Bonnie let out a gasp, desperately trying to keep up with Klaus's movement inside of her, it was so hard each stroke felt electrifying, back bending, it filled her body with goosebumps as he kissed her until she cried for air. He kissed and sucked everywhere but ignored her stiff nipples begging for him to soften in with his tongue.
She gripped his shoulder and looked into her eyes, seeing a piece of her inside of him that she'd never get back. Her hands reached for his curls, her legs wrapped around his waist, she was trying to fight off her second orgasm, She called his name over again, she was sure she'd have a sore throat in the morning.
He leaned down and kissed her neck,
"Bonnie," he called to her, she heard the desperation in this voice. He called to her again making her heart ache.
"Nik," she said, he stopped his movement, his thumb tracing her jawline before stopping at her lips, his eyes bored into hers, he looked scared.
What could he be scared of?
"Bonnie please don't leave me," he cried and began moving again, determined to put his all so she'd stay his forever.
Fuck
She cried out his name as she came and he followed suit after. He leaned on and pulled her in for a kiss, when his tongue touched hers, she understood his last words.
He didn't want to die but how could she promise him that she won't die, Becoming a vampire was not an option living forever was not worth giving up magic. As much as she would love to make him this promise it be worse for her to lie to him or herself Instead she let her hands play in his hair, as he pulled away and bit into her shoulder for blood. He'll have to use these moments to remember her.
Hayley watched the vampire that presumptuously sat at her table, she hoped her face showed no signs of recognition, she didn't care he saw her anger, he was a vampire and to him, she probably was a baby vampire or some clueless wolf who hated vampires.
"There are other seats available you know," she said, hating the silence she never saw the point of the silent games, if the other person wanted to assume they won so be it, they wouldn't win if she put her hand and ripped their heart out though, Lucien smiled at the young vampire.
"Don't be rude to your seniors," he sneered at her "I just here to ask a question," Hayley rolled her eyes, she was tired of older vampires thinking they could beat her because of their age, given he was Klaus first turn it might be bit of a fight but she'd still have the upper hand without her wolf bite.
"I don't see any seniors here, now move before you interrupt my daytime drinking," she said, She wanted to kill him but she promised not to after Bonnie said, she'd try you get a lead on how the girl in her pack ended up at such a house, whatever lead she got she would kill them, bonnie might help to if she was back, Hayley didn't think she could be patient enough for answers, she was immortal and she had plenty of time to master that, but when it came to the wolves under her care, she need to ensure their safety above else and lately she been failing.
The door opened and she saw one of her pack members approaching her, she raised her hands to stop him, Lucien looked behind him and froze,
"are you going to say what you want or do you still need to prove your dick is bigger than mines?" Hayley said looking at him.
"How can I get in contact with Klaus?" he asked
"The perfect victim to draw him out?" Hayley wondered out loud, it would be her, Hope or Bonnie all of those options would lead to premature death. "Do you want him mad or a bit friendly?"
"A bit friendly," he said with a smirk, She smiled and waved at Camille who wiping the counter.
"Good can you go now, I have other things to attend," Hayley tells him getting up to walk towards the wolf that came to her.
Lucien went up to the bar and smiled at the blonde, now she seemed more like his type.
"Do you remember Dusty?" Marcel asks him handing him a drink, Klaus nods it was a witch, she was so bossy and always trying to change the alliance they had before he left New Orleans but her leaders of course ignored her it worked in his favour of course, if the witches got organized they could run them out of town. if he remembers correctly she was Bonnie's friend's ancestors.
"That's who Bonnie reminds me of," Klaus frowned at the mention of Bonnie, ever since she ignored his words last night, he had been feeling slighted, that maybe he should have left her alone when he saw her outside that restaurant, ignore the way she called to him.
"Martial problems already," Marcel asked concerned,
"so I heard you have been asking around about the Strix," Klaus said ignoring the question
"Elijah will be gone this week so you'd be able to poke the bear more, I can get you in contact with Aya but everything else you'll have to do on your own," Marcel nodded, he didn't expect any help from Klaus at all.
He didn't know why Klaus wanted to be king of New Orleans especially since it didn't fit him anymore, was it his wolf, who never got the chance to take over his father's pack and use New Orleans as his new home?
"I know we've had our differences but you can still ask me for anything," Klaus says turning to him, talking to Bonnie made him realize, you never stop being a parent, he may have taken New Orleans from Marcel but lately he was beginning to think its better if they ruled it together, he wasn't sure how that would work but he definitely would have the conversation when he gained the Strix.
"Not anything," Marcel said harshly, Klaus smiled
"You never know what the response would be unless you asked," Klaus said, Marcel studied him
"Why are you really here?" Marcel asked
"Hope misses her big brother," Klaus said shrugging "See to it you visit her soon." Honestly, he was avoiding Bonnie, with her leaving with Elijah today it was best for him not to see her, as much he wanted to give her a kiss goodbye, seeing her leave would make him think of all the scenarios where she died or she came back and no longer wanted him.
