichigo, Inuyasha, Asta, Yusuke, Yuanji, and I will help some of the heroes in the West," Sima-Zhao said.
They were ready to fight.
"Let's go!" Naruto said.
The Heroes split into three groups. Naruto's team ran into the center, Sima-Zhao's team went to the right, and Kiriko's team went to the left. The peasants were fleeing from the demons that were chasing them.
"Don't let them escape!"
"Capture them!"
"Hurry! We must get out of the city!" The chief peasant said.
An arrow flew by, taking down one of the foot soldiers. Ina, Kiriko, Ruby, Izuku, and Ajna appeared.
"Everyone this way! Flee the city!" Izuku said.
"We'll hold them off!" Ruby said.
"Y-Yes…"
The peasants continue to flee the city.
"Who are they?!"
"Those are the Heroes that Lady Da-Ji told us to capture!"
"Surround them!"
"Come try it!" Ajna said.
They fought the demons, letting the peasants escape. Back with Naomasa, he continues to hold his own against the demon horde. He was breathing heavily, feeling his body hurting, and his wound opened.
"Damn it… This not good, not good at all…" Naomasa said.
"What's wrong, human? You're breathing heavy…" Nozuchi said.
"I can hold my own…" Naomasa said.
A messenger demon came.
"Nozuchi-dono, I bring terrible news!"
"What is it?" Nozuchi asked.
"Two armies are approaching from behind from both sides."
Nozuchi stomped in anger.
"Damn it! No matter! We'll wait for Kiyomori-sama! Then we'll crush these filthy worms!" Nozuchi said.
Naomasa didn't know what was going on, but he had to beat Nozuchi and get information about the whereabouts of his mother and his allies.
"I have questions for you, and you're going to give them to me!" Naomasa said.
"Try it, human scum!" Nozuchi said.
With Sima-Zhao's team, continue to move to help the other Heroes. Inuyasha smelled the enemy ahead.
"I smell demons. They're close." Inuyasha said.
"Let's get them," Sima-Zhao said.
A young man about 17 years old was fighting off the horde of demons. His name is Tidus. Tidus has disheveled blond hair with spiky layers. He wears the logo of his Blitzball team, the Zanarkand Abes, as a silver pendant, and the logo is also printed on his right trouser leg. Tidus puts his own flair on the regular Blitzball player's outfit by having one shorter and one longer trouser leg. Tidus wears yellow and black shoes, a gauntlet on his left hand and a black glove on the other, a yellow jacket with a white hood, and a blue pauldron and armor over his left arm. The dark dungaree-type outfit he wears over his other clothes is fastened with a black belt that has a metal chain. He is a warrior from another world, looking for his party.
"Damn, how did I end up here?" Tidus asked.
"Surround the human!"
Tidus didn't know what was happening. But he knew he had to fight. Tidus pulls out his long sword which is a blue color. This sword was given to him by his friend, Wakka. Tidus quickly moves, slashing the demon grunts.
"Ahh!"
"How is he so quick?!"
"Ha!" Tidus shouted, striking down each demon.
The demons started to gather. They decided to overwhelm Tidus with numbers. It worked. Tidus was being pushed into a corner.
"Damn it!" Tidus said.
"Now!"
Suddenly.
"Getsuga Tenshō! (Moon Fang Heaven-Piercer)"
"What the?!"
The demons panicked. Tidus wondered where the attack came from. More importantly, are they friends or foes?
"Kaze no Kizu! (Scar of the Wind/Wind Scar)"
Ichigo and Inuyasha unleashed powerful waves that slashed through the army of demons. Yusuke and Asta jumped into the demon horde, using fists and swords to beat the demons. Sima-Zhao and Wang-Yuanji helped Tidus.
"Who are you?" Tidus asked.
"Don't worry, we're friends," Sima-Zhao said.
Tidus was surprised by the aid.
"Thank you," Tidus said, getting back on his feet.
More demons gathered.
"It seems the human scum has backup."
"Catch them all! And if not, kill them!"
Tidus stands with his new allies.
"I'll fight with you guys," Tidus said.
Back with Naruto's team, he and the other Heroes went straight to the Grace of Heaven. Suddenly, they heard a loud noise, as loud as thunder.
"What was that sound?" Sora said.
"Those are machine guns," Yuji stated.
"What are machine guns?" Nobuyuki asked.
"To put it simply, it's an advanced weapon that shoots multiple small objects called bullets. Whatever, you guys don't get hit by them. If they hit a vital organ, you're a goner." Yuji said.
"I see… To think we as humans could advance so far." Nobuyuki said.
A storm of arrows flew by.
"Watch out!" Renji said.
Naruto used his "Kyubi Charka Mōdo", to protect his comrades.
"Thanks, Naruto," Sora said.
"I'm glad that no one got hurt," Naruto replied.
The heroes saw who they were fighting. It seems that the demon army was fighting two other armies at the same time. The first army are soldiers from the Lands Between. These soldiers serve the demigod, Godrick the Golden. These soldiers were sent by Godrick to explore the new world. The second army consists of modern soldiers known as the Tekken Force. These soldiers are a military group of the Mishima Zaibatsu organization. They were sent by their current leader, Jin Kazama.
"Go! For the glory of Godrick!" A Godrick soldier shouted.
Godrick's army charged.
"Shoot them down!" A Tekken Force commander shouted.
The Tekken Forces shot down Godrick soldiers and Demons alike.
"Don't waver! Let's show these weak humans that Orochi-sama's army has the strongest soldiers!"
The demons took on both armies. It was chaos in this city.
"What should we do?" Naruto asked.
"We should avoid fighting large numbers. We'll push our way through the armies." Nobuyuki said.
They knew it was risky getting between three armies. But they didn't have any other choice. They jumped onto the battlefield.
"What the!"
The Heroes pushed, dodged, kicked, punched, and slashed their way through the three armies.
"Don't get into unnecessary fights! Just keep pushing forward!" Nobuyuki said.
"Right!" Yuji said.
"It's a lot easier said than done! Whoa!" Sora said, dodging an arrow.
"If you have time to talk, then keep running!" Rukia said.
"Right! Sorry!" Sora replied.
The heroes continue to push their way into the three armies. Back with Kiriko's team, they continue to fight against the demons that were hunted down by the escape humans.
