Track type: Road course
3 races left, and we go to the first of the final two road courses of the regular season. The Indianapolis Road Course which is a 14 turn track where it was in complete chaos last year. We have 3 part time cars competing. FireBall Hamlin will drive the #67 23XI Toyota again, making his second start of the season, Cinder will make her third start in the #91 Trackhouse Chevrolet, but there was a new car in this race: The #33 RCR Chevrolet, and the driver is none other from Adventure City, Delores.
Also, Moby has requested to leave Legacy Motor Club and hopes to find a new Cup Series for 2024. Ben Allen will drive the #42 until the end of the season.
SATURDAY (QUALIFYING)
Dale Jr.: We got a crash in turn 12! Delores, who just completed her qualifying lap, has destroyed the left front of her car!
#33 Radio: The lap was over Delores, you didn't need to push.
"Ugh. Whatever." Delores replied.
Rick: OFF OF TURN 14, CAN EVEREST BEAT HIM?! NO SHE'S A TENTH OFF HIM! TRACKER IS ON POLE FOR INDIANAPOLIS!

LAP 6/82 Leader: Tracker
GREEN FLAG
Rick: We're back underway at Indy!
Dale Jr.: Tracker gets another good restart! Everyone gonna dive into turn 1- OH THE #22 plows the back of his teammate Ella! He's the only one around, and everyone gets by him.
#22 Radio: What the hell are you doing Rubble?!
"I'm sorry guys. I misjudged braking." The bulldog replied.
Meanwhile, Hubcap had gotten around Everest for second and was already challenging Tracker for the lead.
Rick: Hubcap is alongside Tracker as they come into turn 12! Into turn 13, Tracker tries to hang on, but it's Hubcap who takes the lead!
#34 Radio: Way to go Hubcap. Good pass there.
LAP 15/82 Leader: Hubcap
The white flag was waving for stage 1, and Tracker was determined to pass Hubcap, but was too far back.
#99 Radio: Don't wreck yourself trying to get him.
"Got it." The potcake replied.
Rick: Out of turn 14, Hubcap will win stage 1 with Tracker and Chase following behind.
LAP 16/82 Leader: Hubcap
#34 Radio: Good job Hubcap. We'll be pitting next lap. "Yeah, yeah. Whatever." Hubcap said.
#99 Radio: #34 is pitting this lap, follow him.
"Entiendo." Tracker replied.
Rick: Here comes Hubcap and Tracker to the pits for their pit stops!
Jeff: Tracker has the #1 pit stall, so that could be an advantage! Something's up with Hubcap's crew! It was a slow stop, and Tracker comes out ahead of Hubcap! The #99 is gonna claim the race lead when the cycle is complete!
"¡Excelenté team!" Tracker exclaimed.
LAP 30/82 Leader: Marshall
Only two cars had not made their pit stop yet: Marshall and Shade. They weren't going for the win, but rather stretching their fuel tanks until the end of stage 2, but something else happened on lap 30.
#16 Radio: Try and get by this #12 in turn 13.
"Hey!" Ella exclaimed as she turned left into another car.
Rick: Oh we got trouble in turn 14! Wildcat is sitting in the turn 1 oval part of the track as he's trying to get out of there, and he finally does, but he's lost so much track position.
Dale Jr.: We're looking at the replay right now and it looked like the #16 bumped the #12 in turn 13 and she turned him. That's an overreaction to me.
"If I get back to her, I'm crashing her and I don't give a damn." Wildcat replied in anger.
LAP 35/82 Leader: Marshall
Marshall and Shade just took the white flag and Shade was trying to chase down the Dalmatian, but the top 3 with fresh tires were chasing them down in a hurry.
Dale Jr.: Oh the #11 misses the corner! Here comes the #6! Can she take advantage? Little bit of contact through turn 10! And Marshall is ahead into turn 11!
#6 Radio: You better give him the bumper for that!
Jeff: The #6 is gonna send it into turn 12! She misses the #11! Here comes the #99 and the #34! Tracker gets stuck behind her, and Hubcap passes the #99! Chase also passes Tracker! This is the worst case scenario for the potcake! "Maldita sea Shade!" Tracker growled on the radio.
Rick: Off of turn 14, Marshall holds off everyone to win stage 2!
LAP 36/82 Leader: Marshall
#11 Radio: Well done Marshall. Pit this time and let the #34 go if it's necessary.
"Copy." The Dalmatian replied.
Marshall would surrender the lead to Hubcap to make his pit stop. Shade would follow as well, putting the top 3 at Hubcap, Chase, and Tracker.
LAP 48/82 Leader: Hubcap
Tracker had been all over the bumper of Chase for the past lap, and he knew that if there was any chance he was gonna win this race, it had to be now.
Dale Jr.: Hubcap has a second and a half lead over Chase being pressured by Tracker- oh the #99 gives the bumper to the #9! Tracker takes 2nd and Chase drops to 3rd.
"If I get back to the #99, it's game on. You tell his spotter, it's on." Chase told his team.
LAP 49/82 Leader: Hubcap
#34 Radio: Pit this time Hubcap. #99 Radio: Follow the #34 again Tracker.
#9 Radio: Top 2 are pitting. It would be best to follow them.
Jeff: All top 3 drivers in the pits for their final pit stop. We'll wait and see who will come out of the lead. Hubcap has a slow pit stop! Chase is already done, but can't get ahead of Hubcap! Problems with Tracker! The tire gun got stuck underneath the tire and it's a 23 second pit stop for Tracker! This is a disaster!