He looked down at his vibrating phone and saw a text from Camille, things between them had been better since he only saw her as a therapist and a friend, it could never end well with her anyways would that be the same for him and Bonnie, this relationship would when she dies, he hoped it was when she all grey and still somehow beautiful.
He looked at the text that Camille sent him 'Vampire named Lucien who was talking to Hayley wants to see you emptied the bar,' Klaus frowned Why did Hayley not call him then?
"What is it?" Marcel asked, "Check on Hayley for me I need to go see Camille." Klaus told him before walking out. If he harmed Hayley in any way, he'd have to die.
Klaus walked into the bar and looked for Camille first, she appeared to be fine he looked for any signs of Hayley.
If Hayley left peacefully, Lucien probably didn't realize who she was, not many people knew Hope was alive still or even who her mother was.
Lucien came up to him smiled and tapped him on the back, "There is my drinking buddy," he said with a laugh,
"Should have known you would be hooking up with a bartender, she seems exactly like your type," he said sitting on the stool and telling Camille to pour him another drink.
"Lucien as fantastic it is to always see you why are you here? Klaus asked
"Since when did you become a buzzkill?" Lucien asked
"Lucien my patience is wearing thin," Klaus growls
"The Strix, I found it strange they came here after buying land up from under me," Lucien says, Lucien made his money doing land developments and other things.
"So you want to make a deal with them? You could have done that in your backyard," Klaus said looking at the vampire with a frown.
"I think its best to settle matters with you," Lucien says
"What matters?" Klaus asked
"When Finn died years ago we discovered that when one of you is killed, all their vampires die and when Kol died it just confirmed it," Lucien says "So killing one of you could end years of the sire wars between us and Elijah's"
"There is nowhere to end the sirelines," Klaus gritted his teeth, is this the angle Lucien was playing while he worked in the background, how exactly would to take vigilance off of him? he needed access to his mother's spellbook to get the original spell, he gave it to bonnie since no one would expect him too, Freya agreed it was best too since getting on bonnie land as a vampire was a bit hard, Elijah confirmed it when he visited her home, if he wasn't following Klaus he would have gotten lost.
"Are you guys sure that all of the stake is gone?" Klaus got up and held Lucien's chin,
"I'm sure if there is even an inkling of white oak stake being here you'd tell me right."
"Of course, I don't want to die but others are looking," Lucien said
"Well, they can look all they want, they won't find anything," Klaus said shrugging
"Yes, but I do have something to show you," Lucien said
"Fine," Klaus said getting up to follow Lucien "but if it's a trap, I will be the least of your worries," he said gripping Lucien's shoulders,
"There is no need for threats, Klaus, I promise you I'm on your side," Lucien says, Klaus rolls his eyes
"Unless it involves Aurora," Klaus said giving him a smirk
"Even if it involves her," Lucien said defeated
"You two no longer an item?" Klaus mused,
"You know how Tristan is when he plays big brother," Lucien said with a shrug
"I've never known you one for backing down from a fight, especially with Tristan of all people," Klaus said
"Maybe I moved my sights away from Aurora," Klaus laughed
"You were in love with her before you turned, being a vampire only,"
"Maybe things changed," he said stopping, Klaus studied him and shrugged,
"took you 1000 years, it's always better when the woman wants you too," Klaus said tapping his shoulder, "Now where are you taking me?" he asked looking around, they were near the bayou.
"Have a bit of trust in me," Klaus looked at the cottage they were in front of, it almost looked like a wolf home.
"The woman that lives here calls herself a seer," Lucien says noticing his hesitance
Klaus laughs "You brought me to a seer? now I know you didn't believe what she told you."
"Seeing is believing right," Klaus nodded he knew that from his time with Bonnie but he also knew it was rare for others like that. Klaus stepped on the porch as Lucien rapped on the door.
Klaus walked through the door, behind Lucien and studied the woman. her grey hair looked freshly cut in a bob that hung right below her ears, and her oval face showed little signs of aging Despite the grey hair, she looked like she was in her late twenties.
"How old are you?" Klaus asked her, Lucien froze and looked at him how did he see through the glamour spell?
Klaus noted how he froze, aahhh so the grey hair was just an aesthetic it was to add to the fact she was old. what was it a glamour spell? he never saw through those before just more his skin would prickle.
Klaus smiled, Bonnie had been recovering faster, was it an effect of the bond growing?
"Now why am I here?" Klaus asked looking between the two,
"I have a prophecy for that family of yours," She said, twisting her mouth. Klaus listen to what the woman had to say.
Just as the old lady was finish speaking, Klaus phone rang, he took his phone out of his pocket to see that it was Bonnie.
"Hello," he answered
"If I don't see you in 10 minutes, I'll assume I can move on." Bonnie said
"I was just getting some-" Klaus began
"Klaus," she warned, he rolled his eyes
"Don't worry, I'm coming," he assured her. He hanged up the phone and looked over to Lucien
"I'd hate to leave but I have other pressing matters," he said stepping out, maybe he should send Rebekah to her.
Klaus left and went to the cafe that sold Bonnie's favourite tarts.