"The people have escaped safely," Izuku said.
"Good. Now, we don't have to hold back." Ina said.
"You damn humans!"
"Let's hurry and beat these guys! Naruto and the others will need our help!" Ajna said.
"Right!" Ina and the others said.
Ina opened fire, shooting multiple arrows with such speed, shooting demons. Kiriko, Ruby, Izuku, and Ajna used close combat, beating members of demons. Back with Sima-Zhao and his team, they helped Tidus. The demons called in larger demons and a handful of Yokis.
"It seems we're in a jam," Tidus said.
"It seems so," Yusuke replied.
"Looks like you're all having fun."
The Heroes turned to a man. Standing over a building. He smirked.
"Who are you?" Inuyasha asked.
"I'm the Fox Sin of Greed. Name's Ban." Ban stated.
Ban is a very tall, muscular man with pale tan skin, who possesses a set of well-developed abdominal muscles and usually has a slouch. He has short, spiky, pale blue hair and thin eyebrows, and scarlet-red eyes. On the left side of his jaw and extending down to his neck, he has a large scar. Ban wears a red leather jacket and pants with metal studs sewn into both alongside shoes of a similar, yet darker color. Ban jumps off the building.
Demons ambushed Ban. The Demons used their spears, piercing Ban's body.
"That's one human down!"
The Heroes were shocked.
"Holy crap!" Tidus said.
"Why you…!" Ichigo said.
Ban started to laugh.
"W-What the hell?!"
"How can you still be alive!? We've hit your vital organs!"
"Oh, right this freaks them out the first time… Well, I hate to break this to you, but as you can see, I'm immortal. Ow! Watch where you're digging that spear." Ban stated.
The heroes were shocked as well.
"You shouldn't scare us like that, you cool immortal jerk!" Asta shouted.
"Are you trying to insult me or praise me? Damn, you're such an idiot. I like you already." Ban replied with a laugh.
The demons that still had their spears in Ban, found themselves on the floor. Ban takes out the spears.
"All right…" Ban said.
Ban pulls out his weapon, Courechouse, which is an ornate four section staff with the ends being spikes. In his world, this is one of the seven divine treasures forged by the famous Giant blacksmith, Dubs.
"How about I lean a hand," Ban said.
"Thanks," Sima-Zhao said.
More demons appeared. The Heroes ready themselves for battle, once again.
"Let's do this!" Ichigo said.
The heroes fought their own battles. Elsewhere within the ruined city. A man was holding a Tekken soldier by the head. His name is Kazuya Mishima. Kazuya has black hair swept into a spike at the back of his head. His left eye constantly glows red, and his body is a patchwork of numerous scars and burn marks after his reconstruction by the G Corporation. He wore red gloves and a black business suit. He then spoke.
"I know you're listening, Jin… The man you wanted to meet so much, is here…!" Kazuya said.
Kazuya was standing over a man with short brown hair, wearing a karate gi. His name is Ryu. He is a fighter, sneaking inner true strength and what it means to be a fighter. He also struggles with himself due to having the "Satsui no Hadō (Wave Motion of Murderous Intent or Surge of Killing Intent)."
"Ryu!" Ken shouted, running towards his friend.
At the same time, Ken Masters, Ryu's best friend and rival was fighting Nina Williams. They fought against each other while dodging attacks from Godrick's giant Trolls. Ken is on the defense, fighting multiple enemies.
"Get up, Ryu!" Ken shouted.
Ryu's eyes widened, glowing blue, and soon they turned red.
"AAAGGHHH!" Ryu shouted in anger.
He grabs Kazuya's leg, kicking him in the back. Ryu quickly gets back up. Kazuya quickly kicks Ryu. Ryu uses "Hadōken (Surge Fist or Wave Motion Fist)" Kazuya blocks the attack with ease. He smiled.
"Not good enough…" Kazuya said.
Suddenly Ken appears to support Ryu. Ryu was in a bit of a daze, trying to control himself. At the same time, Nina aided Kazuya by fighting Ryu. It was a four for all, two against two. Kazuya fights against Ken. Ken was worried that Ryu might lose control of himself. Kazuya saw the chance to attack Ken. Kazuya kicks Ken against a Tekken tank.
"Stay down," Kazuya said.
He turns his attention back to Ryu. He lets out an evil chuckle, as his left eye glowed. He fires a powerful lesser against Ryu. But instead of Ryu, Kazuya kills Godrick's trolls. It was Ken who stopped Kazuya in time and redirected his attack.
"No, you don't!" Ken said.
The Trolls fell from the buildings. Nina quickly pushed Ryu out of the way, while escaping the oncoming Troll corpses. Ryu on his hands and knees, breathing heavily. Ken and Kazuya resume their fight. Ken shoulder throws Kazuya over him. Kazuya quickly gets on his feet. Kazuya uses a left kick against Ken, for Ken to block with his right shoulder. Kazuya uses a low kick, then a slight uppercut. Ken uses the "Hadōken."
"Hadōken!"
Instead of blocking, Kazuya ducks, coming straight at Ken. Ryu regains his composer. He aids Ken, ready to fight against Kazuya, once more. Ryu and Ken punched each other. But they did not relent. They roared. Their fight raged on. Back with Naomasa, he continued to fight against Nozuchi. Naomasa fought hard despite his injury. He saw there were too many demons. He was hoping that he wouldn't have to use his Musou techniques. But it seemed he did not have a choice. Naomasa powers himself up. His aura was like fire. The demons wondered what the human was planning.
"He's getting weaker! Don't give him a chance to attack!" Nozuchi said.
"Prepare yourselves!" Naomasa said.
The horde of demons charged at Naomasa. Naomasa jumps into the air. Like a meteor, Naomasa dives bombs with a power jump kick, creating a large explosion. This attack blew away a lot of the demon horde.
"N-No way…!" Nozuchi said.
Naomasa fell on one knee, breathing heavily.
"T-This is no good, no good at all…" Naomasa groaned.
Naomasa reopened his wound. Nozuchi saw his chance to capture Naomasa.
"Get him! Take him alive! But don't let him off lightly! Beat him with an inch of his life!" Nozuchi said.
"Yes, Nozuchi-sama!"
