Dexter or Dex is the son of Daxter and Tess and Jaxon's best friend and personal sidekick, even though he hates being referred to as such. Dex has orange and yellow fur, blonde short hair, and blue eyes.
Despite being good friends with and potential love interest for Gamma, Dexter was a little reluctant on joining the rangers but did so for his friends and family's sake. He is shown to be cowardly but won't shy away from small enemies. He is also noisy and has trouble with stealth missions. He is a bright character and enjoys flirting with pretty girls. He hates hard labor and prefers to take the easy way out of hard situations. However, when push comes to shove, Dexter isn't above fighting dirty.
Upon their first meeting, Dexter was very distrustful of Raiden and her gang. He didn't like the fact Raiden and her friends were from a different world and felt unsafe around their beasts. However, he formed a bond with Ray as the two enjoyed fast car racing.
