Chapter 1: return to adventure city
It's still early in the morning as the pups pack their bags. Yesterday Ryder suddenly announced that today the pups would return to adventure city, after their success the last time the pups visited the city people are big fans of the pups, and the paw patrol stayed for a while to help repair some damages the cloud catcher caused. Though as peace started to return back to the city, the pups returned back to adventure bay, doing what they were always doing.
'Man I'm so excited to go back to adventure city, the place has really brighten up since mayor humdinger is gone.' Rocky said out loud.
'Me to, I'm also really excited to see liberty again.' Skye commented.
'Why did we have to wake up this early again?' Rubble asked. 'I'm still half asleep.'
'I don't know, maybe we have a lot to do.' Chase answered.
'You ready to go to adventure city chase?' Marshall asked.
'Its not a problem, I'm over it, kinda excited myself.' Chase answered
'Good to hear.' Marshall said
'Okey pups, load in your stuff, it's time to go!' Ryder announced as he came out of the lookout.
The pups excitedly load their stuff in the paw patroller and get in their seats. It's time for another adventure in adventure city.
The pups hit the road and have a fun time listening to music, as rubble takes a Power Nap. The other pups wondering how Rubble can sleep through such noise. After a journey of not to many hours the pups arrive in adventure city. To their adventure city lookout the pups unpack and have some fun tho chase is curious on what brings the group to adventure city.
'Ryder, is there any special reason we came to adventure city?' Chase curiously asked his owner.
'About that, just wanted to tell you, we are on a spy mission.' Ryder replied
'Spy mission? That's my speciality.' Chase reacted enthusiastically
'Yeah, I've been getting reports from the city mayor that humdinger is being suspicious again, asked if we could investigate.' Ryder said.
'That guy has already caused enough chaos here.'
'I agree, that's why we need to investigate.' Ryder said
'Im up for it.' Chase said, wagging his tail as he was ready for action.
Ryder called the pups together and explained them the situation
'So apparently humdinger has been spotted going to a city laboratory around the edge of the city multiple times, we need to investigate. We do this quick, we do this quiet, and most importantly, we don't get seen. Got it pups?'
All the pups agreed and so the pups started preparing for action.
I know this was very short but it has reason, because this is a shorter story and I still want to create some suspense I have decided to make chapters much shorter than my normal standard, but I feel like it works for the story and for this story I've really decided to do what I think is right, special thanks to my good friend *not a writer* and g0ldenfang for being my emotional support through my story as writer, thanks and see y'all soon.