The demons charged Naomasa. Suddenly a woman with horns appeared swinging her massive iron club.
"What?!" Nozuchi said.
"She's some kind of demon!"
"She must be! She just appeared out of nowhere!"
Her name is Yamatō. Yamatō is a tall woman of the age of 28. She had two horns on her head. Yamatō is human but sometimes she's mistaken as an Oni. Yamatō had long white hair tied in a ponytail with green and aqua shades. She had brown, orange eyes. She wore a white, sleeveless kimono, and red bottoms. Yamatō fights with a giant iron club named, Takeru. Yamatō comes from a country called Wano, in a world with many oceans. Yamatō turned to Naomasa.
"Are you okay, samurai?" Yamatō asked.
"Ah, y-yes…" Naomasa said.
Naomasa picks himself up, finding the strength to fight again. He stands by Yamatō's side.
"Let us defeat this enemy." Naomasa said.
"Let's," Yamatō replied.
Back with Kiriko's team, they managed to defeat the army of demons. They ran towards their allies.
"Let's go aid, Nobuyuki-sama and the others," Ina said.
"Yeah! It took way too long!" Ajna said.
"It can't be helped! As long as we can help Naruto-kun and the others, and drive the demons back, that's all that matters!" Kiriko said.
"Kiriko-chan is right! Let's hurry!" Ruby said.
As they entered the city, Ruby stepped in something. He looked down, seeing a magical circle. Thinking quickly, Ruby used her "Semblance" to quickly escape the trap.
"What was close!" Ruby said.
"Are you okay, Ruby-chan?" Kiriko asked.
"Yeah," Ruby said.
"Whoa, you're quick on your feet."
Two new Heroes appeared.
"Who are you?" Izuku said.
"You should introduce yourselves first…"
"That's a bit rude, don't you think?"
"If they are enemies, we don't have the luxury to hold back… We should strike first before they get a chance to."
"I know but…"
Kiriko noticed the robe that one of the mages was wearing. It was the same as Asta's. The black robe with a bull on it.
"Are you friends of Asta's?" Kiriko asked.
Kiriko's words caught the two mages' attention.
"You know the short loudmouth?"
"Yes. He's our friend. He's been traveling with us. If you are his allies, please tell us your names." Kiriko said.
"I see… I'm Zora Ideale." Zora said.
"Mimosa Vermillion. Sorry for attacking you." Mimosa said.
The most distinguishing feature of Zora is his black leather straps that wrap around his lower face, leaving openings for his nostrils and his mouth, and covering his neck. The opening of his mouth displays his sharpened teeth. The final strap is thicker and studded. His black shirt only covers his shoulders, upper arms, and his upper back. Zora's complexion is noticeably paler than others. His crimson hair goes up, reminiscent of flames. He also bears two metal studs above his right eyebrow and three below his lower lip set into the straps towards the left side. Zora uses Ash and Trap Magic. Like Asta, Zora is a member of the Black Bulls, a Magical Knight squad from Asta's world.
Next was Mimosa Vermillion. Mimosa is a teenage girl with a voluptuous build. She has yellow eyes and long wavy vermilion hair with bangs on her forehead. Additionally, she also wears a pair of earrings on her ears. As a member of the Golden Dawn squad, Mimosa also wears the squad's signature robe on top of her attire. The robe is short and only covers her torso with a hood that has blue-colored fur around the edges. The robe also has a pair of teal ropes coming out of its left-hand side which connect to the button on the right-hand side. The button also holds the robe together. Additionally, the squad's insignia is positioned on the left-hand side of the robe. Mimosa uses Plant and Healing Magic.
Mimosa turns to Zora.
"I believe they're telling the truth," Mimosa said.
"Yeah… They don't seem like lairs. Okay, it's settled, we'll join you." Zora replied.
The two mages joined the group.
"Where's Asta now?" Mimosa asked.
"He's fighting with Nobuyuki-sama. Naruto-kun and the others are heading towards the Grace of Heaven." Ina stated.
"All right, let's get going then. The sooner we can beat these demons and these other losers the better." Zora said.
"Yes. This way!" Kiriko said.
Kiriko's team headed towards their allies. Back with Naruto's team, he and the others made it out between the three armies. The three armies continued to fight each other, as the Heroes looked back.
"Looks like we made it," Renji said.
"Yeah," Yuji said.
"Quick, we should head over to the Grace," Nobuyuki said.
"Right!" Naruto said.
Naruto's team headed towards the Grace of Heaven. Back with Sima-Zhao and the others, they continued to fight off the demons. Tidus and Ban showed their new allies what they could do. They fought with great skill.
"Hey, you're pretty good," Ban said.
"Same to you," Tidus said.
"You haven't seen anything, yet. Watch this." Ban said.
Ban steps forward.
"What a fool, coming at us like that."
"He might be immortal but that doesn't mean he's not beatable!"
As the demons were about to charge. They fight something a bit wrong. They felt their powers, no, their physical strength, weakening.
"W-What is happening?"
"I feel like all my physical strength is gone… But we haven't even begun to fight…"
Ban's body became slightly more muscular.
"Physical Hunt!"
"Now, the fun begins!" Ban said.
Sima-Zhao was amazed by Ban's powers.
"Amazing…" Sima-Zhao said.
"What did he do, my lord?" Wang-Yuanji asked.
"This is a guess, but it seems that he stole the enemy's physical strength and somehow added it to his own," Sima-Zhao stated.
"That's right! But this isn't all I can do!" Ban said.
He used another one of his techniques.
"Assault Hunt!"
Ban disappears in the blink of an eye.
"Where did he go?"
"Gugh!"
With this powerful but savage attack, Ban thrusts forward, beheading any caught in his path. This technique allows him to dispose of a large group of enemies in a single assault. He killed a good number of demons.
"Whoa! That's something! Here's what I can do." Tidus said.
Tidus uses a magic technique that is within his and even Sora's world. And that is called, "Haste." This ability allows the user to increase the speed of his movements. Tidus was faster than before. He used another one of his techniques "Slice & Dice." Tidus cuts up many demons with great speed.
"It seems we've got ourselves some strong new allies," Ichigo said.
"You got that right," Yusuke replied.
"You let your guard down!"
