Windshield is a kushala daora and Faston's pet. She has silver skin, red muzzle, and blue eyes.
Windshield was first seen with Faston as his personal pet and protector, given to him as a gift from his father. Unlike her fellow beasts, Windshield wasn't hostile towards Raiden and her gang. She sensed they weren't a threat and even prevents her companions from harming the new strangers. She also gently approaches Raiden personally to smell her and easily identifies her as a lombax, like her master.
She has the ability to manipulate strong winds, creating a wind barrier that surrounds her and her master during rage mode. The wind barrier can knock a foe back, making the enemy vulnerable to Windshield and other beasts' attacks. The wind barrier also makes it difficult for the enemy to attack her body, except for head and the tail. Windshield can also detect if someone is in disguise by smelling them.
Windshield can be very aggressive when it comes to defending her family, alongside her friends, but she does show curiosity towards Raiden and her friends once she begins to gain their trust. She can also be just as playful, as she took interest in Raiden personally, and slightly nudging her upon realizing she was a lombax. Compared to her adoptive brothers, Windshield is more relaxed, but she doesn't hesitate to attack when her family is in danger.

It's unknown how Windshield came to be with the Azimuths but it's possible she was brought from the Monster Hunter world.
