Kakashi was the most nervous he had ever been in his entire life. After Minato died Kakashi went into a downward spiral. He failed his sensei with Naruto. He hadn't even visited the boy but it wasn't like he was in any place to take care of the poor kid. Reckless actions all the time during missions that the Hokage sent him into Anbu to fix his act, but that only seemed to make him go into an even deeper depression. One night he had a one-night stand with a Uchiha woman named Akane and he got that woman pregnant, not his brightest moment but you can't change the past no matter how hard he tried. After learning he was going to have a son he did constant Anbu missions as a distraction but it didn't make the problem go away and eventually, the baby could be born any day this week and he needed to set up a hospital room and everything for Akane but the problem was the Uchiha clan. They would want his child to live in their compound and he wasn't going to let that happen; it was his kid after all. As Kakashi made his way to the Hokage's office he felt something he hadn't felt in a long time, it was happiness. This was his chance to have something that he could take care of, the child could be his purpose for living. Lost in his thoughts he bumped into the door to the Hokage's residence he snapped out of it and walked in and talked to the receptionist.

"I'm here for a Mr. Hokage," Kakashi said.

"Kakashi…" The receptionist said. "Do you have an appointment?"

"Maybe, maybe not," Kakashi said.

The annoyed receptionist looked through the appointments and there was no Kakashi Hatake.

"Your name i-" The receptionist said but when she looked up Kakshi was gone.

Kakashi made his way to the Hokage office and opened the door and inside Hiruzen was doing paperwork smoking a pipe.

"Ah, Kakashi." The Hokage said. "Is there something you need?"

"Am I interrupting?" Kakashi asked.

"No, anything to get out of this paperwork…" Hiruzen said.

"I have a very important request that involves the Hatake clan," Kakashi said, rubbing the back of his head.

"Go on." Hiruzen said.

"Well, I'm kind of…" Kakashi said. "...Having a kid sometime this week…"

Hiruzen's pipe fell out of his mouth as he stared at Kakashi.

"Congratulations…" Hiruzen said, surprised.

"Yeah anyway the mother is a Uchiha and I'm afraid they are going to try and take my kid away when it is born so I was hoping that the birth could be a very quiet affair…" Kakashi said.

"Maybe this is his chance to finally move on." Hiruzen thought.

"Of course, I'll have it set up," Hiruzen said. " May I ask who the mother is?"

"Akane Uchiha." Kakashi said.

"Alright, I'll tell you the room number when they get it set up," Hiruzen said.

"Thanks, Hokage-sama," Kakashi said and shunshined away.

3 Days later.

The date is April 17, and Kakashi was pacing around in the back of the hospital remembering what happened last time he was a part of a secret birth. Finally hours later a doctor came from the room.

"Mr. Hatake, I have good news and bad news…" The doctor said,

Kakashi felt his heart sink.

"Good news first." Kakashi said.

"It was a successful birth and the baby is ok." The doctor said,

Kakashi's heart shot right back up and he started to shed a couple of tears of joy, he had a child that was his and it would be a chance to start anew.

"Bad news is that the mother died during childbirth…" The doctor said,

"Oh.." Kakashi said.

He would admit he wasn't very close to Akane but it would mean that his child wouldn't have a mother.

The two of them walked into a room the doctor said.

"The child has something very unique about it." The doctor said,

"And that is?" Kakashi asked.

"His chakra, it is as if he has an unlimited amount." The doctor said,

"What? Is that bad?" Kakashi asked.

"I don't think so but we've never seen this before but it seems like a gene mutated and now he has what seems an unlimited reserve of chakra and it gets restored faster than it gets depleted." The doctor said,

"But is it ok?" Kakashi asked.

"Yes, the child is healthy." The doctor said,

Kakashi walked into the room and saw a nurse holding something in her arms, he walked over and he handed the child to him. He looked at it and saw a baby boy with the chubbiest cheeks ever, he pinched its little cheeks with a huge smile on his face.

"Hanzo Hatake," Kakashi said.

This is also a story that I thought of and wanted to at least have a chapter of.