Ichigo and Yusuke simply beat the demons, trying to ambush them with sneak attacks. This just proves numbers don't always win a battle. Still, a fight isn't over till it's over. Back with Ryu and Ken, they continued to fight Kazuya and Nina. Kiriko's team was on their way, nearing where Sima-Zhao's team was.
"We're almost there!" Kiriko said.
The three armies continued to fight. Godrick's soldiers decide to use their weaponry. They used catapults.
"Fire!"
Boulders flew across the sky, like falling stars. The boulders hit their marks, destroying more of the broken city. Some of the rocks hit both the Demon Army and Tekken Force. A few boulders were heading towards Kiriko and her allies.
"Watch out!" Izuku said.
"Quick! We must do something!" Ina said.
Mimosa used her magic.
"Plant Magic: Magic Cannon Flower!"
Mimosa used her Plant magic, creating a flower using her magic storing up energy and blasting it, like a cannon. Mimosa's attack destroys three boulders. The debris was still heading their way. Ina used her arrows, Ruby used her Crescent Rose, using her rifle mode, Kiriko used her large shurikens, and Izuku used his Quirk, Ajna transformed into her Heruka transformation.
"Delaware Smash!"
Izuku flicked his finger to create a powerful wind pressure shock wave that had enough force to turn the debris into dust. Izuku continued to flick his fingers as fast as the boulders kept coming.
Ina, Kiriko, and Ruby shot down the smaller remains. More boulders crashed into the city. Ajna focused on her chakra. She puts her hands tougher, unleashing a powerful beam that destroys more boulders.
"RRAGGH!" Ajna roared.
More boulders were heading towards their way.
"They just keep coming!" Ajna said.
Zora finished.
"All right," Zora said.
The boulders stop midway.
"Sorry about that. It takes a bit of time for my "Trap Magic" to take effect." Zora said.
"They stop," Ina said.
"That's not all my "Trap Magic" does," Zora said.
Zora's "Trap Magic" reflected the boulders at the Godrick soldiers.
"Look out!"
All three sides were in disarray. Thanks to Zora's magic, most of the catapults were destroyed.
"That should buy us enough time. Let's get…" Zora said.
Another faster boulder was heading their way.
"Watch out!" Ina shouted.
"Damn it!" Zora said.
Mimosa tried to hurry her "Plant Magic: Magic Cannon Flower!"
"There's no time!" Mimosa thought.
To their surprise, the boulder was cut in half.
"My, such a ruckus." An old man said with a long sword.
"Thanks, old man… You saved me…" Zora said.
"It was my pleasure." The old man replied.
"Who are you?" Kiriko asked.
"Ah, how rude of me. I am Kojirō Sasaki." Kojirō stated.
Kojirō Sasaki (Record of Ragnarök version) takes the form of a tall and muscular old man with silver hair, wrinkled skin, sharp eyebrows and brown colored eyes. Kojirō wears a red and orange haori with numerous flower patterns and a hakama with a darker shade of the same color tied with a red ribbon. He also wears toe-less leggings that are black in color. Kojirō can be usually seen harboring a long katana as tall as him on his back. Like most of the Heroes, Kojirō magically found himself here. Or perhaps it was the sound of battle that drew Kojirō here.
"I shall lean you all my blade," Kojirō said.
Ina knew who Kojirō Sasaki was. What Ina can't make sense of is his age.
"Kojirō-san how is that you're so… Umm…" Ina stated.
"Old? Well, that is an interesting story. However, I shall share that story another time." Kojirō said.
"He's right, Ina-chan, we need to hurry to the others," Kiriko said.
"Oh, right," Ina said.
"Please lead the way." Kojirō said.
Kojirō joins the Heroes. They continued their way to aid their allies. Naomasa and Yamatō continued to fight Nozuchi and his demon army. Both Naomasa and Yamatō fight together, beating the demons with ease. Nozuchi was beyond angry, seeing these two beating his army.
"Damn it, all!" Nozuchi said.
"Now, that leaves you," Naomasa said.
Nozuchi didn't know what to do.
"I see you're having trouble, Nozuchi."
They turned, seeing an old man with prayer beads around his neck and in his right hand. Taking a closer look, this man did not look human. He had some demon-like traces, like yellow pale skin and four horns on top of his head, two different color eyes. When Naomasa and Yamatō looked at him, they knew he was strong.
"You've come at least, Kiyomori-sama!" Nozuchi said.
Naomasa was shocked to hear that name.
"Don't tell me, you're Kiyomori nō Taira?" Naomasa asked.
"Indeed, I am," Kiyomori replied.
Taira nō Kiyomori was a military leader during the late Heian period of Japan. Before dying, he sold his soul for eternal life and demonic powers.
"Kiyomori-sama! Let us crush these insects!" Nozuchi said.
As they were going to fight.
"It seems like we have some guests," Kiyomori said.
"Hold it!" Naruto shouted.
Naruto's team had finally arrived.
"Naomasa-dono, you're here as well?" Nobuyuki said.
"Nobuyuki-dono, I am happy to see you. Where's Ieyasu-sama and Ina-dono?" Naomasa asked.
"I do not know the location of Ieyasu-sama. But Ina is here in the city, fighting off the demons and other two armies with our allies." Nobuyuki stated.
"I see… So, these people…" Naomasa said.
"Yes." Nobuyuki said.
Naomasa and Yamatō looked at Naruto and his party. They were truly strong. They stood by Naomasa and Yamatō, ready to fight. Kiyomori looked down at them. He puts his prayer beads away.
"Let us retreat," Kiyomori said.
"Kiyomori-sama?" Nozuchi said.
"We've achieved the objective, no?" Kiyomori asked.
"Yes. We did. We've gathered a lot of supplies, but there is a few left behind… and…" Nozuchi said.
"Leave them. There is no point in continuing the fight. We have more important things to do than to waste our time with children. Orochi-sama does not like to be kept waiting." Kiyomori said.
"Yes… Of course, Kiyomori-sama…" Nozuchi replied.
Kiyomori and Nozuchi were about to leave.
"Wait! Where is Orochi?" Naruto asked.
Kiyomori turns to Naruto.