Jeff: Trouble in turns 9 and 10! Mix has gone around, and, yes it was Wheeler! Could we see blood boil in the family?!

"She pinched me in the corner and I hit her!" Wheeler explained.

Rick: Someone's gone off in the runoff area in turn 12! It's Rocky, and did he just miss the corner or is there something wrong with his car?
"I don't know what it is, but it doesn't feel right." Rocky told his team.

LAP 59/82 Leader: Hubcap
Dale Jr.: We got a car hard into the wall out of turn 11! Al's left front bumper looks bent in! He's still going, but the damage is done!

"Yeah. Sorry guys." Al told his team
LAP 65/82 Leader: Hubcap
Rick: There's a battle for 26th going on. It's Wheeler and Mix-
Dale Jr.: Mix sends it, she forces Wheeler off the track!- WE GOT BEEF! BEEF BETWEEN THE FAMILY!
"THAT'S FOR SPINNING ME OUT WHEELER!" Mix shouted.
#15 Radio: Okay Mix, just calm down now. #47 Radio: Just forget about her.
LAP 67/82 Leader: Hubcap Dale Jr.: Oh the #47 locks up and takes out the #67! FireBall gets the car started again and won't be happy about that!
#67 Radio: #47 just spun you out.
"Twice he's done it. I just wanna go home." The teenager said.
LAP 81/82 Leader: Hubcap
When there was 10 laps to go, the gap between Chase was 3 seconds, and Chase could only get the gap down to 2.1 seconds. Chase was closing the gap, but he was running out of time.
#9 Radio: Gap to the #34 is 1.6.
"I'M TRYING!" Chase shouted back.
#34 Radio: #9 is still far back. White flag this time by.
Rick: Hubcap comes out of turn 14, and he's gonna see the white flag! One to go sponsored by Credit One Bank! The gap is 1.4 seconds!
LAP 82/82 Leader: Hubcap
WHITE FLAG Jeff: Out of turn 7, down the long straight! The gap is now under a second! Chase is giving it everything to try and win his way into the playoffs!
#34 Radio: #9 is gaining, you're almost at the end.
Dale Jr.: Into turn 12, the gap is only six tenths, but it's gonna be too little, too late for Chase!
Rick: OUT OF TURN 14, HUBCAP IS GONNA HOLD OFF CHASE TO WIN AT INDIANAPOLIS!
#34 Radio: YES! HUBCAP, YOU'RE IN THE PLAYOFFS!
"HAHAHAHA! FUCK THEM HATERS!" Hubcap shouted on the radio.

"I'm so sorry guys. I tried to get him." Chase apologized.
#99 Radio: We're so sorry Tracker. You deserved this win today, but you got 3rd place.
"Esta bien team. We're still in this fight for the playoffs." Tracker replied.
#91 Radio: Hey Cinder. That's a top 10! Well done.
"Wooo! I had fun all day, thanks for a good car today!" Cinder said.
Hubcap did his burnout in his brown and red #34 Ford Mustang on the front stretch and flipped off the camera to say he proved everyone wrong.
Reporter: A very enthusiastic Hubcap celebrates on top of his car. Hubcap you dominated this race leading over half the laps. What does this mean to you?
"I deserved this win! I dominated everyone today, and there's not a single person here to take this win away! I've been battling trying to get in just on points, and now we're in!" Hubcap said, and then proceeded to look into the camera.
"HEY GASKET! "WHAT DID YOU SAY AT MARTINSVILLE?! I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING?! WELL LOOK AT ME NOW! HAHAHA!" Hubcap laughed as we walked away. Gasket was watching from the pit lane and she could only growl at what she was seeing.
