The three teens rushed back to the house and burst in through the door. They were gathered in the living room.
"Okay tell us what happened, Wait Ethan, Conner where are your bracelets?" Cayleigh asked since Kira only had hers.
"We were at the Cyberspace and when we left we noticed Dr.O talking to Zeltrax but when he saw us he attacked us. He shot a green orb of lightning at us before we even had a chance to morph." Conner spoke up.
"We were outnumbered by drones when he stole our bracelets. Kira was able to let off a Ptera scream which gave us a chance to escape but that's not all". Ethan told her.
"Ethan what happened?" Jason asked worry lacing his voice.
"His eyes were green". Ethan asnwered Jason as he sat down. Jason shared a glance with Cayleigh.
"Jason it can't be". She stuttered out. "My vision".
"If its true and Mesogog found the green ranger coin then things just got worse. Look i have been through this before right now you four need to be careful around him. Don't let on that you know what is going on even if you do. I am going to go back to Angel Grove and make sure the coin really is gone". Jason informed the rangers.
"What do we do?" Kira asked sitting next to Cayleigh who was shaking.
"I am going to drop you and Cayleigh off at Ryan's. Conner you and Ethan and going to come with me.
"Jason no i will not involve Ryan in this!" Cayleigh yelled.
"Cay i will not leave you alone in this house". Jason countered. "Okay fine you and Kira will stay with me but i want Ryan to be aware of what's going on. Tommy knows what he means to you so he might go after him."
"Guys remember he can turn invisible so we all need to be careful here". Conner reminded them all.
"You girls go pack some clothes and when i leave Cayleigh you lock this door behind me got it. Once your done you get out and head to my house". Jason ordered her. Ethan and Conner headed towards Jason's truck as Kira headed back to her house.
One alone Cayleigh began to cry. "Jason what do we do, i don't remember him as the evil green ranger can we save him?"
Jason pulled her into his chest. "I promise you we will save him i was the one who did before and i will do it again but you have to promise me to be careful. You do not face him alone. I will be back soon".
Cay nodded and locked the door behind him. In the corner an invisible Tommy Oliver grinned. Cayleigh walked down the hall to her room and began to pack a bag. She felt a force push her against the wall as her brother appeared pinning her to the wall with one hand around her throat the other pinning her against he wall.
"Well isn't this a surprise you little runt all alone". He spat at her. "Not for long though". He gestured to the door as a herd of drones dragged in Kira.
"Tommy fight it please! this is not who you are!". Cayleigh grunted out as his fingers dug into her neck as she glared into his glowing green eyes.
"i haven't felt this good in a long time, and trust me this is just the beginning". He taunted as a sword appeared in his hand. He looked heard a car door shut. "Consider this a warning". He whispered into her ear.
Cayleigh yelled as he dragged the sword across her stomach. She felt the blood seep through her shirt.
"Get away from her!" A voice boomed from the door. Ryan Mitchell helped Kira get free and Tommy used his sister as a human shield. "Tommy let her go please you don't want to do this, fight it".
Tommy kicked Cayleigh to the floor as Kira let out a ptera scream. A bolt of green lightning left the room. And left with her morpher.
"Cayleigh". Ryan whispered falling beside her. He grabbed a towl and pressed it to stop the bleeding. "Its okay its a flesh wound but its deep. You need a hospital".
"No. No hospital please. You can fix it".
"Cay.."
"Please" She grabbed his arm with tears streaming down her cheeks. He nodded and helped her lay on her bed. "Theres a first aid kid in the bathroom third shelf in the cabinet".
"Kira are you okay?" Ryan asked seeing the cut on her arm. "Come here let me clean it".
"I'm okay help her first". Kira replied.
Ryan helped Cay sit up a little. "This is going to hurt". He warned as he poured the solution onto her stomach. He winced as she gripped his shoulder and dug her nails into it. "Sorry". He bandaged it as best as he could.
"How did you know how to do this?" Kira asked as he tended to her. She winced as it stung.