"Orochi-sama has no time for weaklings. I know you and your friends are strong, but you all are still no match for Orochi-sama. So, go ahead take this city. Take the little supplies left behind. In the end, you will all perish by Orochi-sama's hand." Kiyomori stated.
"…"
Naruto and his allies knew they were not strong enough to face Orochi. He remembered Melina's words. What is important is to find all their friends and gather more allies. When the time is right, they will face Orochi.
"Let us leave," Kiyomori said.
"Yes! Full Retreat!" Nozuchi said.
A demon blows a horn, calling a full retreat. All of Orochi's army left the battlefield, and the broken city with most of the supplies they had collected. Thus, leaving the Tekken Force and Godrick's army. Despite the demon army being gone, the Tekken Force and Godrick's army continued to fight each other and the Heroes that remained in the city.
"We should go aid our allies," Nobuyuki said.
"Let us be… Augh!" Naomasa groaned.
Naomasa has reached his limit.
"Damn it… It seems I've reached my limit. That's no good, no good at all…" Naomasa said.
"You should stay and rest, Naomasa-dono. I've done enough." Nobuyuki said.
"Don't worry about anything else. We'll handle the rest." Naruto said.
Naomasa was surprised by Naruto's words. He nodded.
"I'll leave the rest up to you then," Naomasa said.
Yamatō then spoke.
"I'll stay here and watch over Naomasa and the Grace of Heaven," Yamatō said.
"Thank you. We appreciate it." Rukia said.
"And you are, miss…" Naruto said.
"Yamatō." Yamatō replied.
"Thank you, Yamatō. And I'll heal your wounds when we get back, Naomasa!" Naruto said.
Naomasa watched as Naruto and the others left to help their allies. Sima-Zhao and Kiriko's teams reunited along with new allies. All the Heroes were fighting the Tekken Force and Godrick's army. They punched, sliced, beat, and did whatever they could to beat the two armies.
"I see you haven't lost your edge, loudmouth shorty," Zora said.
"Come on, give me a break, you cool masked jerk!" Asta said.
"I don't understand you, Asta… You can't insult and praise something at the same time." Tidus said.
"Why not? It's pretty funny." Ban replied.
"Less talking, can all of you please stay focused on staying alive!" Wang-Yuanji stated.
"I'm immortal, so that rule doesn't apply to me," Ban replied.
Ban got his head blown off by a powerful shotgun blast by the Tekken Force. His head grew back. The Tekken Force was shocked.
"Yes?" Ban said.
"Oh, my…" Mimosa said.
"Yuanji-sama is right! Focus!" Ina said.
"Then why are we just killing these guys?" Ban asked.
"They're human. I would prefer not to kill people." Ichigo said.
"Same here. In my world, it's a Hero's job to stop villains. Not to kill them." Izuku replied.
"Of course, that doesn't mean we should hold back!" Yusuke said, beating the crap out of the soldiers.
"All right. Captain and Elizabeth would have said the same thing." Ban said.
The Heroes continue to fight the two armies. Once again, Naruto's team arrived in time to aid their friends and new allies.
"Naruto-kun!" Ruby said.
"Sorry, we took so long. We thought you guys might need a hand." Naruto said.
"And the Grace of Heaven?" Sima-Zhao asked.
"Naomasa-dono and Yamatō are guarding the Grace of Heaven," Nobuyuki replied.
"Naomasa-dono is here?" Ina asked.
"Yes. He's a bit beat up, but he's still alive and resting." Yuji said.
"Then it is clear, we must end this quickly," Renji said.
Both armies were a bit conflicted on what to do next. The commanders of both armies inspire their troops.
"Do not waver! We have the advantage! We can still win!" The Godrick commander shouted.
"Master Jin has ordered us to find the man with strange power! We will complete our mission!" The Tekken Commander said.
Jin was watching and listening to everything that had been happening on the battlefield. The two armies were ready to fight again. Sima-Zhao got an idea. But it was a gamble.
"Maybe we can bluff our way out of this," Sima-Zhao said.
"Maybe we don't have to bluff. Right, Naruto?" Kiriko said.
Naruto soon realized what Kiriko meant. Naruto nodded.
"Let's end this," Naruto said.
"Everyone, you might want to stay behind, Naruto," Ruby said.
Naruto stood in front of the two armies. The other Heroes waited to see what will happen. Naruto put his hands together.
"Kurama-chan…" Naruto said in his Mindspace.
"Right!" Kurama replied.
Kurama led enough chakra to Naruto to put fear into the hearts of the two armies. The soldiers from both sides were about to charge, till Naruto used some of his "Biju-Mōdo (Tailed Beast Mode)" forming Kurama's head, roaring at the soldiers. This put fear into the soldiers. Naruto's comrades, new and old, were amazed by his power. Nobuyuki and Sima-Zhao stood by Naruto's side.
"That is enough. You might outnumber us, but we have power beyond humans. So, why don't you all just go home already." Sima-Zhao said.
"I-It can't be!" A Godrick soldier said.
"What should we do, now?" A Tekken soldier asked.
The Godrick general was about to tell his soldiers to attack but… Nobuyuki spoke.
"You all need to leave this city at once! Orochi's demon army has already left the battlefield! There is no need for further bloodshed!" Nobuyuki shouted.
"But if you still want a fight…!" Naruto said, transforming into his "Kyubi Chakra: Rikudō Sennin Mōdo (Nine Tails Charka: Sage of Six Paths mode)."
Once again, the soldiers were afraid.
"We've got enough fight for every one of you!" Ichigo added.
"So, bring it, if you guys want us to kick all your asses!" Yusuke shouted, popping his knuckles.
"The choice is yours." Nobuyuki said, readying his blade.
"So, what's it going to be?" Inuyasha said.
The soldiers of both armies looked at the Heroes. Then they looked at themselves.
"Commander?" A Godrick soldier said.
"We're retreating. We'll report this to lord Godrick." Godrick Commander said.
The Tekken Commander received the order to retreat.
"We've received orders from Master Jin. We're retreating as well." The Tekken Commander stated.
Both remaining armies left the Broken City. One by one the soldiers retreated to their bases to rest and wait for their next call to battle. It seems their bluff or rather, the differentiation of power worked. The soldiers knew they were no match against the Heroes.
"That was lucky." Sima-Zhao said.
"For now… I don't believe our bluffs will work all the time, my lord." Wang-Yuanji said.
"Yeah… Each battle just keeps getting more intense." Inuyasha replied.
"I know, right? First, it was Orochi's army. Now, we've got to deal with this Godrick and this Tekken force." Yuji said.
"And the demons? We've noticed they filed as soon as they heard the horn." Ina asked.
"They retreated. It turns out they smuggled with most of the supplies they've collected." Rukia stated.
"What was their goal besides collecting supplies?" Wang-Yuanji asked.
"I don't know… But I've got a bad feeling about this." Nobuyuki replied.
Naruto sensed four more powerful energies.
"I don't think we're done just yet," Naruto said.
"Is something a matter, Naruto?" Rukia asked.
"I sense four powerful energies not too far from here," Naruto said.
"Are they human?" Yuji asked.
"They are…" Naruto said.
"Are they far?" Nobuyuki asked.
"Not far… We'll see if they are friends or enemies." Naruto said.
The Heroes followed Naruto to aid whoever was fighting. Ryu and Ren still fought against Kazuya and Nina. All four fighters were reaching their limit. And they have been interrupted by all three armies many times. Kazuya was stubborn, but he was still strong. Ryu was doing his power to control himself.
"Is that all you've got?" Kazuya asked.
Ryu was breathing heavily.
"Are you okay, Ryu?" Ken asked.
"I'm fine…" Ryu replied.
"I hope you can still fight. Let me see it. Let me see the real you!" Kazuya said.
Ryu groans. Ken was ready to fight again.
"It seems we know that you're the bad guy," Tidus said.
Kazuya looked up, seeing Naruto and the other heroes.
"Who are you?" Kazuya asked.
"We're here to help," Naruto replied.
"Heh…" Kazuya chuckled.
Thanks to mastering Kurama's charka, besides sensing charka and energies, Naruto could also sense negative emotions and malice. Naruto could sense a lot of malice from Kazuya. Mimosa walked towards Ryu. She places her hands on his back.
"What are you…?" Ken asked.
"I'm going to heal him," Mimosa said.
"Plant Healing Magic: Princess-Healing Flower Robe"
Mimosa used her magic, healing Ryu. Moments later, Ryu was feeling better.
"Amazing…" Ryu said.
"I can heal you too," Mimosa said.
"Thank you…" Ken said.
Mimosa heals Ken. The rest of the Heroes turned to Kazuya and Nina.
"So, how are we doing this?" Ichigo asked.
Nina walked over to Kazuya.
"We should retreat, for now, Kazuya," Nina said.
Kazuya knew he was outnumbered. They were ready to take him on. Kazuya turns his back on the Heroes. This surprised them.
"Next time, I will crush every single one of you," Kazuya said.
Kazuya and Nina retreated. The battle was truly over.
"It's over," Naruto said.
"For now, that is," Ban said.
"It seems there are a few new enemies we will be dealing with in the future," Inuyasha replied.
"Let's not forget the Grimm," Ruby added.
"And there was the Menos Grande in the last battle," Renji added.
"There is no telling what we will face next. Talk about fighting in the dark." Sora said.
Naruto remembered Melina's warning about facing other enemies besides Orochi. They need more allies as quickly as possible.
"We're going to need a lot of help," Sima-Zhao said.
"Besides, Ieyasu-sama and Gaara-sama, we must find anyone who will help us against our enemies," Nobuyuki stated.
They think. Ichigo got an idea.
"Hey, Rukia, what about Soul Society? Will they help us?" Ichigo asked.
"Hmm… If this is happening all over the world, Nii-san, the Head Captain, and all the other Shinigami would help us without a doubt." Rukia replied.
"Oh! My sensei, Gojo, is strong. If you need strong allies, Gojo-sensei is your man." Yuji said.
"We should gather all the Warriors from our timeline as well, Nobuyuki-sama. We'll need all the help we can get." Ina said.
"Tsunade Baa-chan, Kaa-chan, and all my friends will help fight without question. The other Kages will help too." Naruto stated.
"We have a few friends that will help," Ryu said.
"Gale, Chun-Li, and Cammy will be a great help," Ken said.
"Well, this looks like a job for the Seven Deadly Sins. You can not ask for more powerful allies than them." Ban stated.
"The Black Bulls and Magic Knights of the Clover Kingdom would make good allies," Asta said.
"And it's a good thing you have two of the members of the Black Bulls," Zora said.
"And a member of the Golden Dawn," Mimosa said.
"It's a Hero's job to protect people. The Pro Heroes would make great allies." Izuku said.
"Then it's settled, we should find more allies and others that will help us fight against Orochi and any bad good that gets in our way." Naruto said.
All the Heroes all agreed with each other.
"Pardon us, brave warriors."
They turned, seeing the people they rescued earlier.
"What are you all doing here?" Nobuyuki said.
"We wish to repay you all. We have some information that might help you all. We've also gathered the small supplies the demons left behind." The chief peasant said.
"Thank you. But you should keep those supplies for yourselves." Nobuyuki said.
"Then, let us make our Heroes a feast. Stay tonight and rest." The chief stated.
The Heroes looked at each other. They were exhausted from the battle. Fighting three armies was intense. Without talking, they all agree.
"We'll take you on your offer," Naruto said.
"Please, anyone who is injured, come this way. I can help heal you." Mimosa said.
"We can help too," Sora said.
"Same with me. We should move towards the Grace of Heaven." Naruto said.
"Everyone, please follow us," Nobuyuki said.
The Heroes lead the peasants to the Grace of Heaven, where everyone can be healed, fed, and rest. As they returned to the Grace, Naruto felt something wasn't right. He looked, seeing nothing. He saw the shadows of the ruined city… Still, something wasn't right. As he was about to take a look, Ichigo noticed Naruto standing alone. Staring at the shadows.
"Something wrong, Naruto?" Ichigo asked.
"It's nothing…" Naruto said.
"Naruto-kun! Hurry, Naomasa-sama needs your healing abilities." Kiriko said.
"Oh, right!" Naruto said.
Naruto takes one last look back. Maybe it was his imagination. Everyone leaves towards the Grace of Heaven. In the shadows, Kukoju was watching everything.