"My sister Dana is a doctor back in Mariner Bay so i learned a thing or two from her". Ryan explained. He glanced over at Cayleigh and noticed she was asleep. "Look you girls get some rest okay i will stay here until the guys get back somehow i doubt Tommy will return".
Kira laid down next to her friend. Ryan covered both girls up. "You know Kira you and Cayleigh remind me alot of my sister and Kelsey who was our yellow ranger. They were just as close and strong as you both are never lose it".
Kira smiled a little as Ryan left the room and closed the door behind him. "You touch them again and it will be your last". Ryan growled as he noticed the dry blood on his hands.
Angel Grove...
"So what are we looking for exactly?" Conner asked as he followed Jason and Ethan up a hill.
"Years ago when we broke Tommy from his green ranger curse we found out that his powers weren't meant to last. He lost his powers because of a candle. It was my fault he lost them but we buried the coin under the comman center just it case". Jason answered him as they stood where the command center used to stand.
"I remember in the diary you destroyed a sword to free him". Ethan spoke up.
"Yeah but it wasn't easy. Tommy was so powerful back then and with his new dino powers its going to make things worse". Jason told him kneeling down. He reached into a newly created hole. "Its gone. The coin is gone". Jason growled punching the ground. "Mesogog must have figured out where it was". Jason held the empty box.
Conner and Ethan shared a worried glance. "What do we do?"
Jason noticed the worried look on their leaders face. "We find out what he is planning and why he stole your gems. If Tommy has the last fragment from the sword of darkness then it might still be connected to the coin which means if we destroy fragment it should free him. Come on lets go back".
They all ran to the truck and headed back to Reefside.
Reefside...
The sky turned dark as the sun began to set. It had been about two hours since Jason and the others left and since the attack. Ryan sat leaning against the door. He picked up a bat as he heard the door shut. He went to swing when he noticed the others.
"Ryan its us". Jason huffed out. Ryan sighed and put the bat down. "What are you doing here?"
"I was in Reefside with Dana so i decided to stop by and when i got here thr girls were attacked".
"Attacked? are they okay?" Ethan rushed out and Jason ran to Cayleigh's room.
Jason opened the door and frowned as the two girls were asleep. He walked over and touched Cay's cheek. He tilted his head as her arm was across her stomach which was covered in bandages. "Ryan what happened?" He stuttered out.
"Let them sleep and i will explain". Jason nodded and left the room. Once they got to the living room. "Tommy stabbed her with a sword, when i got here he had her up against a wall"
They all jumped as Jason punched a hole in the wall. "Its not your fault Ryan. I should have made them come with me".
"Look Conner, Ethan you two head home he doesn't tend to stalk his rangers but you come back here tomorrow". Jason told the two of them. "I am going to stay here".
"I know i don't have a gem but i do still have my morpher so i will head back to Mariner Bay in the morning and get it. I will stay here with Jason for tonight". Jason nodded at him in agreement.
Ryan yelped as a white lion appeared in the hall. "Naya you need a bell".
"You know her?"
"Yeah when Cayleigh told me she was alive she told me about Naya but its the first time i saw her in person" Ryan answered. "Carter always wanted to get her a dog. I was coming to tell her that one of the dogs they rescued from a fire had pups so i was going to give her one".
Jason nodded and went to check on the girls. He noticed Kira alone but the window open. "Cay?"
"Out here". A voice said. He peeked out the window to find her sitting up on the roof.
"You shouldn't be out here." He scolded her climbing up to sit next to her.
"Sorry". She told him wrapping her arms around her stomach. "They found the coin didn't they?"
Jason nodded. "Yeah Mesogog did. I promise you we will fix this".
"He hurt me". She whispered looking up at the sky.
Jason wrapped and arm around her. "I know but you also know its not his fault okay"
"I know".
Jason and Cayleigh sat there for awhile in silence.
Island Fortress...
"Lord Mesogog i have brought you what you asked of me". Tommy spoke handing him the other two dino morphers.
"Excellent now we can move to the next phase of our plan". Mesogog hissed in excitement as he fingered the gems. "Now go destroy that lair, take care of anyone that gets in your way".
Tommy nodded as his eyes flashed green. "As you wish".