"That brat almost sensed my presence… No matter, I've achieved my goal, collecting more energy and Amrita… It shall return to the shadows…" Kukoju said.
Kukoju returns into the darkness.
XxxxX Elsewhere XxxxX
Once again, all around this new chaotic world, Heroes from different battled Orochi's forces and other enemies. In the Soul Society, the Head Captain, Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto called all the captains of the Gotei 13, Suì-Fēng, Rōjūrō Ōtoribashi (Rose), Retsu Unohana, Shinji Hirako, Byakuya Kuchiki, Sajin Komamura, Shunsui Kyōraku, Kensei Muguruma, Tōshirō Hitsugaya, Kenpachi Zaraki, Mayuri Kurotsuchi, and Jūshirō Ukitake. The Shinigamis knew how to fight Hollows, they are now fighting against Orochi's army along with the Grimm.
"I've called all of you here today due to our current situation. As you all are very aware, we have been facing new enemies besides the Hollows. Moreover, Lieutenants Rukia Kuchiki and Renji Abarai have been missing for a week when these demons appeared out of nowhere. Captain Kurotsuchi will inform us about the foes we are facing." Genryūsai said.
"I have collected data during the last assault from the demons, which is led by the god of destruction, Orochi. Besides Orochi's army along with these creatures called Grimm and even powerful Yokai, we are dealing with demons of a supernatural plane. It's remarkable, really. I have never seen such creatures. The Shinigami Research and Development Institute is still creaking codes and collecting more information about Orochi and the fiends of darkness. Sadly, this is all the information we have on the enemy so far. We will continue to research ways to counterattack these new enemies." Mayuri stated.
"This has been the fifth time Orochi's army has attacked us," Kensei stated.
"Indeed. Squad 4's barracks have been working and standing by to help the wounded. Our emergency rooms are full of many Shinigamis Squad members in critical condition." Retsu stated.
"And if that is not bad enough, we are dealing with the Grimm during random night raids," Rōjūrō said.
"When we beef up our security, these Grimm attack a different spot. It's almost like they are learning from their past defeats." Tōshirō stated.
"Reports state that larger Grimm have been spotted, outside the Seireitei. Luckily, they do not seem to approach us. But they have been fighting Hollows for territory." Sajin stated.
"I say, let them keep coming. At least they make things fun. My squad will keep watch over the gates and slaughter any enemy that dare enter the Seireitei." Kenpachi said.
"I have ordered the Onmitsukidō (Stealth Force) to be on portal, 24/7. If there are any sudden attacks, they will notify all Captains and Shinigami." Suì-Fēng stated.
"Talk about being in such a big mess," Shunsui said.
"More like a pain in the ass," Shinji said.
"Whatever foe we face, we as the Gotei 13, will protect the Seireitei, no matter what the cost," Byakuya stated.
"I agree with you, Captain Kuchiki," Retsu said.
"As do I," Jūshirō said.
"Very well, I hereby order all Squad Captains to prepare for battle. Knowing Orochi's army, they will attack again soon." Genryūsai stated.
The Shinigamis prepare for battle against Orochi's army and whatever new enemy comes their way. Elsewhere, Ichigo's friends, Uryu, Yasutora (Chad), and Orihime were still in Katakura town, everyone was in disarray. They watched the T.V. at Orihime's home. The news was talking about the storms, natural disasters, and remnants of Orochi's army.
"This is bad," Uryu said.
"This feels unreal. I've never seen anything like this." Chad said.
"I hope Kurosaki-kun is okay… Ever since that big storm, he's been missing," Orihime said.
"Just want in the world is going on?" Uryu said.
The trio of friends knew they had to do everything in their power to protect their town.
"Kurosaki-kun…" Orihime thought.
Elsewhere, a man about 30 years old was fighting Orochi's army.
"Surrender human!"
"He doesn't look like a human with superpowers. Let's just kill him."
His name is Jin Sakai. Jin is a man in his early 30's. He had black hair, fair skin, and dark brown eyes. He wore all-black armor with a mask. He is also a rouge samurai, hiding from his current timeline's Shogunate. He is known as the Ghost of Tsushima and Hero of the Mongol invasion of 1274.
"I do not know what you are, but I will not surrender to the looks of you," Jin said.
The demons charged at Jin. Jin lived up to his name as the Ghost. He fights like a ghost. When he fought during the Mongol invasion, Jin always upheld the Samurai code of Bushido. However, as time went by and the war became worse, Jin resulted in more tactics that were not of the Samurai Code, like assassination, using poison, and using the weapons of his enemies against them. But it was to save his home and people. And it was because of his tactics, that he was branded a threat and was ordered to be executed.
"H-He's a monster!"
"He fights like a ghost!"
"Don't be idiots! He's just one man!"
More demons surrounded Jin.
"There's too many of them…" Jin thought.
Jin pulls out a smoke bomb. He throws it on the ground.
"Where did he go?!"
"Find him you, idiots!"
Orochi's army moved, trying to find Jin. However, Jin did not flee that far. Jin looked from the tall grass. There were a lot of questions running through his mind.
"What is happening?" Jin thought.
Jin escapes. He did not know, what to do, but knew what he had to do. Once again, a Samurai warrior found himself in this new chaotic world. His name is Munenori Yagyū.
Munenori Yagyū (Tenkaichi version) is a handsome young man with thin sharp features, thin eyes with pale irises, long mostly dark hair with a single long, white-colored bang that falls over the right side of his face, and a single crescent moon chain earring hanging from his left ear. Munenori wears a dark and heavily stylised kimono over a neatly woven compression-vest-like undergarment, dark hakama, and an equally colored haori over the top. Munenori is known as the Peerless Swordsman.
"How strange… This new world…" Munenori said.
He looked around, seeing how chaotic this new world was. He was soon surrounded by demons. He looked around, seeing these low-class foot soldiers of Orochi's army.
"You, human! Who are you?!"
"Munenori Yagyū…" Munenori stated.
"Surrender to us!"
Munenori looked at them with a bored look. He begins to walk away.
"I told you too… Gugh!"
Munenori kills the demon. This shocked the other demons.
"Why you…!"
"If you leave now, I promise not to kill you," Munenori said.
"You made a big mistake! Bring the Yoki!"
The demons bring the large demons like the Yoki. Munenori's eyes widen with excitement. He smiled wickedly. His smile was that of a demon, not the face a human makes. Munenori had a bloodthirsty personality. He's usually calm and polite, when it comes to battle, Munenori fights like a demon.
"Interesting… I hope you can entertain me for a bit." Munenori said, drawing his sword.
20 minutes later, Munenori was standing over the corpses of the dead demons. He smiled more.
"I wonder… if there are stronger demons… It has been ages since I've had this much fun…" Munenori said, still smiling.
Munenori cleans his blade and puts his sword back into its sheath. Munenori wounders the new world, like a predator, Munenori hunted down any strong demon or warrior that can satisfy his bloodlust.
XxxxX Elsewhere XxxxX
Father and son continue their journey down the mountains. They were nearly out of the mountains and forest that surrounded this new world. It was nightfall, and Kratos, Atreus, and Mimir rested, after another day of fighting off demons, Grimm, and undead warriors. They took shelter in a broken-down church that belonged to the goddess named Marika the Eternal.
"I've seen a lot of temples and shines at home, but I've never seen one like this," Atreus stated.
"Aye, little brother. This church is only one of many that belong to the goddess, Marika the Eternal." Mimir said.
"I've never heard of her. How about you, father?" Atreus said.
"No," Kratos said.
"No surprise there, brother. Marika the Eternal was a goddess from the Lands Between. It is a different world. It has been many winters since I've seen fragments of the Lands Between. I never thought they would merge with this world." Mimir stated.
"You've been to these lands, Mimir?" Atreus asked.
"Indeed, I have. I have to say, it was a lot like this world, monsters everywhere. Armies fighting for territory. Marika's heirs are struggling to gather the fragments of the Elden Ring for themselves" Mimir stated.
"The Elden Ring? What's that?" Atreus asked.
"No one knows what the Elden Ring is, little brother. But most stories say the ring comes from the cosmos where more powerful outer gods rule. One day, a golden star fell from the Heavens, hurdling towards the Lands Between. They say that was the ring. Even Marika herself didn't know what this ring was. Regardless, this ring was a powerful force. Because of this, the ring was shattered into fragments by Marika." Mimir said.
"Why did she shatter the ring?" Atreus asked.
"No one knows why, lad. But despite this, the fragments still had great power, which we called the Great Runes. So, great that Marika's heirs used these Great Runes to conquer their lands. Because of this war, called the Shattering, it scarred the Lands Between." Mimir said.
"Whoa…" Atreus said.
"And the Great Runes?" Kratos asked.
"The Great Runes are still with Marika's heirs. Even to this day, they continue to fight." Mimir said.
"Will we run into Marika's heirs?" Atreus asked.
"Yes, lad," Mimir said.
Atreus turns to his father.
"If it comes to that, we will simply defeat Marika's heirs," Kratos stated.
"That's just like you, brother," Mimir said.
"That's enough stories for tonight. Now is the time to rest." Kratos said.
"Yes, father," Atreus said.
Atreus lays down, falling asleep quickly. Kratos rests, closing his eyes.
"Well, good night, lads," Mimir said.
Mimir can't sleep since he is a reanimated head. Still, he can have a moment of rest. Father and son slept the night away.
XxxxX The Broken City XxxxX
Back with Naruto and the other Heroes, and the peasants, they decided to rest in this abandoned city. Tomorrow, they will decide where to go from here. Naruto, Sora, and Mimosa helped heal the peasants and injured heroes. Naruto finished healing Naomasa's wounds.
"Thank you, Naruto," Naomasa said.
"I'm glad I can be of some help," Naruto said.
Sora finishes healing the people.
"I'm finished over here, Naruto," Sora said.
"I'm finished as well," Mimosa said.
"Good. We can rest for a bit." Naruto said.
Naomasa looked at his wound, seeing no scar, like it was never there. He looked back at the three youths.
"Their powers of healing are beyond incredible." Naomasa thought.
Meanwhile, Nobuyuki explained to their new allies about this new chaotic world and Orochi.
"That's the craziest story I've ever heard," Ken said.
"And to think, this Orochi guy can twist time and space into one reality," Ban said.
"That is quite something. And to think, meeting heroes from other timelines and realities." Kojirō added.
"That explains a lot. Still, it feels so unbelievable, yet we witness it with our very own eyes." Ryu said.
"Is this Orochi really that strong?" Yamatō asked.
"Indeed, he is. We've been fighting his army of demons for days." Kiriko said.
"It's a real pain," Sima-Zhao added.
"What should we do next?" Tidus asked.
"We will continue to help anyone who needs help. If you tag along with us, you might reunite with your allies." Sima-Zhao said.
"The choice is yours," Nobuyuki said.
The newer Heroes looked at each other. It is better to stick together and find more of their friends and gather allies for the upcoming war against Orochi. They all agree to join Naruto and the others.
"We're in," Tidus said.
"It's an honor to meet you all," Ryu said.
"Likewise," Yamatō said.
"Hey, the food will be finished soon!" Ruby said.
Naruto still could not get the feeling out of his head. He could not understand why this was happening. Naruto stands up. Near the grace was a clearing where the woods are. Naruto began to walk into the forest. Kiriko noticed Naruto leaving.
"Naruto-kun?" Kiriko said.
"I have to pee. I'll be right back." Naruto replied.
Naruto goes into the forest area.
"He's such a bad lair." Sima-Zhao thought.
Naruto was alone in a large field. In this grassy field, another church of Marika was in ruins. Naruto was thinking about these past few days. Naruto looked up at the night sky, seeing the countless stars shining. In the night sky, there were also four moons. The first moon was white. The second moon was broken into fragments. The third moon was bright as gold. And the fourth moon was blue. This blue moon was bigger than the other three moons. All his life had Naruto never seen such a beautiful view. Despite the battle, this moment gives Naruto peace of mind.
"It's so beautiful," Naruto said.
A slight cold breeze misted the field.
"This way, brave warrior." A voice said.
Naruto quickly turns to see who spoke to him. He sees someone who wears a white dress and a large witch's hat. Over her white dress, this person wore a large heavy fur coat. She was sitting on the ruins of the church.
"May I have a word with thee?"
